We bought a house that had a small gas leak. I called A OK and they came out in a few hours. Roberto and Antonio came out within a few hours and we’re up front on the costs before they started work. They did not try and sell me on unnecessary fixes and fixed the leak fast. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs. They are also a small family run business and the prices are better then their competition.

Very professional Roberto and Tony came in checked everything out and helped fix our drain problem. Also have a solution to prevent any problems from happening again. Very friendly would highly recommend to any one with any problems and definitely will call for help again if needed.

Our furnace started making a terrible noise in the middle of the night a few weeks back. I called several plumbing an HVAC places the following day and I either got no call back or was told that the earliest service would be up to a week away. Luckily I also called AOK and within a few hours Roberto was on the scene to take a look at our problem. We had worked with Roberto before and it was nice that he remembered both my wife and I. Our furnace was 25 years old and we had known for a while that replacing it would need to happen sooner than later. Regardless Roberto laid out some options for us to consider based on how much we wanted to spend. Roberto was never pushy and was very transparent which I appreciate as customer. When we decided to replace the unit Roberto again gave us some options and explained the pros and cons of each decision based on our budget. Again I really appreciated that not once did Roberto come across as pushy, it was clear that he wanted us to feel comfortable with our decision and he provided more than enough information for us to make an informed decision. For the installation his partner Nick came over and the two were able to knock out the job in a few hours. Both Nick and Roberto did a fantastic job! We are pleased to say that we have had no issues with our new furnace! I highly recommend AOK and both Nick and Roberto. They have been very easy to work with and were very helpful. I will continue to turn to AOK for all of my plumbing and heating needs. In short they are the best!

Why do house problems seem to happen over the weekend? Last Saturday night our furnace stopped heating so I called AOK Sunday morning and Allen came right over. He did a temporary fix so we could try to salvage the old furnace. We decided to buy a new furnace so Nick installed it on Tuesday. Weve had a long-term relationship with AOK and appreciate how responsive they are. We trust them!

Roberto is the best plumber I have ever met! In the mix of a sewer line collapsed he was patient and kind. He answered every question and was more than thorough from beginning to the end. If you don’t have a plumber in the family call him because he will treat you like family! Thank you Roberto!

Our experience with A-OK has been fantastic. We hired A-OK to install a new HVAC unit. The process was pretty standard, I got several quotes from various companies, but when we met Tyler from A-OK, we knew pretty quickly that we were going to go with this company. Tyler made sure to explain things to us in detail, and showed us why certain places on our home were hotter than others (no air return upstairs!). He worked with us to find a unit that was within out budget and went out of his way to make sure we were getting the right-sized AC unit. Once we made the decision to move forward with this project, Tyler was able to get our new unit installed the same week. Installation day was great, Tyler and A-OK coordinated with an electrician and everyone arrived on time. The A-OK installers, Tim and Justin, were great too, they worked around me and my pets while I was on conferences. They were professional and friendly and worked very, very hard on a very hot day. In the end there was a small billing snafu, which Tyler took care of quickly and handled everything with professionalism. Our experience with A-OK was great from start to finish! Kathy was very friendly when scheduling, and even squeezed us in for an earlier appointment after hearing that we were due to have a baby any day! Allen and his team were all professional, and stayed late to make sure the project was finished in just one day. Our house is from the 1950s, and was not built for central air, which caused some architectural challenges for installation. Allen kept such a positive attitude throughout all of the challenges and refused to charge us for any of the extra work they had to do to still make the installation happen. I would recommend A-OK to anyone! They were so awesome!

Roberto had to come to our house after hours, just a couple days before Christmas. He was able to find the problem and fix it quickly. He was probably one of the nicest people we have ever met! Roberto just left after getting my furnace going again. He was very personable and explained all the issues going on with my 20 year old furnace. When I first made the call Alan was great. He was able to arrange Robertos schedule so he could come out first thing. (I had been without heat since the evening before and the outdoor temperature was in the single digits). Alan explained that this company has been going for three generations in his family. When I told him another company had been out earlier in the week. He refused to bad mouth them. I was very happy with the company and their technician, Marvin! I had a blown water heater and he was very patient in diagnosing the problem and explaining the options. He suggested I calll the original company and inquire about the warranty. He stayed at the house and spoke with the company and convinced them that they should replace the water heater for their $100 upgrade fee. He picked up the replacement the next morning and performed all of labor to install the water heater. He helped me save about $500 and I will definitely call A OK Plumbing whenever I need help with a project.

I had an amazing experience. Roberto came to look at my furnace which broke during a cold spell here in Denver. First, A-OK got someone out to me really fast even though they were definitely busy. He gave me really good advice regarding the furnace and also took a lot of time talking to me about other aspects of my home that need maintenance. Roberto went out of his way to help me find the right furnace to replace my broken one. That exact model turned out to be out of stock, so Roberto hooked me up with a better model for no extra charge that has saved me $20-30 per month because it is more efficient. Great people who go the extra mile to do the job right and also educate! I totally recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I are new homeowners, and lucky us, came into quite the plumbing mess. We found A-OK plumbing through Home Adviser and were very pleased with the initial visit. Hen, was our plumber and he was great! He educated me on not only what we asked him to estimate (ultimately fixed), but helped fixed some other issues that came up in the process.The appointment started at 10AM and was only supposed an hour or so. A-OK came the same day I called even though the operator didnt think they would. Technician found the problem right away and explained it to me in nontechnical language so I could understand. Then gave me a few options with prices. Could have just replaced the flame sensor to the tune of $200 but he simply cleaned it and showed me how to clean it in the future. Said if it still gave me fits I could replace it later myself. Furnace has ran better than ever for 3 days now without any problems. A-OK was very okay with me.
