Id never heard of AptAmigo until I got an email from Gina P. after liking some apartment listings on apartments.com. After a phone call from her to get all my must-haves, location desired, etc. I received a list of 6+ great apartments with everything I was looking for. I simply picked the ones I liked the most and a little later received a tour schedule to view them. Gina was great throughout the entire process, professional and honest. For the tour I met up with Samuel S. and he was a great partner to have along for my viewings, sincerely friendly and funny, not fake or pushy. He asked all the questions I would have probably forgotten to ask. AptAmigo even takes you from place to place with no driving! And when we had a 30 minute window between viewing he bought me a great cup of coffee. The best part about all of this was that it is all free to the customer! They get a fee paid from the property manager (if you apply and get an apartment) not the person trying to find a new home. By the end of the day I applied to the apartment I loved the most and now all I have left is to move! I dont want to move again soon but with the ease of AptAmigo, I will definitely use them again next time and will refer all my friends to them! If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! Scott was amazing to work with. He stayed in touch with me months before I came out to Denver to look at apartments and consistently checked in with me. I had very specific needs/desires, and he was so open minded about it and assured me that it was okay because I needed to be happy with my end decision! On top of that, not once did I ever feel pressured to sign anything or make a decision. One of the best experiences I have had with anyone in real estate or leasing in general. Such a nice, informational, caring, and fun guy to work with! And my mom loved him, and moms always know best!

Everyone was super helpful, and we were relieved of a lot of the pressure! They made a curated list of apartments after hearing our interests, which saved us so much time. Mandy and Neuman were very willing to go take pictures and videos of apartments, which was amazing because I live across the country. Overall AptAmigo made the transition so much easier, would recommend to anyone who is moving and unfamiliar with the area.

Within a few hours of our initial phonecall, she provided me with multiple listing options that met all of my criteria and quickly set up a schedule for us to tour. Raemon made it very easy to find my new place by first recommending a bunch of options based on my criteria (almost all of which I was unable to find on my own), then setting up tours for the top choices, and finally accompanying me on the tours and making sure to ask important questions that I often forgot.
