We have been living here for about 6 months now. The amenities are great, good size gym with lots of equipment. The maintenance team is amazing. We put a maintenance request for multiple things, we thought it would take a couple of days or even weeks to fix. They fixed everything in less than 24 hours! It’s a beautiful location and great place to live.
My wife and I have lived here for 2 years. The amenities are really pretty solid. The staff are great, especially the maintenance guy Christian who was always prompt and friendly.
My wife and I moved in couple of weeks ago. Weve been wanting to move to this area for sometime, and couldnt be happier we landed with this building. The office staff has been extremely helpful and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. When asking maintenance with help with minor issues they were not only prompt but very pleasant and professional. Thank you for the great start to our new home
5 stars at present. I move in this weekend. I will be sure to update/inform others if this changes. However, the entire process to date has been outstanding. Tiffany has been overly communicative, understanding, and informative. The building and amenities are far superior to similar buildings Ive lived in or visited.They took and continue to follow CDC and state guidance on COVID precautions. Sure, not ideal but neither is having permanent scar tissue in your lungs or unknown virus related complications years down the road.

I am a tenant and the office and maintenance teams are the best! I needed some maintenance help and Christian got here right away today, he is so nice and goes above and beyond.
Ive been living at Riverfront Green for almost a year and it has been great despite COVID restrictions for most of the time. Friendly neighbors and leasing office. Maintenance issues are taken care of same day or the next- a shout out to Christian for his great work. Only thing I would change is to have more (and less expensive) charging ports for electric vehicles especially since this is a green community.
Small issue with blinds and the service I got was immediate and the resolution almost as swift - I really appreciate the maintenance crew at AMLI Riverfront Green!

From leasing to living to moving, every aspect of the Amli Riverfront Green experience was exceptional. You can’t beat the location. The staff is phenomenal- always follow up about questions, available when needed, and seem to genuinely love their work. The building is immaculate and amenities are well taken care of. I would avoid this place if at all possible. They don’t care about their residents, just about collecting their fees. I would recommend renting from an individual if possible or at the very least a different organization.Edit:I have been talking to your staff for over a month and they have made no attempt to work with me. They finally told me after that time they had escalated my information to another department. That was three weeks ago and now I just hear that the other department hasn’t responded yet. If you really had any interest in helping me it would have happened a long time ago.

AMLI Riverfront Green has been nothing but great. The amenities are top of the line and the community is friendly. The staff are always helpful and love to interact with the residents. Maintenance requests are always handled quickly and effectively. Shoutout to Christian and Rich on the maintenance team for doing an exceptionally great job.
Great location, best of both worlds between LoDo and LoHi. Conveniently located by the park. Really didn’t plan on leaving a review but was so stoked after I used the blanket they gave me when I moved in at the park I knew I had to. First time I’ve actually used something a leasing office has gave me when I moved in. Fleece on top, water resistant bottom, can’t beat it. Overall dope spot, pay for what you get. And leasing staff and maintenance are great and effective.
My husband and I have been here for about 2 months now and have very little to complain about. The staff both in office and maintenance have been very friendly and helpful. The parking change was a slight annoyance but not the end of the world. Our only actual complaint is the noise of trash being hauled out but thats not anyones fault (Trash has to be taken out like every complex) and Im sure very few people even know its a thing.Overall this has been a great location especially with how animal friendly they are. Would recommend.
Toured this place with my daughter recently. The staff talked it up and it seemed relatively nice. Walk over to the park across the street and hear the real truth. We asked some of the people if they lived there. Everyone who said yes had something negative to say. Needless to say, my daughter chose elsewhere, but I recommend that everyone ask the residents at the park what they think before signing a lease.
My experience here at AMLI Riverfront Green has been absolutely amazing. Katie, Brittany, Shannon, and Jamie have all been so pleasant and welcoming with each interaction. Their personal service is exemplary: above and beyond what one would expect. I appreciate their dedication to service and hospitality, and their cheerful attitudes at all times. The amenities here are second to none! There are quite a few high-end properties within the downtown region, but the experience here has out beat any apartment community. On top of that, the maintenance team is absolutely amazing. The crew is kind and considerate and right on top of things as soon as your work orders are submitted. Thank you AMLI Riverfront Green for everything. I highly recommend this place to all!
This morning I received a crime notice from AMLI Riverfront Green. It said that the paid storage units have been broken into, again. It recommends that I check my unit regularly. Is this real? Not, we are going to put up cameras, we are going to put security, but it is now my job to monitor my paid storage unit regularly. Lets quit my job and stop sleeping so I can sit in front of it at all times. This isnt the first time these units have been broken into since I moved in. Maybe any form of security for a period of time would help, dont you think?

Poor living experience. A staff who talks down at people while having no answers or solutions. Poor parking situation. Signed lease with assigned parking and changed our parking situation against our choice and stated, we checked and you cant sue us. Staff promised things such as monthly events and a free personal trainer, neither have existed while I have lived here and they blame covid. How does covid affect me using a personal trainer? I cannot recommend anyone to live, please go elsewhere

My partner and I have lived at AMLI Riverfront Green for the past year and just renewed our lease. We love this building, the location, the community and all of the staff. Our maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the leasing staff always goes out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home.The property itself is meticulously maintained and clean, and weve felt incredibly safe living here during the pandemic. While we miss the building events and social functions, the policies they have implemented to keep the residents and staff safe during the pandemic are both sensible and warranted. We also like the new open parking policy.AMLI Riverfront Green truly offers the best of both worlds. The location is close to everything the city has to offer (RiNo, LoDo, Union Station, Larimer Square, etc), with unparalleled access to beautiful outdoor parks and recreation (Riverfront Park, Platte River and the Cherry Creek Trail).Thank you for making us feel so at home Jamie, Katie, Brittany, Shannon and Christian. You guys are awesome.
Maintenance requests and response time are both better than expected, though the responses are often off the mark. Building management is very difficult to deal with- no one has decision making authority, so everything must be escalated, even common sense issues (like someone stealing my NY Times for no joke 1 month straight - why dont you try the online version?).Management haphazardly removes/adjusts amenities (changing assigned parking spaces to unassigned spaces because their lawyers said they could); closing year-round pool under the guise of eco-savings (even while open, they removed all furniture from the pool area so you only could sit on the cement); unreasonable hours for amenities (up until recently, gym was only available DURING work hours (8-5), meaning if you have a real job, you will never be able to use this amenity; unreasonable management - unwilling to offer any concessions on lease renewal in the face of a year of limited to no amenities- they are currently offering 2 months free and $100 less/ month for my apartment to new renters and, upon renewal, offered to not raise my rent!The best part: They will allow me to transfer my lease along with the current promotion if I physically move my belongings to the apartment next door (same layout), but nothing if I stay in my current apartment. Sales team is compensated on new leases rather than occupancy or profitability, and thus does not offer ANY customer service incentive to stay more than one year as a renter. The location is nice, but the spaces are nothing special, and definitely not worth the price tag after the first year - even then its questionable.When considering renting here, some other notable items:There is a “hotel” (Kasa) on certain floors of the building, meaning random people may have access to the building at any time.CABLE/INTERNET – They have built in internet from centurylink that is TERRIBLE, and make it VERY difficult/cost-prohibitive to utilize another carrier.Cheap materials used throughout the apartmentKey fobs cost $100- they only give you one, and make you pay $100 per extra – there are no standard keys should power go out; there are an absurd number of fob access points to get from my apartment to the lobby and/or my apartment to the garage.Garbage/recycling is a pain depending on where your apartment is relative to the few receptacles.The garage has ~4 subterranean levels? Expect to park in one of the lower circles of hell unless you are willing to pay $150/month to have an assigned parking space.
I agree with Robert below. I also had my parking arrangement changed without my permission. Went from an assigned spot to a free for all, now I never have a good spot and am always far from the elevator. Staff does nothing to help when I addressed issues about parking. Amenities were last of any of my friends to reopen and the coffee machine is out of order at least 2 days a week

My wife and I moved into AMLI Riverfront Green when we moved to Denver in September 2019 and we were so thankful that we chose this complex. Every aspect of our apartment living was positive from the very welcoming and helpful leasing office staff to the great floor plans (we were in the 2 bedroom + den), community amenities, and location. From the moment we arrived we felt more at home than most other apartments weve lived in. The location is exceptional being across the street from Riverfront Park and close to everything that LoDo/Highlands/RiNo have to offer.The building is well maintained and the amenities are the best weve had including the exercise room which had most all equipment that you could want to the pool and lounge deck that had plenty of space and grills for everyone to use.In addition to all of these factors which are important in normal times, what we ended up appreciating the most was the apartments response to COVID-19. They were very proactive in keeping all residents safe and informed, while setting reasonable restrictions to prevent viral spread. Living through these extremely challenging times in an apartment during winter months in Denver could have been overwhelming, but the leasing office and maintenance staff were fantastic and made us feel safe and respected both inside our apartment and around the community. We cannot thank them enough for what they did, and continue to do for the rest of their residents.After our brief one year stay, we purchased a home and moved out of the complex, however I would have certainly been happy staying longer, and cant recommend them enough. If youre looking for an apartment complex that will provide an excellent renting experience while living adjacent to everything the city has to offer, this is the place for you.
As of 3 weeks ago, my boyfriend and I made AMLI Riverfront Green our home. From our amazing leasing agent, Brittney, to the maintenance technician, Christian, every aspect of our move-in process with AMLI has been basically seamless. They have been so helpful and made us feel so at home by going above and beyond every step of the way.Pair an incredible staff, with the incredible location so close to downtown and Union Station, its amenities, and beautiful park views, you really cant find anywhere better to live!
I recently moved to AMLI Riverfront Green and am so happy with my new place! The leasing consultants and maintenance team are always ready to extend their helpful hands. In particular, Robert and Yolanda were incredibly helpful throughout my move-in process, and went above and beyond to help me feel right at home. I feel very lucky to have people like Robert and Yolanda who I can look to for help!
My girlfriend lives here and I hear a complaint about this place everyday. They changed the parking for the residents? Name one person who prefers to not know where they park instead of having an assigned spot. AMLI lies. Who did they poll for this choice?
Hope you didnt think having a place with a pool, gym and common areas were for your living experience, you are not allowed to have anyone from outside the residence at any of them. Dont invite friends to visit you, they are not allowed in anyplace other than your apartment, and make sure that they dont have more than 2, because they cant share an elevator
I met the building maintenance Pro Robert at the property while he was addressing some building concerns. he was very punctual and friendly. Robert is an asset that all companies long for!
The good - what is outstanding compared to other apartments1) maintenance and staff are amazing and well tempered, they keep their cool even when you don’t2) great location3) parking garage is big4) look and feel of the apartment gives it a modern vibe5) dog wash, coffee machine, bike storage are worthy amenities to keep in mind6) shower head high enough that I don’t need to crouch to wash my head7) the best isolation and low noise from other apartments I have had in Denver.-1 star for Pandemic treatment. It was kinda bad, main thing to consider is that they told me multiple times that they will take care of me if i am unable to fly out, which they did not. My flight got canceled and i am unable to leave the country, they allowed me to stay an extra month for same price which looking at the lease it adds up for 13 month lease but that isnt enough. I needed an extra month or 2 but they do not allow leases less than 3 months even at these hard times. Their hotel service (not fully Amli related so does effect the review) was price gouging and receded their offer by raising it by $700 to live there, manager from Kasa did not want to contact me nor do they answer the many calls i did.-1 star for The bad1) Floor has large spaces in-between boards and some of them slide around on the floor, says in case earth quake although bathroom tiles do not have this2) building has had quite a few large water leaks which forced them to remodel big sections of the complex for long periods of time3) during power outage, none of the doors were accessible because the generator doesn’t turn on for after an hour or so4) flower pots leak soil when watered leaving a disgusting walkway near the pool. A water pan would be a good idea to use, also if your close to the pots you can get an ant infestation, that started to happen this summer.5) walking through the middle to get to the lobby is not possible after amenity hours. Idk why there are gates outside the pool area entrance to get to the building, but its annoying having to walk around the whole building to get to the lobby6) no sunlight in bedroom and bathroom for 1bd units. Windows are only from living room, extremely dark and lighting is poor from the bulbs7) heated pool, no jacuzzi.8) most amenities have not been open, pool has been drained and repaired multiple times throughout the year9) random stuff break at complex cause of the cheap material used. Door handles rip off, fobbing into the building sometimes does not unlock door even though it shows that entry is accepted, door hinges break causing the doors to slam open or shut.10) I was a first resident in the apartment, and the main window is extremely scratched up, they said that they won’t fix it. But it also shows the quality of installation of these apartments, like the bathroom toilet is not properly leveled and moves, or leaks behind shower pipes.11) outdated thermostat12) water pipes rattle when flushing or using dish washer13) toilets have horrible flushing power14) bathroom fan sensor automatically turns the fan on, had to unplug it because just walking by the bathroom turns the fan on, or when my cat walks in.15) took about 4 months and 3 requests to hang up curtains16) sticker for garage is pretty bad, sometimes sensors don’t pick it up, and takes a lot of time to get it pealed off17) not much of a fan of the layout, lots of wasted space for a small apartment18) Non competitive internet options, I tried to get some fast internet companies into the complex which would setup their equipment for free, but Amli does not allow competition and your stuck with the overpriced and under performant internet providers. This is my biggest disappointment since there are so many great ISPs in Denver.19) The hotel service is available for anyone. Meaning that total strangers that don’t go through the application process can rent. Not a big deal just a security concern.20) Cheap quality throughout the apartments, looks nice but gets ruined a lot quicker with normal usage
This is one of my favorite places that Ive lived, and Id recommend it.Its a safe, wonderful building with warm, friendly, helpful staff. If you like convenience, youll love the amenities and perks offered. Too many to list. Also, stunning mountain views depending on the unit you rent. I think all units have balconies too.Ive found living here to be quiet and easy. The proximity to the park (literally across the street) is great for dog owners, and the building is dog-friendly. Great access to LoDo, LoHi, Cherry Creek trail, and more. Walkable to grocery stores like King Soopers and Whole Foods.What Ive loved the most is that you get to enjoy everything about living in LoDo, but this building/location seems to be quieter at night than some other areas of the city.
My favorite place to live! The amenities and 5 star, the leasing staff is wonderful and the location is fantastic! I can’t say enough good things about the Amli Riverfront Green! The only complaint I have, is the noise from the gym. The gym is on the second floor and we can hear weights being dropped on the third floor.
The slowest and most restricted amenity reopening in Denver combined with no rent rebates after several months of no access to amenities and community areas has upset myself and many other tenants. Now amenities are open but only until 6 PM. I have a day job. That doesn’t work for me. They do not care about building a sense of community. They only care about covering their ***.

Love this place! Riverfront Green is a beautiful new complex in the Riverfront community. Thoughtfully designed with excellent amenities, the apartments are in an ideal location close to light rail, shopping, groceries and entertainment. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. I looked all over LoDo, RiNo, LoHi and Riverfront for a place. As soon as I walked in, I knew this was it!
The combination in the city of a brand new contemporary apartment complex situated across the street from the lovely Commons Park enhaned by the Platte River flowing through it, would be reason enough to live here.
