Great company! They came during their day off to help get our AC installed during a heat crises. Other companies were telling us it would take 2-3 weeks. UniColorado charged us the same price for the same system, but was able to come much sooner. They were on time to all appointments, which is very rare in my experience. Bryan, our main point of contact there, was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. Highly recommend!

UniColorado gave me a great quote for an air conditioner and furnace installation. The price was quite a bit lower than other prices I’d seen, and it was near the bottom of industry averages based on my research online. Better still, they credited me the money for work they’d previously done to keep my old air conditioner running. This was a very nice gesture considering the parts and labor they already put into the effort to salvage that system, even though it was beyond saving. As an aside, the fact that I initially called them for a new AC, and they tried to fix my old AC before installing the new one, showed how committed they were to saving me money wherever possible.The price they quoted for the furnace/AC was exactly the price they charged when the job was done. Many contractors find a way to sneak in extra fees. Not these guys. They actually had several opportunities to add extra charges that would’ve been completely justified (ex., they had to replace more parts from the old system and dealt with some unforeseen structural challenges in the house), yet they didn’t go a cent over the quoted price.The UniColorado team showed up exactly on time for every appointment, down to the minute. They didn’t show up at 8:01 for an 8 am appointment. They showed up as my watch hit 8. They gave me a full account of all the work, let me ask questions, went into detail about the workings of air conditioning systems, and even gave me maintenance tips. They didn’t merely put the new system in my house – they made sure I’d be able to do everything I needed to do to improve its performance and lifespan.The quality of the work was incredible. The equipment they installed was not only brand new but so clean and beautifully maintained it looked like it had come right from the factory. It was set up with as much care as if they were working on their own homes. They actually went beyond the agreed upon work in many ways. For example, they had to run a new ventilation pipe from my furnace in the middle of the basement through a bedroom to get outside. Exposed piping in the bedroom wouldn’t have been beautiful, but I thought it was necessary and asked them to add it. The team found a way to run the pipe through the ceiling so it was completely hidden. They spent more time on the job, made it considerably harder on themselves, and exceeded the expectations I’d given them, to do something that was purely aesthetic.The team members were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met – not just compared to other contractors but compared to people in general. Polite. Friendly. Considerate. I felt like I had friends over. I was honestly sad to see them go when they finished working. And while I’m on the subject of them leaving, I’ll point out that they finished the job several hours early, despite all the extra steps they took to make sure everything was done perfectly.They treated my home like it was theirs and made my family’s comfort a top priority. They put protective coverings over the floor, protected my furniture, and maneuvered around some awkwardly placed furniture because they didn’t want me to have to move anything. They showed concern about whether my dogs were comfortable during the work, and wanted to make sure I’d have a way to get them out for walks while the equipment was being moved.A few hours after the team left, I discovered that sometime during their check of the registers, they actually swept dog fur up from behind my couch. The idea of an AC/furnace installation team cleaning a customer’s floor in an area that’s hidden from view and that 9 out 10 customers probably wouldn’t notice is something I wouldn’t have believed if it didn’t see it personally. The fact that they did this without a word (and, of course, without additional charges) defies any expectations I’ve ever had for contractors.

We had to have a new AC installed this summer after ours gave us multiple issues. UniColorado sent Af the same day we called to inspect our system, give us an estimate, and ultimately explain the best path forward. Af was awesome - super professional, timely, and very knowledgeable, and Aiden helped us over the phone with any questions about financing and options. They were both always available if we had questions or concerns. I would use them again for anything related to HVAC. 5 stars!!

Super fast. Saved me while I was out of town!

I called UniColorado yesterday after our hot water stopped coming out of the faucets. They had someone at my house within 30 mins to inspect. They concluded it was frozen pipes. They said to wait for it to thaw and they would return the next day to inspect for any leaks. True to their word they came back. This all happened over a period of several single digit days which meant they had hundreds of calls. I tried calling 4 other places before I found UniColorado. I am so thankful for their prompt response and keeping their promise to come back the next day. They only charged me one fee of $75 for the trip. The peace of mind was soooo worth it. Im glad to have found a good hvac and plumbing company to keep on speed dial. Great company!

We had to call to get something inspected, and they were out the next day. The technician was very knowledgeable and most importantly honest. An honest company with fair pricing is so hard to find and after working with UniColorado I will not ever call anyone else again.

Ive had Af come out to my house multiple times for both boiler/baseboard heating service and repairs as well as a full minisplit system installation. I have to say that he has done an amazing job, not only at communicating with expert knowledge, but doing the skilled technical work, too. He has gone the extra mile so many times to make sure we were taken care of.I would highly recommend UniColorado and Af!

I have used this company 2 times. Both times, the service technician, AF, was professional, knowledgeable, and was fair on pricing. I would definitely recommend this company, and especially the service technician whose name is AF.

Long story short, our HVAC is over 20 years old, and we are selling our house so I didn’t want to replace the whole thing.The AC needed a new motor on the condenser, Afshin was able to come out within 24 hours and take a look. Parts are hard to find for units this old, but he kept at it until he found a suitable motor, which wasn’t a perfect fit but he made it work. Super nice guy and really went the extra mile for us. If I wasn’t leaving the state he would be my go-to HVAC guy for life!I think the price was very fair, we used Applewood previously to replace a blower motor, which they did using a universal part, and they charged us twice as much.

We had a wonderful experience with UniColorado for the installation of our new central air conditioning condenser. They were knowledgeable, professional and very quick, even including moving the unit off the back porch onto the ground. We were extremely pleased and recommend them very highly!

Service was prompt and professional. Aydin communicated with me based on my requested method. I am on the phone for work all day and am unable to answer calls. He texted to make the arrangements with me, which was awesome. They fixed the issue with my heat sensor in short order and serviced the unit while they were here. UniColorado will also be servicing my rental units in the future!
