The guys that came out where great but I not seen any change since they come out I have more water bugs then I did before and I still have spiders but with weather changing Ill just got to Wal-Mart and buy ortho in home bug spray it seems to work better anyways

Great service, very friendly & knowledgeable staff, plus some of their treatment specialists are degreed entymologists, so they really know their stuff, not just how to operate a sprayer. Their Mosquito service has been an absolute blessing this spring & summer... Our yard has been nearly Mosquito free (Ive seen 5 or 6 total in the past 7 months, and havent been bitten once!) So far weve only scheduled and had them come out once. Its been a few days since we were treated so I cant yet fully speak on whether their products work but I definitely give five stars on their customer service, friendliness and professionalism. We have several pets, including a desert tortoise and Nick called to make sure their yard treatment was safe for her. They did treat for ants in an area that we were struggling with them coming in A LOT and I havent seen one since. Based on how they treat their customers I would totally recommend this company. Im hoping the products work well and we are set on who we will use for here on out!They are coming out to seal up some areas that weve needed sealed forever so thats an added service we appreciate!

Danielle came out and walked the property inside and out and was very detailed and very personable. She was able to schedule around my work schedule and payment schedule and that made everything work for me.

Needing to do repairs, but before starting, I needed Carpenter Ants removed. The ants and moisture damage are the primary cause for the repairs. Johnathan Bryant did a great job of explaining the work being done, and was a very personable representative for eco-safe. I called them out of concern for my inside and outside critters. Also, I called them over the weekend, and they called me back on Monday morning, and sent Jonathan out, arriving just before lunch. That was MOST appreciated!

We have indoor dogs and started using Eco-Safe because they dont use any harmful chemicals. At first we were skeptical of the natural organic products they use, but the stuff actually works and makes your house smell really nice as a bonus. Nicholas came out to complete the quarterly maintenance for our yard, and was very pleasant to deal with. He is professional, friendly and was on time. He was patient and answered my many questions. Initially, I was given a two hour window but was called first thing in the morning by the company to provide me with a more accurate time frame of a 30 minute window, and he arrived promptly at the start of that 30 minute window. I also had requested a quote for mosquito service which I decided to hold off on, and he was very accepting of that and did not try to pressure a sale. We use the organic treatments from this company, and have been very pleased with it. I definitely recommend Eco-Safe and definitely recommend asking for Nicholas if he services your area.

Courteous and quick response. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. He explained the procedure for trapping a possum that was in my backyard. The cage was placed in the appropriate spot and the possum was captured and picked up the next morning. Highly recommend this service. Great service and quick response. I would highly recommend this place. We have used Eco-Safe for a couple of years now and they have always taken care of our needs. We have a couple of cats and a dog, so we are always concerned about putting down any kind of poisons, so we love knowing we are safe with the products used by Eco-Safe techs. We decided to try Eco-pest for the first time today. Nick came and sprayed and I was really impressed by him. He was very professional and kind. My husband and I just moved to the Dallas area from Austin. We found a nice cozy place just outside of North Dallas..or so we thought. The previous owners of our home failed to mention the place was borderline infested with roaches. Now I like to say I’m one with nature and an animal lover and all..however, I draw a hard line at any interaction with roaches. They are truly the bane of my existence. Now of course we reached out to the previous home owners and complained about our surprise roommates...but as you may know it was a “not my problem anymore” type of situation. So we found Eco-safe and let me tell you, Greg and his crew were amazing. Very efficient with communication and now our home is now roach free! I can now feel at peace in my own home without worrying about a little roach scattering across the floor.

Jason came out today for my first treatment. We live on a farm and try to grow organically so it was very important to us to use organic and natural products. In addition to that, we wanted products that will not harm our pets or the local wildlife. Jason was very patient and polite. He answered all my questions, made sure to avoid the baby bird nests I pointed out like a crazy hippie, and took care to recommend the right products for the right areas. I am happy to be using a product on the outside of our home that should assist with our pest issue without harming our resident toads and birds. He was then able to use a stronger product inside the house to help with our cricket and wasp issues. I am so happy we found this place! I will update the review in a couple months to see how well everything is working.

My technician explained everything before doing anything and what needed to be done to catch this critter. He was very informative.
