Absolutely terrible customer service. I tried to get a capacitor from this company for one of their subsidiary furnaces which was an Armstrong air made by Lennox. And was told that they can’t help me unless I have a model and serial number of the unit I’m working on. After I gave them the values of the capacitor and also a part number. This is one of many encounters that I’ve had with Lennox in Denver, because were not a dealer of Lennox they decide they don’t want our business.

Finally a Good Experience! We ordered a part that had to be delivered & the delivery address was incorrect. I called 2 days later to check on tracking & discovered the delivery address had not been changed & the individual assisting me took it no further. I called back & spoke with Ryan...not only did he fix the address while I was on the phone, he tracked the package - determined it was in the same state, but could not get a definitive answer from UPS on delivery. So, Ryan located the part in Phoenix & ordered the part, overnight (not at my expense), & continued to try reaching UPS. I received both parts the next day! Ryan went over & above & saved my day, my customers day & allowed me to keep the schedule! I am very pleased with the experience & pleased with the awesome assistance from Ryan!

Surprisingly rude and unhelpful. If I had a choice I would go anywhere else. But as I sit here in their parking lot waiting, it saddens me to know I dont have a choice. Must be their business model to subsist on those who are forced to deal with them. I suspect this comes from the top down, can only imagine how awful of a manager it takes to cause the entire facility to actively sabatoge every interaction.

Ordered a part that did not get sent out. Mistakes happen. I am very happy with the measures they are taking to make it right. Ill be ordering form them again. Ben Haney has been prompt to help and answer questions. Very glad he answered the phone when I called!!!!!

This place is horrible. I live in Bailey Co and can drive down to their store before they will answer the phone. The elevator music states they strive to have the best customer service, mind you its the worst in the HVAC industry. Will never sell there equipment as I dont have all day to try and talk to somebody and I also have to charge their customers extra as I have to wait around all day to get anything figured out/get parts. Only got 1 star as there were no options for 0 stars.

As a contractor I USED to love Lennox their customer service was great, What happened? What happened to Tim and TobyI returned a Icomfort thermostat at the store, Jordan told me to check my account on the web as would be credited within the next week, he said give it until Wednesday. 10 days Iater still do not have a credit when I called they they do not have a recollection of me dropping the thermostat, probably my fault I should not have assumed that he entered on the web claim that the thermostat was returned.Also Toby (my sale representative) left over a year ago, they hired someone to replace him, I still do not know who that person is.They do not care about small contractor, (not worth their time I guess)Now I buy my equipment Daikin at Stevens Equipment they have great customer service and to my surprise guess who is working there, Toby. Go figureAbout the phone service? you can never get anybody and that is why I used the web site to put my warranty claim, that was no problem, it tells you that I just need to return the part to the store. I guess the store has to do his job as well. So now I lost $500 on a thermostat replacement.So if you have a warranty do not use the web, just bring it to the store,better yet buy Daikin equipment great customers service, Dave Stalheim and Toby will take care of you, and how can you beat a 12 warranty on equipment

They are loaded with equipment for all kind of needs.Other than a unit you set on the pad, push a button and its auto installed ! Maybe soon ; but darn close, solar powered, completely controlled with there super 1000 years technology experience programing and it will seem you home is alive! Ready for you your Domaine .

The folks at this location are great. The trouble is nobody picks up the phone. Lennox needs to figure out something regarding their telephone systems. They are losing out on A LOT of sales due to their phone system.

Used to be great. Now youll be lucky if they answer the phone. Ive been on hold for up to 45 minutes before, with no one even picking up the line to say do you mind holding please? Three guys working the counter. Never that busy. How about picking up the phone when someone calls?!

Horrible phone service, they never answer.Had multiple times going in where they are in the back and no one is at the counter while a line forms of no one being helped. I dread Lennox service calls thinking I might have to call these clowns

Called 4 times. Was on hold 8 min each time. Drove to store to find store not busy. Called while in store to see if phones were working watched counter guy put on hold immediately. Sorry customer service is terrible. Work on answering your phone and talking to customers.
