I love my new home. Management is great and made my move easy and fast! Always provide me with emails in case I needed something I had a way to get in contact, very responsive and helpful! I felt very welcomed! I love how much parking space their is! Special Thank You To Cristina In the office very nice and professional Lady!!

Rental suppression-> After asking a simple question, can I apply for the affordable unit at this location. It seemed that it was very hesitant towards individual applying for affordable housing in this location. It shouldnt take multiple emails to ask if I can apply for a unit or if you have a unit. Its a yes, no question. Then just to put on a Wait list, with no timeline?? Um ok.. so misleading and misrepresentation.because when someone asked you about affordable housing. They know about the income limits and how many people can occupy the unit. Its not rocket science.This is just another way they are suppressing the people to find housing in respectable neighborhoods. And people that are wanting to live there or trying to better themselves. its just sad

Holy cow where to begin. I’ve been looking for a new place for awhile now, and by a stroke of luck found this property and Andrea. She quelled all my nerves about moving, and made everything extremely easy to understand. Everyone I’ve met here is great as well, this is a top tier establishment through and through! I’m lucky to have this be my new home.

The manager here is excellent. She is friendly and responsive, and works hard to be sure things are taken care of in a timely way. We have enjoyed working with her. The apartments are very nice as well.

Currently working with leasing agent, Andrea. She is delightful! Shes incredibly pleasant to speak with and, best of all, EAGER to help me with my housing needs, which I desperately need help with. I couldnt be more grateful for her enthusiasm and kindness!

I lived here for just over two years and absolutely loved my experience! My apartment was clean, quite and practically brand new. I never had any issues (from move-in to move-out) and Deseree, the manager, is an absolute sweetheart. The building is extremely family friendly but I never heard my neighbors despite the number of young children in the building. Residents were friendly and I enjoyed running into them in the elevators. Also, they are pet friendly which is a huge plus with my cat.

This management team is outstanding! If you have a disability they are more than willing to assist with paperwork and answering any questions you may have about their community and Services. I hope to live in this community soon, please do not go anywhere Team Evans :)

Spoke to Andrea at Evans Station Lofts and, although, it didnt turn out to be the right place for us, Andrea was extraordinarily informative and helpful in guiding us to other potential housing opportunities in the area. She was a tremendous resource to us!

People if you are looking to move here dont do it . The best thing you can do for yourself and family is to walk away . There is only one good leasing office lady that works here and she is new the other lady who has been working here is so damn rude I am thinking about reporting her to the HUD .Gov and also Better Business Bureau if she dose not get here act together.

There is a serious issue with the fire alarm system and ADA access. The elevator goes out often and sometimes takes a few days to fix. If it happens over the weekend your screwed, this time around it has been out for 5 days. Leaving NO ADA access, there are no first floor apartments every apartment has to be accessed by elevator or many flights of stairs. To compound the issue to dangerous levels the building fire alarm went off and everyone had to evacuate till the fire department arrived but those with handicaps were trapped in their apartments.Aggravatingly this is becoming a very common problem. The internal fire alarm has gone off many times before, we have had to evacuate at this apartment building at least 5 times. We have never had to evacuate from any other buildings we have lived in. The alarm noise is not safe to walk past without damaging your ears, and residents never know if its a false alarm or real. Combined with the problems with the elevator it creates a serious recipe for disaster.

The apartments and its location are both wonderful but it is the people at Evans Station Loft who really make this place feel like home.Desiree, the ass manager, makes living at Evans Station Loft just that much better. She is always willing to go above and beyond to get to know the residents and do what ever she can to accommodate them.
