I went here to get my nails done for a wedding, this is THREE days later for a $90 manicure. Super brittle, spotty polish, dents, odd lengths and other nail polish on other nails! She cut my cuticles, I literally have a scab! The stylist forgot what colors went on which nail several times, she dropped the nail polish on the floor, forgot to shape my nails initially, forgot what color went in which box & had me read the boxes to figure it out, she got monomer on her hands & used the same nail file she use for my finger nails to file it off her bare skin & so much more, I could go on but I think she was new they just didn’t teach her anything! Not to mention their pedicure station doesn’t get cleaned! (Not even during covid!! no one wears masks, no one washes their hands, I have never seen a station or a single tool cleaned between customers)I called to see if I could get my nails fixed and the owner refused to fix my nails, he said he doesn’t have time!Save yourself the time & the money and go ANYWHERE else in Dallas for your nails if you don’t want to deal with a dirty job!! You’re better off doing your nails yourself. Price does NOT match quality AT ALL.

I am so particular about my nails and Cherry Nails NEVER disappoints. It is always very clean, tools are always sterilized, new bags are always placed in the pedicure tubs for every person, and my nails always turn out better than I could imagine. Danny is truly an artist and I am constantly in awe of how talented he is. Ive been going to Cherry Nails for almost 2 years now and cant imagine ever going anywhere else. The pedicure options are incredible and everyone who works there is so nice and does a great job! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Got a set of acrylic nails done which I lived the shape but when I left I realized all the imperfections she laid the acrylic too far from my cuticles and never cleaned them properly. She cut my finger with the drill and used an old buffer on my nails. The tools were dirty and midway through applying my nails she started cutting her own fingernails and tried to use the same tool on me. Not a very sanitary place I recommend going to one of the other many nail salons near by

I think the person who did my nails was Jayden, he didn’t mention his name. I had to wait to be seen, which I didn’t mind at all. There were two people waiting to be seen when I walked in, but a girl got me set up to soak my previous nails off, which helped pass the time. They were nice, offered me something to drink twice. But looking at my nails now, is why they aren’t getting a better rating. At least three nails from each hand have a weird dip, where there should not be which is not good when it comes to nail structure.I know that they had clients waiting but it wasn’t more than two people after I walked in so I don’t think that he should have been so careless when filing my nails.

Cons:- NAILS DO NOT LAST- Staff (and manager) refuse to correct poor work, even when it is obviously their fault- Overpriced, which makes the entire experience that much worstPros:- Nails look great for the first 3days- There are 10 other nail salons less than 1,000ft away. I suggest going to one of those insteadThis is my first and last time at this salon, $45 for an overlay, just to have it start lifting after 6days (will add pictures). I went in to have it fixed and they put superglue to hide the lifting. Thats HIGHLY unsanitary and just trashy, I had to stop them and leave. Save yourself the time, money and frustration, really wish I would have read the reviews before coming

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! We had a gift certificate that we purchased for our daughter on 12/13/2019 for $100.00. It does state that it expires after one year, but it is unbelievable that they are not making exceptions, due to Covid. They were closed for over six weeks. Obviously, at the time of purchase, we did not know that there would be a world wide pandemic in 2020. Shame on your owner and providers for not taking care of clients. Wake up!!! You just lost any future revenue from us and we will continue to let others know, that this is an unprofessional business! There are plenty of other nail salons in Dallas!!! Disgusted!!!

Danny is the best nail artist I have Ever meet!

I’ve gone here the last three times to get my nails done and ugh no issues and no problems. I always see Danny bc he’s a great nail tech. This third time I went, he did not do as good of a job. The tips of my nails are transparent when they should be one solid color which is red, there are lines and discoloration throughout my nails. Even the top clear coat he didn’t even polish to the tip is the nail. When I brought this to his attention over the phone Danny proceeded with an attitude so when I get back to his shop to show him what I mean, he says well you can come back and have her put gel polish on top of the dip powder. I asked if that would even look good seeing that I paid for powder. He said s he doesn’t know and that he doesn’t have time to fix it bc he’s booked up and I would need to find an open spot on his calendar.This man is extremely rude, and doesn’t take criticism well. As a business man if your client is unhappy literally an hour after leaving your shop and tells you this, and proceed to have an attitude bc you say “you have skills”. People pay money for services and expect to get good service if you can’t provide that then find another field of work!

Im really picky about my nails as I dont like dips, bumps, and blemishes in my nails (dip and acrylic). My nails turn out beautiful every time and such a professional job. These nail artists are the best and put their best into doing a superb job. Ive been searching for somewhere clean (they open fresh new pack of nail tools on each customer) and are the best at what they do. My search for the best shop is over now thanks to Cherry Nail Spa.

This is the first place I went to where I was completely satisfied with the way my nails turned out. I had Emily, who took the time to ensure that my nails were straight when I suffer from crooked nailbeds. I showed a picture of how I wanted my nails to look and it was spot on. Lovely people and services.

The service was poor and the guy was extra rude.

The guy who did my nails did not use dip powder after I specifically asked for dip, and instead used acrylic and then charged me extra for using a different style. Completely embarrassed because I recommended this place for my friend whos getting married this weekend. They lost our reservation and didnt honor a coupon we got from their website 2 days ago. Apparently they send out expired coupons.

Tj is the best nail tech I’ve found in DFW. This is my favorite nail salon. They’re never rush my nails always come out perfect. I’ve never had a bad experience I am never waiting when I get here for my appointment I’m seated right away. Tj can do any design I’ve showed him. Andrew gives amazing massages with my pedicure! Im super picky about my nails being all the same shape length and thickness. I like thin narrow nails. You can’t go wrong here!

I moved to Dallas in January and was worried about where to get my nails done here because I loved my lady in San Antonio. A girlfriend got her nails done with Danny and they were nice so I decided to give him a try. I’ve been seeing him every other week this year and his nails are great. He can do any design I bring to him, my nails never break, and they always look great. Definitely recommend Danny!

Loved my experience. Was a little reluctant due to outside appearance but when you go inside you are transformed to a very clean, elegant and peaceful vibe. The owner/manager is very accommodating and the young man who did my pedicure took good care of me. He was gentle and respected my wish to relax by not talking. The woman who griped about the polish selection did not look around or ask--they have THREE racks of polish! They are not pushy or rude. Very professional and kind. I hope they do well. I have been to every nail place on those four corners and this place shines. Above all, it is the cleanest nail salon I have seen in years. They CARE about your health and happiness.

This salon is clean and pretty. They do what I want and are kind and professional. They remember me between visits. There are nail techs who are actual artists and will do really cool stuff to your nails. This salon is significantly out of my way but I keep coming back because TJ does incredible nails and impresses me every time.

Theres no reason not to check out Cherry Nail Spa!! They invited me a traditional tea which I dont asked for. The staff also was so good hearted. Its very good for shape! Its smells so clean and cozy! So I will definitely be returning.

I was able to get a last minute appointment here, and Im so glad I did! A young lady did my nails and she was very thorough and made sure i was satisfied every step of the way. Their spot is quiet and bright. To sum up, amazing place to pamper.

Quick review, if you want your nails to last, don’t do them here. They will break immediately even if you are careful. Spend your money at a different place. Not worth how much you are paying. Seriously go elsewhere.

I honestly couldn’t be any more happier with this nail salon!! As soon as i walk in, i feel welcomed; i don’t feel rushed, and the nail techs aren’t rushing to get finished. My first time here. The relaxing music was great. I got a manicure with gel polish and it looks perfect !!!! Best of all, I got a shoulder massage with Eucalyptus lotion at the end. This is the best nail salon I have been to and will be my go to.

First time here and I had the most amazing experience! There wasnt but a few customers present, therefore I was able to relax. Music was awesome, the workers where very gentle and kind. I even let the guy that did my pedicure pick my polish. have found my go to place!! 😌

UPDATE: 🗣 The first two sets I received from the shop where coming off a day or so after getting my nails done. Being frustrated and so done with the shop, I made a honest review and left a one star. Although, the next morning I went into the shop seeking a refund and for the nails to be removed. However, I was meet at the door by Jay, he stated that after reading my review he wanted to fix the issues I was having. I don’t believe the excuse he came up with to why my nails were breaking off, but then again I am not a nail tech. Anyways, he fixed my nails for free with a fresh new set a week ago and so far (knock on wood) everything is still holding on. Now don’t get me wrong, there are great nail techs there and Jay is awesome at what he does. It was just unfortunate to experience something like that as a fairly new customer. Either way, I will still recommend them to just about anyone, but personally I do not plan on going back.

I love the staff but the guy charge me $80 for my nails and 3 days later the polish started coming off. Don had redo my nails, but the stone came off 3 hours later. I went on facebook and notice he charge $65 for the exact same nails and design he created. He over charge me and I didnt get my full 2 weeks. I had to go to another nail place to get my nail repaired. I will not recommend no-one to go here..........

Take your money to the shop across the street instead. Found this place, made an appointment, charged me $50 for a set on april 3 and within a few days 3 nails broke because he made them longer than I wanted them to be since i bartend and use my hands a lot for work, he said he couldn’t do the shape I wanted unless they were longer, so of course they broke, I came to get the broken nails fixed and rest of the nails I still had shorter and then he said I should get a fill even though it’s only been 8 days, i agreed thinking it was going to be the average fill price, we get done and they said it was going to be 45? for a FILL. only 5 less than a whole new set. When I asked to see the price list they said they didn’t even have one. Nice. Not to mention I made an appointment with a specific person and he tells me to be on time and I get there and he’s busy with someone else.

Two weeks ago I tried this place out. I had nexgen dip done. Over the weekend the top coat started to chip. Today I went to have them repair it. They wouldnt do it. They said it was two weeks. Ive never had the top coat chip. Bad form in not repairing the nails. NOTE: I went to another place to have it done. The technician was surprised how quickly nexgen came off. Even questioned if it was the dip. They thought it was regular polish how quickly it came off. Seems to me Cherry used substandard cheap product. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Good luck if you try them anyway.

I had the most relaxing experience! Emily did a Nexgen manicure and honestly, it’s the best dip manicure I’ve ever received. This is saying something considering I’ve had nexgen for three years. I came in with the worst feet (I dance barefoot) and my pedicure made it seem as if I’ve had baby soft skin forever. Please do yourself a favor and come here!!

The mani and pedi are completely uneven. Cut my cuticles with a file not paying attention TWICE. Cut my leg with fingernails during “massage.” Moved chair and made me extremely uncomfortable, refused to move it back. Messed up pedicure 3 times putting my shoes on after I asked to please let me do it myself and then yelled at me.

Worst pedicure ever. She cut away so much skin around each nail that each one was bleeding. When I told her it was hurting she said, “ no, no it’s ok it’ll be much better.” Two days later and they’re still sore, red, swollen and bloody- probably infected. I had read the reviews on here before I went and it sounded so great so I decided to give it a try. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Got my nails done on a Monday and on Thursday two of my Nexgen nails had broken! I’ve had them done elsewhere multiple times and never, I mean never had they broken. Also immediately after I left I noticed that somehow I already needed a filling on all of them. Reason being, the cuticles hadn’t been removed:( never going back my bff had the same thing happen to her last week except three of her nails and we both have office jobs, so we cannot blame it on that. Disappointed.

He is very detailed when he did my nails and I really appreciate that. This is a family run business so I highly recommend making a appointment with Jayden if you got some cool designs in mind. Cherry is an amazing place. The environment as soon as you step in is very relaxing. They have TVs, but with the volume low or off. Everything is clean and spacious. The color selection is near unparalleled for gel/shellac, nexgen/dip, and regular polich. And all the staff is nice AND talented. Seriously, I go here every two weeks religiously. I used to go to Garden Nails in Uptown, but then the same owners took over this place. So, if you see negative reviews from more than a year ago, that was from previous owners. Try the new and improved Cherry Nail Spa and you will not be disappointed!
