I called the office to see about scheduling my quarterly visit. I spoke with Jana who stated she was a Manager of some sort, but every question I had she said I don’t know I will have to check on that. She was very UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and didn’t seem to be KNOWLEDGEABLE about anything. So I continued to schedule and then she went on to said that I could not schedule my quarterly that was due in August. in September. We are having this discussion on August 30, I explained that I work and that they have missed (FOUR) appointments that i scheduled and had no good reason. Honestly they didn’t show up and I waited for them to come(No shows) the Service Manager Troy eventually gave me a call back and he personally came out to service my property. Thanks Troy. However the call I had today with Jana took the cake for me and when she was talking loud to me I told her that’s the one thing she will not be able to do. Then she hung up in my face. I am so done with this Company and I will be sharing with all who I can about my experience.
We’ve used Massey for years and for years we’ve dealt with ants in our kitchen. Each tech would do something to improve the problem but they never totally went away. Matthew Durham is our new tech and when he showed up a couple weeks ago we told him this was the last chance at solving our ant problem or we would go elsewhere. We have not seen a single any in over two weeks! And he dropped by today to check in and make sure all was well. Massey, Matthew deserves some sort of recognition/raise/bonus for saving a long term client!! He did a great job!!!!
On Monday August 30, I rated this company, a (1),Because of a terrible experience I had on a conversation with Jana the Office Manager. However,I did receive a call from the General ManagerLonnie M that apologize for my bad experience with Jana. He also assured me that this is not how Massey handle their Clients. A Technician came out on Wednesday, 09/01 and was courtesy andProfessional . So that’s the reason for the rateChange. I do feel they are trying to make it right.Angela Farmer
I have tried many pest control services but Massey has been the best experience and I will continue to use them at every property I work. They are attentive, understanding, professional, knowledgeable and affordable! My tech Matthew works very hard to accommodate all of my requests, he works hard to make the residents feel taken care of, he informs them of the ways they can help themselves. We are very happy!
Great service! The Bug guy that stopped by was so polite and transparent. I was overpaying with Moxie pest control. Im so glad Zack stopped by and the technicians did a fantastic job! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! I highly recommend Massey
On June 8th, Masseys salesperson knocked on my door selling pest control solutions. I agreed to pay $39.99 for pest treatment when I signed up. In addition, future services are $99.00 every three months. The pest control crew returned the following week to spray the house, and my credit card charged $53. I contacted Massey to discuss the charge and waited over 45 minutes on hold before leaving a message. No one has called me back as of today, June 17th. Ive filed a dispute with my bank, and Ill never do business with this company again.
This company uses annoying door to door tactics to try and push people into signing up. Three door to door sales people have knocked on my door in the last two weeks representing Massey. They usually rotate sales people that visit the neighborhood so it’s typically not the same person knocking twice. Why do they do that? Probably so they can give you the same sales pitch you previously declined all over again.
I love supporting family businesses.The young man that stopped at my door was so polite and saved me money! The service was extremely detailed, and I love how they had 2 technicians. They saved me money from my sub par Home Team service!
It was difficult for me to choose just one answer. 1st, our technician, Mathew, is great. He’s professional, kind and always helpful. Secondly, I always get an appointment in an appropriate and quick time frame.. Lastly, the follow up, reminders etc. from Massey are very helpful. Overall, we are very satisfied with our Massey.

I’ve been really impressed with the professionalism of all the representatives I’ve dealt with at massey. I enjoy supporting family owned businesses and they did the most thorough visit I’ve ever seen from a pest control company.
On May 11-21, the service person showed up without contacting me prior to the visit. They usually call or text to let me know when they will be on my property. They also usually check with me to see if I have problems with ants, bugs, etc. prior to spraying and let me know the service they are providing for this visit.. He did not do so, so I assume he sprayed on the outside and then left my residence. This was not the quality of service that I have received in the past from Massey Services.
My rating went from a 0.5 to a 4. The first guy that came out was a bit opinionated and outspoken for me, but I allowed him to do his thing. I asked if he could get other areas because roaches has been crawling on us while we slept (apartment was infested) and making their way into my fridge. He told me what he wasn’t going to do. OK fine, I requested service again the next week and saw him parked outside my building. I spoke and asked if he would be coming to my unit (per an email from the office) and he waved his hand at me suggesting no, got into the truck and pulled off. I was a tad bit upset. Surprisingly and thankfully, the following week MR. PHIL SIMMONS came out. The very first thing he did was remove his shoes (as per my welcome mat’s request) and I was grateful and impressed. He wore a mask which I appreciated as the last tech didn’t. He asked of my concerns and targeted them all. He was very professional and friendly! To me, customer service goes a long way. PHIL’S service alone was 5 STAR!! Thanks PHIL for your kindness and effort to resolve my pest issues. Also, thanks for the knowledge and professionalism. You are appreciated sir!

I was very impressed with my first visit from Massey and how much extra service they provided than my previous exterminator. My tech Mike, from the Dallas office, did a great job. Mike treated the interior and even dusted electrical outlets, treated my homes exterior and the entire yard, including the fence (lots of spiders). Lonnie stuffed copper mesh into all of the homes weep holes.
I’m a current employee at Massey services. I came from a smaller company. Troy is the best leader a technician could ask from. Very informative very knowledgeable. I can’t mention Troy without mentioning Matthew Dunn. They are amazing alone but even better as a team. Massey is the best company I have ever worked for. I now consider myself as a life long employee of Massey!

This is the most incompetent and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, I canceled my service months ago and still havent received my refund after numerous attempts of calling. They are stealing my money and customer service is terrible. This was after 2 months of trying and never getting my refund and now theyre saying they did but I still didnt get my full refund, I paid $390 and only got back $290 so theyre still thieves
I’m not the easiest but not the most difficult client to satisfy. I expect punctual attendance and for a company to do what it says it’s going to do to the best of its ability. I’ve never written a google review before but I feel it necessary to compliment the Dallas office of Massey on their work. Their communication is great with the customers and they get the job done right. Cheers to you guys :)

When I moved into my apartment it was riddled with roaches. I brought this problem up to my management company and they sent Massey technichian Shawn into my apartment. Ive had other companys come in and promise me that they could rid me of pest but Shawn was different. He came and explained what he was going to use and how to maintain my apartment in a very respectful way. After only two visits I can now say I have no roaches in my apartment. They are completely gone and Shawn is the best pest control technician I have ever met. Very informative very respectful. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would
Im very pleased with the results that Gary Reimers at Massey has been doing at my home. We live on the lake and have had a serious spider and wasp issue. Gary spends a lot of time spraying and fogging the area. You can tell he loves what he does. Great guy.

They dont even wait until the night to steal! 3 months they came out to my apartment to kill roaches and I have more bugs crawling all around. There were about 30 all clustered together in my coat closet.... Not even near water! I wouldnt pay them much recommend them to the devil.... Theyre on his payroll! Turn or burn.... May the Holy Spirit convict you for the stealing you are doing!
Cruz went above and beyond in servicing our home. He was prompt, courteous, and most of all honest. He let us know that our mouse infestation was more of a mouse visitation and treated it accordingly. He was willing to work with our needs and desires in using humane traps. His prices were fair and he gave us some good advice about making our home safer. Overall we were extremely pleased and could not recommend him more.
Our experience with Massey was made amazing by Troy Lance. He was more than thorough, and went above and beyond to render perfect service.I would have him in my home again if needed because I know he is reliable and professional. He cares about doing a good job, and he understands the consumers side of the coin.Thank you, Troy, for all you did.
Massey was excellent last year (mid 2019) but the service in the Mansfield area has severely declined. We have had a new technician who does not do the entire yard. My back yard stays locked and I no longer receive communication that they are coming out for service so that I can unlock it. I get a notice that says my service was completed but that is impossible. I have called to complain and told it would not happen again. I will be canceling my service and going with another company. I am disappointed with the lack of honesty and no longer trust this company.
Freeman was EXTREMELY rude to me on the phone. He was not only pushy but made me feel like i was stupid for asking questions. I would NEVER recommend using him for pest services. Perhaps others in the company are better, but FREEMAN is awful.

Was charged $75.78 for service I did not need. Called customer service and was given a runaround about the manager calling me back; the technician came to my house and did service without calling me. I only found out because an invoice was left at my front door. Even though I told the company I am no longer needing any services, I am still being billed.
The service started out great and then person started not showing up. One time he came and sat in his car and never got out and then drove off. I called their office and dropped the service. Approximately a month later, I received a called from a new Dallas location manger wanting to win my service back. We schedule a home visit and he never showed or call. I gave them two chances. Very poor customer service.

Ima employee at Massey in Dallas the management crew is awesome Troy Matthew and Greg are great people to work for I started in February since then my wifes been in the hospital for two months they have been very caring and understanding with me taking off to help my wife Ive enjoyed working there very much.
Our company has called many times for a rat infestation and they come out and look, promise to come back with products to get rid of them and never show. After the first two calls they installed small mechanical traps that worked on a couple of rats. They are so big that I requested poison three times now and haven’t seen anyone. They do well with the bugs, but either they are scared to combat the rats or don’t value the money we pay them to do so... I’m ready to cancel our contract!!
My wife and I manage a storage facility on Ferguson Rd. The Massey service tech Samson has been servicing this location since weve been here. We can say without a doubt he is professional and attentive to taking care of the issues weve had. In calling in a concern the company was responsive in handling our concern. We wish we could take Samson with us.
I love the people, company, products, services, values and the attention to customer satisfaction. Massey is always ready to come out and take care of any pest that gets in my way and they never ask for any trip charges or additional service fees. If you are reading this, you dont have to do any more research. Massey Services is the company you can trust.
