Literally the best nail salon I’ve been to in Denver. Bulan paid attention to detail and my nails came out gorgeous. They absolutely rock and I will definitely come back again.

Fantastic salon. My nails have never been so strong and healthy, despite the fact I get shellac every two weeks. It is really nice to see a happy and friendly staff at a salon like this too. You can tell the techs really enjoy each others company and are treated well. VERY clean and professional. Highly recommend!

This was my first time at this salon and I am more than pleased! April did my shellac pedicure and dip manicure and she was amazing! Very sweet, attentive, and detail oriented.Definitely found my new go to place and go to girl!

Despite having booked an appointment, my service provider acted like I was a pest to her. My dip powder nails were super thick and a gap was left between the nail and cuticle, which made them look grown out a week later.

The spa pedicure is absolutely bliss!! Sammy is amazing and works magic on sore muscles with her hot stone massage!! My toes look awesome and my skin is silky after this treatment! Highly recommend visiting this little gem!

Just moved to Denver and this is my first nail salon experience since covid. I received the standard pedicure and gel manicure. Upon arrival, you wash your hands. They disinfect all the seats after use. All employees wear masks. And there are plastic guards up at the hand stations. I appreciate all the safety measures! The standard pedicure includes callus removal, hand massage and then hot stone massage. Very thorough (my nails were a mess after months of at home mani/pedis and my heels were the worst they’ve ever been). Lucky I found my go to nail salon in Denver on the first go!

I used to come here all the time and appreciated their quality of service but my last *brief* visit left me feeling awful and upset about my nails because they were zero help. I know fully well that this salon doesn’t deal with acrylics. I had acrylics on my nails for several months but had them removed and replaced with shellac a few weeks ago by another salon. The girl who removed my acrylic and did my shellac at the other place intentionally applied extra layers of shellac since my natural nails were long but brittle. There was RESIDUAL acrylic left on maybe 2 or 3 of my nails, not even covering the whole nail plate. Within a week of having the acrylic replaced with shellac, 2 of my nails cracked right in the middle and I superglued them to hold me over until I could get them fixed (with another shellac mani).So I returned to Thai nail salon thinking they’d be able to help, as I’ve gone there so often most of them know me by name. When I sat down with my nail tech (I think it was Sammy) I explained this whole thing to her over and over and she still questioned whether I had on full acrylics while she examined them and I assured her I had them removed (why would I lie?). I did not think I was asking for anything crazy, and would not have taken the time to drive out of my way here if I did not think they would be able to help.So she begrudgingly filed the shellac on my one hand then stopped and told me she couldn’t help because they don’t have the tools to remove acrylic. Even after I explained that it was just a thicker layer of shellac, not full on acrylic, she refused to file and soak the rest of my nails.So I left on the verge of tears feeling like I was made out to be an idiot, completely misunderstood, with one hand feeling like sand paper and the other completely untouched, shellac intact.If you are going to refuse to take the time to help me then maybe you should do so BEFORE you file away my shellac on one hand and then send me away.I wasn’t so concerned about how they looked beforehand, mainly just wanting the two cracked nails sealed with gel. But after I left I was so bothered by how bad they looked/felt and it was too late for me to make it to another salon without an appointment. So I took the liberty of buying acetone and wrapped my own nails in foil and scraped the gel away myself. (see the first picture). Besides the fact that I had to do it on myself and use my non dominant hand, it was NOT that hard and could have easily been done by a professional if someone could’ve been bothered to help me. (See second picture)It’s really unfortunate how one negative experience is enough to keep me from wanting to come back, but this was maddening.

Thai Nails has the best pedicures! The staff is extremely friendly and the price is extremely fair for the quality of service you get.

Usually i have a good experience here, today felt rushed although i had an appointment... did my manicure in the pedi chair. have to take the polish off as it is uneven and doesnt cover the whole nail. not impressed today.

I want to take a moment to praise these estheticians for working really hard, taking extra cautionary measures with their sanitary procedures during COVID, their kindness, and their high quality gel manicures/pedicures. I’ve gone to many salons in Denver and this shop is my favorite for my gel pedicures. I ended up getting a manicure last minute because I liked Nicole’s attention to detail. All of them do a great job and I enjoy being able to have genuine conversations with them whenever I come in. Their prices are decent for the quality of work they do. Definitely give them a chance if you’ve never been.

I called to make my husband and I appointments for spa manicure / pedicures and they were wonderful about accommodating us and offered to see us right away. We received a text message welcome and confirmation. The place was clean and our treatment services were amazing. Will be going there again. Highly recommend this place and the spa mani/pedi.

You guys, this place is fantastic and has been for the last two years since I found it. My most recent trip was the best service I’ve received at a salon of any kind. I recently had 11 stitches in the web space of my hand and I finally gained the confidence and strength to get a manicure as I haven’t been able to file my own nails or even paint my own toes for three weeks, so trust me I was desperate. With a wrap still around my hand they really took their time and care to be extra gentle. In my mind a treatment was the easiest thing to do but she talked me out of it and realized gel would be much better as filing my left hand had to be done extra carefully. I feel awesome and like a lady again. This place is also the cleanest of nail salons I’ve ever been to. The staff are always nice and genuinely seem to enjoy working here and they have very little turnover I’ve seen in two years. I came here for my wedding nails as well and will continue to come back!

I visited Thai nails for the first time with two of my girlfriends. All three of us got mani/pedis and had a wonderful experience! The salon is clean and calming. The staff are competent and kind. They prefer appointments and accommodate scheduling online which is super convenient. I loved my manicure and will be back!

Best Nail Salon in the Denver Metro area. I’ve been going here since they opened, with an extended absence over the last few hours (since moving out of the neighborhood). I’ve recently started going back for my monthly mani/pedi and the quality If the work is clear- far superior than any salon I’ve been to in this area. Customer service is largely on point, and my nails always look fabulous!

I was just here with my sister and nephew we were in the waiting area and one of the girls came and told my sister “its too loud” and walked away but she didnt say what was loud. We are not sure if it was our conversation or my nephew, but he we were not being loud at all. Then she comes back and says it again and walks away....what kind of customer service is that? Never walking in again horrible customer service we just left some where else.

30 minutes to close and they refused to do a pedicure. Which shouldn’t take longer than 30 minutes if that. Clearly they don’t care about business that comes in the door! Taking my business elsewhere — where it’s appreciated! Never coming back.

This place is the best in town. Clean, friendly staff. They introduce themselves at the beginning of the service which makes you feel very welcome and not just the next in line. Drinks are free, massage chairs are great, and the pedicures always look great!

I have been going to this salon for almost a year now, I love it so much. Best pedicure I have ever had!! The salon is very clean, staff is fab, I love that its a smaller salon as well. Complimentary drinks are also a plus! Highly recommended!

Very bad service...I booked online and picked my time and confirmed and took a Lyft and they said I’m not in system. They said I was supposed to get an email -did not! So wasted $30 on Lyft and no service...attitude was like I don’t care.

My fingers were all cut up after my spa manicure and the gel polish chipped after 4 days. I have never had gel polish chip.

They were dishonest about the price when my girlfriend scheduled the appointment for her and her mom. We paid the price that they asked when the nails were finished but later that day they called us back demanding more money over the phone. Saying that we didnt pay full price for both people. Wouldn not recommend.

Must have been unlucky - never had to bail on a mani and pedi before to get it fixed elsewhere. Perhaps my beautician was new but technique was terrible. I decided to leave without getting it finished. Would not return
