Techs need to be trained more, or be honest.After inspection tech said evaporator was not in the unit. No power to it. Which was true. The coils were detached on placed on the ground.It was suggested to get a new AC Installation ranging from $4,000-9,000. I declined. I called my landlord for help and he got someone else to look at it. He put back the evaporator inside and now my AC is fine. Always get a second opinion.

My old furnace died and after discussing it with Shane from Denvers Best, we agreed it would be best to replace it. Shane was super professional, honest, and took the time to explain all the options to me. What I really liked was that Shane was also the installer for the new unit, and came back immediately when we thought we smelled gas after installation. He was really great throughout the process. The installation wasnt easy, but he did a perfect job - not an speck of dust left anywhere. New furnace is working great. Staff at the office was also very helpful and up front about the availability of furnaces during COVID. I highly recommend Denvers Best!

Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose, thanks to these guys I lost. I had a scheduling window from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. and they called me at 1:30 and told me they couldnt make it because the techs car broke down. I offered to pick up the tech and drive him to my home or pay for an Uber or Lyft... Nothing! Too bad so sad. Terrible terrible terrible company, I wouldnt use this business if it was my last resort and I hope no one else ever does. Put them out of business!!!!!

I call them to have a second opinion on a major failure I had in my AC unit. They evaluated the issue and explained very thoroughly the pro s and cons of trying to replace a compressor since my unit was old. They provided a very competitive price in comparison with other proposers and a quick install. I was able to resolve my issue in 3 days. It could have been less but I didnt have someone at home in the 2nd day.

These guys were amazing! I needed to replace both my furnace and air conditioning. When I called, I was scheduled right away. The estimate was very competitive with the other two companies, but I decided to go with them not only because of the price, but because of the responsiveness. Now, the house is cooling great and I will be ready for the winter when it comes.

I called them last Thursday and they were able to send a technician on Friday. All I had was a bad fuse, which Mike replaced at no cost. They even waived the trip charge due to my financial satuation. I was shocked, but I appreciate the generosity and glad it was not anything major, as I am not in a position to spend lots of money at this moment.

I had a very positive experience with this company. I had called to have a maintenance done on my boiler. Though they are currently not doing this kind of service, their representative assisted me in finding another company that was able to do the maintenance. It was very nice of them to provide me their competitors information and not having any benefit out of this. Very honest and helpful!

I needed a new A/C unit installed in my commercial building and started the process of finding a company and hiring out the job late May. I found Denvers Best and was originally happy because they quoted me way less than other companies because they found a different solution that would work better for us.Unfortunately, I cant speak to the quality of their work as they never showed up to do the job. They were on time for my estimate, but when the day came for the work to be done, there was no-call, no-show. I had to finally call them and they apologized and said theyd come the next day but same thing happened the next day. This happened 4 times in a row until finally they just stopped taking my calls/calling me back at all. The only reason I gave them 4 opportunities was because they were going to charge me way less than other companies Id talked with but its been nothing but a headache. Now Im having to start the process over from the beginning again a month later and with hotter weather, no A/C, and our tech equipment in jeopardy of overheating.

Awesome and professional team of people! The limit switch diagnosis and repair was done in a timely manner. The price was competitive (I have done some research). The repairman came on time.... was polite and honest. Gave me a few options either to repair it now and replace a bit later. I chose the first option. Couldnt have asked for better service and will call them for the replacement of my furnace and air conditioner later in the year.

Very timely response to by call. However- they said the compressor on the A/C was broke and it would cost $4,500 and 4 days to get the parts. We went all weekend with no A/C waiting for another quote. The next vendor fixed the issue for $800 in two hours.

Said the cause of our broken AC was a busted wire and cost would be $850 to repair and it would take all day to fix with “no guarantees”. Had another contractor come out today for a second opinion- they fixed the wire in 45 minutes and charged us $144. Would not recommended this company as they are clearly being paid on commission and rip you off... either that or they just didn’t know what they are doing.On a positive note, the techs were friendly and did wear their masks when I asked them to (wish it was just standard practice during a global pandemic).

Just had Denver’s Best Heating and AC service my air conditioner that wasn’t cooling. Steven was our technician and I couldn’t be more happier with his professionalism and knowledge. Had a problem with my furnace not warming up as quickly as it had before. Seems like it really had to put effort into itself to get it going. Called up this company, and they were able to get a repairman out the next day. He was able to determine that a small part had worn out, but didnt have it available right then. A couple of hours later, he came back, quickly installed it, and our furnace was as good as new! Quick and nice service.

My furnace stopped working overnight and the guys were able to come out to fix it within about 2 hours of me calling for an appointment. They were extremely helpful, told me exactly what was wrong with the furnace, and gave me a few suggestions to extend the life of the unit. I would give a zero rating if I could. My furnace would not ignite so I called for a repairman. They sent a salesman claiming to be a repairman. Said he was pretty sure he narrowed it down to two possible issues just based on my description of it not lighting and can smell gas starting about 20 seconds of starting it up. The first one was the motor died. Well no...I said I heard the motor going. So then the only possible fix for the obvious “cracked heat exchanger” was to replace the unit. Quoted me $4500 for next day replacement. He barely even looked at the unit itself. I asked repeatedly if it could possibly be the ignition sensor since that had gone out before and was doing the same thing now that it did then. Said no absolutely not. Also said they won’t look at anything over 20 years old. Automatic replacement. Looked at the manufacture date, which is 2003. I told him it didn’t get used until 2004. He said it’s now 2019 and we can add an extra year for this and that so let’s just call it 20 year old. In desperation I hastily agreed. He said the office would call shortly and. verify the next days appointment and payment. Office called and wanted a CC number for the 50% down payment. Told her I don’t have a credit card. The only way I would have to pay was with a check. Asked for my debit card number. Told her it is not a checking account so I don’t have a card for that account. Check only. She said the install could not happen until after the check cleared. Also was baffled the “repairman”/salesman did not get any payment from me before he left. Told her he only gave me a quote and the only other payment convo was a possible payment plan. So she says “so now you want to apply for financing”. Nope never said that. Told her I wanted to cancel because this was getting WAY TO FISHY. Called another company who came out and replaced the igniter sensor and had me up and running in 30 minutes. Cost me $600. Shame on you Denver’s Best!

Best repair service I’ve ever hired. I’ve had bad experiences with previous companies and they really changed the game! I live in a house with my husband, two kids and two dogs. Our air conditioner broke in 95 degree weather. We needed a repair company to come and fix our AC ASAP. My husband called them hoping they could come in the next few days and they had an available appointment the same day. The technician came to our house in three hours and fixed our AC the same day. I am very thankful for this company and will definitely work with them in the future.

I had a furnace that was giving off an awful smell. I called and instead of having a tech come out, they suggested to call Xcel. Thankfully, a little valve had loosened open due to the recent weather – nothing dangerous! So while I didn’t actually use them, I’m definitely giving them a call when I do need something fixed.

We had done a lot of research and finally decided to choose this company for our AC install, they were one of the best priced places and the reviews were good.We were not as happy as we had hoped. We were very clear that my boyfriend worked from home and we had only a couple of windows open in which the people could come work installing the ac. The first day both people showed up late and as my boyfriend client was walking in the door so they couldn’t finish the job.The next day when we were supposed to have ac (it’s 100 degrees outside so we’re pretty miserable) they say they will be there at 1 pm..again we were very adamant on MORNING appointments and were told it would be no problem. Well he didn’t show up, we get a call at 130 saying that he had gotten a flat tire and couldn’t come.Now 2 weeks later, I’m having to call and get someone to come out and fix something because my AC is not working. It was installed very poorly, and now my dogs and I have to sit in a house when it’s 96 degrees outside and not have someone come look at it until 2 tomorrow.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

You know they are the worst when they have best in their name. A bunch of scammers. I had an ac system go out. I said I didnt want my whole system replaced and I just want the part fixed where it broke. The lady that answers the phone said oh we would never make you buy a whole new ac system. The repair guy came out. It was for a rental so the renters let the repair guy in. I talked to the repair guy on the phone and said that I am 10 minutes away and to wait for me before leaving. I drove 60 minutes to meet him but only had 10 more minutes to go. I get to the house and the repair guy left and didnt wait. Call him on the phone and he said that it will be $100 dollars for the investigation work which on the phone they said would be free through a promotion and $15,000 to replace my system. I said I dont want to replace my whole system. He said that the unit is over 40 years old and has to be replaced. I called someone else and they fixed it for $700. My system is 12 years old not 40 years old. I feel lied to. Also when they investigated the problem, they knocked a wire loose and then my ac system wouldnt even turn on. I am not happy with my service. The ladies on the phone are nice but the repair guys are retards and are the worst in the industry. Find someone else. The other five star reviews are fake. The real reviews are all one star. Go somewhere else for ac service. They kept calling me after it was fixed to see if I wanted to replace my system for $15,000. I told them I got it fixed for $700 and to stop calling. They kept calling wanting to replace my ac. I told them to stop harassing me. I fixed it for $700. Why would I replace it if it is running great and it is fixed for $700. My hatred for this company grows. I am not confused (their comment that I am confused). They would t fix the broken part and only wanted to replace the entire system so I found someone else.

My blower fan is noisy so I called to have someone look at it to see if it needed serviced or replaced. The service tech had to reschedule since they couldnt make the original date. When he did arrived he complained that I didnt know what kind of ac I had since its on the roof of my condo building. He said I wasnt being very helpful even though the type of ac has nothing to do with the noisy blower. When I showed him where the blower is located he complained that there wasnt much room to do any work on it. I turned on the blower and he said it sounds fine and left. $70 bucks seems a lot to have nothing done. I would not use this company again.
