Slightly over priced for the quality of the buildings, but this is Colorado at the height of a property boom. My main concern is the management team. I think this would be a sufficient home for the price if management would be more available when problems arise. The property manager Tambra Moose is extremely elusive and difficult to contact. The few times I have been able to reach out to her she has been rather curt and even rude.
These apartments are great! We lived there for just over 3 years. Price-wise, its a great deal. Maintenance is on point. Tambra is a great landlady. The only reason we left is because we needed a 2 bedroom. We were quite happy there.Shared laundry isnt great, but it was very rarely an issue. No issue with bugs or noisy neighbors.
Love the scenery community and neighbors. Great stores within miles. Very Quiet! and although the building is a little older the maintenance is kept on it great. Have growed up in this community however the property manager Tambra moose is a bit rude to tenants at times. She is and has been unprofessional and during this covid-19 pandemic. She stands outside and smokes cigarettes all day by the mailboxes and gives dirty looks to people passing by. has been nothing but rude to not only me but to others on this property from what I have heard. I would consider new management especially when it comes to private payments being made to “her” or false accusations being made to your account and apartment. The neighbors can be a bit noisy even though she explains no noise after 10pm. I have reported it to management and they said they would look into it.
The management is poor. I’ve had a dishawasher and floor Problem I’ve told her now for about 3 months now. Still no maintenance! She doesn’t care about anybody’s needs or solving any issues. When I was behind in rent I was able to catch up. She took my money for her personal use and then said my “money order” bounced. She has made false complaints against me and my girlfriend and I’m just tired of the rudeness I’ve received from Tambra. I’m leaving after my lease is up. I pay my rent on time and sometimes ahead of time.
I only gave 3 stars for the community and neighbors. The management is unprofessional..Paid my rent the majority in almost whole duration of my time here. Gave even over the amount I owed on rent some months as soon as the COVID-19 pandemic hit....maybe five months after it hit I actually fell behind my payments. It wasn’t any problem at first. then the office manager tambra told me I was able to do payments. and then it was a problem all of a sudden then I started to get a eviction notices. I have been a good paying tenant here and she didn’t even care to say I’m sorry for your loss or anything when I told her I lost three family members to Covid. Lost my job lost a lot but this won’t get me down. Tambra is unprofessional and rude especially to be during a Covid-19 lockdown. She will email you with a question but won’t email back or even call back directly. The property is great and maintenance is strongly kept on it, but the management should be updated. I hope everybody continues to stay safe and have a blessed year.
Paid rent on time for entire duration of lease. Lived here quietly as non-smoking residents despite loud drunken neighbors slamming adjacent doors and breaking property equipment. Lease was coming up for renewal during the outbreak of Covid (April 2020). Management sent commissioned maintenance to come check the foundation, but the men showed up without masks so I refused them entry. Received a notice to quit later on the very same day. Up to that point, had received extremely abrupt and rude treatment from the office manager Tambra, so getting served such a notice during Covid lockdown wasnt even surprising. Trying to hire movers during a full city lockdown by order of the governor was fun - thanks for nothing, Hampden Village. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone - oh and spiders, carpet centipedes, and earwigs EVERYWHERE. I was always throwing bugs out of our place, yuck!
The building is kind of old, but it has been well kept over the years. They just repainted the buildings and it looks much better than before. Tambra is quick to respond to emails.Raphael is very hard working and is quick to respond to maintenance requests. Keep up the great work! We appreciate all that you do!
The office manager Tambra, has been one of the most pleasant people to work with. Unlike most office staff from places I have rented from. Tambra is respectful and tries to go out of her way to help whenever she can. If youre looking for an affordable place to rent from, in a great area of Denver. Give Hampden Village Apartments a shot!
This review is couple year late, but this is by far one of the most nicest places that I have lived. Anytime that I have had any problems with maintenance they where out with in a day or two. Tambra was a really nice lady and professional. Definently highly speak of Hampden Village & Skyline Property Management.

So i got dclined on leace cause my past eviction5 yr ago. Lost my love of my life. To be replaced by jessie chambers not on the leace in 221. Staff no help as far as 2 boys and 2 female ladys sharing the the same room. Staff only there 2 days of the week. No staff there at all. That place needs a little help.
This place is preeeeeetty crappy. Their hot water is unreliable. Theyve tons of spiders here. Their appliances kinda suck as well. The 1 bedroom apartments are really small yet theyve breached 700.00 per month. This is the third time theyve raised prices since Ive been here. They also switched out the coin operation of the laundry machines and replaced it with an asinine swipe card system that doesnt even match up to an even 10.00 because they raised the prices of the damned things. They totally bleed their tenants whenever they can. The only thing going for it is that because it is behind a graveyard, its pretty quiet back here.

Landlord who by the way is never at the leasing office ( even when she only is supposed to be there twice a week) has an attitude and will make up any excuse to deny your application and take your money. Stay away.
