We are blown away by the excellent and expeditious service...especially for this time of year when they are in high demand! James came out ON TIME for the estimate and install. The quote was more than reasonable and better than any other competitor out there...trust me, we have dealt with several and hands down, they are the best!! Dont waste your time looking any further, these guys are the professionals you want to hire for your next repair or install.
I called on a Monday to schedule an in-home estimate. I was put on the schedule for 1-3 the next day. No one showed and no one called. I called Wed am to figure out what happened and they had absolutely no record of me calling. I didnt make it up. Hesitant to spend thousands on HVAC upgrades with these folks. They are perfectly nice on the phone, though!
Mountain Breeze did a great install and fixed a few issues that came up as soon as we called. We are very happy with our new AC and furnace and have nothing but good things to say about Mountain Breeze.
I needed my AC replaced, and Mountain Heating and Air had the best quote, and awesome work product. They gave me a quote for just my AC and also for replacing my AC and heater together at a discount, though they were very honest that my heater is old but didnt need to be replaced at this point, which I truly appreciate. They responded promptly when I contacted them for a quote, and the team who performed the job were professional, friendly, and quick and did a great job. They also have one of the best warranties. I will be using MBHA for HVAC services again!
They were great, on time and super efficient. Will use them in the future. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend Mountain Breeze for AC, Furnace, and Water Heater installation. They arrived on time and finished the job, which required a new AC, Furnace, and Water Heater, in about 3.5 hours. They were professional and made the updates with limited hassle. The price was fair and they also made sure to get the correct permits. I live in Parker and permits are necessary here for this kind of work. They even sent me a copy of the permit when I asked to have it for my records.James, who did the bid, was communicative and followed up regularly. I would use Mountain Breeze again and I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC done.
Not impressed with Mountain Breeze. Received a coupon via ValuPak. Called and to schedule a furnace tune-up and left all of the information they requested. Received a call back and wasnt able to pick-up, so responded to the message and called them back. I called and left another message. Days pass and I have never been contacted. Too many reputable companies in the area to start a relationship with one that doesnt respond.I did get a call from a manager regarding my experience. Apology was extended. I had already arranged another tune-up appt., but was happy to hear from the company.
Great work, great prices. Fast and efficient. Workmanship was awesome. Got me out of a furnace, that was to big for the house. Have the correct one now in the house, and WHAT a huge difference in sound and efficiency. Highly recommend.
With temperatures hovering around zero and not heat from my furnace, I needed service in a hurry. Mountain Breeze came to the rescue in less than 4 hours and Tracy did a great job in diagnosing the problem and getting it repaired quickly! Thanks for the great service.
I cannot be happier! A 7 year old problem fixed in my home that we didn’t even know was fixable! My furnace was not installed by Mountain Breeze, but I had them out to service my Furnace and Water Heater today. In conversation, I mentioned that my living room is always about 10 degrees colder than the rest of the house, and I cannot kick up the temp because it makes it too hot in my bedrooms, also that I felt very little air flow from many of the vents in my living room. The tech, Adam, downloaded a manual to my furnace, and studied it for about 10-15 minutes, then made some adjustments, and BOOM! I feel warmth in my living room!!! My house was built in 1942 and all this time I assumed it’s just the house. I never thought in a million years that it was just not configured correctly from install (a year before I bought this house). I am forever grateful for the extra time Adam took today to help me solve this problem!
The team from Mountain Breeze know their stuff! I recently purchased a home in West Highlands and, like many older homes in Denver, it did not have air conditioning. My realtor had suggested I install several mini-split AC units to satisfy our need for cool air. After several consultations with other HVAC companies, Jim from Mountain Breeze came over for an estimate. Jim is a perfectionist in the best possible way! He suggested that we install a central air unit, complete with duct work, in order to preserve the beauty of our vintage home. Mini-split systems would have required tubes and wires running along the exterior of our home, which would ruin the vintage aesthetic. Jim had a better idea! My wife and I really appreciated the fact that Jim cared about maintaining the beauty of our home. The price for the entire project was incredibly reasonable and it was completed in only 2 days. Jim, James and the entire team were friendly, courteous and professional throughout the entire process and did everything they could to observe Covid-19 precautions. It has been more than a month since the work was completed and we couldn’t be more satisfied. I absolutely recommend Mountain Breeze Heating and Air. Five Stars all the way!!!
We just had our Furnace replaced about a year and a half ago and its been working great. They have good prices and do great work. We had an issue with the AC not working recently, but they were able to quickly identify the problem (capacitor), and resolved it same day. They are always friendly and responsive. Highly Recommended. I found them on the Dave Logan website.
They installed a a new furnace and air conditioner for me last year. They gave me a great price, showed up on time, got everything done in one day, and were quite friendly. Ive had them out for regularly scheduled seasonal maintenance as well, and have had a lovely experience. Id highly recommend them to anyone.
Tracy and his coworkers were very professional and friendly. did a superior installation of our new Heat pump, water heater and backup gas furnace! Tracy answered all questions and completed the project in less than a day. Most important they laid down plastic and tarps to protect our home and cleaned up after themselves like know one was here, I highly recommend Mountain Breeze to anyone!
Great crew fast turnaround.
Mountain Breeze was able to quote a new AC/furnace and water heater for me one day and come out install it the very next morning. Great price, super responsive, excellent service and everythings been performing well. Overall great experience
Got a new a/c and furnace from them and they were on time, respectful, professional and could not of been more helpful. Set everything up and walked me through so I understood. Highly recommend this company.
Great prompt service, highly recommended, family owned and operated. Support small businesses.
Went to urn on ac and it was not working...Jim come I’m diagnosed the problem (Which was on point) and the next day had a new AC system!!! Great people in the owners and a great staff!!! Highly suggest Mountain Breeze!!! Thank you for the excellent service!!
Our Air Conditioner quit working and we called Mountain Breeze and Jim the owner came out and was very professional and we decided to do both the furnace and air conditioner! They came out the next day on time and in 3 hours everything was working and complete. Might I add there package pricing deal is the best in the State! We went with Amana! Give them a call for your heating and air conditioning needs! You will not be disapointed!
My father was growing ill and complained about a rash that had formed on his back. It turns out that he was getting sick from the rising summer temperature in his new home which didnt have air conditioning. Mountain Breeze was the fifth heating and air company that I contacted. All of the four others. One of the four said they would call us back, and never did. The other three scheduled a three hour window with us when we were told to expect someone to show up to give a consulation. Three out of three times they were no call - no shows. We should have contacted Mountain Breeze first. My husband and I used them back in 2007 to install a water heater, and Im not sure why we didnt think to reach out to them initially. Both experiences were positive!
I had called another provider for heating service as my heater stopped working this morning. The other provider never called me back. I called Mountain Breeze Heating/AC around noon and James sent me one of his employees within an hour. My house was so cold my fingers/toes felt like I had been in the ice and snow the whole day. I want to thank James and Jason for the quick response to my needs. Just to add, my mom had surgery and clearly having a cold house was not helping her as she started to have fever chills as she was getting too cold and her body temperature was dropping very quickly. James and Jason, I was very pleased with your services. I would clearly recommend you to my friends/family and others. I know that this time of year, your services are required all over and you have a heavy load. Great job and keep it up!
We found out two days ago that our air conditioning wasnt working. Being new to the area we werent sure who to go with so we spoke with and had three companies stop by to diagnose the problem. From the beginning, Mountain Breeze was professional, helpful, and extremely responsive. They walked us through our options without ever making us feel like we were being pushed into making a decision we didnt want to.The crew came over while I was at work and my wife was home with our baby. My wife felt very safe with them in our home and said they were very respectful from the moment they knocked on the door.Compared to the other companies we spoke with their pricing was competitive and they did an incredible job. Within a short period of time, our AC was running perfectly and we were enjoying the cool air.I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help with their heating or cooling. I know we have found our go-to company and will be referring them to friends.
Great company, friendly staff, and quality workmanship.
In under 24 hours from when the technician, Adam, came out, a new AC unit was installed and working beautifully. Great people, great work!!! Thank you !!!
Thursday night noticed AC not working. Called 8am Friday, Adam was at my door at noon and had fixed the burned out switch by 1245 and I was back to work. It was incredibly easy and smooth....thank you Mountain Breeze and Adam for being prompt, knowledgeable and fast and Sarah for responding to my call so quickly!! You are the best and I wish other companies were as great as you! You made my day!!
Frank and Tom are great, we’ve been using them for over 5 years to help with our equipment maintenance for our business. They are friendly and super quick (especially important to us, as we’re running a business). We know that we can relay on them. We highly recommend Mountain Breeze.
Prompt and professional!!! Great service from a great company!!!
Great response, fast service. Everything fixed, and understood the urgency!
1st time using Mountain Breeze for repair on my furnace. They were able to get me scheduled the same day and my tech Tracy came out and took care of us in no time. He had lots of knowledge, any questions we had he was able to answer. Yes I would recommend them.
They came out charged me $85 to tell me I need to change a transformer on my unit. Gave me $398 quote for the service letting me know it may not fix the problem. We had another company come out charge us less and do several other things besides just change the transformer which did not fix the problem. The other company was at my house almost 3 hours. The guy that came out with this company was literally looking at my unit for 3 minutes. Absolutely a waste of time. He did however make sure to quote me on a whole new replacement! This company is a JOKE!! They’re money hungry
We came home from vacation Thursday night and it was 84 degrees in our home due to a failed 14 year old AC unit. We called several companies, but Mountain Breeze was the only one to give us a good price and squeeze us into their schedule for the next day. They worked until 7:30 Friday night installing the new unit and were extremely friendly, professional and efficient. Just outstanding!!!!!
Big thanks to Adam and his team for knocking out a furnace job same day and making sure the house stayed clean and we understood how to setup everything on the thermostat side. Thank you guys!
These guys did a great job. Installed a tank less water heater and a AC unit in one day. Highly recommended and also one of the best bids I found out of 5 companies. Would use again with no hesitation
We purchased our first home and Mountain Breeze installed our furnace, rinnai, and air conditioner. The install went smooth, despite the house being built in 1924. The team from Mountain Breeze even fixed our smashed duct work so the house has sufficient air flow throughout! To top off the great job, they resealed our outside attic access and made it look professional. Job well done!
84 dollars to come tell me that I need a new ac unit, and there is no freon in the unit (along with the freon is no longer made). Second company comes out and says there is a leak and it can be fixed, and they still make freon for my ac. Well then, this company is lying and wants to just sell me a new ac unit. I WILL TELL EVERYONE NOT TO USE YOU AND YOU ARE SCAM ARTISTS. Have a nice day con artists.Update: called your office yesterday, no one answered, did not leave a message, dont have time to waste on telling you how your business failed, normally businesses call back a number that was missed...not a good sign that you dont answer your phone or care enough to call back.
I am unhappy with this company. Maybe this is all a miscommunication, but nonetheless, they dont seem to care if the customer is happy or not.My heater was not working and they came out and did some repair work. Costs me $150 with the trip charge and repairs the first time. The heater was on and I was happy at the time. I turned the heater off because it was too warm out. Then about 10 days later, I tried turning the heater on again and same issue! I called their office, they wanted to send someone out the same day, but I was hesitant because I dont know... They didnt fix it the first time.... I said I dont want to pay the $84, Sarah said I wont have to if its the same issue. I agreed to have the tech come out the next day. 3 minutes later tech said it was the same exact issue but since the first time was for a repair only and no parts were replaced, there was NO WARRANTY on it. Thats nice, $150, and it doesnt matter if it breaks 10 minutes later. So, $150 & $84 just to be told that I need to replace parts that will cost $984 or get a new furnace with them at $3100??!?! OH wait, I was also told I needed new hot water heater which would costs $1395 for a 40 gallon. I got that replaced somewhere else for $750. So their price isnt the best either. Shop around. They got me on the trip fee though. The 1 star is for the tech, at least he was prompt and on time, and can tell me in less 5 minutes that its the same issue, saved me some time there.I will not use again, on my home or rental properties.
Jim is awesome. He took the time to visit my house the day after I posted for help with my ac. Without him I would have been a sleep deprived and grumpy for a week! He diagnosed the problem right away and had it fixed in minutes. I told my landlord he’s the one to call for the best deal on a new (instead of ancient) unit and installation when the time comes. Mountain Breeze definitely went above and beyond for me and I’m so glad I have a reliable HVac now!
These guys are the best. Called for a quote and owner Jim came by within the hour and gave a great price on a new A/C and heating system. Jim then sent in an ARMY of HVAC experts to remove the old system and expertly install the new system on the SAME day. The entire job took less than 5 hours and the cost for the entire system replacement was less than $7500.00 for a higher quality Amana unit. This compares to the quote of over $10,000.00 I received for just the A/C from ARS Rescue Rooter and 2 other companies.Mountain Breeze made this usually awful experience great. Cant say enough good about them.
I had Mountain Breeze replace my AC, Furnace, and water all at ounce. The were fast and professional. They had everything done and cleaned up in 6 hours. After reading all of the positive reviews I went ahead and went with them, even though they were the lowest bid by far. I could not be happier. The AC and water heater are working perfectly and it has been 6 weeks since installation. I will update this review in December once the furnace has been run for a couple months (it was tested before Mountain Breeze left my house)!
My experience with Mountain Breeze wasnt so great. I have an air conditioner that (still) isnt working--I had ice build-up in my evaporator coils because the air conditioner had been running and wasnt working due to low airflow. The tech said let it melt and replace the air filter as it being dirty was likely the issue... despite protestations that wed done that earlier in the year--about a month or two prior. We even removed the air filter and the airflow (which I still think is the issue) is barely there at all. So, basically, I paid an $84 fee for someone to come out and try things Ive already tried with no diagnostic effort whatsoever--I figured some other things might have been checked (like whats really causing the low pressure). Ill give 2 stars as the folks were definitely friendly, but I cant really stomach paying almost $100 to get no closer to a fix.Update: I had a friend whos an HVAC technician come out and do a proper diagnosis. He found the freon was super low due to an open Schrader valve, fixed it, and recharged the system. This was an easy test that could have been done, yet mountain breeze did not. I stand by the low review.
I had a flood from my 2 year old using to much toilet paper. Water ran down into the furnice and it stopped working correctly. Adam came out and wrote a report for me that I submitted to the insurance. Soon we were back up and running with clean air. The install was great and we could not be happier. Thank you Mointain Breeze!
Outstanding service, great guys and good value for your money! They put in new AC, furnace and tankless hot water heater units, and also changed the ductwork to create 3 separate zones for improved airflow for different floors in the house. They finished this in about a day and a half and did a fantastic job.
I normally don’t write these kind of reviews, but my experience was SO outrageous that I really feel like my experience needed to be shared. My family bought a house recently and I called Mountain Breeze for someone to give us an estimate. I told them we had another company come out already before we bought the house and we were just comparing rates. The woman on the phone said someone could come out that afternoon. Great. My aunt, who is the one who bought the house, said the man that showed up was rude to her right off the bat. He said that he was there to measure for a new air conditioning unit. She quickly told him they weren’t interested in a new unit, and said he went outside trying to call me. Next thing she knows, he is wandering around in the backyard. English is not her first language, but she has been in this country for 30 years, I’m pretty sure her “no” was pretty clear.I’m not sure who the technician is, but the card left was for Jim Morse, the owner...I then get a call from my aunt saying that the air conditioning is no longer working. I call the technician to clarify what happened and he says he doesn’t do repairs, only deals with new units, and that if I wanted to do that I should have said so. I explained that I did NOT request for a new unit, I simply asked for an estimate and was not asked for details. He said he was right next to the woman making the appointment and that was what I said. I DID NOT. He insisted that I would have to sort that out with the office.I call the technician again and ask him to walk me through what he had done while he was at the home since I was not there to witness anything in person. I explained that somehow the AC was working yesterday, but now was no longer functioning, so I was just trying to get to the bottom of this. He starts going off on this long rant, yelling at me, REPEATEDLY accusing me of trying to scam him and insisting that the unit hasn’t been working for the past 5 years. I was so shocked because I have NEVER been treated so harshly.I get a call back from the office woman, Sarah, who I try to explain things to. I was pretty shaken up at this point, and she claimed she had no idea what was going on. I told her that I had spent some time getting yelled at and that I did not ask for a new unit, just an estimate. She ASSUMED that I wanted a new AC, even though I was clear that I had another estimate to compare services to, and could provide that if needed. She just kept saying it was a “miscommunication”. How is that my fault, and why does that result in me and my family getting yelled at and having a now broken AC unit??She continually kept trying to tell me what I said, even though there were MANY assumptions on her part and no effort to gather more detail while I made the appointment.“You said you wanted a new unit.”“No, I said I wanted an estimate and I had services to compare to.”“Oh... it was a misunderstanding.”I later find out that not only was the technician rude to my aunt, but completely disregarded anything she had to say. On top of continuing on our property even though she told him we were NOT interested in a new unit, he apparently REFUSED to talk to her when she asked him how much it would be. He slammed his hand down at her and said he would only be talking to me on the phone. She. Is. The. OWNER! What the hell kind of business treats their clients like that!I don’t know anything about their quality of work, but I know how they deal with people. I am APPALLED with how my aunt was treated, and at how terribly the entire situation was handled. I can’t support giving people like this any money. My aunt’s English may be a little broken, but that is NOT an excuse to speak to her the way he did and ignore everything that was coming out of her mouth. We are now on the search for a respectable business that does not discriminate to fix our broken AC unit.
I have a rental condo in DTC. The ac/heat unit went out 2 years ago and I had them replace it. I then had them come out 7 or 8 times because water comes out of the vent every time it rains heavily. I finally had to hire a roofing company to fix the damage that Mtn. Breeze caused. I had been more polite and patient than they deserved, but now they wont even return my calls. They are terribly incompetent and you should go elsewhere!
My preferred heating and air conditioning company. Not very prompt with returning phone calls or responding to their online system but when they make an appointment, they show up on time and they have gotten it done
Honest people doing good work. these guys will treat you right.
Prompt, efficient, thorough, and fairly priced. Hired to inspect and tune A/C system.
Outstanding customer service.
