My toes still hurting days after pedicure. They are nice when they want but they dont really care about customers anymore. I have years as a customer. only one of them knows my in grow nails problem but she is always with attitude. Making me uncomfortable that she knows her sister dont know how to do my peds and asking for her to do it. Not even say please wait, she was with a customer. I was waiting for her but the sister come to do it. I will have to re do it Right now, very disappointing starting my vacation traveling in pain.

Today I had gone to take off my ACRYLIC nails and get them soaked when I got there the lady sat me down and started to do her thing she got my hand and put a fake nail under my nail to take off my acrylic nails I asked her why she did not soak my nail in acetone and she said because that took to much time and she had en appointment after me even tho it’s her job to take my nails off properly without hurting her customers because when she did that she not only hurt my nails but she took a chunk of real nail off my right nail and right now it’s hurting really bad and I can see inside my nail she had to put super glue to make it stop bleeding overall I do NOT I repeat I do NOT recommend this place to now one Also really bad customer service and I will make sure to stay away from this place for good

I walked into Wal-Mart today, specifically to have my friend pay for a birthday pedicure. There was one lady doing nails for one customer when I told her what I wanted. She gor the attention of another worker that was in the back. When she asked what I want I repeated myself and added that, because Im disabled, I would need help getting in & out of the chair. She promptly stated that she wont do that andb if I cant get in the chair then I cannot get a pedicure there. I was so hurt and offended. Her helping hand would have been sufficient but she didnt ask me what kind of help I actually needed. I turned and walked out. I will NEVER go back & I will NOT recommend this Regal Nails location. I will also report this to ADA since there has been no accomodation for a person with disabilities. She was rude and wrong. I didnt want to hear another word from her or speak, or even look back her direction. I would never let her touch me to provide a service that I would have been ok to pay for and even provide a tip. This store lost my business and my total respect because of the ladys poor attitude.

So rude how are they still in business? So we were in CO for wedding and my wifs nail broke, so we went in to see if we could get it fixed. The lady was doing a pedicure, and it looked like she was the only one there. I asked her how long it would be, after grumbling something at me she said an hour. No problem I said can I make an appointment she says they dont do appointments come later. I just left and went somewhere else. Too rude for me

Had my nails done and everyone was polite and my pedicure was very thoroughly done (amazing) exfoliant and all. Manicure turned ort great as well. I got my nails done about a week ago and everyone has been complimenting them. Would recommend.

Had a great experience here. My wife and I got manicure and pedicure.The two ladies that worked on us were very friendly. Great service. Best mani pedi Ive had, very thorough. Will be back next time in Denver.

This place is AWFUL! Worst pedicure I have EVER gotten. It was over in about 15 minutes, she did not even second coat all 10 of my toes and was very rude when I did not tip her what she wanted. I would never recommend this place to anyone

Horrible experience. Staff was rude, insulting, rough and unpleasant. Dug into my toe, making it bleed. It got infected and was sore for 8 weeks. Ill never step inside again.

I went in for nails and a pedicure. The pedicure was ok, nothing to recommend it. The lady was intent on doing the clipper cut up the sides of my big toe. I told her multiple times not to but a few minutes later, damned if she didnt try it again. Then I was sat at the drying table to wait for another tech to finish with another lady and do my nails. Mind you there were four techs there and only one had a customer. After 10-15 minutes I got fed up asked to pay and leave. I commented that it seems stupid I have to wait when theres four people working but only one busy. Their excuse was shes the only one who can do nails. Odd since Id seen one of the others doing someones nails earlier. Waste of time, wont go back.

This lady that works there cut another lady really bad while doing her nails. Wouldnt do what I wanted on my nails. Its just a really crappy place to go..

I got scolded right away for reclining the chair because it would hit the wall. Ummm, should of walked out then, because Im 8 months pregnant and the baby hated the straight upward position while I got pinched by bad clips. One toe bled and I thought I might get an infection. I felt like I made a bad decision coming here all together. If I could reach my own feet I would have done it myself. This is the first time Ive ever even felt inclined to write a review about any business, so take this at face value.

The owner is horrible and mean with no respect. She always has an attitude. How I know every time I walk in to Walmart she is like that toward people.

Worse experience for my girlfriend! Rude ladys, dirty rags, bugs flying around, and she said it hurt her! Plus my girlfriend asked for acrylics but the lady gave her white tips, and cut them however the lady wanted! She was sloppy, too! Polish all over her fingers, we were very unhappy! TURN BACK! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Came in around 9:10 a.m. to get a gift certificate for my mom to get her nails done for her birthday says the shop opens at 9 a.m. no ones in sight

What a awful place no one in there and there is a reason why I went in asking for my nails to hebe done she wanted 70$ to do my nails ...Seriously I went to sunset nails got the nails I wanted for 35$ ...she was highly highly rude as well
