This is by far the best waxing place I’ve ever been to. Abir is attentive, kind, and goes out of her way to provide the best waxing experience for her clients. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

This salon is very good at making you feel special. They offer complete services for the whole family with very good prices. The waiting area has comfortable seating and complimentary water. I went there for a cut and color with a style, hanan is the best. I am definitely returning and this is my permanent salon.Super friendly staffing and give great and amazing services.

I came from out of state for a wedding and got my makeup and hair done here. They were professional punctual and followed covid protocol. The makeup Abir did was amazing and Hanann did my hair so nice. The only issue I had was that I wanted my makeup on one eye fixed up but was told Abir was with another client and wouldnt be able to do it, I was at the salon for a long time waiting for my ride to pick me up at which point I was hoping she could take a minute to look at it. so I felt like to make sure your customer (especially first timer and someone going to a wedding) leaves satisfied and content is important. But they definitely know what theyre doing here :)Edit: Id like to add Abir did call me and assured me this was not a regular occurrence and she was unaware or the situation. I appreciate her taking customer feedback seriously.

This salon is amazing. I go there for my hair and Hanan is super friendly and patient to make sure we get the result that I want. I always get best service for haircut, hair color and keratin. She took her time to work on one customer at a time and the result is always perfect. She is cool and energetic so I never get bored. Also they are very clean with good hygiene. They have only 1 or 2 customers in a very big salon so it always makes me feel safe specially during pandemic. I give this salon 5 starts for sure

I’ve been going to Abeer got over a year for waxing services. She’s amazingly fast but gentle, a perfectionist, helpful and makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. This place is phenomenal and so so so clean! Staff is courteous and always makes scheduling the easiest thing for their regulars. Abeer is the best in the business!! Not just Dearborn folks! Trust me do yourself a favor and try it out! I recommend this place to EVERY female I meet because I know how tough it can be to find someone who does a great job while making u feel completely relaxed.

This salon is a warm, kind and professional setting. Everyone is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They take their time to make sure their work is perfect. I don’t trust anyone but them to touch my eyebrows, and they show me why each time I go.

Im so glad to see a Dearborn facility actually taking the covid guidelines seriously. Everyone was masked, they did temperature checks and didnt have you wait long. Best of all, Abeer is probably the best aesthetician Ive ever met. She removed my under arm hair in a couple of minutes. Not only did she wax it off, but she tweezed whatever the wax didnt get. Absolute Queen!

I have been going to Rouge Salon and Spa now for 4 years and I am so thankful that I found a Salon and spa that I love. From how clean and professional they are, the reminder phone calls the day before your appointment, to the quality of products that are used on my skin, to the information I receive for post treatment instructions. Abir is very well diverse and educated in skin care and treatments . She is always doing continuing learning of the newest products and treatments for skin problems, anti aging, and just having healthy all around skin. Ive been to Rouge Salon & Spa for multiple services. I love their professionalism, kindness and willingness to make me feel comfortable and happy regardless of the service I receive. Facials are always so relaxing and on point. Massages are AMAZING to say the least, this is a must try service here...Abeers hands are magical! I always get so many compliments when my make-up is done by Abeer, shes so talented w/her work. I also received the Botox Keratin treatment for my hair by Hanan and Im in love w/it, low maintenance and zero frizz...which makes me happy. Its a great place to get pampered and to give yourself some love, I would highly recommend this great salon/spa.

Too expensive ..... they charge $165 just for highlights.... I was shocked by the price (my hair isn’t very long or thick) but I really needed to highlight my hair that specific day so I did it. Definitely not going back in the future for hair (color/highlights) but would go for other things. Her blow dry is good and only for $25. Also, to be fair they treat you good and are on point with their appointments.

She was so nice and I could tell she did everything she could in her power to make sure I was comfortable. Ive been coming here for about 2 years and after having terrible experiences else where, I havent went anywhere else for my eyebrows. Im pretty picky when it comes to how I like my eyebrows done. Abir always tries to get them the way I like them. Abir does a great job. She is always so nice and welcoming. Its hard to find a salon that genuinely cares about their customers and Abir does. FYI she does take walk ins but to have the best experience its better to make an appointment.

This is the best salon I’ve ever been in. They are true professionals. I did my keratin with Hanann and everyone was shocked at the results. Some of my family members already made appointments with her after seeing my hair. I also did two days makeup and hair and everyone loved them. I was really satisfied with everything. They are very nice and caring too. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I will definitly go there again in the future.

They need to learn manners. They’re unprofessionalism made me embarrassed to even argue with them. She overcharged me and when I paid I turned and asked her why I was overcharged and she charged me 25 dollars for a random canceled appointment and kept saying it’s not my problem. She was so rude and it’s so sad she lost a customer over 25 dollars where she could have told me beforehand instead of overcharging and being pity.

I had my hair done with Hanna for my brothers engagement she was so welcoming and honest she took her time on my hair and did it perfect. I had so many complaints and it stayed the way it had tell the next day .
