Been living here for about 3 years it’s been going good so far.Management did a great job remodeling the concrete pavements and roads. The technicians are great too. The houses themselves are really nice and the basement is a great place for me to do my gaming. Overall it’s a good place to stay.

I just went to renew my contract, management is amazing the secretary is an angel, very professional. When I first move here the apartments were okay but over the next 2 years the new manager has done an outstanding job by keeping everything clean, they just installed handicap spaces something the premises should have a long time ago. I like her enthusiasm and the way she gets thing done. You can tell she is a leader because maintenance and the rest of the employees seem happy to help. Great team players, I am not making this up people, Ive seen many managers pass by and Ms. Costa is the the one that has done the most and you can tell she has work hard to keep these apartments in a good shape because it shows. The concrete work, the handicap, the trash area, the lights, the trees, the pool area is finally clean and warm and when it snows they are on top of it.This is a great place to live as of right know.Thank you guys for all your hats work. :)

I have been here going on 4 years. I ABSOLUTELY loved living here. Friendly neighbors that always say hi, safe environment just PERFECT for myself and children. Until about a year ago. The new neighbors that moved in made the property completely different . Loud music all the time especially late hours, multiple cars and not just 2 or 3 more like 10 cars for 1 town home. Multiple cars coming and going. People coming to knock at my door asking for drugs, syringes in my back yard. Mind you I have 2 young kids. Unfortunately I do not let them play outside anymore since office staff NEVER did anything about it!!!! Not one returned phone call. Rumor around the property says that my neighbors are drug dealers. DING DING DING doesnt take rocket scientist to know that. I called corporate to inform them on the information... The young lady was very concerned and said they will handle it right away. Well they never did. It came to the point where I had to get a registered weapon to answer my door. Its really sad to see how much this place has changed. Thats not just all. I have encountered several other problems but this one by far was the worst. I used to recommend this place to everyone but now its the most unsafe place that I have ever lived at. Unless your a cracky and want drugs right next door then you are in the best place for it. I cant wait until my lease is up!!!! I hope this info helps.

We have lived here for 4 years and love it. The community is well kept, the neighbors are nice, and maintenance gets things fixed super fast. The town-homes are spacious, it would be nice to have one more bath tub, but for us, its never a problem. The basement is awesome to have for storage or use as a game room. The pool is cleaned every morning as well as the pool deck. This is a first rate living experience.

While not the newest townhouses, these homes are kept up very nicely. The grounds are impeccable and the swimming pool is pristine. It is a very quiet and friendly community. The best part of the townhouse is the basement. Downsizing from a three bedroom home, we find the spacious full basement the perfect place to store tools and my teaching supplies. The office staff are the best! You wont be sorry if you move into The PInes at Pinehurst.

I moved into the Pines@Pinehurst in 2012 under the management of Holly and Caitlin and things were done and taken care of. Then there was numerous management changes for a few years and I was frustrated, the pool was closed half the time and the grounds were not being kept up with in a timely manner, not getting my renewal in a timely manner or my concerns being ignored. However Connie always tried his best to get maintenance things done for the residents and the grounds. Then Derek came on board and things once again were being taken care of and have been great. The pool, the grounds and maintenance looking good, thanks to Connie and other staff. I feel as if we can go into the office and talk to Derek about any concerns the residents have. Good choice in hiring Derek, he has great management and professional skills, which is something a successful leasing company needs now days with all of the competing properties. I am happy I chose the Pines@Pinehurst.

This is the best deal for renting you can get in Denver. 1500 square feet for a townhome with multiple levels, with a basement, parking, and patio for 1480/month. The complex is minutes from 285, lots of grocery stores and shopping. Quiet neighborhood. The Pines gives you your privacy. Prior to the Pines, I had an apartment complex that would be doing some kind of mandatory inspection almost every month. The pines staff notified me maybe once in the year I was there to check the fire alarms and air filters. The staff in the office make the experience even better. Laid back, accommodating, warm, and friendly. In particular, Caroline and Sam. Thank you for exceeding my expectations for renting and in customer service, and thank you to the Pines in general for keeping prices affordable for the residents of Littleton/Denver.I will be recommending the Pines to friends and family.Sarah

I lived at the Pines years ago. They were not kid friendly back then. Also when we moved out we cleaned the place spotless, filled holes on walls and they were supposed to call me for final walk through so I could get some of my deposit back, they never called. Then claimed we did not clean, they said their cleaning person cleaned. BS!! My Aunt helped me scrub that place clean, walls to ceiling. There was a small burn from a pan on the cheap counters I knew I would have to pay for but I already knew that. When I called them about the final walk through they said it was already done and because they had to clean no refund on my deposit. Hopefully they have new management and things have changed. I loved that they had reasonable rent back then and enjoyed the full unfinished basement for extra storage.

I absolutely LOVE my apartment at The Pines! The interiors are a little bit older, but the place itself is a bit older. And what you get for the price you pay is amazing! My townhouse is spacious, and I have a TON of cabinets. Ive never lived in a place that I have enough cabinet and counter space for all of my kitchen gadgets! I actually have THREE half-empty cabinets in my kitchen, and thats just unbelievable. And OMG the basement! Its a huge space for storage! I even shoo my kids down there every once in a while to play and be rowdy when Im trying to clean or work from home because I know that the sound wont travel. Its a life-saver!The grounds are gorgeous, and you can tell that the community has been taken care of very well. Everything is clean, and well groomed.I see the manager, Derrick, walking around all the time just saying hello to the residents, or delivering packages. Even just picking up a stray piece of trash that blew from the dumpster area. Carolyn in the office is always SO nice! She always has something nice to say, and is so organized and on her game.I havent actually met any of the maintenance guys, but I hear that Connies amazing. By the way my apartment and the grounds look, Id say thats a fair assessment! Ive had a couple of minor work orders, and they were taken care of immediately and they were done right the first time. What else can you ask for?The parking has always been just fine, and Ive never had anyone park in my assigned space. Any time Ive had a guest, there has never been an issue with finding a parking space for them, either. Its QUIET in this area, too! I have never heard a single peep from any of my neighbors through the walls. All that I hear are the kids playing in the little courtyard in front of my place in the afternoons. And theyre all perfectly well-behaved and non mischievous, so I have zero problem with that. The only thing thats even kind of noisy is the fire department across the street. And even then, its just for a second that you hear the sirens, and then its over. Shopping is just a few minutes down the road, and there are tons of options.I havent been to the pool yet (I saw that it was being filled, but I dont know if its open yet) but Im sure that will be a great experience for myself and my kids to enjoy too. Excited for that!Im a hot-natured person, and I keep my A/C running pretty constantly. Ive never had an issue with it not working to its potential, and my electric bill was still only $50. The water/trash is all in one lump sum paid to the office each month so thats not an issue either. All in all, my life at The Pines at Pinehurst has been pretty amazing so far. Keep up the good work, guys!
