One of the things that is stressed by consumer advocates and is taught by housing assistance programs is to get a receipt for rent payments. So these people, with all their respectfulness that they tout, dont bother providing a receipt and I ask for a receipt (specifically) or a copy (I conceded a bit) and the latter is what I get - unsigned - just a copy.Im sure the response might be that Im overreacting since the transaction is recorded on video. Try that one on me! I dont have access to that so in reality it doesnt exist for me. I would have to file a goddam lawsuit (which I can get filing fees waived due to disability) but Id need to hire a process server to deliver subpoenas too so in reality I should include the costs incurred too but of course the point then will be to teach me that I am an ingrate and am expecting too much by insisting on professionalism.Edit: I found a site that mentioned landlords are not required to provide receipts. I think the law needs changed on that. Under the circumstances with my apartment building at this time, however, it wasnt unreasonable for me to request one and I think my request could have been granted without the impudence. I had a landlord that perjured himself in a local county civil court (I have the transcripts!) and his daytime job was real estate broker with a downtown firm so I cannot trust any of these ppl
We live in Bluebird Row Apartments in Chattanooga, TN. The staff is so great. Colby, the manager really cares about the state of the apartments, and is involved in day-today operations. I have seen him pick up trash, which I imagine a lot of managers wouldnt do, unless they care. He is friendly, and has been kind enough to bring boxes by my apartment from the mailroom, which can be a challenge for me with a child in a wheelchair, and an infant. The maintenance staff is excellent. Nathan is very capable and friendly, and responds quickly to any request in excellence.
I am incredibly happy with the mission rock residential team! Steve, who does maintenance at the quarters in Towson, MD has been super helpful, timely, and works hard to make sure all of his residents have what they need to live comfortably. He is a huge asset to the company and look forward to continuing my lease with mission rock residential.
I am a resident at The Vistas At Stoney Creek and have dealt with maintenance on multiple occasions. They are very prompt and respectful. Brian and Jake are two of best maintenance people Ive ever dealt with. They really go above and beyond.
Mission Rock has not only treated me very fairly in the 5 years Ive worked here but has made every accommodation they could when Ive hade to deal with life events. They truly honor their employees. From a management standpoint, they have never tied my hands when trying to do what was right for a resident or a community. They honestly care about those they serve. This is an incredibly difficult industry when it comes to perception as unexpected events like pipe breaks, power outages, and vendor mistakes can cause hardship for the residents we strive to serve. Thankfully, I can say with confidence that I am always supported when it comes to doing what is right. This is something rare this day and age and something that makes me quite proud to be a part of the Mission Rock Team.
This people are unprofessional. They recently moved in as a new management in blu at Northline apartments. Its been 2 weeks and still havent settled up yet. They changed the office timings from 9-6 to 10-6. I went today at 10:25, still havent opened the office yet. I renewed my lease with the previous management (RKW management). Still got a letter saying you have to pay month to month charges if you dont renew within 30 days. Am planning to move out since they dont have any status of my renewal which lll take advantage of. The apartments are really good but this management got on my nerves within 2 weeks, cant handle them for 1 more year.
I cant wait for my lease to be over, I have leave in this complex for 5 years and Im done with the Incompetence of the staff and management. My kitchen light has been flickering on and off for weeks I put several work requests for it even spoke with a manager nothing has been done. Now my kitchen light is completely off and when I call about it all I get is excuses just to change a light.
Weve had to provide renters insurance multiple times because they keep adding their own policy to our monthly bill. Originally ceiling fans were advertised but none of the apartments have them. We pay way too much monthly for such terrible service. You cant even fix the lights on the front of the building after submitting a request 3 weeks ago. You ignore my questions on phone and email. Terrible management
I have been employed with Mission Rock Residential for almost 5 years and have never felt unappreciated. Whenever I had an issue, I knew there was always someone I could speak to. This company ensures that their employees feel heard and offer the utmost benefits for every family dynamic. I value the time and effort they provide each employee, guiding them through difficult situations or assisting them in becoming a better employee bound to excel. Mission Rock Residential was definitely founded with their employees in mind.

I have been working at Mission Rock Residential for over eight years.Everyone at Mission Rock is dedicated to helping each other achieve their goals from the company president down. I have never worked for a company that genuinely cares for its employees as Mission Rock does. The Mission Rock encourages innovation and is dedicated to celebrating everyone’s uniqueness, strengthening the employees and the company.Mission Rock’s culture is contagious, and the high level of performers Mission Rock has on their teams is impressive. I would recommend Mission Rock to everyone as a great place to make your career.
I have been part of this wonderful team for over 7 years. Truly a company that stands beside their Mission Statement and embodies all of their Core Values. The entire Mission Rock team is so supportive, committed to individual success as much as property performance, and invites collaboration from all. Proud to be a part of the Mission Rock family!
I would give 0 stars if I could, I was told on April 1st by Carolyn property manager at Vistas at stony creek that I didnt qualify credit wise for mt apartment and had to move by April 14th (after I had already been living here for 6 months alone after my roommate moved out) I then get a call yesterday saying I can stay (after I already packed and looked for a place to go) and now being told if I dont stay they will charge me penalties for not giving a 60 day notice of move out (even though they told me I had 13 days to move.Update Sept 2021: its funny how you comment to send you an email and never reply then when I finally move away from this horrible place I get scammed and they try to take my security deposit. Ill make sure to let me attorney know of all the financial and emotional distress this company has put me and my 7 year old through.
Mission Rock Residential has been an amazing place to work. I have finally found the Home Ive been looking for all of these years. There is an abundance of support in all aspects of our Company as well. I encourage anyone looking for a work/life balance, and wanting to feel appreciated, to come and see what Mission Rock has to offer!
I have worked for Mission Rock for several years, and I love how much this company cares about its residents and team members. As a manager, I feel I am fully supported and able to make choices for my property and my team. It is unusual to find a management company who truly values what is happening at the property level, and I am so proud to say that Mission Rock does!Through the pandemic, Mission Rock has worked to provide the safest environment possible for its employees and residents, while working with multiple ownership groups to find a solution that helps impacted parties as much as possible. Together, Mission Rock was able to secure PPE and put policies in place quickly to keep us all working and providing for our residents.I cant say enough good things about this company, and I am so proud to be a part of their vision!
I started working at Mission Rock as an intern in 2014 and have now been with the company as a full-time employee for almost 4 years! I’m so lucky to work for such a great team and be apart of this organization. I’ve also lived at multiple MRR communities and our on-site teams are what make us so great. I would highly recommend Mission Rock to grow your career or call your home!
I have worked for Mission Rock for almost two years and love it! Everyone is incredibly supportive and respectful. There is always room to grow within the company and our leaders make it easy to enjoy the job and feel valued. Thank you, Mission Rock!
Mission Rock Residential is hands down the best company I have ever worked for. I have been with them for over 6 years and have no plans of leaving. Corporate staff is amazing and always goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and part of the team.
I have worked with Mission rock for almost 3 years. This is the first company I have ever worked for that says they care about the employees and really does! During COVID, Management has been and is still concerned about our Residents and our Staff out on site. Kindness is a word I would use to describe the culture. Great fun place to work.
I have worked with Mission Rock Residential since early 2019 and my experience has been nothing but wonderful. The corporate support is amazing, employee opinions really count and they are relentless in updating systems to ease your workload. Mission Rock totally ROCKS!!!
I am not only a resident of a mission rock residential property I am also employed by mission rock residential at another property and I am proud to say this is a great company. They are very professional and courteous and genuinely honest caring compassionate people as a whole. As a resident and employee I see both sides equally and I have no complaints either way. I’m very grateful and thankful and proud to call home a mission eRock residential property and to be employed by them
Mission Rock is an amazing company to work for! They foster a positive work environment and are quick to respond with any concerns. I have worked for this company for almost a year and a half ... and I couldn’t be happier!
I have worked for MRR going on 8 years. This company has been a firm foundation with all my life decisions, has impacted my personal life, and I have always worked in an environment where I have the ability to grow my skills while working side by side with amazing co workers. I am thankful to be on a team that genuinely cares about my well being as an employee and individual in general. #ItstheROCKWAY!
Terrible management. All they do is fight and try to control you. They make up false reasons for you to live your life how they want. If a property youre intrested in is managed by them. Turn around. I work closely with over a dozen property management companies for my career. Unfortunately these guys do where i live. If i could give negative star rating I would.Update: im a licensed pest control operator. This company charged you in rent for pest control. That doesnt get done. I see rats in the day time. Informed them. And they do nothing. All tenants are paying for malpractice. Ive even offered my professional rodent service and was declined.
Ive worked for Mission Rock going on 7 years now. MRR is an excellent company to work for. From the owners to the site level employees, everyone has been a please to work along side of. MRR truly values their employees and treats us all like we are family. I highly recommend Mission Rock!
Awesome place to work! From top to bottom Mission Rock’s employees care about each other and are always willing to help with any type of support we need.
Absolutely LOVE Mission Rock!! By far the BEST property management company I have worked for and I have worked for a few companies but Mission Rock is beyond phenomenal. Everyone from Corporate, to our President, our trainers, EVERYBODY is amazing. They all go above & beyond for their employees and properties especially during these difficult times we have been going through with COVID. They provide us with the tools and necessary equipment needed for our staff + residents that are needed so our stations/areas and amenities are clean and sanitized. Mission Rock really strives for their employees to love their job and know that they are not alone, giving us the comfort of providing extra training, resources, any help needed. I will continuously say that I LOVE Mission Rock because I wake up looking forward to my day and being at work, especially with my co-workers. I am proud to call Greenspoint my work home and very proud to work alongside incredible colleagues. They all go the extra mile for our residents and each other, always so helpful and always so happy to be at work!!I definitely will not forget to mention how incredible my property manager Susie is! She ensures all of our residents are happy, accommodated and well taken care of. This property functions so great because of her! The attention to detail, how she cares and interacts with our residents and the time she takes to LISTEN to a resident if there is ever any issue or concern is fantastic. She really desires for her residents to enjoy Greenspoint during their stay with us weather it is a few months/years, Susie really takes care of everyone. I really enjoy and love working alongside her each and everyday, her humor, work ethic and how she cares for everyone is amazing and I feel very lucky to be able to work alongside her. Mission Rock is the place to be!!
Long time team member who knows how hard everyone works to ensure we maintain exceptional apartment communities. This is a company that is fair, transparent and holds their teams accountable.
Beware! Mission Rock will rob you blind, Im not just talking about the 500 dollars they charge me for moving out, and when I talked to one of their representatives, when inquiring about why I was getting charged that much, he told me to pay your bill or it goes to collections. They also stole a cabinet full of appliances during my move out and told me there was no proof they were there.... WOW. My worst experience ever dealing with any company, very unfortunate.
I have worked for this company since the start and can confidently say, Mission Rock continues to grow, improve, and do what is right for its employees. I highly recommend this company.
Current tenant at Tribeca STL. Trash chutes are always full because they can’t get a company to pick it up. As a result, people leave their trash in the hallways and it stinks and leads to pest issues. Complain to management, but nothing is ever done. Management doesn’t care enough to own and resolve the problem. Property is horribly mismanaged.
Ryan came into the apartment and found the leak in the wall with minimal effort. He was very fast acting as well as professional. Finally after renting for the past 8 years this is by far the best maintenance crew Ive seen in a while. Thank you for all your hard work!
Stay away from anywhere associated with these people. Horrible, unsafe living conditions. Absolute slumlords.
I tried to contact upper management at Mission Rock after the awful experiences we had living in a hazardous environment at Copperstone Apartments in Everett, WA, but nobody responded. This company doesn’t seem to care about customer service at all.
Thank you Nancy hernandez for everything you have done for use . you have gone over and be on. thank you so much from the Balder as family
I am astonished at all the negative reviews! I have been in this business over 15 years and I have never worked for a company with more morals and kindness! I have been with Mission Rock almost 4 years now and plan to retire from here! Great company, great people!
These people are slum lords. I like in their 865 Bellevue Property and have lived here 5 weeks and put in 20 work orders. Everything from leaking ceiling to mold, to sinks that dont drain and an A/C that stopped working.I pay $1610 a month to deal with non stop never ending maintenance issues. This place is a nightmare. Their maintenance staff either do not know how to fix issues or are not empowered to do so. Either way the residents pay the price. And they continue to take our rent every month and refuse to reimburse move in costs. This property management company clearly does not know what they are doing. And whoever hired them is just as responsible.
Their lease terms are ridiculous so we decided not to sign the lease. We went with a different apartment then received a $170 bill for “moving out fees” when we never even moved in. Super scammy
I live in Las Vegas at Whispering Palms. This used to be a nice place with one set of office people. Now since the new owner, we are working on our third set of office people. When you call, no one answer or the message line is full. If you call with a complaint about how all the gates were not working 6:30am Monday morning when you are trying to get to work, and when you reach someone on the alternate line at 3:00pm, Carla, the office manager rudely said Theyre working now, and then I was dismissed. No one ever heard from me before this new management. I NEVER had a complaint. Now Im calling or visiting the office a couple of times a week with a complaint. Why?I am a good tenant that pays their rent before time and has never been late in over 2-1/2 years. After this lease is over I will not renew. I loved it here before and was always treated respectfully, things worked and the office staff cared about us. Now, I am treated like being a good tenant with a good payment history does not matter.I dont like being spoken in a condescending manner and then DISMISSED!
I have been wrestling to get an invoice paid from the property manger, corporate office, and accounts payable with no luck! All my emails have been blocked and no return phone calls. Stay away from this management company.
In todays world how can you be running a reputable company when you dont return calls? Only scamming companies conduct themselves like this business.
Mission Rock recently took over our property (Solana Cherry Creek) and are quickly working to bring things back to where they were when we originally moved in. The leasing and management team and very friendly, helpful and responsive. The maintenance and cleaning staff have been doing a good job. We really enjoy this property and are pleased that Mission Rock has done such a great job. Thank you Mimi and Hunter for all your help!
When i first came into the lobby, destiny welcomed me in with great energy which made me feel really welcomed. She then took me and my wife around the complex to show us the view which was was unbelievable. My wife completely fell in love with the dog park. This was was just a really great experience to finally have someone to welcome us in. I will recommend to lease with Destiny she brings in new tendants with open arms and the greatest customer service.
Don’t interview with this company they have managers and regional managers that will mislead you to thinking you’ll get the job and they don’t hire you. My personal experience was misleading and I’m well qualified but they don’t care. They just want to waist your time. Bad Management Company! Don’t ever apply! Please don’t bother replying back because I want read it!
Lived here for almost 3 yrs in a 1 bedroom when i needed more space they were awesome and got me taken care of quickly our new management has it handled well
10 AC maintenance requests in 30 days and still no authorization to replace the unit. Rent went up over $100, but the service sure hasnt. They just keep charging the unit every 3 or 4 days. What does it take to do things right? Never live in a Mission Rock managed apartment complex. I wish we had just gone ahead and moved when the rent went up. The people here at the complex can only replace a unit when its approved. So why isnt 10 requests and having to charge the system every 3 or 4 days over a period of 30 days enough to replace it? Because the corporation wont authorize it. But I bet if their AC was crappy and old in their offices, theyd have that fixed right away, dont you think? And lets not talk about the fact that the less than cold air doesnt cool very quickly, so the unit runs nearly non-stop. Our electric bill is going to be so high. I think we will send a bill to Mission Rock corporate for the difference between last year this time and this year.Another update: STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! We provided proof of renters insurance in June. We were charged for insurance in July. No credit has been given even though Whitney has promised it several times. PLEASE GIVE US CREDIT!! ONE MORE REASON FOR DISSATISFACTION!!
I live at Salado Springs (Their property). Great apartment complex, horrible management. We have had service calls not get done after 3 weeks to several months and only were done after management was reminded. They charge monthly fees for pest control yet hardly ever treat the units, and we have had a roach problem the entire time we have lived here. They charge a monthly pet rent for what seems like no reason at all. Dog park is in horrible condition and the plastic doggy bags are always out. Pet deposit is among the highest I have ever seen and is non-refundable so obviously the pet rent is excessive. I probably wouldnt have as much of a problem paying the pet rent if I knew I was getting quality service each month in regards to maintenance. In addition to the monthly Pet rent, they charge an extremely excessive service fee of $25 for simply walking to your door and posting a notice on it. It has become fairly obvious to me that this management company will gouge its residents for anything it can, with the minimum amount of work it takes to run a property.
They rented out some of the worst apartments in Arizona. The hot water would always go out for days and they wouldnt take responsibility for it. They wouldnt even believe you until hundreds of people called the next morning complaining the hot water went out. I would give them 0 stars if I could. A week would pass by and guess what? The hot water would go out again, this went on for months and they didnt know how to fix it or were too cheap to replace the boiler. The property manager was a total joke, she would pretend like nothing was wrong. Cant believe they hire people like that. Stay away from their rentals....
I LOVE working for Mission Rock. Everyone is so kind and down to earth. I truly feel they appreciate and genuinely care for their employees.
Peyton Holden is very helpful and friendly and a joy to work with when I come in to the office
Absolutely the most chaotic work and rental experience anyone could imagine. As a former employee and resident... It is all about the money, not people, not work/life balance and not about creating a nice place for anyone to call home. This company has way too much to learn for me to suggest giving it some time, unless you have time to wait for this ship to sink.
Mission rock recently bought out our apartment complex. This used to be a great area that i would recommend to anyone but now that mission rock is in charge i would urge to stay away. They barley fix maintenance problems for as cheap as they possibly can and they wont help their residents in any way. They also raised the rent prices so much that its now ridiculous to try and rent here. I would hate to see what they have done with any of their other complexes.
Worked there for 3 days. Hahaha 3 days. The first day I was there I had the pleasure of meeting the HR employees who sat next to me who used the f word, n word, and c word...and that was just within the first fifteen minutes of me arriving on a Monday morning. The culture here seemed to be lacking any and all morality, but thankfully I was given a second job offer for a different company that first day too. I cannot speak on how the business runs, but just seeing that first impression I cannot imagine its anything to write home to mom about.
Lacks professionalism. They don’t care about you, they care about your money.
I will never lease from this management company again. They just took over Bella Springs a few months ago and we will end June with no pool available to residents. This does not seem to be of concern to them that residents pay for an amenity that will not be in use 35% of the season. They do not give notice of work. They power washed my balcony with furniture and bicycle on it. At 830 p.m. I had strangers on my balcony replacing a piece of wood. I called the office to point out no notice was given and two days later receive a notice that began As you are already aware, the work on your building has begun. One of the woman in the office possesses no customer service skills. Do not rent from them if you dont want to be irritated every other day.
They just sold the apartment complex that I live in. Gave us zero notice. Went online to pay rent the website was gone and the property was no longer listed on mission rock’s website. Went into the office and there is an entire new staff from another company. Glad that the mission rock people are gone. Terrible customer service. Also have some of the same complaints regarding doggy bags. Mission rock is a garbage company.
This was my first apartment to live in and since day one we had issues. Not being able to move in on the correct time to being charged $150.00 dollars in property damage because of a satellite dish. We came in with the awful smell of a smoke stained apartment, along with being told to move from a disability parking spot when my handicapped brother when over. We have yet to have any positive outcome from this lease. I would not recommend them. No care or respect for their residents. Absolute nightmare this far.
Hot tub has been broken for 4 months, along with the gates to the area- anyone can enter including children. Both the hot tub and pool were drained but filling up with rain water. Extenstion cords and various other cords are draping in and out of hot tub from when they started work on fixing everything...FOUR months ago. I have called and emailed twice, absolutely no response from Mission Rock. Had a friend move in, only to discover multiple things broken inside the apt. Moved back out 5 days later and Mission Rock is refusing to return her deposit. Need I say more?!
This place has been absolutely horrible turned a home into a corporate place where I can’t sleep where they take away my parking where they restrict amenity spaces and treat us like children. Took over without notice and when unhappy with company would not let us move on without exhoribitant fees so essentially kept hostage in own home. Disgusted with where I live under mission rock. Absolutely hate this company
I lived almost 2 years at Rock Creek Commons. It was ok until I had to leave. When my first year was over the management forgot get me into a contract so lived 6 months without any. Reason I was supposed to notify. So I was expected to perform manager’s duties :) Signed second contract and had to move halfway through it and Amanda cant keep her office straight. One person says that the lease cant be taken over, another says it can and they will advertise my unit. I was charged 2 month rent as early termination fee. I had a deal with Amanda to pay only that but when I called the corporate office Amanda got mad and charged me another full month rent and a bunch of maintenance fees and the deal was off. Lesson: whenever you deal with this place, ask for everything WRITTEN. Amandas dont keep her word. Oh and working with corporate office is worse. Regional manager, Amber Craven never returned any of my calls or emails. Guess the only way to communicate to her is via BBB compliant. Left message for Ambers boss Kay Hutchins same thing. When I call corporate, secretary says I have been contacted. All they do is mark in system as contacted but never do. I havent seen any calls. Oh and in the meantime I was working, trying to work, with corporate Amanda sent me to collections. Apartments are ok, but worst management I had ever dealt with.
If I could leave negative stars I would this is a horrible place to rent and live noone should rent here at quail Village or especially clover basin. The worst staff ever at clover basin
Horrible customer service. I lived in one of their apartment communities in Cypress, Texas and had so many problems. We got bed bugs from the complex and they would not help compound the problem so we moved. I have since tried to contact corporate(Mission Rock) multiple times and they will not return my calls. I would NEVER do busy with them again as they do NOT care about their residents. the great thing about this is this company bought out the old leasing company and stated they were going to make a difference, but they cant even return one simple call. You have been warned!!!!!!
Not even deserving of the minimum one star. The apartment was garbage, but that is not why I am writing this review. Upon move out I was issued a final bill. The bill was marked for may 7th, but I did not receive it until around the 15th. I paid the bill in person with a money order for which the office staff signed for on the 22nd. Less than two weeks later I get a call from a collections agency trying to collect payment for this bill. I then tried to go back in to the apartments office to find out what happened to the money order I had given to them, and come to find out that the apartments had changed ownership the day after I paid. The new management had no record of the money order. So I disputed the bill with the collections agency and called Mission Rock multiple times to try to get this resolved, even emailing them with copies of the money order receipt for the exact amount signed by their office employee. I never heard back from them. About 4 months go by and I just yesterday got a call from another collections agency trying to collect the same bill! Now I am right back where I started trying to get his useless company to do the right thing and pull the bill from collections. They are criminals, and if the bill wasnt for such a small amount I would most likely be pursuing legal action against them.Whatever you do, do not rent from this company!
Horrible experience at The Knolls at Sweetgrass. They doubled my rent for month to month. Unfortunately i had to stay there one more month while the house i was moving into was being prepared. They did this to guarantee nobody gets their deposit back. Then i was charged over $2000 for a full carpet replacement. The bad experience goes on....But they have a 1.4 star rating at Mission Rock Residential, and a 2.4 at The Knolls, so i doubt they care about reviews. Never the less i guess i have to put in a small claim to check the legality of their month to month rent. I also encourage everybody to put out the work on google reviews, yelp, Facebook and everywhere else about this horrible company
Great corporate culture. Love where I work!
Awesome! They came when expected and were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Good company to work for if you expect to leave after the first year
Very disappointing experience. Ive been here two years, and my rent has gone up $120 a year since I moved in. I called to complain about the recent rent increase ($60), and when I told them they are pricing me out of my home, she said she understands, but cant do anything about it, which is the same thing as I know, and I just dont care in my eyes.I asked for a call back from Meredith - the VP of the company - but apparently shes too busy to have a conversation with me, because its been a week now, and no call back. I hope she finds some time soon, because Id really like to discuss the man that moved in recently who keeps peeing outside where we can all see him...This complex is falling apart, and while they recognize its falling apart, NOTHING is being done to fix it (The stucco on the side of the building is falling off the building because of a bad paint job that was done well before you moved in is what I was told by an employee of Mission Rock...thats over 2 years now that its been falling apart, and they havent yet done anything about it.)The onsite staff they boast about under the amenities section of the apartment website are only here a few days a week -- the manager is only here about 11-12 days a month, and the maintenance guy is here 5 - 7 days a month, because they have them split between this complex and another. They also have this RIDICULOUS 60 days notice to move out clause (meaning, we have to give a 60 day notice to move out), stating that other apartment complexes in the area are going to 60 days notices so thats why they decided to do it here. The only other complex not run by Mission Rock that I could find that had this policy, also has terrible reviews online. I dont think you should be modeling your business after other failing businesses...but thats just my opinion.
Horrible management company focused on rapid growth and no training. The employees are not allowed any liberty to take care of their tenants. The contractors working on our property said this is the worst company theyve dealt with ever. We apologized for our landlords incompetence
I have been a tenant at this location since Jan 2012. I am a disabled veteran and rented 2 separte apartments during this time frame. Today while at the VA hospital straight talk(which is a prepaid phone) deactivated my phone without notice. They usually send me a text indicating That Service will expire in 3-5 days then I can reload but failed to do so this time. So I could not call to renew my phone service. I returned home from the VA hospital and went to the office at my apartment. I walked in to the office and said I need some help and explained the situation. The lady at the desk dialed the toll free number which I gave her which was one of many lines on the phones. I began a very tedious process with the guy on the phone who seemed to not understand how to reactivate my phone. Christine Castillo, I think she is an asistant manager but I am not sure of her title came out of the office and said you are going to have to wrap it up Mark this is not a public phone. She could have easily heard my difficulty if she cared about being helpful or wanted to be of assisstance but she just added onto what was an extremely dificult day and situation. My lease exxpires 9/15/2017 so I am told. I gave my 60 day written notice and I am moving out as soon as my lease expires. This is not the first such incident of the management company acting as if they were Gestoppo.(spelling may be wrong) and I jsut dont want to put up with them anymore. I love the apartments but would not recomend them to anyone unless you like being treated like a dog just when you need a little help. Once before I had to report them to the Arizona Attorney general in order to get treated fairly and repectfully. after complaining to the attorney general they quickly reversed their actions. Not all of them are like this but they have ruined the living experience in spite of those who treat the tenants respectfully and fairly.Sincerely,Mark S. McMeansP.S. the only reason I clicked even one star was because they would not let me post my review without clicking on a star.
Have notified leasing office several times at Lakeside Casitas appartment community about tenant next door drinking and being loud from 12 midnight to 5 am. Still doing the same thing. Had to move bed into my living room. Will be requesting my rental lease contract be terminated.
Great company to work for! Awesome company culture!
4 managers in 2 years with decreasing care for the tenants and property. The staff used to care about the property to an extent, but they now walk by garbage and leave it, including the increasing amount of dog feces. Tenants receive no notices about any changes, or if there will be any. Cannot wait to move out! Current management wont even speak to tenants.
Great place I think
