We have been a customer of Buzz Kill for almost 10 years now. Every one of their service technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. I have had direct dealings with the owner and he knows everything there is to know about every different type of bug as well as the tried and true & the most current ways to effectively prevent them. I highly recommend asking them about the outdoor misting system and other measures that can be taken to prevent mosquitos. We did it several years back and are very happy that we did. We can now enjoy our family & friend time outside again without getting eaten up and without having to apply & reapply OFF constantly. Pic is my backyard & the red circles are all the nozzles on the mosquito misting system. This thing goes around the entire perimeter of my yard, kills on contact and is also a preventative. The smell of the chemical used smells like oranges and is very nice.Great company and run by a great group of people that care about their customers. A-1 in my books compared to all the others out there.

Our Buzz Reps are very efficient laying traps and identifying/closing vulnerabilities in the house, both internally and externally. They explained everything throughout the process and showed us any of the issues that need to be addressed to prevent future problems. I have had large mice and squirrels in my attic. The first exclusion, they made it where the mice could not get back into the attic. The second time, squirrels had found a way in and Buzzkill fixed that problem too. I havent had any rodents or Critters in my attic for over a year now. They were very diligent and fixed the problem.

I recently had Buzz Kill out to my house to treat for a rat which started appearing around my wood pile. I spoke with Scott a few times to make sure I understood what was going to happen. After about 2 meetings I decided to go ahead with the one time treatment. Everything was explained to me with confidence, (these guys really know pests of all kind), and the price was very reasonable. I set it up on Wednesday and they had a tech at my house on Friday. I was unavailable to be there, however, my 10 year old daughter and her Nana, (my mother) were. Eckzar was the tech who arrived, and went to his inspection. As he explained things to my mother, my daughter spoke up with questions. Eckzar took the time to explain to my 10 year old answers to all of her questions as well.This simple action speaks volumes to me about the customer service, professionalism, and care that this gentleman takes in his job and towards the customer. No matter how young or old. In taking the time to treat my daughter as a person and not just a kid; Buzz Kill has earned a customer for life. The price, the response time, and the high level of customer service (and attention to the little ones) has made me believe that Buzz Kill is a company of high morals and standards. Too often companies/employees overlook the minor details due to time crunched schedules. Eckzar, although Im sure was busy that day, paid attention to the minor detail and made my daughter feel included, and therefore made me feel comfortable with my decision.
