I visit VIP Nail Lounge religiously every 2 weeks! They have friendly service, competitive prices and a huge selection of colors. Tiffany is the very best for any manicures including precision, nail art and acrylics. Highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area!

Very clean Nail Salon with friendly staff. I have very specific requests and they always follow through. This is one of the few salons I have been to that doesnt pressure me into cutting my real nails down to replace them with tips, so I have been able to grow my nails out successfully! My only gripe is they never give me the same price as before for the same exact design (I always get the exact same thing). The jelly pedi here is exquisite and my favorite of all of the choices. They are following Covid guidelines with social distancing and hand sanitizer. There are so many options when it comes to colors and designs, you wont be disappointed.

I went here the 28th for the first time after googling nail salons near me and I just wanted to spoil myself. They were in time and my technician was amazing and so kind I love my nails and they technician who did the design on my nails did an amazing job as well. Lol I’m completely in love with my nails and can’t get over them

My husband and I had Jelly Lavander Pedi’s!! The second most expensive! Recommend it if you’re looking to relax a bit. They put some crazy cool jelly in the tub and I didn’t get a chance to grab a pic! I loved it. Nails and eyebrows done too. Very nice people and job well done

I went here a couple of days ago, and i love the results of my nails! its so cute and a good price. i was extremely satisfied with my nails, i love the little butterflies on it and the color as well! from what i can see, the place is clean and they handle covid seriously. i had my temperature checked when i walked in and they had the glass screens between the customer and the nail tech. it was my first time here and i would def come back!

Today is October 11, 2020. I came in yesterday to get my nails done and I wanted an ombre and the technician that did my nails didn’t do the greatest job but I didn’t have time to have her fix them and I hate being a pest so I came back today and the manager fixed them for me and did an absolutely incredible job she did everything that I asked of her to do and not only that but she was so very sweet. If she happens to do your nails I hope you give her a really good tip because she deserves it.

This is the WORST nail salon I’ve visited in Denton, probably the WORST establishment I’ve visited in my whole life. The sets do not last, and the staff does not feel the need to repair what’s wrong nor refund your money. The pedicure was horrible as well. I’m pretty sure not everyone employed here is licensed — it shows. You would have better luck elsewhere. Try Nail Bar on Brinker or Allure Nail Bar (on University).

You would think from the price they would last at lease half a week ABSOLUTELY NOT. Very thin, also they didn’t really do any nail prep.

All of them were talking about me when I said anything to them they talked together right after in their language .this was very rude thinking that because they are talking in their language that the customer is stupid and won’t get it. I am really upset and this will definitely be the last time to VIP nails.

They did an amazing job! They really took their time and made sure my nails were perfect. They were very nice! The design they drew looks amazing. I love my nails so much! Definitely recommend and will definitely be going back when I need a fill!

DON’T COME HERE. The end result we got was terrible. We made an appointment for 5pm and had to wait 45 mins because they OVERBOOKED THEMSELVES. Then they rushed through it, CUT pretty bad a finger and still wanted to charge full price. Then when we tried to complain about doing a bad job they got mad and started yelling at us. I’ve seen multiple reviews complaining about similar things too so please read other reviews!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My nails were very thick and bulky, color was very splotchy, there was thickness under the tips, my cuticle was cut, not to mention the pads of my fingertips were freaking purple and peeling dip crust off of them. The absolute worst experience. Seemed as if they were just too worried about getting the next person in the chair. And all she could tell me is that it should wash off. Horrible place, they only care about the dollar amount and I might also add that I lost an hr. And a half of my day. Stay away.

As i was getting my nails done this sweet young girl came in with her friends politely asking for a refund because her finger had a very deep cut that was causing her to bleed very bad. The guy doing my nails stood up to go yell at her causing her to cry.. i felt so bad for the girl. I personally will never give this place my service again and i encourage everyone else to consider another place as well! AWFUL customer service!!

After searching for quite awhile to find a good nail salon in Denton, I think I’ve finally succeeded!! I went here on a whim last night to get my nails done and Tammy was so awesome! The facility is nice and clean, you get your pick of complimentary drinks, and they are fairly priced. I paid $45 for nexgen + tips! Everyone is friendly and to top it off, I am SO pleased with the service they provided! Please check them out if you’re like me and have been looking and looking for the right place :)

This was my first time patronizing this salon. I highly recommend this nail salon. It was fabulous! Nail technician was fantastic! She made sure she knew what I wanted and if I was satisfied throughout the service. Variety of polish was good. I also had a brow wax done. Same technician. Very pleased at results. Wax was a little to hot but it was tolerable for me. Cost is very reasonable. Overall, it was a fabulous visit and I will be returning! Rate them 5 stars 🌟 plus.

Really nice people but.... HORRIBLE PEDICURES.. i even went back for a 2nd pedicure with a different person but it was worse than the first. They are great for manicures but idk why they’re so bad at pedicures. They cut very short, crooked and got the polish over the cuticles... i just can’t justify spending $50 on a pedicure this bad.. I don’t even want my bf to see bc it’s so embarrassing it looks so bad

I have been coming here for a few months now and they are by far the best nail salon in Denton! Ive been to many and they are the only one to consistently do a good job! Every staff member who has done my nails has done a wonderful job! I love them!

I love going to this salon! I have been coming here every month for two years for a manicure and pedicure. Tiffany (manicure) and Lucas (pedicure) have been my go to technicians but they are all great at what they do. The salon itself is spacious and clean with extra precautions taken for covid. Would definitely recommend for an easy going and relaxing experience!

Just had them done today and was not impressed with the tech that did my nexgen. I had to ask to have my nails soaked again and reshaved because he tried to attach new tips to old nexgen base. He had issues getting a couple of tips to stay and one is crooked. I was cut a few times by the metal drill bit and my knuckle was nicked. The color and whatnot is stuck to my skin on a couple of fingers as my cuticles werent shaved well. Also a piece of glove got stuck to my finger from where he put too much nail glue and it ran over the side of my finger. Ive been here multiple times with steady results until today. Will not be back and would not recommend.

I went to VIP nails the first day they opened (5/8). I had made an appointment but they had overbooked themselves. I made an appointment specifically for ombré long nails. Jason was the technician who did my nails. He rushed them and and they are neither coffin shaped or long which I paid for. The powder is already chipping and it has only been 4 days. One of the nails is broken. After he rushed to do them he then put oil directly on top of them and wiped them off ruining the top coat. He told me he would fix all 10 of them since all 10 are messed up.The only reason I did not stay longer is because I had been there since 10:30 and had to work at 2pm. He didn’t “finish” until 2pm.Here we are 4 days later (5/12). I made appointment for this morning and came in a bit late but the shop was empty. He said I will only fix the ones that are broken and I explained to him that they were ruined. He said that is what happens after 3-4 days of wearing them. I have been getting my nails done since I was 11. That is not true. He said he would only fix my nails if I would pay for a full set. I said that it is not my fault that you did my nails wrong. He then said he did not and that he was no longer going to even attempt to fix them.I posted a yelp review if you would like to see pictures. Google won’t allow me to upload.

They did a great job on my toes (French gel polish) and hands (French dip powder). Prices were reasonable. Ill definitely go back.

We came in without even an appointment and were still seated Fairly quickly. Everyone was required to wear a mask and we could purchase a mask for 1.50, which I liked since there was a requirement to wear a mask. My nails came out very beautifully and she made sure I liked it every step of the way and it was only $40 +5 dollars for coffin shape, very nice place.

I came here to do my pedicure before a party. The technician did my pedicure was Dena or Neha (not sure). The nail polish was not even, some areas were thick, some were thin. My toe nail polish was not even shiny. The nail polish chipped off when I got home. My nail polish was terrible while I was at the party. I recommended my friends to not have a service at this salon.

I love this place, but I tried to make an appointment today to get a Solar Pink Fill and they turned me away because the only time I am available is after 6pm. They are open until 7pm and it doesn’t take more than a hour to do a fill.....I work 90 hours a week right now and it’s been a month since I got my nails done by them.....I really wanted to go have a relaxing evening at my favorite nail salon, but I had to make an appointment elsewhere. This is really disappointing and I don’t understand why they would turn away business, especially during these times, but I’m grateful another nail salon was at least willing to accommodate me 🤷🏼‍♀️

The nail technician painted up to my cuticles. She applied polish in too-thick coats resulting in goopy and smudgy nails. I would not recommend this place!!!

I had already set an appointment to get my nails done the day before, when i got there there i was seated but no one came up to do my nails for about 25 minutes. there were workers walking around doing nothing. they even got to my 2 friends before me. they barely put on any nail glue when putting the tips on. which caused my nails to fall off 3 days after i got them done. horrible experience and will never go back. don’t recommend.

Horrible manicure. They cut my nails very short. They do not clip my nails regularly. I notice it when I get back home. The service is not worth the money you spent.

I just walked out of this place and oh my gosh, what a wonderful nail salon. Yesterday I got my nails done at my usual place, but unfortunately last night one broke. Normally I would wait to go back to my usual spot, but I have a Christmas party to go to tonight so it was super important I get that nail fixed. The staff here are SO friendly and welcoming, and accommodating. I have long stiletto nails, and the tech who helped me took the extra time to make sure that the nail she fixed matched the others. I was turned away from the nail salon I visited prior to VIP, so Im extremely grateful to the staff here who took the time to help me, despite the fact that it was my first visit.

My first visit here and first time experiencing a gel pedicure. It was awesome. I had never heard of it but will be asking for it where I live. You also get a hot neck wrap during the pedi... wonderful. Their prices are competitive, you get what you pay for. Very pleased with the services.

$40 for an average dip powder set when i can go anywhere else for $35. $20 extra for gel on toes? im just not sure why its over priced for an average nail salon.

The waiting time for a pedicure took forever. One woman stopped by, turned the extremely cold water on, and walked off without asking if the water temperature was good for me or not. They rushed and did not do my toe nails right. The nail polish was uneven, and my cuticles looked horrible. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone.

Usually do a good job, but this time my shellac was done terribly. I had black polish and you could see right through them. Toe nail pedi was bad only thing was good was my eye brows. Will try another shop next time

Will was so good!!! I just walked in on a Saturday and was immediately taken care of. The mimosas were super tempting but I still enjoyed myself. Super cute and chill place. And gosh darn have I never had my nails look this good. They’re perfectly shaped and straight and I’ve gotten so many compliments the past two days since getting them done. For sure coming back in a few weeks!

I was in Denton from out of town and needed my toes done before the holiday. He did amazing on the massage part but my polish is awful. It has this white film over some of the polish and it’s thick on some areas and thin on others. Even some of my toenails are uneven lengths or filed crooked. I don’t come to Denton too often but I won’t go here again.

I always have an issue when I get nexgen with the nails being too thick. But the nails I got here were the perfect mix of feeling secure and being thin enough to pick up things still lol. All in all great experience:)

I liked how the pedicure guy took his time to do my pedicure. However when it came to do my full set acrylic the guy became lazy and had me get what I didn’t want because he wanted to do something simple because they were busy. Also, the filing was good though, I don’t like how it feels like they gone lift already and I just got them. He rushed through them and left bubbles in my nails. I will not be coming back here. Thanks for the service though.

I PAID $70 for a full set and they literally fell off in days when I came back they refused to give my money back and then tried to charge me to take them off never going back and I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all. Cheap quality that falls off !!

The people there are always friendly. They dont put your whole hand in the acetone only on your fingers. The atmosphere is relaxed and has music playing. They do a good manicure and pedicure.

Horrible service. Won’t be returning.My boyfriend and I tried to come in here for a relaxing Saturday. We called at 1:50 to check how busy they were to see 2 for a pedicure at 2pm. They said to come at 3 so we made a 3pm appointment. My boyfriend had work at 4pm so we said that would be fine as long as they could see us at 3. We show up at 3 and fill out the sign in sheets. They grab my sign in sheet and some random one underneath mine that isn’t my boyfriends and put it next to our seats so he had to get up and go find his sign in sheet. We then proceeded to wait for half an hour. One person came by after 15 minutes and quickly put a liner in the foot tubs so we could get hot water, turned the extremely hot water on, and walked off...so we couldn’t use it. No one fixed it. Finally we put our shoes on and left. Extremely disappointed.

Oh man first time coming here by chance. Very lovely people! I received a pedicure that removed calusis and I absolutely loved it! My daughter, 10 received the kids pedicure for the first time and she loved it as well! We will definitely be back!

I wasnt very impressed with this place, or its competition just down the street. They both charged a slightly high fee, and both produced a good bit less than that value result. I did try both places a few times. Both facilities are kept up, and in order.

Loved my jelly pedicure! First time in and the service was excellent. We were greeted right away and seated quickly. Short wait in a comfy chair with plenty of drinks and very attentive technicians checking on us. Very relaxing treatment and my toes looked awesome. Can’t wait for my next one.

I took my 4 year old here on a little mommy-daughter date and we had a wonderful time! They were great with my daughter and everything seemed very timely. Also, I was very impressed with how long my manicure lasted since it was traditional nail polish. We will definitely come back!! And the price was reasonable as well.

Usually come here for my nails because they are the one place in Denton good at both nails AND pedis.Today I saw Will for my nails (coffin shape, long, dip powder) and he did an AMAZING job and was really cool to hang out and chat with.I’ll be back in two weeks to see Will again! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

This place is super nice. Had a pedicure with my oldest daughter. The ladies did a great job! You get to relax in a massage chair, and they serve you a cold beverage. The mimosa was good. They even have a chair for that younger girl to get pampered. Great place for Mommy-daughter bonding while getting mani-pedi.

My friend and I were a walk in on a busy Saturday and they got us seated right away and started in about 5 minutes. Ivy did a wonderful job and Tracy is such a sweetheart. You have definitely gained a long-term customer.

Had a Deluxe Pedicure and it was $35. Very professional, peaceful and very clean. Chairs were very relaxing, well-kept, & high tech. Pedicure was really nice and the massage was great. I wish I could have enjoyed it more but I was working at the same time. She did an excellent job on my toenails. I will be back when I come back to Denton.

I’ve been here about 5-6 times. Very talented, not super talkative, language barrier here is not nearly as bad as other places. Prices are pretty good based on what you request. Everyone seems very nice and I’ve never had a problem.

I got a pedicure this morning & it was hands down the best experience I had. The guy doing my feet was so nice & made sure I was completely comfortable. Every person that walked by offered me a drink or always asked if I was okay. I will definitely be back!!

A guy did my pedicure and it was probably the worst pedicure Ive ever had. But it didnt compare to how bad my eyebrow wax was. I posted pictures in the Google photos. Trust me... AVOID THIS PLACE. only came here because they opened at 9:30 and most open at 10. I should have waited. 👎🙄

Ive had the best experience here, all the ladies are so attentive and experienced. Everyone is so friendly and I felt really well taken care of. There are a few salons nearby, but they really need to update and upgrade on their customer service if they want to compete with this one. They even have margaritas, which is a major plus in my book, altogether this is a well maintained nail salon with all the perks and upgrades of a premium salon. I will be back!

The ladies here were very friendly, gave me a complimentary drink and treated me and my best friend like high priority. They took their time even when another guest had came in because normally they start to rush but that didn’t bother these ladies one bit. I will definitely come back to this location for my pedicure and nail needs.
