My first time at this so called luxurious salon. I was there to clean my nails, remove my nail cuticles, and polish them. I confess I received the poorest service ever combined with extremely rude customer service. The lady did such a sloppy work, she literally tapped on my nails, supposedly cleaning them up. All she did scratch my nails with the nail filer. They charged me $20 to make my nails look a lot worse. I can do a much much better job at home for free. I spoke to the guy at the front about the uncleaned nail cuticles and he said “that’s a little bit”. He did not apologized for bad service nor offered to fix them. They work as fast as possible to get to the next customer and make more money not realizing they’re loosing customers.

I have been here before and usually never have a problem being serviced, but its been a while. When I entered a lady was paying for her services so I waited in line patiently . After she was done the guy at the register left ...I thought maybe he had to take care of something. I saw another guy who worked there walk up, I thought maybe he would acknowledge me. As I was trying to say something, a group of women came in and they were acknowledged and told to sit for services.At this time, Im agitated, but still professional. I asked the other guy at the counter if anyone was going to help me .He replied: oh. You need to talk to him. Well him never said anything to me even after I said Excuse me. I have been standing here for over 5 minutes now and you have acknowledged those women before me. Am I invisible?Needless to say, I left and took my money elsewhereVERY disappointed with their lack of customer service. I will NOT be going back.

Nails were rushed, I did not see them open sterilized equipment per client. They rushed everything which made for poor quality and little time to clean up after each client. Speaking native language among themselves made me feel uncomfortable and the prices were very high. Will not return.

They did my nails like this then told me that I have to leave because the mall is closing and persisted to yell at me. They also left dried acrylic powder all over my skin.

Idk what to say. It depends on who is doing the pedicure. My last experience wasnt a good one. The guy was the worst and because I didnt pick the high pedicure, he basically told me I get what I pay for. Comparing my feet to cars by saying you spend more money get a new car spend less money get a used car and it breaks down. I simply said you gotta keep maintenance on both cars so whats the difference? His paint job was very poor. I told him and he got upset. The management came and I explained. I dont speak Mandarin or Chinese good at all but I can semi understand it. It stated my nail was bumpy but under my pedicure services he was supposed to file and smooth them. I told him if thats the case he didnt do his job. He also said I was hard to deal with. Maybe because I know what Im supposed to get. And since I get what Im paying for, youre gonna give it all to me. My total came to 110 for a full set and pedicure but the lady knocked off $10 at the nail table but when I told here I had a 10% off coupon she put my to $110. But when they rang me up my total was $101! Smh. Lol.. My $20 extra for shellac bubbled and I peeled it off 4 days later. Im not going back!! Plus the massage chairs make you hurt worst than when you walked in.

Going there is a hit or miss. I truly believe half the people there aren’t even qualified to the job they do. I just went today and I had a bad experience with someone there because of their terrible work. I don’t know their name, but they sit at chair 11 and it’s an older man. He failed to properly polish my hands and feet leaving me with unfinished toes and nails. I couldn’t see him doing his work on my toes, for I only seen it after he was finished. When i seen the mistakes I went looking for him, but he had disappeared. He knew he didn’t do good and that’s bold right there. I’m officially finding somewhere new to go.

The lady I had was very good & nice but she didnt tell me her name. I used to have Alana do my nails but she no longer works there. She was very personable.

I have never had any issues here. I like the layout and the techs are friendly for the most part. Not all understand what your asking for. But the others assist. I have been pleased each time and Im heading back in 2 weeks for my touch up. Pedicures are my fav here also...

I loved the service. The management was on point. And the gel set (manicure) was very even and looks perfect! Highly recommend. I am a highly picky person with my nails. If you want a great service and some beautiful nails go to this nail salon!!

What a cool place. Girlfriend took me there for my first pedicure. Had a blast, really clean fast and had the best massage chairs.

I personally drive about two hours away to come here. Located right in the mall, the staff is always amazing and you feel beautiful! Please tip as I recently found out they do NOT get paid they only get paid in tips. Also, avoid weekends as its very busy. Overall, amazing and relaxing place!

I love getting my mani and pedi here. My favorite part is when they get to scrubbing the heels of my feet. Tickle too much 😂😂😂. Anyway, they had this lotion that had me smelling like oranges and the way she way handling my feet, I wanted to ask for her hand lol Im joking but all in all they never disappoint

The front desk kid who is considered as the manager should be cleaning bathrooms instead of being at the front desk. He is very rude, doesnt even say hi to anyone when they come in. Has a bad attitude and cusses everyone out. If this person stays there, this place will definitely lose business.

Worst experience by far. I walked in and was denied service because I hadnt originally gotten my nails done by them. There was no line. Stations are missing as is equipment. I was so unimpressed with the service last time I figured it was an emergency and it couldnt be worse than last time. Excuse the hell out of me!

The boy who works at the front desk (claims to be a manager) has terrible skills, both in Nails and customer service. Come time for a fill, he did not file down anything, just put acrylic over the lifting part. When I mentioned this, he said dont worry and became very angry. Those nails lifted, and again, he argued becoming angry and attempting to do them sloppily. I went back a third time, two nails had mold under them, and he was still trying to do the nails the same way. I asked for a new manager to speak to, and a new tech, but he refused. Not to mention, he tells every customer we are busy people know they are waiting to get their nails done. He is constantly shuing customers away. Poor quality, rude, bad service, bad products, moldy nails.

The same text does my pedicure each time I go there she is amazing. She takes her time and does a fantastic job.

Do not go here! Worst experience ever! I went in Friday for a pedicure with a fill in with acrylic. After not being satisfied with my services to begin with, My toes were chipped by monday. I went back Tuesday to get them fixed, and still was not satisfied! They were nonchalant about the whole situation. Constantly trying to make me identify the guy that originally did my pedicure after I explained that i didnt see him! Making me wait longer after Iv’e already been inconvenienced having to come back for a nail fix! Never coming back here! It looks like i have shellac instead of acrylic!

I am very unhappy with my experience! Victor was super rude! Didnt say hello or anything when I sat down and shoved my hand into the dryer instead of telling me to make sure my hand was all the way in. They pack people in and rush you along. Its all about quantity over quality here! Definitely wont be back and will pass the word along!

She got so mad she told me she would not do it for me and screamed at me and told me to leave. I told the man at the reception and he did not care at all. These people will not give you the prices in their own pamphlet!! They will charge you whatever they want!! They are the rudest people I have ever met! They were so mean. :(

Reema does a terrible job. If you like thick eyebrows, shes not the esthetician for you. Ive been getting my brows threaded here for quite some time by Thawart and she does an amazing job in the back room. I guess I came on her off day and Reema crucified my brows. She didnt listen to a thing I said nor did she care that I hated my brows. I had even showed her a picture of the preferred look prior to starting and she still freestyled!. Also, when I asked for witch hazel, she used alcohol and I----just wish I hadnt gotten my days mixed up and went to Thawart during the weekend because shes amazing and pleasant.

Got right in customer service poor. My pedi tech keep answering the phone and running arrands for other techs around the shop. My nail tech did a dry Mani and no cuticle nipping just a drill and a file. No hand massage just oil on my nails. Hadnt been in those salon in a while dont think I will be back anytime soon. This what happens when you make moves on convince.

This was one of the worst in terms of customer service The man was very rude and had a terrible personality, highly DO NOT recommend, they should not ever be an open salon, my nails looked ok they had some missing spots, I don’t like them, the price was ok.

I’ve been going here for a over a year and I absolutely love this place, great customer service and very professional.

Paid $51 dollars for poorly done French tip acrylics. They did my nails quickly and in result, they were uneven and some being thicker than the others. I was disappointed that I could see my real nails underneath them. On top of that, I left with three bloody nails. Total waste. Get your nails done somewhere else. If you’re not a regular, don’t expect good service.

10/9/2020This was my first time going here, i dont get pedicures very often, so not sure how valuable my opinion will be.They were very nice to me and my boyfriend. They sat us next to each othe, helped me recline the chair and explained all the options to me. They man was very gentle, as i had informed him i am a little ticklish. The nail polish looks great! I love the color! It did not take as long as i was expecting it to, not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing. Overall i am satisfied with my visit. The man said the gel nail polish should last 1 to 2 months. I will update my post and award or take away stars accordingly based on the results.

Dirty place. Does not use sanitized equipment. All their tools are dirty. Got a foot infection. Will be reporting to the state.

The mail tech doing my nails started on me more than 25 minutes after the lady next to me started her service. My mail tech rushed Thru and skipped steps. She was ignoring me. She got mad because I requested non-latex gloves due to my allergy. She didn’t wipe the oil residue off my nails so my polish slid instead of drying. She didn’t do a massage on my feet at all. I paid and even tipped before going home with my toe nail polish stuck to the inside of my socks because of her botched service. My feelings were really hurt because I told her over and over that I had just had surgery but she continued to get mad because I was unable to move my foot off and on the pedicure stand as fast as she wanted.

Did not do a good job on my pink n white set. Polish was smeared in between my fingers and polished started to chip the next day. I won’t be returning. Terrible quality and I will be returning to my nail tech after this!

Such a disappointment!!!!!!!!!!! I asked for a nail repair and the nail is longer than the rest. I asked for a chrome nail and it looks silver, I see the color insert the nail. The nail tech cut me and acted as though it didn’t happen. The shaping is trash!! On the fill in.

Very rude Ive been a customer for years we really need to stop patronizing businesses that do not appreciate us. Our money keeps them in business as well as the beauty supply stores. We have to stop it and bond together and ourselves get better some of us at being more professional and responding in a timely fashion. Not to offend anymore but if we African pulled our money they would appreciate us more when they shouldve been doing it in the 1st place.

Despite the reviews I read I decided to try them out and they did an amazing job!! Mad kudos to my girl Hanh for doing some great nail art and recommending the perfect manicure! She asked questions and made sure I liked what she was doing with my nails every step of the way. I will definitely be back as I know its worth my drive

I’ve been coming to this place for years on and off. The service I received the other day is the reason I will not be returning. They are extremely rude and will talk and laugh about other customers in front of you. My pedicure was half done and rushed. On top of that, they catch attitudes quickly when you try to tell them something. Extremely aggressive when it comes to money, they’ll ask you about your payment a million times and even chase you to the front as if that’s not where they tell you to make your payment. My mom’s shellac was chipped on multiple fingers by the following morning and 2 days later my toes are chipped and I haven’t done anything.

I love this place. Tammy is my favorite. I normally never have a long wait because they have a lot of technicians. Quick service.

So I received the Voesh pedicure which was about 40 minutes for $40. It was so relaxing. I love their massage chairs and the process for the pedicure. Problem was I never asked for my nails to be done because acrylic would cost more than the manicure and when I didnt get both they just put me out basically. I paid left my feet still wet went to get some shoes looked down toes messed up went back they fixed them wanted me to get shellac. My regular polish last me 3 weeks to a month.. Ive been going to them for over a year never had a problem. So I had to sit and let them dry for awhile. Whole time theyre saying I could leave with wet toes. They are clean even before covid and everyone is wearing a mask and disinfecting. And of course i love the set up its beautiful i just didnt like feeling rushed especially when it wasnt nobody in there.

I went here Tuesday February 23 a day before my birthday to get my nails done. If I would move my hand just a little he would tell and say stop moving. They are wayyy over priced and the work it’s not good at all. I asked for ombré and he was working on the same nail for over a half an hour Bc he kept taking it off putting a new tip and just doing that. They said they could do it but after he put the tips on he was saying he couldn’t do it The ombré looked horrible and when I told him he got mad saying it was the acrylic. I mean it’s in fairlane mall what do u expect. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

Asked for full set acrylic and at the end he tells me its $45. Why? Coffin shape costs extra and he did shellac because it lasts longer. I didnt want them to last longer than a week or two anyway, and it would have been nice to know in advance that certain nail shapes cost extra. Its not even straight! He also cut the skin on my thumb at the base of the nail and then said its because Im not relaxed. I rarely get my nails done (its a treat for me), and Im not happy with the quality or experience. For $25, yeah maybe, but I feel like I just wasted $45.

My sister and I decided to do a spa day. So we went here expecting to be treated well. We were treated like a production line and rushed through our mani and pedi. The next day my gel polish started coming off in sheets and when I called all I got was a sorry. Not told to come back in for repair. Brows were amazing but I will not be returning ever.

I have been going to Luxury Nails for about 7 years now and this is the absolute first time I left unsatisfied. I specifically asked for the Volcano Spa. There was no stone treament, nor collagen mask, nor collagen lotion for either the manicure or pedicure. I was given basically a regular manicure and pedicure. I am disappointed to say the least. I guess the woman giving me service didnt know I knew what i was ask8ng for, you know, being a male and all. Just a half, rushed job.

They are wayyy to expensive. Just to get a pedi with overlay is $70. Ive never paid that much and never will.

I recently( Today to be exact) had a TERRIBLE experience with Luxury nails. My pedicure literally took 10 minutes....I sat down, was serviced, and 10 minutes later I was walking out. Nothing was done properly at all! When I asked the person servicing me “Are you done already?” He replied yes and it was because of the type of Pedicure that I picked. When I asked to speak with the manager, he ignored me. I called the manager over and spoke to her in a calm respectful manner and she replied that everyone is different. A pedicure can take 10 minutes or longer, it depends on the person....have you ever had a 10 minute pedicure? The service here was at an all time low...The worst I have ever had to date! Upon leaving, I also noticed and felt a cut on my foot from the person servicing me lack of knowledge in proper filing! Now I have to find another salon to fix the damage that Luxury Nails has caused and receive a proper pedicure that takes longer than 10 minutes. I wish I could rate this salon a negative 5 stars instead of the 1 Star! I will never put myself in such a predicament! If anyone reading has a better suggestion for an awesome pedicure experience please let me know!

Nellie is the worst nail technician EVER!! She made my nails very very uneven and super short, and she was extremely aggressive with her filing. I have never had a worse nail experience in my entire life. Very VERY disappointed today.
