We had our home treated for the past two years. We purchased our home as a foreclosure and it was vacant for a long time which allowed a lot of pests to move right in. We now have the home treated on the exterior quarterly and interior . We have a baby and a dog, so it is important to us that the treatments are non-toxic and we dont have to keep the baby or pets away from the treated areas. I love pets. I own several pet dogs and cats. This means I must ensure their good health and that they are not infested with ticks, fleas or such other pests that readily invade our pests. Today Henry came out to our home due to a pest problem. He took his time to diagnose the situation, to remedy this situation, and then come in and explain to us in detail of everything going on and how we can make it better. The wife and I used Nature’s Own Pest Control for our getaway home as we had some bug problems. We were having a few different problems and keeping up with the critters was too much for us. That’s when we decided to give this company a try. The two pest problems we were facing were these tiny little ants which just kept coming after several spray downs that we did ourselves. We just got some ordinary any killer and it seemed to kill them just fine, but they would come right back. Nature’s Own provided some very prompt services and were very kind to talk to. They had one of their professionals out that day to take a look at our problem.They easily found the source of the problem which he found the nest. After couple treatments we saw no more ants and the wife was extremely happy! Since we’re not in our house all the time we decided to take them up on their lawn care service they also provide. With knowing how they deliver their service we didn’t think we would be utterly too surprised on their service (because we know they do a good job already), but they did it again. The way we were maintaining our yard was good, but the way they did it was exceptionally way better.

Pest control treatments are fairly effective. The issue is the front office. The technician will show up without an appointment. After a few conversations, they agreed to schedule an appointment only after confirming it with me. This worked for a while, but service has returned to unscheduled visits. Make sure this level of service is acceptable before signing the contract you will be held. Also recommend not giving them your credit card as they will charge you for the unscheduled visits whether they complete the full service or not. If the full service is not completed (only outside completed), it will be your responsibility to schedule to service the inside.

I have been using Natures Own for over a year now. I am very satisfied with their quarterly treatments. My technician, Ryan, carefully explains any solutions to issues I mention putting me ease for the safety of our pets. They spray the entire exterior perimeter and ground providing a solid barrier against invading insects. The interior treatments include all baseboards and major entry points further strengthening the exterior barrier. Lastly, their chemicals are natural and safe on top of adding a nice minty smell. I will continue to use Natures Own going forward.

So I googled some pest control companies and asked a few coworkers who owned their own homes. I work that M-F grind and they were happy to come check out my place on a Saturday. Dude was super nice and did an inside out inspection while specifically enlightening me on the different types of termites I might encounter (my main concern... I can handle the roaches myself). Ended up getting the full termite protection and Im happy I did. Its like a little extra insurance on my new home, thats apparently in the heart of termite country. Purchased a Groupon for the chimney service. I called in mid-July and it was perfect timing, because I got an appointment in early August on a day I had off. The chimney technician, Ryan S. was fantastic. He did an excellent job and explained what he was doing and was very, very tidy. I know that I needed to replace one of the panels due to crumbling, and was happy on how he described the process.He also got on the roof and inspected the outside. I will definitely call and use this service for the repair. Strong recommendation for the chimney cleaning and this company.

I recently was made aware that my house had a small termite situation. This was not good news & I was very anxious about it at first. As you can imagine, Im thinking worst case scenario & my house was going to fall apart at any moment. After asking around & getting some friend referrals, I contacted Natures Own Pest Control. They were extremely friendly over the phone & offered to do a free in-home estimate.Natures Own was able to come by fairly quickly. Their technician did a full inspection that took about an hour and provide us with a quote right away. He was also kind enough to throw in a full house treatment for the inside & outside. Luckily, I was told that the termites had more than likely not done any significant damage and this was actually extremely common in our area.We did get a second opinion from another reputable company, but they happened to be several hundred dollars more expensive & didnt give us much confidence with their level of knowledge. Natures Own was able to schedule an appointment for about 1 week out.The work was performed over a two day period. The men that came onsite to do the work were very friendly, professional & worked quickly. They actually had to drill holes about every foot or so along the garage walls & around the back concrete deck. They filled each hole back in with concrete. There were several very small holes drilled inside where our drywall was. They also filled those drywall holes. We just need to paint over them again. Not a big deal. They were careful to vacuum up any debris that was left. I literally did not have to do any cleanup once they were completed.Overall, I was very satisfied with their work. I wasnt wild about the cost of it, but it really is a lot of work. I will more than likely use them in the future for any standard bug spraying. Since they did the treatment a week ago, we havent seen a single live bug in or around the house.

I have had the person no-show twice, so I waited at home for the 3 hour window for no reason.When I called to cancel service the first time, I was told to send an email. I did. I got a call about a month later saying that service was coming in a few days...what?? I guess the email did get read. So I call back and talk to a manager who cancels it for me (said nothing about an email that time - i figured since he was higher up, it was all good). Again, service comes unplanned for... So I dont know how the heck to get out of this never ending pest control!!! I have called and emailed, but get mixed messages depending on who answers that particular day.Also be aware, they will probably have you get in on a contact for a year of service. So, just know ahead that you are committing...and then the service never cancels no matter what you do.Again, their pesticide works well and the techs I have had are all nice and great. I just think that they could do better about communication by 100%.

I was skeptical at first to try this service since it was natural and the effective it would have being natural. However, James was very friendly and open so I figured Id listen to what he had to say. James was very knowledgable and pointed out some potential issues that other bugs may cause. I got signed up the next day and had my appointment set up at that time. The technician, John, came on time and got to work right away. This company is very professional and very courteous. If you have any questions about anything, they will answer your questions and are very knowledgeable. I know the struggle to find a good service company so I hope this will help and save somebody else some time with finding a good exterminator service.Thank You James and the crew at Natures Own.

I called them to clean my dryer duck vent and the two gentleman (Moises and Tyler) were Polite and very friendly. The service was fast they were also knowledgeable about what needed to be done and let me know about other areas of concern on my home.

Natures Own Pest and lawn answered to my response within the same day and met with me. Met with a man named Sam. I just wanted to do something about my bug problem and he knew the solution to my issue. Ive seen an improvement since he showed up and used their product. Will see how effective this is for the long run. But, so far so good.

Great service! Ive had them come twice! I bought a groupon first and then signed up for recurring services. Both gentlemen were very nice and helpful with my million questions. Will be using for a very long time! Oh and I love the smell that they use! Makes my house smell fresh for days!

One word: Organic! I knew I wanted Natures Own services when I found out they used organic pesticides and other environmentally safe products. I could not be happier with the results! Giving 5star to Natures Own Pest & Lawn Services when i was staying in Austin TX i would wake up in the morning with bite marks all over my body. I was advised it could be bed bugs bite marks. I called Natures Own Pest & Lawn Services they send John over who examine it and notice traces of bed bugs. Right away he called his office and asked to start the process. The price was reasonable but my concern was if the chemicals they would be using around my house are safe. I was assured of this by John. They have been a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend them to others for the extremely professional, caring, experienced and results oriented

I was having an annoying issue with bed bugs and not sure what to do, I decided to call Natures Own Pest & Lawn Services and see how they could assist me! They came in and used some safe, non-hazardous chemicals on my mattress to attempt to eradicate the pests, and they were successful! Im happy that I selected NO for this job and Ill continue to use them if I need to!
