Line28 was my first apartment when I moved to Denver and I could not have picked a better place to settle me in. Best location and has all the amenities you need. Shout out to the amazing Sheila who is attentive to anything you need and Pedro who will prioritize any issues you have. The best duo!

I love living at Line28. You cannot beat the location and the property team and staff are amazing. I came from a very poorly managed apartment complex in Denver before Line28 and now I know how great apartment living can be. The staff really care about the tenants and go out of their way to make the experience a good one.

Pedro is our amazing maintenance man at Line 28, and one of the top perks of living here is anytime *anything* is broken, he IMMEDIATELY comes to help! Im so grateful for all he does around the building - between snow removal, pool cleaning, and apartment maintenance - he is the BEST!

Line 28 is such a great place to live! It’s in the heart of LoHi and surrounded by many wonderful restaurants and bars within walking distance. They host great resident happy hours monthly and is a wonderful way to get to know your neighbors. Morgan is incredibly helpful with any issues that arise and always willing to help! The entire team always greets you with happy faces. It’s been a joy to call this place home!

THE BEST APARTMENTS! Its a newer property that is taken great care of. The location is prime, the price is fair, and the size is great. The complex is smaller which makes it feel like a true community. The management team is so friendly, genuinely knows each tenant, and is so responsive. I cant recommend this place enough - just resigned for my second year.

I have lived at Line28 for 2 years and I love it - my apartment is great: love the natural light/appliances/set-up/cleanliness, the location is perfect, the rooftop + pool area is awesome for socializing, and the management team is engaging, responsive, and great to work with - plus great covered parking!! I highly recommend living here and renting here - you will not be disappointed. This is the place to be.

I have just recently renewed my lease here without any hesitation. The front office is unbelievably friendly, not to mention proactively helpful And communicative. The maintenance staff is top notch and extremely quick to answer requests. I have had such a great experience with residents, especially in shared/common spaces and amenities. Pet owners are responsible and it seems as though everyone makes an effort to keep the complex clean and safe. Very reasonably priced for the location and a plethora of resident events if you are relocating from out of town and looking to meet friends. 10/10.

Line 28 is a well-run, modern apartment complex with all the amenities a tenant could desire. The well- appointed rooms with wood flooring, brand-name appliances, and trendy lighting set this property apart from the others we toured in LoHi and the rest of downtown Denver. The exceptional customer service we received from Samantha and Morgan was unparalleled by the dozens of similar properties we’ve rented across the country over the past 25 years. I cannot say enough about Line 28. Definite 5 stars and would highly recommend!!!

Ive been a resident at Line28 for almost 3 years and love it here. The location cant be beat, its central to everything and easy to get anywhere. There is a lot of construction in the area, but its Denver and pretty much par for the course. The apartments have high ceilings and feel spacious, even if you have one with smaller square footage. The staff: Jennifer, Morgan, Pedro and Isaiah are all fantastic... they truly care about the community and are responsive to any issue or request. Any issue Ive had has been resolved within a day, and they go out of their way to make Line28 a great place to live. Highly recommend!

Love living here. Leasing office is always friendly, fun happy hour every month, quality appliances, quick maintenance, great amenities, and perfect location. The rooftop cannot be beat and the building shape allows for sun to hit the pool area until it sets (as opposed to other buildings oriented away from the sun or are enclosed structure). Feels very secure with the badge system (have to badge a lot but worth it). The only reason I 4 starred Noise and Grounds is because 1) I live on the side facing the new apartment building being constructed on 16th. That has stopped now the building has progressed. The walls on the inside are either very thick or i have quiet neighbors. 2) the turf on 16th smelled very bad for a good portion of the summer (dogs). Wish this was washed more frequently

This is my first time living in a building and my husband and I absolutely love it! The location is exactly where you’d want to reside, within walking distance to several restaurants, just minutes from downtown, and makes us feel very safe. Line28 is currently being renovated to look its best and we couldn’t ask for better amenities! Also, love the management and maintenance team. They are always on top of everything and always there for the tenants needs!

I just recently became part of this amazing community and am enjoying it immensely!Its centralized location in LoHi offers some of the best dining, parks and night life within walking distance. Its extremely dog friendly too! My dog has been just as welcomed as I have by residence and staff. When first looking to move in, the floor plan I had originally considered wanting was not available. One soon became available and the management helped me to make an easy, hassle free transition to the unit I more desired. Even went as far as physically helping move my belongings! They go above and beyond here to meet your needs and wants. They maintain a clean, friendly environment and there is always someone available for you. The amenities it offers are over the top for this area as well. Couldnt be happier with my decision to move in and will most likely renew my lease when the time comes.

Love love love the community. Great location and friendly staff, especially Matt in maintenance, he is always quick to respond and take care of any issues. Definitely recommend you check it out. Bonus is its right across from Linger which is one of my favorite places.

We have lived at Line28 for over year and loved every minute of it. Seriously can’t beat the location, Linger, El Five and Lola are all with in steps of your apartment. Huge underground parking with tall clearances for those big vehicles! If your looking to live in Lohi this is the place to be!

This place is great... the staff is super friendly and very helpful. We went to their end of summer pool party and everyone had a great time!! The amenities are well kept and their resident events are the best!!!!

Best apartment I have lived in... Im 38 and have lived in 8 different buildings in my life, including a very high end high rise in downtown Seattle that cost about 20% more and the staff there were as cold and dreary as the weather. The maintenance and office personnel here are awesome to work with and super friendly people. Trash and recycling is never backed up and theres always seats around the pool. Incredible neighborhood.

Pool is nice and is never super crowded outside of some holidays. Work space option is great & the roof top is the best in the area:)Id love to keep Line28 a neighborhood secret but I highly suggest it to anyone apartment hunting near the area!

Great location, terrible amenities for the price. There are a plethora of apartment complexes to choose from in Denver that are cheaper and have way nicer things to offer. Line 28 is money hungry and they will charge you for every possible thing they can get. Honestly, the location is the only good thing this place has to offer. They have an extremely tiny gym, tiny pool, and uncomfortable common areas. They have a very nice rooftop and patio space, but those areas are unaccessible after 9 pm. If you want to live in an awesome neighborhood, but overpay for a subpar apartment, then Line 28 is for you. They also require a fob to access everywhere in the building. This is a nice safety feature, but also a pain as you are required to use it on the elevator at all times. Also, the leasing office is not always available. There is usually only one person that works there and if they are touring the place, at lunch, or on the phone, then you have to wait or come back. Ive enjoyed living here for the location, but I wouldnt recommend Holland Residential Group.

**Lived here early 2013 to May 2014**Pros:LocationApartment finishesParking IncludedQuietCons:Security- Bike was stolen from Secure garage -even asked for them for the multiple security tapes but staff couldnt find anything....Staff- Received treating letters and from company after moving out demanding payment for a move out statement that wasnt even generated yetUtilities- My apartment, located on the first floor, would get up to 88 degrees without my AC on. Management said this was because the building insulated so well...and couldnt fix it. My average Xcel bill was around $60-$100 for a 480sq ft apartment to keep my apartment at 70.Maintenance- My ceiling fan kept making a horrible grinding noise and maintenance continued to say yeah, thats annoying, but thats just the way it isGarage door keeps breaking resulting in parking on the street (which can be very difficult to find a spot)Also expect your renters insurance to go up. They require 300,000 in liability coverage.
