The sales person answered many of my questions. They were more attentive than the other three companies I spoke with. The bid was lower than the other three companies I spoke with. The work was great and they had good attention to detail. We are very happy all around. Highly recommended.

Decided to replace our old HVAC system in July 2018. Called several contractors and decided on Rite Hands Heating & Cooling & Ventilation. They gave the best warranty, along with a well known product. Installation was done on time and budget. Did have some problems with the system but every time we called they came out and took care of the problem. The office staff and all technicians have been very professional and courteous. Our unit went after 4 years and the same day we were able to get a salesperson to come out and give us an estimate at 6pm. We had gotten another quote which was outrageous for a smaller unit. I used Rite Hands to replace an old furnace and AC unit. They first sold me on a “Premier Membership” that gives me improved access to services (read as SCAM). Then they subcontracted the work out to someone that never completed the job. After weeks of back and forth with the subcontractor flaking on me he finally responded to tell me he was fired (good on Rite Hands I suppose). In the process of completing the job my old compressor was left on our curb for 2 weeks where I received daily texts saying “it will be removed today.” Further on, in an attempt to reach Rite Hands to just finish the job, I’ve been re-routed to this Premier scheduling company on 15+ calls who in turn creates a ticket and emails me a ticket # saying I’ll receive a call back yet nobody calls back. I have gotten through to Rite hands twice in the past 3 weeks who tries to “solve the problem” which consists of me going on hold for 20 minute and then a promise for a call back. The, and I quote “5 hour job” started on 3/1/21, and as of 4/14 I am stuck with bad wiring to the thermostat, a poorly installed condensation drain that broke off on the first day, and an AC unit that hasn’t been fully installed yet. Happy this isn’t the dead of summer or winter at least. I wanted to wait until the end of this mess before writing a review but unsure that will ever happen. To Rite Hands: I’m willing to improve this review if you simply just come finish the job. If anyone else uses Rite Hands and actually gets ahold of them, please send them my way!

Weve been heatwave HVAC customers for many years at two different residences. The team is prompt, courteous, and efficient. We subscribe to the yearly maintenance plan for our AC & Furnace. Routine service definitely saves money in the long run. Weve never been up sold or felt that the service technicians had anything but our best interests in mind when providing service and repair. Rite hands Heating & Cooling & ventilation came yesterday to do our spring AC service. Their tech was on time, courteous and professional. Took time to explain what he was doing & best way to maximize system. I also appreciated small things like putting booties over his shoes so he wouldnt track dirt into our home and emailing receipt to us when he finished. Overall very satisfied with their and plan to continue to utilize for our heating/cooling needs.

Techs arrived 45 minutes early and got to it right away. They were professional, courteous, polite and made sure the work area is kept in pristine condition. More importantly: they did a fantastic job in the hot summer heat and in a baking attic. The guys went truly above and beyond, paid attention to every little detail. My attic was a lot cleaner when they were done too.

These folks were very friendly and knowledgeable. Their techs had great suggestions for HVAC system improvement, without up-selling on anything. The system works perfectly now and highly recommend their service
