Went for walk-in requesting 2 pedicures and it was only a 20 minute wait. The two ladies were so nice! My feet are so calloused, like a crazy amount, and they put so much time into removing them and making my feet smooth and soft. It’s one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had.

I went and gotten my eyebrows was. Something i have done before. The wax was a bit too hot and actually burned my skin. When i went in the owner went off on me and called me names when i requested my money back for her hurting me. Terrible company.

While visiting Denver I got a pedicure as I awaited my flight. Service was fast and efficient. The hot stone foot massage and the shoulder massage received while my toenails dried was heavenly. I will definitely be back the next time I visit.

Speedy, accommodating service in a really relaxing atmosphere. Techs were kind and professional. Nails damaged a few hours after my visit, but I would not say thats their fault by any means. Recommended for a quick and soothing stop in!

Called before going told the lady I have natural nail and they are long, I asked if she will do the gel protective coating and a gel polish. She said yes and made an appointment. When I get there she told me she dont do tips I told her they are real she told me to pick a color. While picking a color I told her I do not want my nails cut. Next thing I know she she started cutting my nails adamant about my nails being fake. My nails were a inch and a half long. She cut my nails off and now they are extremely weak and very sore. I after causing a major panic attack I paid her $60 to distroy my nails. I cannot even go get them fixed because of the damage she has done

Okksi (?) did a great job on my nails. I mostly went to clean up my cuticles, and she did a fabulous job! A lot of nail places dont pay that much attention to cuticles, but she trimmed perfectly. Very nice ladies and I would recommend for manicure. I plan on driving from Colorado Springs to Denver on a regular basis.

I gave it one star because I HAVE to. otherwise it wouldnt have even earned one. I went in for an acrylic nail removal and called ahead to make an appointment as I was going to be on my lunch hour and needed to be seen at a particular time. I waited 20 minutes to even begin soaking my nails. What should have taken 30 minutes top took an hour +, making me late for work. To top it off, she over charged me compared to what the website said. I was already late so I didnt have time to even prove that I was being over charged. Also she PEELED my nails off, rather than filing them... which is what you supposed to do. Completely unsatisfied to say the least.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I went in asking if they could remove my acrylic nails. Assuming she would soak them and use an electronic file to get the nails off (I told her they were thick and I could not take them off on my own). She neglected to tell me until half way into the session she did not have one to use AND had me sit there for an HOUR AND A HALF while she proceeded to soak my nails off, while she was running around doing other things. And then, proceeded to charge me 15$ for the service.NEVER GO HERE unless you want to be lied to and charged way more then you should for a basic acrylic nail removal I could have done for 1$ at home.

They are well priced and did an awesome job! They also included a nice shoulder massage, I would absolutely come here again!!

They give you a back rub as your nails dry which is so above and beyond my normal salon experience. Great!

This place rocks! I ended up getting in about an hour and a half before they closed and needed my nails done quickly - I had a manicure done with the shellac and she did a wonderful job! I dont remember her name but my nails are very pretty! :)

I walked in for a gel manicure & they did a fantastic job! I wasnt sure of the color & she was very helpful. I ended up with a french manicure and my nails look amazing. Would recommend to anyone. Also it is right in the 16th Street Mall☆

Went in for a quick wax on my lunch hour. I dont think the normal woman who waxes was there. They should have turned me away if noone could wax instead of giving me a hack job. You get what you get and I wont go back.

I walked in for a pedicure. The nail techs were welcoming and polite. I dont usually review but I think the rating as is doesnt reflect the simple services done well. I didnt leave five stars because it isnt a full salon such as The Ritz ect.

I’m from out of town. Went in to get a full set and was told they don’t do acrylics and something about it being Sunday? I’m from Austin so to me it doesn’t make a difference because there any salon will do a full set. Disappointment is an understatement. Get it together here in Denver Colorado such a same. Smh.

Went in today for gel mani, it was well done and fairly quick. The lovely lady even added a touch of sparkle to a couple of my fingers...all in all a fair 30$ price I think... I will come back if I am back in town.

It was amazing! I was able to relax and feel comfortable. The ladies where so nice and did a wonderful job on my pedi. I had caluses and hard heels after all the work they did my feet where so smooth! I completely recommend this place

Walked in and my mother said she needed her nails refilled and the old Asian woman was rude about her asking. Walked out and we won’t ever go there.

These ladies were amazing. I needed a last minute mani pedi for an event and they got me right in. They worked quickly and did a fabulous job. I dont know why there are negative reviews on here. I will be back.

I called to ask about appointment times. I asked, do you recommend I make an appointment on a Saturday around lunch time or would I get in easily if I walked in?The person who was on the other line answered, 1:45 ok? to which I responded, no, I asked about lunch time appointments on Saturday and if I need to make one or if you are pretty available around noon.She proceeded to say, 1:45? I responded, no, I am asking you if would I get in easily if I walked in. Because at this time, I am not sure what time I will have a break at school until the morning of. I can call in on Saturday morning if you can gauge my question at this time.She HUNG UP on me! I cant believe a salon would do this without answering my question AND why they would turn down business is beyond me. Just because this service provider cant understand english does not mean I should be hung up on. Ridiculous.

Worst manicure experience I have ever had. Nail tech argued me out of the pink base I wanted & put on a nude. Then no white on the tips. She argued that the French mani pic I showed her didnt have any white. So now my nails look like extensions of my fingers-with the addition of a couple of nicks from her cuticle trimming. She interrupted the service 3 times to answer the phone & once to leave to DELIVER KEYS TO SOMEONE. True story.

Disappointing! I only go here if I absolutely have a last minute need for a nail emergency and even then its not worth the money. The gel manis last MAX 1 week. There is not a well-done, professional cut back or cuticle service. Pretty abysmal atmosphere. There is a reason why they are empty. Shoddy service and quality at best.

Just tried to get a pedicure 45 minutes before they close and they said no. Bad business on their part... plus loss of a great tip and possible repeat business.

The Denver Nail Lounge was very clean salon and friendly staff but gel nails were completely chipped after only 4 days of normal use. Pedicure was alright. Not great, just alright. Would find another place unless you are desperate.

This salon is near my office so I thought Id give it a try. I will not be returning no matter how convenient. Though I arrived early (about 15 minutes) for my appointment, and despite being the only patron in the salon, my pedicurist rushed through my service, spending just a few seconds on trimming/filing, shaping, cleaning up cuticles, filing calluses, and massaging my feet/legs. The hot towel treatment was a single lukewarm towel wrapped around both legs simultaneously for about 3 seconds. The whole thing was so brief that I thought they might have accidentally scheduled me for some kind of express service--but no, it was the regular $30 spa pedicure. In total it took about 20 minutes from the time I sat down in the chair to soak to the time she walked me over to the dryer. Unacceptable at this price level, especially when there are so many other options downtown.

The place looked clean and nice however I walked in and they told me it would be two hours before they could get me in and told me to return at the later time. When I returned they told me it would be another hour and couldnt get me in when they had said.

Went in for a gel manicure and the quality of the manicure was very poor, the tech did not apply the polish evenly, looks worse than if I had done it myself. Do not recommend

Paid $70 for a mani with gel and pedi (price is ridiculous), my gel started chipping already less than a week of getting them done. My friend was with me and she has creases in her gel set and hers also chipped within the week (opi nail polish).

The last time I was in it wasnt that bad, however on my recent visit I was cut up pretty bad. Im in pain from this cuticle job. It was not obvious until the next day how badly I was cut. :( I never write reviews because I understand how a bad review can hurt small businesses, however this was very careless. Ive been using antibiotic ointment in hopes I wont get an infection, and it will be a while before I can have my hands worked on again.

The nail technician was not very nice, she cut my cuticles and some of my fingers were stinging every time she applied polish. Will not be returning.

I was trying to find something special for my wife, and was pressed for time. They arranged it so she got a great mani/pedi at the same time - in enough time for us to make our next appointment and she felt great!

Went in there for a nail repair & the lady that was working said they dont do nail repair but her sign said otherwise, they are false advertisement ! & besides that, wrong closing time were posted online saying they close at 9 when they close at 8 . Never again will go there ! 💯
