So happy with my nails, I asked for Beetlejuice nails for Halloween and they gave me just that! My bestie had them do amazing orange and black nails!🖤🤍💚💜Previous manicure I asked them to match my hair which they did perfectly, and my nails even glowed in black light, they were amazing!!!💛💛💛💛They do such an awesome job!!! Definitely recommend them, I would just call and make an appointment. They can be pretty busy on the weekends!

The women at the salon were very rude. They were also talking bad about me in their language which I understand because I studied it, both ladies were talking about my weight which hurt my feelings a lot. they also made it very obvious when they both kept looking at me and laughing. They were very rude and very pricey for such a bad job. She got rudest after she couldn’t convince me to get the type of nails she wanted, like why can I just get want I want, I am the one paying for them. I will never go this nail salon again. It’s obvious this salon does not care about new customers. This salon has bias against heavy weight people. Why would you talk bad about someone giving you business..

Lisa was super sweet and so helpful! She asked how I was doing, she cared about what I wanted, provided assurance to this acrylic nail newbie, and didnt have any reservations about answering any questions I had. I didnt know what I was doing as this was only one of the handful of times Ive had my nails professionally done. After the last time (which was almost 3 weeks ago) I was hesitant because those nails were so bad! I hated them. They were crooked (which Lisa pointed out), I felt rushed, and the experience was definitely not what expected. I finally couldnt stand those nails anymore and came into Kate Nails wanting to get them redone one more time before going back to my usual bare natural nails......I left there with the feeling that maybe, this might become a new way to pamper myself! 💗

I absolutely love Kate nails and lashes. Ive been going to Lisa for over a decade. She is the absolute best at nail art and design. However, all staff are capable And exceed my expectations.

I randomly chose this place because it is near Sloan’s Lake and needed a quick eyebrow wax before running my dog. She did such a great job on my eyebrow wax, I actually prefer her to the girl I always see at home. I will definitely be back! Parking can be a little sketchy tho.

Worst manicure experience of my life. Terrible, rude customer service and the station I was sitting at wasn’t cleaned in between customers, so the towel my hands were on was filthy. The guy doing my manicure tried to pressure me into getting acrylics and I said multiple times I wanted my natural nails, but before I could stop him he cut my nails super short and then tried to pressure me into acrylics again.Went in for a pretty simple multicolor French tip gel manicure, even showed photos of what I wanted, and ended up leaving with a really short single color manicure. Not at all what I wanted. 100% would not recommend this shop especially when their are so many other nicer and cheaper shops in town.

I absolutely LOVE this nail salon. They are very efficient and really do a great job. The owner, Lisa, is a true artist when it comes to nail art and lashes. She has been waxing my eyebrows since I was 16.. .. weve followed Lisa through many different nail places over the years, and now she HAS HER OWN NAIL SALON! I mean, you cant get more when you see the true dedication and passion she has for making woman (and men) feel beautiful and perfected.I HIGHLY recommend nail designs. Lisa made a Dragon across my sons nails, when he was 6. Hes 16 now! No more dragon nails for him! lol.

I’ve officially been coming here for a year this week to get my eyelash extensions! I am a regular of Kalie’s and will never stop going here unless I move out of state. I’ve been to many lash places but Kalie is hands down the best. Thank you for always making me feel and look beautiful!

Very relaxing pedicure and very nice staff

Do NOT go here to have your lashes done. I now have a HUGE bald spot from a good 10 of my lashes coming out all at once when a giant clump of lashes came out that were all glued together. Lisa did my lashes and rushed through them and did a fill when I specifically said I needed a full set instead. There were also several clumps that had 2 to 3 of my natural lashes attached to it that came out prior to the huge chunk, right before. All the things that people fear about having lashes done happened to me all at once from coming here. I should have known based on the fact it takes less than an hour for them to do a full set and 30 minutes to do a fill but I did it anyways and here I am now. Beware!

Itll do for a temporary fix until I can get back to my regular Nail salon, however this wouldnt be my first pick.

Me my daughter and daughter in-law made a appointment a day in advance. We came in five minutes early still waited over 20 minutes to get help. Then walk-ins came in and they were helped before my daughter. Not to mention they all were very rude. Way over priced and nails look horrible. I would not recommend this place at all. Do not waste your time with this UGLY shop‼️

I called ahead to book an appointment to get my eyebrows waxed as always. The man who picked up said since eyebrows take 5min, there was no need. I called around 6p and Lisa picks up (owner). She acts like she cant hear me and kept hanging up after she said she is busy. I stop by at 6:15p and by 6:45p she has 3 walk-ins. It so happened that the last person after me needed a bikini wax. I was only taken back after 2 walk-ins after me had gotten their nails started on and so I could be taken out of her way! Well she sure did do a rush job and heres the proof! I am truly disappointed! The last picture was the time before last as she always did a great job until NOW! A little bit of a brow pencil I guess can get me a long way...

All the staff were very friendly and gave great mani/pedis. I also valued their cleanliness, especially during COVID-19. Would definitely return!

Kates is the best and most reasonably priced place to get your nails done right. They play the best music, the team obviously gets along well, they use clean tools, and most of all do an incredible job. This is my new favorite spot.

I always wait to write a review on nails. The experience was fine. Got a regular pedi and gel manicure. Its looked great. Nails only lasted one week exactly and that why they did not get more stars. I would have gone back of the nails lasted. 40 dollars for gel should last longer than a week.

Lisa is the best and her nail techs are incredible. This salon has the best color selection hands down with new color and polish always coming in. Techs really take their time with you and never rush. My cuticles have never bled but they still look and feel super smooth after a manicure. Even their hand massages feel great - this isn’t the case at other nail locations!You truly can’t beat the quality of service offered here. I’ve been coming to Lisa for around 8 years and have never been disappointed.

WHERE HAS THIS NAIL SALON BEEN MY WHOLE LIFE?! Had the pleasure of visiting today and it was the best nail experience Ive ever had. Everyone was so friendly, including the other clients. They removed my bogus old acrylic set with such care, making sure nothing was painful. Then I got the best acrylic set EVER. Lily really made sure I was happy with the thickness and color, making suggestions along the way. They really treat you as an individual rather than just another job to get out of the way. And on an even better note my nails arent sore like they usually are after I get a new set put on. I cant say enough good things about this place. If youre looking for great nail or lash services dont hesitate to come in! Ill probably be back either tomorrow or Sunday for lashes!

I got my lashes done there. My sister and mom had beautiful lashes but when the lady did mine they had lots of gaps where my natural eyelashes would show and they fell out within 4 days. I didn’t touch them. I didn’t lay on them I did everything the lady said. I’m just a little disappointed because she did such a good job on my family. She did an amazing job on my right eye. Long lashes and it looks perfect. But my left eye. It has lots of gaps and she used different length lashes on my left eye. And there was a significant time difference on my left eye. It took about 5 minuets for my left eye and about 15 for my right eye.

Made a apt and when I arrived they were very confused who I was and what I was there for. Then I was passed along to 3 different people while they were doing my nails. Then told me I was good to go but I reminded them again I needed a pedicure. The gel pedicure stayed on for 4 days before mostly peeling off. They skipped so many steps, leaving dirt under my nail. Wont ever go back.

I love this place. Everyone is welcoming and always greets you the moment you walk in the door. I recommend making an appointment because they are getting busier every week! I appreciate that they are local, and the prices are definitely fair.

These people are absolutely awesome! We walked in there were four of us that needed pedicures three that needed manicures and one that needed a gel rebase as well as tigers eye. They went above and beyond and out of their way to help us! Awesome awesome awesome! We will definitely be back on a regular basis!

I LOVE Lisa, she’s the best of the best! BUT, having someone other than Lisa doing my nails, my acrylic just BROKE OFF, I literally just broke off without me doing anything. Today would’ve been day 3 with this set and it just f’ing BROKE... 😰 if it were up to me I’d get a free fix, but now I know better to only ever allow Lisa near my hands!!!

I had the most horrible experience here they didnt do anything I asked the price was way over for how simple I got them. They didnt even last 2 weeks. They are all un even and bumby ... I should have knew when I was waiting for them to start my nails another lady was going off about how Horrible hers were as well. I will never go here again!!

Absolutely awful. Do not go here unless you want to be disrespected and your nails to look ratchet. They gave me a faulty manicure, my gel nails started coming off the same day and they refused to give me a refund. They were very rude and the salon is filthy.
