Ive lived here since June 13 2021. So far seems really great. Got a beautiful 2 bed 2 bath place on bottom floor. Are truck was broken into and they attempted to steal it. But couldnt. Other than that its been great!
Theres nothing special about this place. People who live here are friendly, keep to themselves, there are some who are out there, but thats anywhere. This is a stepping stone for many of us who are saving for a home. This being said, the office staff is very passive when it comes to concerns of the tenants. It makes me think that since they live here, they dont care for our concerns. My biggest example is the pool. I asked the staff when the pool would be open. They said they hoped for Memorial day. This did not happen. A week or so later I asked again, and they said theres a repair needed to be made and they hoped it would be open by the end of the month of June. 4th of July came and went, and the pool remains closed. The water has started to turn green, and the office staff said, Theres cracked concrete so we wont be able to open, sorry. That Crack has been there since first removed the tarp at the end of May. They have had all this time to fix it, and to this day, nothing! We have not received any notifications or updates. If we dont ask, they wont inform. The fitness center has been in repair since early this year and still nothing. Again, since they dont live here, they dont care.
Im in apartment G, and Im so happy here!!Supper nice leacing office! I love the staff especially WITTNEY ! SO NICE !! in fact there all awesome and nice, the mail man gotta learn who goes to what. But besides that.. lol happy neiborhood happy people ! Right next to all the stores!! I love it here .. o ya they got big ol trees and green grass and washers and dryers in the units . Cool sitting spots!!! I love it here !
Living here is by far, the worst. True, not much you can expect from the price but when I say the apartment is not worth it, I mean it. I honestly felt discriminated against by the office employees, if you didnt speak well enough english or spanish, you are treated different. I lived here at least 5-6 years due to the school district and everything was terrible. Theres rats, spiders, roaches, even saw raccoons, and bed bugs. The management was trash, they were rude and the issues we had were unimportant in their eyes, it seems. The only good thing was the built in laundry, besides that? nothing. I guess they didnt get the memo that you should treat your residents decently.
I lived here a few years ago. The positives of this place; in my experience, was that my apartment was clean, quiet, convenient, nice, roach/mold free, and they were timely with repair needs. The negatives far outweigh the positives. First, maintenance mistakenly re-coated my bathtub while I was living there causing me to not be able to use my shower for 1 or 2 days. I had to use a shower in one of their model apartments. MY place smelled like chemicals for a couple of days. The worst, however, was the financial impact. For job related reasons, I had to break my lease early. When I went to tell the office staff, she said I would owe them the money for breaking my lease, which would have been fine, but she led me to believe that I would also have other penalties for not giving 60 days notice so I should wait until my lease is up. When I contacted them towards the end of my lease to let them know I wouldnt be renewing, they then said they needed 60 days notice, and they were going to charge me 2 additional months rent. I ended up paying 4 months worth of rent for when I wasnt living there. The kicker, they also never returned my deposit to me, even when I gave them my new address. If they are under new management/structure, please disregard.
Update they do not fix anything ever looking to move
Lived here almost 2 years and havent been impressed at all! This place has roaches, rats, wasps, spiders everywhere! Mold hidden behind paint and lots of water damage. The apartment has thin broken latched windows. Management is terrible! Ive always had a hard time getting ahold of them, when I need matience they take forever to even respond about it! They can be rude as if they want to even listen to what I have to say. Save yourself the time, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
Wouldn’t recommend this place. I lived on the first floor in B107. Nothing was ever fixed even if you went in personally to schedule maintenance. They don’t give AF about you. & in the summer it’s the worst with all kinds of bug infestations in & around you apartment. You have no idea how many earwigs I’ve had to kill in my refrigerator! It’s disgusting.
Unless Youre Desperate......RUN!!!! Unpleasant, Incompetent, Rude Staff! Roaches, Mold, Paper thin Walls, They Will come off nice trust me this is no place you want to spend your hard earned money. They arent Worth it. I viewed & endured so many shenanigans, I moved On!!! No thanks keep that Sh!t to yourself Santana Ridge, I can do better.
Overall, it was okay, its a good location, living here isnt so expensive compared to most places in Denver, but theyre also a bit old and you may find the insulation doesnt help much during the summer where you have to keep the AC running all day for it to barely cool down the room and which results in high electricity bills, people are a bit messy around here too it seems, they dont care about keeping the community clean. I guess were ready to find a new place with some central AC system, it gets quite hot in Denver! Not a lot of complaints, the floors may need to be renovated as they look old and dirty, specially in the older apartments and maybe the creaky bathtubs! Its a good place if youve moved from out of state but if you are able to afford a bit more a month, find a cleaner place with better insulation.
Im giving them a 5 star review because they are on it, we moved from the worst apartments possible to these guys and have been nothing but happy with them and the company. They go out of their way to help and Oliva is especially wonderful and so is the manager. They fix anything that need to be fix and if the vendor gives them problems they go to bat for the resident so we really appreciate it.
Leasing has been hell. They dont check their emails and continue to ask for documents I already sent them. They gave me the wrong address and I found out on moving day what my address was supposed to be, after I already changed my address for EVERYTHING including mail forwarding, energy bills, and my immigration paperwork for my husband. Then they call me day of moving, saying they have not cleaned the unit yet and I cant move in until after 3 pm when I told them I was going to be there around 11 AM. They are a total mess. Not organized, and dont pay attention to detail. You will also be forced to sign a valet garbage addendum for $25 a month to have someone get your garbage off your doorstep, its not negotiable. They dont even pick up the garbage most of the time.4 days in, someone attempted to steal the tires off my car. A month in, someone tried to pry the screen off my bedroom window during the night. They painted over the bathroom tile and its now peeling off and Im guessing Ill have to notify them of mold sometime soon.Random chipping paint in various places. When the heat kicks on, sometimes I smell smoke.Jackie in the office is really nice, but some of these problems 🤦 and the safety issues 🤦
The staff is very fast, friendly, and very accommodating to our needs. The property could use a little love but I truly think that this is the group people that will make that happen. I have enjoyed my time here at Santana. I hope that when you are looking for a place you will at least check them out.
If I could leave zero stars I would. DO NOT RENT HERE! From the time I moved in I’ve had nothing but problems with the leasing office. They are lazy and rude. I paid for a renovated apartment, but when I moved in there were dirty walls and carpets, broken cabinets, and old appliances that didn’t even work. It took over a month and multiple maintenance requests to finally get my kitchen sink fixed. The stairs leading up to my apartment broke because all the wood was rotten and instead of replacing the wood they just nailed the broken step back into place. It broke again a week later. Not to mention my balcony was all rotted too so it was unsafe to use. That’s just the problems inside the apartment. The people working in the leasing office are idiots. They scam people out of money. Around the holidays I went to pick up a package from the leasing office and when I walked in I saw the employees going through the packages and resealing them. Nothing but a bunch of thieves. If you are thinking about moving in here I highly recommend you look somewhere else.
Recently started a lease here and so far so good! Minus a dismissive office worker. SARA was awesome though! And so far the dog park and playground are amazingly convenient. Residents could pick up after their dogs more... but the bag stations always being empty is a big deterrent.
Well let me just start by saying this: don’t do this place to yourself. Just don’t. First things first, the office staff is an absolute nightmare. They are incompetent, unresponsive, defensive when you confront them, and most of all, unreliable. Second, the place is an absolute dump. The parking lot is full of pot holes and it floods when it rains. Also, every night when the sprinklers are on in the summer the parking lot floods (the morning walk to the car is fun). The dumpsters are always overflowing. My car was broken into (as well as NUMEROUS others’ multiple times through the year we were there...there’s a community board on the resident page that’s fun to read). Expect dog poop everywhere as well. The fitness center was not usable for the first nine months (yes, you read that right. Nine. Months.) that we lived there and then when they finally got it back up and running, they wanted everyone to pay a $50 deposit to get a key card. And they had to shut down the fitness center again. So, if they try to sell it to you as an amenity - don’t believe them. During the winter, there were times we actually had to shovel and salt our stairs ourselves because they didn’t keep up with it (you can imagine what fun that nightmare parking lot was as well).During our stay, Santana Ridge was wildly understaffed in the maintenance department. They had turnover left and right and couldn’t seem to keep employees which led to a lot of maintenance issues. Literal weeks to get stuff fixed. The only good part of the maintenance there was Cameron. He was always friendly and great at getting stuff done. We also had to call him for emergency maintenance and he was prompt and fixed the issue quickly. The location itself is pretty conveniently close to a lot of stuff! I liked being able to walk over to King Soopers. The area is super busy, though. The surrounding neighborhood area has a ton of car break-ins too.I promise you spending an extra $50-100/month to live somewhere else will be the best decision you made. If you do decide to put yourself through this mess, read your lease and god speed.
Do not move here at all they don’t get things fixed,I have had a maintenance request since 2 months nothing has happened vendors lie about why they don’t get things done. The paint in in my kitchen cubboards don’t even match the knobs to my restroom don’t match the front one is gold and the back one inside the restroom is sliver. My electrical switches don’t work at all the tile in my restroom doesn’t match and it looks like they just painted over it. There is kids just yelling running everywhere hanging out by your apartment they don’t even live in the same building. They leave a mess.reason I left 2 stars is because the lady’s up front in the office are very nice. People smoke cigarettes in there homes which stinks up for the rest of us. Ugh!
They will show you a clean apartment then day of move in, you get a roach infested, moldy, nasty place that no one wants to live in. Then theyll try to play games with your deposit & application fee. Applied after looking at a clean apartment, day of move in NASTY and they called in move in ready Unless you are desperate & used to roaches & mold RUN.
My apartment itself is clean and the location is convenient. Thats where the good stops. The complex received new management around January 2020 and I have not been able to actually speak to anyone in management. I renewed my lease and my account balance has shown the balance for a month to month lease and now my new statement is showing that I owe an additional $367 for the month of June. I spoke with Jackie about this at the time of renewal and she assured me she would get this taken care of and of course it has not been. They are also requiring residents to sign a photo release. There is not an option to not sign. Im sure many people are not reading documents in full as I am. This is a danger to domestic violence victims and this company does not care. Jackie also was supposed to get back in touch with me regarding the photo release and she never did. The ball is constantly being dropped. I also emailed Tabby on 5/28 regarding the photo release and other items I wanted clarification on and received no response sponse. I have been compiling documentation to submit to the better business bureau since greystar and previous management are failing to address concerns.
The office staff is very helpful and friendly. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. This complex is quite cozy!
Ok, so the units themselves are not great. But the community is filled with wholesome friendly people, the management is right there with them. They try really hard to reach out to everyone and create the community feeling that people so desperately need. Its great here, no matter what other reviews say.A few repairs here and there can be done, but you cant fix bad people. Thats been my experience with other places in Denver. Prissy people running fancy apartments, with no care towards each other at all. This place is different. You dont get the best of units, but MAN, do you get the best of people! SERIOUSLY!If you are looking for that hometown feeling, like you are a part of a community, rent here. Its great.
I could say a million things, but I’ll just say this. Save yourself and DO NOT move here. It’s terrible over here. Counting down the days until my lease is up. Just terrible.
Like having your personal belongings broken into and stolen? This is the place for you! Enjoy paying for services youll never be able to use? These apartments have it! Do you loathe the feeling of no security? Santana Ridge has it all! You will pay for garbage services that are rarely picked up, a 2nd pool and fitness center that will NEVER open and higher water bills to make up for empty apartments. They claim to have security, but you will never see them. We had our motorcycles damaged from attempted theft and stairs that we and our neighbors FELL THROUGH because they dont do necessary maintenance here (yes, we put in a ticket before the fall). Do NOT rent from here and if a class action lawsuit ever opens against Greystar please contact me so I can provide all of my pictures for this companies terrible treatment to tenants!
Great place to live just be sure to say exactly what you are looking for or may need if having maintenance iss its best to just call the office
Edit: we absolutely did not come to any form of agreement in fact Tabbie, the very rude and nasty property manager hung up on me and threatened to call the cops on me!Wow what an experience. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. My daughters apartment had a water heater burst above her and these people refuse to do anything. When contacted they are mean and agressive just nasty people. The lady responding to these reviews claiming to be the owner is actually the property manager for a large corporation who is even nastier than her. They take money and do not care about you after that. Then they report your review as if you are lying? Wow just wow. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! And Tabbie, dont respond to this being fake nice. Its all an act, its disgusting how you treat your renters
POOR SERVICE!!!I dont even know why I am still in Santana ridge apartment! They look at tenants As If they are doing you a favors! My master bedroom grew mold in the past so this is the 3rd time I am complaining. Twice they said it will not come again and it came back. Out of all problems that I will cite later, today they came this morning open the wall and and turned an kind of commercial dehumidifier that releases heat and make noise in my bedroom. By the afternoon I did not see anyone to tell me what theyre planning. I call the office twice, FINALY The so called assistant manager said to me, I have to let this dehumidifier running all night and day until the wall is dry so they can fix it. I told them no way I am sleeping with a dehumidifier that releases heat in my room. I reminded this ignorant how landlord have to accommodate tenants in this case. Not only mold causes health issues now I have to sleep with a noisy machine and they expect me to work and pay my rent. In this complex rats are everywhere during the night, early morning side walks welcome you with dogs poops..... I have more to say tomorrow and pictures
I would leave zero or negative stars if I could. I would never recommend renting from here even if it was the last place available on earth. The staff is ALWAYS rude no matter what youre there for. My oven door would not close so I was unable to use it the entire year I lived there and my front door had a half inch gap on top where snow and rain would get in. I complained several times and staff got snippy and told me there were other problems to take care of as well. Not being able to heat your apartment or use your oven are not major concerns to them. On several occasions I was told I did not pay utilities or rent and even when I had proof from the bank that they had cashed my checks for them, I was charged late fees. Not to mention upon moving out, I was charged an extra three hundred dollars on top of my rent and was told I was all paid up and had to be out by the forth. When I went to bring my keys in today they coincidentally had no record of the extra 300 I paid and I was forced to pay more AFTER I was already told by one woman I was all paid up. Then the woman said she didnt speak with me and then continued to change her story and told me she never said that. I am furious with the service I received while living here. I could go on and on about how awful it is but the main point is, DO NOT EVER RENT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO CONTINUALLY BE TREATED WITH DISRESPECT AND GET SWINDLED OUT OF YOUR MONEY ON A DAILY BASIS.
This apartment complex is not worth renting. I suggest spending a little bit more to get a place thats secure and provides security. Cops are constantly at this apartment complex, kids walking around with guns, they dont do background checks so they have ghetto people moving in. Men gauck at woman while they walk and follow them to their apartments. Men have been caught peeking through windows of the apartments and the leasing office has done nothing to improve the safety measures of this place. You voice your complaints to the leasing office and they give you a number to the off site security office who only calls the cops in return. Also the maintenance of the grounds is horrible The trash at the dog part has not been emptied in 2 weeks nor has the dog poop been picked up in that length of time and its always like this. The trash in the bins is all over the place
I visited this complex in August 2018 in search of a place to live. It has standard amenities and cheap pricing. The apartment had bad walkability and felt like college living. I viewed about 20 places in total and it did not make my top 5 from which I ultimately picked a place where I live now. I would only consider this place if you are on a tight budget.
Worst apartment complex ever! Lived there for about a year, the management was always rude, there were roaches in the kitchen, even had an exterminator come and it didnt help anything, my washer broke the last 2 months of my lease and took them several trips to come to my apartment and still not fix it. Horrible place, dont live here! PLENTY of other places that are the same price but worth the money.
Been here a week and there were roaches in the kitchen the very first day. Couldnt move in all the way because I had to wait for them to come fumigate. There was a huge hole in the bathroom door Tried to wash clothes and the washer doesnt work. Ran a load 3 times and stains remain. Im trying to find a way to get out of my 9 month lease.
I would just like to say that i know that these apartments are older and while they need some things done i have never had an issue with the people in the office... they are fast friendly and very accomodating to our needs. I think that they have been working hard since they came in and are trying to turn things around for this property. I have read the reviews and i see there have been some issues but i believe that it starts with communication. Give them a call and give them the opportunity to show you what an amazimg community can look like.....
I have seen major improvements here since the new staff has taken over... They are friendly and are trying their best to accomodate everyones needs. While I will agree the apartments themselves are a bit older I have not had an issue. If there has been a problem I call the office and they send someone over as soon as possible. Thank you staff of Santana Ridge for doing your best to turn this place around!
This place is horrible stay away from this place....i had a broken dishwasher since December its now February!!! Stay away from this place...im out of here as soon as my lease is up..the office people are super nice when they first sign you up because they get a commission...after that when you receive a package at the office theyre not friendly at all
COCKROACHES. DIGUSTING. By far the worst experience in my life. I moved in from out of state and only saw online pictures. The first day I moved in I saw about 5 large roaches in the kitchen. It only got worse. We cleaned and bleached every corner of the kitchen and bathroom and they kept coming back. Pest control came almost every week for months which didn’t help at all. The roaches are in the walls!!!! The staff was kind and offered to buy boxes to put some kitchen stuff in so that I didn’t have to move every single item in the kitchen every week. I had to throw away many things and lived feeling scared every time I cooked or went to the bathroom at night! There was also a problem with the hot water heater when we first moved in, the maintenance visited very fast but could not fix it. It took them many many visits always leaving the apartment dirty until it took them weeks to fix. There was a 6 inch round blue paint spot in the second bedroom which was never cleaned or mentioned upon move in.There is only one ac in the living room which gets no circulation and makes summers unbearable. The children in the complex scream bloody murder and throw rocks as they yell profanites. They also steal the shopping carts from Costco and use them to ram into each other and the apartment buildings. You can hear screaming from parties often even at 3:00. When addressed the neighbors they told us they knew where we live...For the whole 6 months we were there, the gym was closed due to children cutting the wires to all the machines. That second pool by the gym was closed as well. The only pool was always crowded with kids and bandaids in the water..There was an issue with the sewers backing up which we had to smell for about a week. There was toilet paper on the grounds for months after this happend. The complex was always filthy. The management did all they could with hiring someone to come almost every week day to pick up the trash around the area. By the end of the weekend, the complex was trashed. The cabinets are so old and decrepit that I had to clean my pans before I cooked with them due to the saw dust inside of them- and the roaches. The price was ok- until they rose the rent well over $100 after 6 months.UNLESS YOU LOVE ROACHES DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!
You get what you pay for with this apartment complex. Pool is often closed in the summer, maintaince is hit or miss. Some guys are good and others not so good. The inside of the apartments are cheap- a lot of the apartments are just patched up for the next person. Walls are very thin- loud neighbors at times. I am not renewing my lease. Only plus side of this place is the washers and dryers in each unit and good location. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone - theres a lot of nicer places within their price range.
This post has been edited, from 4 stars to 2, no 1 star. The property management team here is a joke. Its 2-3 weeks to get any work done, they wont schedule anything, and theyll call when theyre at your door IF they even call about doing maintenance in your apartment. THERE IS A WORLD WAR 1 STYLE TRENCH going almost across an entire entrance now on Galena St. Its literally 2-4inches deep and goes 3/4ths the way across. Apparently they think their residents enjoy driving over that trench and the every day game of pot hole dodging while in the parking lot. Ive asked about it for 4 months now and the office staff doesnt know anything about it. Staff doesnt care, they really dont, and if you think they do...remind yourself that the property management company only wants your money so they can do absolutely nothing with it. Staff drives around in golf carts creating more mud trenches along the walk ways, mud all over the side walk. The sprinklers are really good and throwing mud on my car and creating lakes around the dumpsters so you cant easily throw away your own trash. I think they like it that way, makes it easier for them to charge you $25 a month for the service of being forced to put your trash out on certain days at certain times WITH THE IMPLIED THREAT OF BEING FINED FOR PUTTING TRASH OUTSIDE THOSE TIMES?!?! NAAAA, EFF YOU. OH wait, and lets not forget the useless effing air conditioner that does eff all for cooling the place down in the summer. OHH, OR THE FRONT DOOR that leaks all the hot/cold air out no matter what month it is because they dont know how to seal a effing door. Property Management is joke here, the fact that you have to bring these issues to their attention over and over is all that you need to know. They will never proactively do the right thing.Since I cant reply to the Owners response filled with generic garbage about calling the office to speak to the same people who dont know what is going on, Ill edit this post again. If youre reading this, OWNER, understand that I think your response is garbage. Do something proactive or STFU.
Update: The owner responded to this review and did not leave any contact information, and when I called to ask about it, nobody knew what I was talking about and did not give me anyone to talk to. Reassuring my first perception that this place is a scam. This place automatically renews your lease and does not even give you a heads up. Our lease is up May 14th, when I asked move out questions weeks ago there was NO mention of a 60 day notice or your lease renews. This was not told us at signing, and never mentioned to us when the 60 day mark came. There it was though, one tiny line on our lease that was NEVER brought to our attention. Now we have been tricked into 2 more months of living here - it feels like a scam. Save your money, save your time, and dont bother with this sketchy place.
The apartment itself isnt terrible and didnt have much issues getting maintenance to fix a few issues. Front office workers seem quite busy for the most part. Walls are no thinner than any other apartment Ive lived in. Residents are able to smoke inside the apartment and the smoke will drift. If this bothers you, fair warning. There isnt anything they can or will do about this. Ive also had to leave my apartment due to the overwhelming smell of weed. I was informed by the managers that there was nothing they could do about this. I could call the police but that wouldnt get me anywhere as no way to tell where it started. They said they would post notices to surrounding apartments but there was no follow through.Parking can be limited as they provide one carport per apartment and open parking elsewhere. Beware when parking near the dumpsters as recently there has been a rat problem. They are mainly near the dumpsters but have been spotted up near the apartments. Other residents have had wires in the engine chewed and ruined. The office informed them they were not responsible as it was a natural disaster.
Cant get them to respond to multiple service requests for inoperable appliances. Every time you call the office there is an emergency that all there people are working on. Wont be renewing my lease!
I will say this place is a pretty good place to live and raise a family. I been here for two years and not to many Cons i can honestly say. PROS are its quiet, really dont have to worry about loud music or loud neighbors. Apts are decent. If you have a problem maintance is pretty good at coming within a week.CONS are the parking. Limited free parking in the lots if no spots have to park on street. Weight room is pathetic, only one treadmill work and the machines dont even have the metal piece to put in the weights so you can use them. Also dont trust the office. Had it happen more then once where i pay my rent on time but the office lost my money orders and tried to say we didnt pay. Luckily i kept my receipt. So ok place but keep your eyes open.
I recently moved to the Denver area from AZ and my wife and I and now (twin girls) and we love the Santana Ridge apartments! The move in was needed fast and quick for my new job. We were able to move in and in a amazing apartment. We have a 2bd 2ba for our girls, and I work at the Denver Airport, so does my wife and we needed a place close to the airport. I can not say enough about the management staff and the maintenance department but I will get back to that in a sec. SO the management team has been amazing with helping us get everything situated for our move in smooth and accommodating. The neighborhood while yes looks a little older and lived in, is QUITE! and amazingly not a lot of street traffic. I have lived in many places in different states being that I am a NAVY VET, and Santana Ridge is great if you give them a chance. So after moving in we had minor maintenance issues which were fixed promptly and I never needed to call back. And 1 issue with our fridge that needed to be fixed asap. They maintenance crew responded quickly and about 1 day we had a new fridge. Now while mine was a certain issue that required a immediate fix and I am sure all peoples experience might not be the same, the crew was friendly, quick, and it may sound like a small thing but they knocked every time they came into the apartment. I also have to say that the fact of having the washer and dryer in the unit makes my wife life so easy with our twin girls and not having to go outside or to a laundry mat. SO ending I would say go in, talk to the management, and see the property in depth. You might be pleasantly surprised what you see and the apartments also have a fireplaces!!! Sorry is a GREAT winter time extra to have! Santana Ridge, THANK YOU!! and I am a grateful and very happy Resident!Ross M. OlivasDenver Airport Customer ServiceUSN (VET)
Who is this Tabby woman i keep reading about? Nonstop reviews about how mean and awful she is, yet some are 9 months ago and some are 2 months ago, so she is still there after all the bad reviews of her?
Ok! Since I made a complain. The property manager assessed the issues with me and really working hard to resolve the issues. I m happier.
It was good the office people were very nice nice set up an pool, fitnesss area, playground . Very nice price not so much for a two bedroom 1,050$
You get what you pay for really. Rent is lower than surrounding complexes but appliances in your apartment will be in disrepair, you will have to wait for them to be repaired. I had plumbing issues the entire duration of my stay (10 month lease), I was blamed for it but later it was found to be a main line.Ive been gone from the apartments for 1 month now and Im still waiting to get my deposit back, and they are not responding.
Not the greatest place in my opinion. Office staff wasnt the nicest when I lived there but the maintenance wasnt bad.
Very slow to react to problems, staff unprofessional and rude, does not inforce dog cleanup.
Not recommended for no one high or low class
A great place to live.
Nice place to live but too expensive.
I decided to not sign the lease for the apartment and asked for my money back and they wouldnt refund me anything I put down for the apartment. Scam. Stay away.
We were moving in to Santana apartments and when we moved in we found mildew in the bathroom, and we also found no door to the bathroom, and no refigarator and the maintenance was terrible because when they were supposed to help they were outside drinking soda and the manager had anger issues and was really mean to me and my family
Good relationship between quality and price
