Bad service. I was looking at the nail polish to pick a color and she keep asking me to go pick it up. When I picked one I told her I want this one she kept pointing to the wall to go get it. I don’t know which one it is at the wall and the number was erased. How I am getting the one I like. Rude and mean to go back, I left the store when she took my old one off and heading to another one.

I have been coming to this shop for years never had a bad experience always was made to feel like family not a customer its truly the only shop I come to and yes ladies even when Im under budget I will still wait until I can get to my shop fam. I went in and asked for shellac then showed the woman a picture and she said ok yes i can do that. Halfway through i ask her again, “Are you sure this is shellac?” because it looked like normal nail polish to me. She kept brushing me off and telling me she’s not done. By the time she’s about to put the top coat I’ve already asked and explained what i wanted but she still decided to continue her work, the have the AUDACITY to tell me its my fault for the “miscommunication” and if she takes it off and redoes them, i have to pay double. Horrible communication and customer service, none of the employees know how to actually speak english at a basic level and while your working it’s uncomfortable as you’re just listening them speak in a different language and giggling. And it didn’t even look the same as i wanted. Horrible service I’m never returning.

No long wait time. Best shellac manicure Ive had thus far. They even put designs over the shellac. It comes out so pretty. And it last for a nice period of time. 👍🏽

I used to enjoy coming here, but today took the cake. From start to almost finish, I was not listened to. The chick I had, first made the water entirely too hot and kept acting as though I was being unreasonable for wanting her to add some cool water...eventually I ended up with barely lukewarm water. She was then very rough with the scrub and pumice stone. Then when it came to my hands, she did my right hand thin and crooked and tried to say thats how my nails were shaped already....I was getting a fill-in and my nails were just fine before she got to them. I had to ask the manager to make her fix them. Lastly, even though I asked for regular polish from the beginning, she still tried to give me gel/ shellac. I ended up walking out with my nails unpainted! This was just too much! Never coming here again!

Just a warning. The young lady who did my nails could Not lay acrylic or nail polish. The acrylic was clumped underneath the tip of my nail. As soon as the polish dried there were bubbles. I had to remove the polish and redo them myself. One of the techs decided to blast whatever he was listening on his phone while sitting in the middle of the salon. I won’t be returning. I waisted my money.

I love this place! But I was getting acrylics and they didnt even ask for the size or shape and they came out sloppy.

The male nail tech I had didnt clean around my nails and toenails after polishing. He didnt even clean up the old nail polish off of my fingertips. He messed up the fill-in on my right hand by not bringing the acrylic up to the tips, making the overlay look uneven. He forgot to put the base coat on my nails and the foot tub wasnt cleaned and disinfected, just rinsed out. The manicure table wasnt cleaned and disinfected either. The pedicure was fine and I enjoyed the massage chair. He was nice and everyone else was nice, but he did rush through the service. It was starting to get busy in there, but he shouldve still took his time a little to make sure he did his job right.

Just no.. you see the ratings, you know what’s up.I got fungus infections on my nails after a full set and never returned...it’s just not worth it, even if it’s close to your house and you’re lazy, it’s just not worth the risk of your health and I’d advise you to drive a little further and head to Favis Nails in Southwest Detroit, 10/10 experience by REAL trained nail technicians.

This place is horrible!!!!! I’ve been here twice and both experiences were bad. Thinking they can’t mess up a toe polish change and I was wrong. Their attitudes are horrible when u need to correct them when they are not doing what u asked for which is so unprofessional. You should be able to express if you are not satisfied with the service. When you are spending your money you want good quality service. Its safe to say I will never go back and will NEVER recommend them.

They did a good job, but I wish the staff wouldnt have such loud conversations in a foreign language throughout the space. It takes away from the fact that it is supposed to be a relaxing service.

Shop is clean; staff is friendly; NEVER had a problem and Ive been going there for several years. In fact, my family gives me gift certificates for manicures and pedicures for my birthday and Christmas. The last shop I went to always used to leave bubbles in the polish on my nails. Never at Perfect Nails. Regular manicures are beautiful. I dont know about the art work as Ive not had it done. Eyebrow arches are nice also.

Only reason I gave one star is because that’s the lowest it’ll go. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! I came on Easter because it was the only salon open, and boy did I regret it (sun nails was closed). The old lady, put a bubble in my nail, she didn’t measure out the sizes of each finger nail so I felt they were off. I mentioned it to her and she said “Nooo, that like that” huh? I’m never going back. I walked out of that salon with chips already on my nail, three bubbles total on three diff nails and what’s worse is she did everything back to back without rubbing the previous dead nail skin or whatever out. She had the feather brush out and didn’t even use it. She didn’t even paint my nails right she over painted them. I was FUMING. Never ever ever again.

I was told that the work here is horrible. But I didnt heed the warning and went inside any way. I asked how long the wait would be, how many people in front of me... the nail tech said Oh, not long at all. I sat down and there were 5 women before me. So, I waited over half an hour to sit in the pedicure chair. Which I felt mislead because was told not long at all. The water was VERY cold despite several attempts of me speaking up to make it warmer.The dead skin on my feet was scraped off with a cheese grater. Last time I heard those were on the way out in salons due to hygiene. He sprayed the grater with a bottle of alcohol and sprayed each of my toes with the same bottle of alcohol. I understand taking a cotton ball and removing oil from the nail... but he legit just sprayed each toe, skin and all.I asked for french. When its time for application he starts applying the white tips then seemed finished. I looked shocked and he replied Oh, did you want color on the nails too?? Uh, yeah! What color? You know... a sheer peach or pink... typical with french... not just plain nails, no clear, nothing with tips. He justified this by saying Okay. I thought you only wanted the white tips.Uh... why would I want just white tips and when did I say that?? Whatever.The final nail in the coffin was that he applied one single coat of sheer polish, one coat of the white tip, then one single clear coat. Just really cheap! One single coat of everything! By the next day I had clips in the white and by day 3 its completely rubbed of a few toes which is heartbreaking when you pay good money!They also charge the same rate as every other nail place, so save your money and visit elsewhere.

BE CAREFUL !!!!!! This is probably the worst service I have received at a salon. The woman was welcoming at the door, but when I sat down to receive my pedicure at the salon the man who did my feet was very rough and rushed through the service. A pedicure manicure is supposed to be a pleasant experience. Now here is where my problem lies.... a woman walked in and sat in the pedicure chair after my mom. I asked if the tub was bleached down because I did not see them do so after my mother or my sister got up from her chair. The woman had an attitude, but answered me that they did... even though Im pretty sure that it did not happen, but Im not 100%. I was ready to take her word for it and then the man who did my feet tapped the chair he wanted to do my manicure in very hard because he was upset by my question. He then proceeded to yell in his native tounge and start banging things loudly. The lack of professionalism in this store was dumbfounding. I left before my manicure was finished because I would never spend another dime of my hard earned money at this establishment. Dont waste your time or money to come here and get a rushed job from the man. The two woman that did my mothers and sisters feet did take their time and I had no issue with them. I WOULD SUGGEST FINDING AN ALTERNATIVE LOCATIO . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I Have been there 3 times now NEVER had a problem with ANYONE, well thats because I am NOT a people person AND dont speak to really anyone lol, But one of The woman in there was VERY RUDE. The male Worker named (BLACK) WAS VERY GOOD AND FAST 😆 ALL I GET IS GEL PUT ON MY REAL NAILS AND MOOD POLISH. So I recommend the make Worker named (BLACK) HES AWESOME 😆😆

This is my first time there and hopefully last time. So rude!!!! You ask for something and then say no they didnt even pain it and wanted money on it. Last time there!!!!!

Last month wouldve been 2stars. Ive Been coming here for a year and I almost didnt come back after my last 2 visits I gave it another try today 6wks ago I went in the man who did my nails tried over charging me. Id never had him as a tech before so I guess he didnt know i was a regular. I asked why so much he said $5 for coffin shaping I laughed I said thats not correct I come here often, and I tip. Then the price dropped $5. I was irritated. But I came back for my next fill asked how long the wait was lady rudely replied if you want your nails done just have a seat, I said that wasnt my ? The ladies waiting looked annoyed so i asked 1 replied Ive been waiting 45min. I said thanks and had a seat. Then told the rude lady speaking to ppl like that is how you lose customers. Today I decided 1 more time bcz my other 11 months had been pleasing. Glad I did nails turned out great, young girl was very helpful with customers as they waited, my tech and the tech next to her were very pleasant (as they usually are) Ill continue to go back unless I have 1 more bad experience. 3 strikes youre out.

I think the owner did my nails, she was very nice and asked me what I wanted, she was patient and took her time. All I did was a gel manicure and I loved it. They work at a good pace and theyre friendly, a lot of other nail salons that I visit have a rude, impatient staff, but this place they were just so kind. Thank you! ☺️

Please don’t ever go here!The first time I went to perfect nails the male nail tech started painting right after applying gel....I said what about filing them and shaping them?!?!! He said oh u didn’t say u wanted shape! I came back today Bc it was the only place open on a Sunday! All of my shellac came off like rubber Bc the tech didn’t let me dry them long enough! Don’t ever go here!!!!!

They do horrible work here. The lady that messed my nails up was older. She couldnt make my nails straight, she polished like she never polished before and was incredibly slow. I had her take that awful polish off my nails and replace it with clear and it was still sloppy. She had a bad attitude too once I made her redo my nails. Save your money. Dont go here. Its not the cleanest salon either.

Nice people, I had my 2 year old with me and she gave her juice and was nice....as for the service all I wanted was a gel polish and it was horrible. My nails have lasted only a week before chipping, there were waves left in them after I had her do them over 3 times, I think she put on too many layers because the Polish was so thick it look like tear drops on the sides like the Polish was too heavy. I will never return that was my first and last visit, I o let went because we were already in the plaza so I said why not, never again.

In my opinion this is the GROSSEST nail place I’ve ever stepped into!!! DO NOT Go into this place avoid it at all cost!!! A really awkward older lady began to stalk me as soon as I walked in. I told them what my daughter wanted and then she kept insisting and pushing for me to do my nails, feet and eyebrows. I kindly said “no thank you” but this CREEP kept insisting and after she was FINALLY convinced that NO means NO she got mad and said something to another ratchet looking worker and they both laughed. To top things off they’re prices where ridiculous for the job horribly done. $45 for this hot mess!!!

I had Linda. she fixed my well needed fill in from another person and she did so good. she did my toes good too!

What an experience,I have been coming here to this location for year! Angela rocks, ask for her specifically, she goes above and beyond. Sweet and professional and always positive, just love her work. Wont go anywhere else.

I went for a cut down and shape and the lady had no clue what I meant. As I tried to explain it to her she still was clueless. I was referred here by a friend that says she always gets hers done by the guy maybe I should have stuck with him.

I sat at this salon 2 hours and thirty minutes to get my nails and feet done and my nails were horrible the older lady did them nails were shaped like bulbs ! Younger lady tired to fix them ! Still not acceptable ! WILL NOT be returning !

Would be 5 stars but the person that normally does my nails wasnt there. The one lady that helped me was awful. She filed the one nail I wanted repaired paper thin to the point it hurt. I refused to let her finish and the other lady did a horrible job. If it wasnt for my main guy that does them I would NEVER go back.

I took my teen daughter for a Mani, pedi the girl that worked on her was young, thought she was cute, she was ok, but next time my daughter ask for something, they Better do it or they wont get paid. They better be glad I wasnt standing over them because I would have made sure they honored her wishes.

I went to get an overlay on Friday and it was the worst customer service Ive honestly had at a nail salon. The older lady did not put enough acrylic on several of my nails and when I told her she caught an attitude and talked about me in another language. I asked her to file my nails in a square and they were lopsided. So I asked for someone else to do it who helped and I even asked for the file myself to fix it but because of the lack of acrylic on the nail, it still looked bad. I eventually asked for service from another technician and they refused to help. I had no choice but to deal with this lady or walk out with half done nails cuz i already paid. The lady wouldnt put more acrylic on until she put on the first coat of paint and I pointed out to her, again the nail needed more acrylic. I explained to her that it looked as if i need a fill in and she finally fixed it. I would not recommend going there because there is a chance you may get the same person i had who is inexperienced in a simply overlay and filing and shaping acryilc nails. If you are not satisfied, you will have to deal with this lady as they claimed was the manager because they stick together and no one else will take you. They have inexperienced technicians doing nails and will not accomadate if it is poorly done.

I asked for a simple polish and it was done very sloppy. And then when i asked the woman for a redo she got upset and didn’t even refund my money after i didnt want it at all. She took off the polish with the color still in the crevices of my nails. And she ended up CHARGING ME for buffing and filling ??! My experiance here was horrific.

App says they open at 9 door says they’ll return at 6pm....I was really excited to get my nails done before work because this was the only place in the area open at 9 and now I can’t get my nails done.

Somewhat rude, made me feel very uncomfortable, I was overcharged by $10 for my pedicure which, waa not at ALL relaxing or comforting at all...the french tip paint on my toes was crooked amd I truly believe my two year old son could have done a much more fantastic job! (No jokes either, I have a feeling it was just the male that provided my pedi though) so take YOUR chance!

Pretty decent place, service was good, the wait time was a little longer than I preferred.

I went for 2 separate fill ins after a referal from a friend. Linda did my nails and pedi. 1st time was a charm. She was very nice. Second time was a little iffy...I had 3 broken nails to be repaired... The looked fine until the next day one was still broken and one was lifting.I went back and Linda fixed them with no problem, still very polite as well. Ill be trying her again for a soak off and a new set as she did fill in someone elses work. Ill be back for a second review.

It was ok I feel so over charged I had a pedicure with full set (gel) and my 4yo had pedi with gel and a gel polish and they charged me 140 we normally pay 90 any where else for the same thing except i usually get a pink and white.

Perfect Nails.... Not so perfect!!! One of my hands were shaped differently than the other. Polish was done sloppy. I went with a friend and her nails were shaped wrong like an old ladies nails. TERRIBLE. 6 of my 10 fingers were cut with the drill until I was bleeding. I had to spend 30 minutes afterward myself to file the shape. The polish used for my pedicure was too thick and when I wore shoes the NEXT day, it peeled up. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
