Gale, Terry and James are incredibly professional. They serviced my dads system for many years and we have been using them for 10 or so for service at our home and some rentals we maintain.This year we had to replace our entire HVAC system due to age. Terry walked us through our options and pricing. Their pricing is great and the install went so very smoothly. Terry then walked us through the best way to program and use the sytem and even returned when we had some questions. Reliable, on time and professional. The woman I spoke to did not have to help me since I was not a paying customer, however she stayed on the phone with me to walk me through possible issues to try and troubleshoot and even called around to see who a reputable company in my area would be. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and going above and beyond just because she knew I was struggling with my AC. I wish I could have used this company on my home! Highly recommend!

I have used their services many times. They installed a new furnace and Air conditioner in my townhome when I purchased it almost 20 years ago. I now live in a house and they do a check twice a year on my AC and furnace.I needed a new blower fan recently and they order the part and were here and had it replaced in two days. There service has always been so professional and responsive even when I had a problem in the middle of night with my furnace, they came out and fixed it. They will trouble shoot over the phone with you when necessary to avoid a service call. I cant say enough about how much I depend on Gale Force Heating to provide the best service out there.
