This was the best leasing experience Ive ever had. Alexis was extremely informative, friendly and very attentive. The concierge team is great too! The apartments are beautiful, very nice finishes and its quiet. Overall, wonderful building!

Hands down the NICEST apartment I’ve ever stepped foot in. The finishes are all luxury condo quality (detail below). I took a tour here, and no other apartment came close (and I saw some REALLY nice apartments) The staff here is also really something. Joanne, Kyle, Hannah, Kaye, Connor, the entire Dunn construction team really go out of their way for you. (It’s still under construction and I can’t wait until they finish super soon). The location is right next to Cherry Creek trail and really close to two cute parks. Perfect for dog owners and people who love the outdoors. Walking distance to the hub of Cherry Creek mall and dining but far enough that it feels really quiet. So far the tenants are an awesome mix of people ranging from young professionals to families with (adorable, well behaved) kids to people with some years and wisdom. 10/10 would recommend. I’ve lived in “luxury” apartments before and not seen stuff like this. For instance: Kitchen comes with a wine cooler (I filled mine with Topo Chico, obviously) and smart gas convection oven. So you can turn the oven off and on from, I dunno, the grocery store I guess, and cook a chicken in 5 minutes. Like you do.

My husband and I are thrilled to have chosen Gable Vista as our new home. We have lived in NYC for the past 10 years. I wanted to find a home where we would just as comfortable. We had to work virtual on finding the right layout for us due to the pandemic. The team at Gables Vista was amazing. We are so excited to call Denver our new home. Thank you Gables Denver Team for making us feel so welcome.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Gables Vista. I had a very unique situation moving in and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. They communicate openly and clearly, they are extremely helpful, and they really show that they care about their residents. Im very happy and excited to be living in such a clean facility where the residents happiness is valued. Thank you to Joanna and the entire staff for everything!

I feel its important to share my experience at Gables Vista. Im about half way through my lease, and I will not be extending it. There are reasons for this others may want to consider which is why reviews are important.The building staff are friendly enough, especially concierge staff, albeit high turn over. However, Ive observed over the time Ive been here a continued lax in this highly luxury and expensive apartment building. As it is pretty new, not even full yet, the attitude has slowly diminished in upholding this premier and high touch market position - and has (is) sliding all the time. You see this in the upkeep of the individual floors, in the upstairs and outdoor spaces (sloppy upkeep, dirty stains all over the outdoor furnishings, unkept outdoor grills, large disgusting stains that are never cleaned up on carpets, gross trash closets, etc.). The building works hard at showcasing the first floor lobby to potential new tenants, but existing tenants are seeing a real downgrade toward existing tenants, via its continued slacking maintenance. Ive had maintenance issues in my apartment that cost real money toward me (utilities that they (dont) maintain, I am charged for, which end up costing the tenant more)....that are due to the design of the building itself. For example, the water in the building takes 5 minutes to warm up for a shower, and that excessive water use is charged to me. Its very frustrating that this is part of a so-called modern, luxury building. Its actually fairly unacceptable in a sustainable oriented, modern building such that it is. Good luck getting something fixed if it happens on the weekend. Ive had times when the AC/Heat didnt work (at all) and it took days for it to get looked at by maintenance staff. For the the high prices paid for this place, maintenance should be available 24/7. Not Ill have someone come over Monday....Bottom line is that this building has a glossy appearance and good location, and much that it can boast. But the costs (they nickel and dime the tenants for every single function) are not justified and are not aligned with the daily reality of the living experience. At this stage of the buildings development, I cannot recommend. It has a great deal of improvement to make before it can realistically justify its high costs.

We accidentally walked into the wrong apartment building, but decided to take a tour anyway. A month later, we moved in because we fell in love with place. Joanna has been incredibly helpful in her quick responses to any question we have. The apartment itself is lovely with lots of nice details including built-in bluetooth speakers and automatic closet lights. Also, we get beautiful views of the mountains. We couldnt be happier.

We live nearby, so weve followed the construction of Vista the past few years and have been eager to see it open. Great neighborhood and the nearby Gables buildings are all beautiful, so our expectations were high. We took a tour in August with Kyle and were so impressed with the apartments, amenities, and staff that we are soon to be new residents! Kyle is a great asset for Gables...informed, thorough, accomodating, and exceedingly patient. His help in finding us a floorplan (and there are many!) that fit our needs made the difference between us thinking about it and actually signing the lease! The other staff we interacted with were most helpful, too, and we look forward to getting better acquainted after our move.

We had an amazing experience moving into Gables Vista and we couldnt be happier living here. The entire management team is friendly, helpful, and amazing. The day we moved in, two different members of the management team went out of their way to come up to me and introduce themselves, never had I had that sort of service in other luxury buildings. The apartments were crafted with care, it seems that anything Gables attaches their name to must be top notch service and quality. We would highly recommend Gables Vista to anyone looking for a high quality apartment.

I would gladly recommend gables vista to anyone on earth simply because of the staffs uncompromising, unwavering and sheer BRUTAL dedication to top tier service! From the community manager Joanna to her fanatical staff I was absolutely mesmerized by the full experience of moving into vista! Never have I felt so welcomed into a phenomenal building! From the distance you can see the awesome glow of the vista sign that ignites nothing short of a feeling of bewilderment. From there you enter - greeted by marvelous yet subtle words of kindness and duty. All while you are encompassed through a paradise covered in Delightful and elegant design. This is vista envisioned and brought to reality!

Living at gables is awesome! The concierge team and leasing team is always friendly and super helpful. The apartments themselves are amazing and full of cool features. The amenities are all brand new and awesome!

The best service and attitude Ive experienced during apartment hunting, I felt from the very first second that I was taken care of and not just being pitched with the apartment like at vast majority of other places Ive checked out. Best apartments ive ever lived at. Walking into this place you immediately feel like youre in a 5 star hotel. The staff are all super friendly and do an amazing job at running the place. The apartments are very spacious and of top quality. The ammenities are amazing, including multiple grills and full kitchen area on the 8th floor deck as well as hot tub, heated pool and full sized gym overlooking the city on the 12th floor roof roof deck. This place was designed with one thing in mind, luxury. Highly recommend this place to anyone. You will not be disappointed.
