My heater was broken for couple days. Joe and Isaac came in this morning and replaced the old one for a brand new heater . They were very friendly and understandable, the service was amazing I’m very happy and thankful with everything they have done . Isaac and Joe are very professional. I was coming home met them in the parking lot. They immediately told me what they were doing and what to expect when entering the door. Isac noticed the little mold and he immediately notified Maintenance. They took care of it before Isac and Joe install the new water heater. I appreciate that very much. The product looks nice( safe). They’re fast, neat, smart and trustworthy.100% recommended!
Six stars.Our 100 year-old boiler went down on a weekend, and we spent the better part of the week trying to find someone willing to work on it.Few companies were willing to even look at it before telling us they wouldnt work on it. Some companies came out and charged us $50 to look at it and then tell us they wouldnt work on it. Some were willing to sell us a new boiler (50k), but they refused to try and repair one broken pipe.Finally called Broomhall late Thursday afternoon. They were very sorry that they couldnt come out that evening, but came out first thing Friday morning. Ethan and Mauricio were optimistic, even enthusiastic about tackling our job. That kind of can-do attitude is hard to find these days, but Broomhall came through.They were here most of the day, had one complication after the other, but Ethan and Mauricio never gave up. One of the most complicated and difficult repairs Ive ever seen, and they came through like champs. Its cold, dank and dark in our boiler room, and I didnt hear a single complaint all day. Other companies complained non-stop.Our boiler has been working perfectly ever since, zero leaks for the first time in decades.I cant say enough about Ethan and Mauricio. Polite, professional, and clearly experts at their trade. They could have given up halfway through, and I would still be singing their praises. The fact that they were able to make this repair is nothing short of miraculous, especially given the fact that 10 other companies refused to even try.Ive been a property manager for 10 years, and a construction contractor for 30. Broomhall will be getting 100% of our business from now on.
Joe.L and Adam.W where extremely professional and fast. Me and my family of four did not have any heat for 12+ hours (not there fault). Joe and David came a whole day early to completely remove and reinstall a new unit. They were very professional and courteous. Their guess as to the time of completion was spot on! Highly recommend.
Quick response on New Years Eve. My furnace went out overnight and they were able to get someone out that day. Adam did a great job identifying the problem, getting the part, and troubleshooting everything to make sure that there were no other issues. He also gave me some tips on a better (cheaper!) furnace filter for future reference and how to set it up more effectively.
Joe Lucero is amazing! He came and fixed our furnace did a wonderful job was unbelievably nice. Helped walk though everything it needed. Was extremely kind to our children and stayed late to make sure we had heat tonight. Ask for him by name hes the guy for the job.
Our central heating stopped working randomly in December and they were very quick to send help our way. Joe Lucero is great! He was very kind and explained everything clearly and thoughtfully!
My AC was out for a few days when Joe from Broomhall Brothers got called in to fix it. He was so nice and immediately went out of his way to explain all the issues we were having and told me how I should capture future issues should it happen again. Lo and behold the issues persisted and he came back within 20 minutes of leaving to re-diagnose the issue. After he accurately diagnosed the issue he came back within 48 hours to replace our fan and did it in less than an hour. I am so pleased with the service and professionalism of Joe. His company is lucky to have him!

I was given a window between 2:30 pm - 3:00 pm. I received a phone call saying he could come earlier than scheduled time, I agreed. A nice and professional gentleman named Joe came to my residence on December 28,2019 to address a heating. He not only listened to what I had done to addressed this issue. He explained to me what was going on with the unit. And most importantly, he fixed it. Thank Joe, I appreciate your work!

Isaac was a very respectable tech, tried his best to get our furnace back up working but our furnace is lost cause, but he was very responsive, explained everything very well plus made sure he cleaned up after him self, i personally would recommend their services to any one The install team (Tyler and Joe did one hell of a excellent job on installing our new furnace, they communicated very well and explained everything perfectly Again anyone that needs heat work done these guys are the ones to contact specially Tyler and Joe
Isaac at Broomhall Brothers was great! He fixed our furnace issue, immediately being able to diagnose the problem. He also fixed other things that others havent been able to! Definitely recommend these guys!
Really good experience! They are very nice and informative. Only thing that needs improvement is to not giving up so quickly that everything is ok. The first guy who came in said everything is working when it wasnt. Thankfully, another employee came in and asked questions to figure out the problem. As inexperienced people who dont know about how heaters work, it can be difficult to explain in a way thats understandable to the worker. Listening and asking questions to figure out a solution instead of saying everything is ok needs to be worked on.

These people are true lifesavers! I had a true boiler emergency and they came out right away and got my boiler running. My techs name is Andrew and he worked his tail off to get my boilers up and running as soon as possible. Broomhall is great! I highly recommend them!

I had a boiler blow out ok n a Saturday night two separate times. I called broomhall and both times their lead Armin called me right back. he immediately started setting up installation of a emergency temporary boiler for the next morning. with both cases we had hot water returned to the building And the boiler replacement estimate by noon the following day. In my case I immediately approved it and they replaced boiler Monday.Broomhall hall is my go to HVAC company! They are great, knowledgeable, responsive and hard working.

After reading the reviews on google I was skeptical about contacting Broomhall Brothers. Boy was my fear unfounded. These guys were super professional, showed up on time and did a bang up job at our location. They came to help when nobody else would even answer the phone. Dealing with the owner Jim Broomhall was a treat as well. He is very straight forward and I appreciate that. There were no phantom charges or extra charges of any kind. That was a first in my experience dealing with HVAC companies. After they took care of us I had to write a review. As a business owner I understand that making everybody happy is impossible, and the unhappy customer will have the drive to write bad reviews. Its really a shame. We on the other hand had an awesome experience.
Ive been working with Broomhall Brothers for about 15 years now. New furnace and water heater most recently. They have always covered any warranty service needed and given great advice on maintenance of my equipment. Charges have always been reasonable and work exemplary. I would and I do recommend there service to my friends and neighbors.
Mauricio was so professional, I had leak in busted pipe on Saturday night tried call different plumbing companies some don’t take emergency calls some refused to come, only Broomhall Brothers respond and about 30 minutes Mauricio came and fixed my problem.I was surprised about this company.Great customer service and professional technicians.Thank you Mauricio 👍👍👍👍👍

This company is the BEST! We had a new boiler installed at our business in 2015 and the boiler system has NOT had any problems since installation. Then in 2016 we had problems with the water pump and they came out and found the pump was bad and they quoted me and I had them install the new pump and guess what another 5 star service. I highly recommend them and I will forever keep their number in my phone1

A year ago I strongly recommended this company to other HOAs in which we have interest or an association.No longer. Their customer service is horrible: they do not show for apppintments, do not respond to emails, office staff places blunders on computer glitches, send out wrong quotes to clients, misquote and change quotes with out explanation And quess what :after we called them on all their misdeeds,THEY cancelled our maintenance contract.This company needs major change in management and on going customer service and ethics training.
If you expect work to be done competently, you might want to avoid a place like this, who would run a boiler backwards, resulting in over-temp conditions and the destruction of your equipment.Likewise, if you want a company who will respond when you let them know about their mistakes, or take responsibility for them, this is definitely a company to avoid.After 6 months I contacted a lawyer and warned that there would be a lawsuit and they came back with a reply, finally... But one which claimed that the boiler was 5 years old, etc... when if fact the manufacturing date on it showed that it had not even been MADE 5 years prior.They knew the dates and were either deliberately indifferent to the facts or trying to obfuscate them. Which is worse when it comes to a business relationship? Incompetence, lying, or a combination thereof?The CEO eventually responded with an offer to compromise where theyd pay for the $2k unit they destroyed, but not take responsibility for or refund the $7 in labor they charged me. Thing is, Id already had to replace the unit that they destroyed. Luckily, I had 3x companies inspect and document the condition and installation of the unit before I had it removed.Broomhall might be nice and pretty and polite when they want to sell something, but theyll completely screw you after they mess things up.Im sure that they will try again to make claims that I never called them, etc... Well, when I did, asking for waranty work in Summer 2017 (40 months after installation when the unit with a 20 year warantee failed) they said we do not do that sort of work.Then they lied to the BBB about the dates, etc and through the BBB offered to replace the HARDWARE ONLY (about 20% of the cost) they destroyed AFTER Id already contracted and paid for a new unit and did not need one... I believe that they intentionally missed the dates in my demand letter. They had their lawyer write a letter that called the unit over 5 years old when it was manufactured in Nov 2013... go figure that. It was turned on in Dec 2013.It wasnt made 5 years ago even now, and it failed in June of 2017. 3.5 years old.I have Emails from them from months before they claim that I called (and of course my phone records), which is why I am resolving this in the courts.Dont believe anything they tell you. Liars tend to lie.
This is the first time ever writing a review about a company...thats how strongly I feel that this company should be avoided. Call center couldnt have bee more rude (nice attitude candi) placed a call for estimate and was told I would hear back at the latest by the next day. Called back a week later and explained I was waiting for a call back and couldnt have been talked to any ruder. Had previous valve worked done since they service the broiler in my building and they were over priced with sloppy work. Couldnt be happier I went with another company. Plan on getting on the building hoa board soon.. bye bye broom hall

I AM SPEECHLESS. THEY TOLD ME HOW DANGEROUS THAT HAS BEEN, BUT YET JAMES BRADSHAW FROM CIP, HAS HAS TEXT AND LEFT MESSAGES ABOUT HOW NONE OF US ARE ALLOWED TO CALL BROOMHALL ( SERIOUSLY, NOT TO CALL BROOMHALL FOR THEIR SCREW OPS WHEN IT BREAKS, FOR REPAIRS.
