At this point, I’m done with this nail shop. My average time spent here is about 2 hours every time I go for my pedicure. In addition to that, this is the second time that my toenails weren’t painted correctly. I went yesterday (9/22/21) and the employee who painted my toes did not apply the polish evenly and applied so many coats that some of my toes were still not dry almost 6 hours later. I literally left the shop at 1:45 pm and got in the shower around 7:30. After getting out of the shower I noticed that the paint on one of my toes had shifted and I literally was able to peel the paint off in one piece. It’s ridiculous that I have to pay to get my feet repainted elsewhere after spending $41 here less than 24 hours ago.

Do not go to this salon if you want a nice pedi. Charged $31 for the sloppiest French pedi I’ve ever seen. Please see pics. Also charged $10 for acrylic nail removal that left my nails looking like this. There is still glue all over them. She literally used another acrylic to pop them off and that’s it.... yikes.

The staff was wonderful! The lady who did my manicure and pedicure, Alex, was just delightful! I will certainly be back!

I have been here about 7 times and feel I have a good overall review. First though my last visit... Im automatically taking off a whole star. Im almost 9 months pregnant so opted for just a color change on my toes- I cant sit too long. See the results below 😒 Im assuming since I didnt get an all out pedi the guy just didnt care. Its supposed to be lime green but appears he couldnt bother with another coat. I could say maybe tye die then but its overall sloppy. Worst part I couldnt see until I got home to put my feet up.Overall they do really nice on nails. Good attention to detail and neat (see recent nails). The location is clean and nice. BUT it appears their opening hours are optional to their staff. I have been there several times right at open (often with a line of other women) and theyll have 1 person show up on time at open. I have seen arrival vary from 20 to 45 mins. Even with an appt I have waited long periods just because theres no staff. Overall I do like the place but the professionalism of staff arriving and the most recent work on my toes lands them as just OK

I love it here it’s so so so clean the ladies are friendly I recommend this Spa to any women who wants to relax and just feel great about herself

Hands down the best nail salon in Dallas, Ga🥰. Its clean and they are so friendly and attentive. I left with EXACTLY what I wanted. John did an amazing job on my nails with the 3 color ombré and Jeff took his time and hooked my feet up with the luxury spa pedicure which is what I recommend. I think I actually fell asleep between their awesome massage chair and Jeff’s skilled hands😂 My toes looked great! If you get a chance to take some time off in the middle of all this... crazy, this is definitely the spot to pamper yourself and escape for a little bit. Will definitely be back.

It was my first time going there. I took my daughter and my mother. We loved it. They were so nice and did such a great job. They were busy but worked so great with everyone. We got 3 full sets and 3 pedicures. We definitely will be going back. Highly recommend.

Love it here! Had a hard time finding a nail salon I like after moving to the area, but this is the one! The staff is amazing and Jeff gives the BEST pedicures. They make sure you are comfortable and enjoying the services they provide. The vibes are cool and relaxing. Highly recommend.

Nice space and comfortable atmosphere. Technicians are very nice and provide wonderful service.

They are very understaffed and no longer take appointments. You’re expected to walk in and wait, which doesn’t work for people like myself with busy schedules. I also liked only two nail tech’s work.My last time there, I called ahead to find out if I could see one of them. The owner (who’s work I like,) became impatient and said everyone was qualified. I explained I had negative experiences with other nail techs (breaking/cracking nails in less than a week, lifting SNS) and she said she’d be there to take me. I came earlier than the time we agreed on and was told she left! I was then taken by another tech who was still learning & was not happy at all with the service or finished product. I believe the owner was being dishonest just to get me to come to the store.There prices are great and they have a lot of color options, but I suggest getting more qualified techs to offset the wait time. Appointments and patience with customers are a must.

I have had 2 issues with this nail salon. The first issue is that they don’t have enough staff to accommodate the customer. You get told to come back another day. I thought I would be safe to schedule an appointment. I arrived to the appointment to be told that Jasmine is not coming due to an emergency. Why wasn’t I contacted about this. Then to be told to come back another day. People schedule their appointments around things that they have going on. This is my last time here. I will never come back.

I used to like coming here but the influx of new employees have left my feet not properly attended to and my nail polish will be bad the very next day. I came in just to get a pedicure and I was seated. Then 2 other women who had been getting their nails done, came over and were seen to first. I sat for about 20 minutes waiting but all I received were rude looks and the backs of workers. No one spoke to me so I ended up walking out. If you cant accommodate, then dont seat me.

The salon was extremely clean. The employees were very friendly and professional. The pedicure was very nice. My legs, feet and shoulders were so relaxed. I will definitely recommend this salon and continue to come back.

Very clean, good service! A little pricey but worth it!

Lovely atmosphere but it took 2.5 hours in the chair to do my 50 minute pedicure. Couldnt get my nails refilled because the pedicure took so long.

I went there to get my nails done for my birthday. Got a pink and blue ombré done. The lady doing my nails left acrylic under the nail and it hardened. The acrylic looks like there’s air bubbles in it and the ombré is splotchy.

Very disappointed in the services, rather lack thereof that was experienced here. Came in on a Saturday, my first time coming here. The tech was courteous enough but it took her over 2hrs for an acrylic fill on my natural nail! As if this wasn’t enough the paint job was less than stellar and as I was walking out to pay I realized that the gel wasn’t dry so I had to have her fix it. By that evening one of my nails broke! I go back the next day, waited nearly 30 minutes and they still hadn’t sat me. They had other customers but they could have fixed my nail in 5 minutes before taking the next person. The experience was a waste of my time both days and my hard earned money.

Took 3 hours to do pedicure and white gel and a manicure with a simple pink and white French. You can actually see the details on how bad they look.

These are my 5 yr old daughters nails. Our experience was wonderful. Usually when I bring my daughter, the nail place is usually annoyed. Not this place. They made it so special for her. Been here twice and both experiences were great. Very friendly and they do a great job. Very very clean. Loved it.

Wow!! the service I received was relaxing and definitely a spa experience. Jeff was very efficient in performing an excellent service. I had a gel pedicure and enjoyed every bit of it from the sugar scrub to the hot stone massage and paraffin wax with the booties that keep the wax warm. I could’ve fell asleep in that chair lol. The salon is clean and the staff is very welcoming. I found this salon on google and was very surprised of how close it was to my house. Thank you for an awesome experience that was very much needed!!!!

Well i just went in for a face wax and quite frankly was very unsatisfied with the results. I have a hormone imbalance in which rapid growth of facial hair is a symptom and it grows fast and thick. The tech obviously noticed this because as soon as she started she mentioned this is alot of hair and a couple of times after. So for her to only take 5 mins if that for eyebrows, lip and chin should already let you know there was very little attempt to complete the wax job thoroughly. Needless to say i left the shop with what feels like a tidied up face. I guess one could say but still have to go home and spent another 30 mins at least with the tweezers (which by the way she may have used for all of 30 secs) and complete the job i just paid $20 for myself. That is of course after i clean off all the access wax that she left on my face. I still left a $5 tip and gave the 2 stars for the attempt and decent customer service. Although I definitely will not be back her for waxing services thats for sure!

Wait times are a bit long but totally worth it!! The pedicure chairs are too die for! I can’t find chairs like that anywhere.

Nina is the best nail tech

I waited an hour and a half to have 4 nails repair... Just to be told by the nail tech that she didnt know how to do a repair and the I would have to wait on some that knew how to.

I have found my new nail home!As covid hit and closed the place I had been going for yrs, left me with no choice but to find a new place to call my nail home.I walked in and had zero wait time, the atmosphere was VERY CLEAN, and RELAXING!They where also able to fix my nails from the horrible state they were in from a different place I had been.I will go back, no questions asked!

They charge $38 just to do a regular fill-in of plain acrylic nails! They were going to charge me $3 to shape each nail. Im sorry but that seems a little pricey in my book. When I asked them why their prices were the way they were she literally copped an attitude with me and smirked at me and said because. I was literally just asking cuz I didnt know if they had a new technique or some special way of doing it. Believe me I wont be heading there and Ill make sure everyone knows about this before they head that way

Came to do my pedicure and nails gave them two chance and had an appointment for 5:30 did not get seen Now today 6:30pm they had my feet soaking the whole time I waited over a hour the last time was today I made an appointment for even later at 6:30 and still did not get seen it’s now 8:01pm never again I left not even if it was my last resort they have not get my business these people have no clue how important it is to be professional and on time

Best dip nails I have ever gotten, beautifully shaped. Service was excellent. Shop was SUPER clean. Only downfall was they were a little more expensive than what I was used to.

I completely understand during this time patience is important however I call and made an appt. I sat for 30 minutes without an explanation what was taking so long until I got up and left and someone called to say they were busy and someone changed their mind about the type of service they were getting so it was going to take longer. It wouldve been helpful had that been explained to me upon arrival I couldve made the decision to stay or leave. Thanks but no thanks!
