I received the deluxe pedicure and it was amazing! pricey and took a long time but it was definitely worth it. the nail tech was very nice and really took her time even though it was busy. it was definitely the nicest pedicure i’ve had and she did a great job! thank you!!

First of all, the lady who did my nails was very unfriendly. she and the other people working in there conversed in their language and cut up the whole time and only spoke to me in a very flat tone when necessary.I had a very hard time understanding her. I asked for a mani and pedi. I got the pedi, with regular polish. However, I got no manicure and she put the dip powder I asked for on without pushing back my cuticles, or doing any nail prep or manicure. She used the grinder on my natural nails and broke one of them. when she was done with the colored powder, she then put gel top coat on them. I thought it was funny that she was using the light on the top coat, but Im not an expert, so I didnt question it.Well, Im not quite a week out and the top coat is peeling off on all my nails, the dip is BROKEN (never had dip break, EVER) on several nails already. and since my nails have grown and she didnt push back my cuticles, they look ugly around the cuticle area and are grabbing my hair. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend this place at all. I wish I had just not wasted my money there.

Wonderful experience and great results. My nails turned out better than I imagined and I was totally relaxed and felt like I was well taken care of. They are professional, clean, and polite.

I went in for a fill in, I called on the phone before going. I ended up waiting TWO HOURS just for that. My fill in was horrid, I could still see the previous nail colors, the ends were not painted and I am already having to call and make another nail appointment. Not here of course. So disappointing. Waste of time and money.

Do not go to this place I always get the same thing gel manicure and gel pedicure the price goes from 65 to 80 and today it was 105 dollars. I want never go there again.

I dropped in to have a brow wax. They were a little busy, but the tech was able to take me immediately and she did an excellent job. ~SI

They put me in a chair for pedicure and did not return or speak for over 30 minutes. Worst experience! Do not go there!

The website is misleading. Nothing special like aroma therapy or anything. Very basic pedicure. The problem is their website says you have a choice of pedicure but they didnt ask me they just assumed and charged the maximum but didnt do the work. I got a 30 second rub down with cold oil.

Have to say that I hit there right at closing they stayed opened did my nails but for this I couldve waited went somewhere else I asked for fill-in cut down heavy acrylic didnt get a cut down the guy filed my nails gave a edge/slope look very light acrylic will not go back dont recommend

I got my nails done last Friday, it was weird because it was the beginning of the weekend and income tax had dropped but yet there was NO ONE in the nail shop. That should’ve raised a red flag!!! The guy at the front booth did my nails and as of now a Thursday two have popped off by themselves already. He tried to charge me extra stating that I have “long” nails, my nails are an inch in the half smh. I type at work all day so I never get long nails. They were very money hungry tryna to tax me because they were slow. I paid the money but will NEVER RETURN AGAIN. I do not recommend at all. There are lots of other places to go to make this your last resort !

The quality here is so inconsistent. Ive had a couple of great experiences, but the last 2 times were not. I get dip powder. My nails are not smooth at all. They are visibly textured. I will not be going back.

Tony is awesome! I have never had such a great experience or quality work. I receive many compliments and everyone always asks who does my nails....I would give 10 stars if I could!

I will never recommend this place. They kept changing the price for mine and my friends nails. Nobody knew what was going on. I went in for a manicure and full set. The guy did the whole set. I tried to tell him but he wouldn’t listen. After there completely on he asked if I still wanted it. Disappointed

The BEST place in Dothan for nails. Tony is a master for pink/white. They all are good at this salon ! You wont be disappointed! 5 star salon!UPDATE: Tony is back at this salon. He is the best technician in this area! This is a wonderful salon, I have been going here for years and its always pleasant. Still a 5 star nail salon!

Cindy is amazing, I highly recommend this establishment. I just tried the powder dip and I absolutely LOVE IT! The look is marvelous, I recommend this now over gel or acrylic.

My nail polish was so terrible I had to come home and fixed it myself. I will not give my hard earned money to a nail salon and still have to do the job myself!!

This was my 2nd acrylic fill, the first not good but gave another try. Never again, very rude, terrible job, and then charged me extra for long nails( thought that was the purpose). The nails are normal length.Ridiculous!!!

My wife goes here to get her nails done and she convinced me to try a pedicure. It was awesome. Ive already gone back once and will go back again.

Arrived here at 1pm and didnt leave until after 4pm. Originally wanted $45 pedicure and matching Gel polish on Fingernails. Left with only the pedicure. Which was mediocre!! The scrub part felt amazing but the work was childs play. I remained patient even after 5 (yes I counted) people who came in after me were finishing up before me. It wasnt until Cindy stopped doing my nails to go Wax Eyebrows for someone who had just walked in. How rude!! All in all I ended up having to get my nails done elsewhere. And yes, I still payed her for a unpleasant experience. Pretty expensive leg rub if I must say. Lol

I have been a loyal customer for over a year. For the most part I have gotten good service from them. However, there have been a few times when my nails were painted so sloppy that I have had to come back and have them fixed. The first couple times they were not rude and offered to fix them right away. Today I came in because of the same thing and was treated very poorly and told since Tony wasnt here that I would have to come back since hes the one who did my nails. This is already an inconvenience so I stated that I would just wait for another person to correct my nails. While waiting, 2 walk ins came in after me and they were sat down right away while I had to wait over 30 mins! When they finally sat me down they were talking in their language and they were treating me like a spectacle all taking turns coming by and looking at me since I had a complaint. I felt SO uncomfortable!! I wont be coming back. ** I also want to add that this wasnt the first time I had a bad experience with them. One afternoon I went to get my regular fill in and waiting about 45 mins (which is fine, I dont mind waiting) but after waiting that long, Tony called me to his chair and had already started on my nails and another lady walked in Way after me and he made me get out of his chair and sit in the waiting area so he could do her nails before me!! How very rude is that!? I always tip well but I guess she was a better tipper than me?? There were a few other times when Ive gone and theyve been rude to me but this was the last straw. I refuse to give this place any more of my hard earned money when they obviously dont appreciate repeat business!

Hai did an awesome job on my full set with gel polish and matched the color to my toes perfectly! Customer service was awesome and she even paid attention to the little details that most nail technicians don’t!

Cindy is the only person who has consitently done my eyebrows well. Even there are slight differences from the time before they still look fabulous!! Both Cindy and Tony do a fabulous job with gel nails.

The man who did my nails cut them after I told him not to, and filed them crooked. He painted them so sloppy that I had to go to tippy toes right after and get them redone.

Cindy is the BEST!The staff are all friendly and Tony the owner and his wife Cindy are truely genuine people.I would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends.Im ALWAYS satisfied when I leave and I enjoy seeing them when I come in.😊

Never again will I go here my nails are beyond uneven Tony was on Facebook and watching the foot ball game and painted my sister nails with regular polish after we completely went over her getting gel polish and the guy who did mines had no idea what he was doing he kept burning my nails with the electric filer and my nails are uneven this was my first and last choice I will stick with Lynn at natural nails
