I have never had prettier nails before! I had gone to another nail place here in Dallas and got my nails absolutely ruined by them and I was so happy to have found this place! Cindy was so so amazing, made sure every step she took I was completely satisfied! I’ve found my new favorite place, I’ll be recommending to all my friends! Great job Uptown Nail y’all are amazing!!

My nail tech is Kevin. He’s very attention to detail I honestly only use Kevin for both pedi and mani. On my mania I let Kevin do pretty much what ever he wants. Uptown nail spa all in all is the best been going for the past 3 years.

I came in on a Sunday morning and they were able to get me in quickly for a pedicure with a dip powder manicure. I asked if it was possible to get a design on one of my nails and was told yes and everything was going great. When I left the salon my nails were super sticky almost like i had glue on them, they had forgotten to put the final spray to make them glossy and they fixed it after i brought it to their attention. That same day my top coat on some nails stated pealing. I called and then told me to go back so they could fix it. Im so sad to say that my top coat is pealing again even after getting them fixed and Im going on vacation tomorrow and dont have time to go back for a 3rd time to get them fixed. I would hesitate to return and get a dip manicure again especially with a design.

I had the most wonderful experience at Uptown Nail Spa! Nini did my nails and did the best job! I showed her a picture online of what I wanted and she replicated it EXACTLY. She was so nice, and fast too - she did my nails in under an hour. Uptown Nail Spa is definitely my new spot and ill be going back soon!

I would have given more stars but one of my services at this location was poor. I received a pedicure and eye lash extension. The technician that provided the pedicure was wonderful and she provided me cost of the service prior to conducting the services. When I received my eye lash services.....I was not told how much the cost ($150) would be. I was not pleased with the lack of communication. I think for the amount this service is.....the staff should inform the customer of the cost prior to conducting the service. The technician provided me a picture of natural eye lashes. I agreed and liked the natural look. She did not have mirror for me to have a clear look of my eye lashes. When I got in my vehicle....I looked in the mirror. I was not pleased. The lashes does not look natural nor worth $150. I could purchase $20 lashes at MAC with a better / natural look. I will not be back for a fill for lashes. It was not worth it.

My favorite place in the whole city! My regular tech is Kevin, but I have received services from Mimi, Nini (she did this set) and Tracy as well. All amazing and do not disappoint!

The people here are very nice for the most part and Sam did my nails with a dip gel french tip... however,Im giving the 3 stars;1. because they bubbled. Ive never had dip nails bubble when Ive gone to a salon. That means the ratio of the mixture was wrong and/or it was patted too much.2. Because the white part of the tip was crooked and way above my natural nail on a lot of them, causing a very dissatisfying look.3. Because I contacted them asking if there was anything they could do to make it up to me and they did not reply.My husband tipped very well and it was the most expensive manicure Ive ever had done, so I should be impressed with the results, but sadly was not. Also I had a couple times when she was filing my nails that it actually hurt. That was just with the file, not the drill. And weird thing, they put a nice CBD oil on your nails... then they go have you wash your hands with soap... why wouldnt you put it on after I wash my hands.. or at least put more on?

Based on a few of the reviews I read before coming to Uptown Nail Spa, I scheduled an appointment with Tiffany and she did not disappoint! She did a great job and my nails still look decent almost 4 weeks after getting them done. When I’ve gone to other places in the past my dip powder nails would only last about 2 weeks and start to crack or chip on the sides but that wasn’t the case this time. I will definitely be coming back!!

Tiffany Lan is the best! She’s been doing my nails for over two years and even when I moved out of the neighborhood, I kept coming back. I usually get dip manicure (sometimes tips) and deluxe pedicure. The salon is clean and friendly. I’ll keep coming back to see her!

Not a relaxing experience. It’s very hot in the building causing me to sweat the entire experience. The chairs and equipment were all very dirty. Massage chair did not work. They are trying to get you in and out fast by doing manicure and pedicure at the same time. Can’t relax during the pedicure when some is distracting you with the manicure the whole time. Payed extra for a massage during the pedicure which consisted of a shin rub for 20 minutes. Calves and feet were not massaged, just rubbed my shin. Manicure nail shape was all wrong. Do not waste your money or time on this place.

Great Swedish full body massage by Sam, I hope to return for deep tissue and coals massage and the near future. Kevin did my gel manicure and we had a great conversation on our travel adventures, also a great shoulder massage 🥰. Anne gave me a great leg massage after my paraffin pedicure. I am in love ! I know where to come my next visit to Dallas for an affordable spa experience

I highly recommend this place! My friend heard about this place and we decided to try it out. Im very indecisive when it comes to nail salons, but this place was just great! I made an appointment online for my sister and I and it was confirmed the next day. The staff greeted my sister and I as well as my friends as soon as we walked in and helped us right away. They offered us drinks and answered any questions we had. Tiffany did such an amazing job! She took her time doing my nails and it was exactly how I wanted them to look. I am definitely coming back and will be choosing Tiffany to do my nails again :)

Ive been going here for the last few months and only go to Nini. Shes my girl and my favorite ever! I always show her new crazy nail arts from instagram and she never disappoints. So talented and really cool to hangout with while she does my nails.I will keep going to this place and of course, shell always be my go to!

I’ve been looking around for a permanent nail salon and I finally found it! I went with my mom and we were sat right at our appointment time and every one was helpful and kind! Nancy and Kevin were wonderful, did exactly as we asked. My mom accidentally smudged one of her toes and they went ahead and fixed it right then and there without hesitation. Their attention to detail is amazing! Will definitely be returning!

Where do I even begin ? I set an appointment just to be put on wait anyway and was told I could only get my pedicure which I was fine with. The person who did my pedicure didn’t do the shape I asked for and just cut my nail all the way down even though I asked for square. They ended up getting someone to do my acrylics and she couldn’t even do what I asked for which is fine I told her another style. Then, she ended up cutting them way shorter than I asked for and I didn’t even get the shape I asked for. Not to mention the nail shapes aren’t even all the same and they weren’t the same length. On top of that the color that I asked for wasn’t right and the rhinestones aren’t placed right. As I observed they were also rushing other customers so you should know the work wasn’t right. I got charged for solar set even though I asked for a regular acrylic set so I was over charged who knows what else was wrong on that receipt. Never again.

The nail color are on the sample was not the same color that my nails were done. The nails were lumpy and uneven and crooked. I had an appointment and it took them 20 minutes to get to me.

I had a great time with Nancy and my friend saw Tiffany. They did a great job and my feet feel so soft! Thank you!!

I got a regular manicure and pedicure and the service was great - even did a quick shoulder massage with the manicure! Shortly after I left I noticed the manicure polish dried weirdly and looked jagged - when I returned they confirmed the polish was off and quickly redid my nails with a different polish! Appreciated the follow up service.

Nini is my girl here!!! I’m a regular and I’ve been coming here a while and I really like the vibe here. Everyone who works here seems so supportive of one another and they want to take care of you and make sure you have exactly the nails you want. Always nice to see and always nice to be around. I am a regular here and have been for a year and I will never go to any other nail salon. They always make me feel welcomed and at home. They go above and beyond with their service! NINI was my nail tech/supervisor. She took very good care of me. She did my birthday nails and I loved them very much. Definitely coming back and will continue to keep coming back! If you haven’t checked them out you should! Worth your money and experience :)Oh and they all wished me happy birthday so I felt special!

Tiffany was amazing! She gave me exactly what I wanted and took special care not to damage my natural nails when removing the acrylic to put on a new set. It was also really easy to make an appointment through their website and the location is great.

I was asked to pay before the service was even completed. Look at this awful pedicure, like what is this? I’m in Uptown. I had acrylics from a previous pedicure and he didn’t offer to smooth out the growth, hardly filed, and as you can see painted horribly too. When the nail tech put the sandal on, it messed up the paint on my big toe, he saw it but I had to ask him to fix it. He wasn’t even going to do a clear coat on top, until I asked.

I got a jelly herbal pedicure with Tiffany and it was so luxurious! She was amazing, trimmed and shaped my toenails exactly like i asked and was so accommodating to my requests and her foot and neck/shoulder massage was amazing!!

Tiffany(Lan), Lily, and Ann are my favorites. I’ve been going to Tiffany(Lan) for years. She does a thorough job, takes her time, and is never sloppy. Her gel manicures are the best. She never paints too thick, full coverage from the cuticle bed, and lasts for about 2-3 weeks. I highly recommend.

Tiffani did my CBD pedicure and it was absolute HEAVEN!!! My feet were achy and I was in so much pain and by time she was done I felt like a new person! Super friendly and welcoming.

Nini & Mimi are AMAZING! I got a pedicure, a fill, and change my nail design. I was a little short on time and came in on a Saturday without an appointment (yikes). Not only were they still able to squeeze me in while they were busy, but they were so kind! Nini also knocked my nails out within the short timeframe I had and they came out amazing!!!! This easily became my go to shop now! I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!!!!

I was not impressed. Ive been to many nail bars, and this was small and not very clean. The lady in the entrance said that she could not find my name in a rude manner, like if i was doing her a favor until i pointed out my name in the list. I didnt love the quality of the work they did with my nails and this is not a cheap place... So i wouldnt recommend

Tiffany is fantastic. I am a life-long nail biter and cuticle picker, and I have lost two nails before and had a nail bed punctured by a manicurist in the past which has left me really anxious about possible pain. I have been getting regular tips and dipping powder manicure for three months. My nails have never been healthier and my cuticles are completely healed. She is really gentle with me and understanding of my anxiety, and she really has taken the time to look after me. I will keep going back. Thank you Tiffany!!

As I’m very picky with how my nails are shaped, I rarely leave a spa 100% happy with the results. Uptown Nail Spa IS IT. Tiffany took care of my pedicures and Tony took care of my manicures. Both are amazing with communicating and they make sure everything is the way you want.I already used to come here before the pandemic and it’s my first time after coming back. I’m definitely coming for Tiffany and Tony!! If you’re looking for attention to detail, they make a great team!!

I went to go get my nails done last Tuesday. I got a fill with gel polish. Usually my polish doesn’t chip for about 2 weeks or more! Well my polish has chipped on each nail, my nails tips keeps getting caught on almost everything due to the poor shaping of my nails, some of my nails are broken, this is the worse my nails has ever looked in such a short time! I’m very upset!!! I don’t believe they actually used gel polish! I think it was regular polish but they just used the gel warmer to settle the polish! My nails look so bad! I’ll never go back again!!

This is right in the heart of uptown. They have one of the biggest Polish color selections that I have seen. Prices are very reasonable and my nails look fantastic! Ask for Cherry. She has over 20 years of experience and she is truly an artist. My nails are exactly what I asked her for.

Do not waist your time or money here. I spent $45 on my nails and they only lasted 1 week. Well more like 2 days and one nail broke, I had to go get it fix and the guy did an awful job fixing it. Few days later another nail broke. I usually go to a salon in Lewisville called Nail Court. My guy does amazing job on my nail and he makes them thin just how I like and they always last 4+ weeks. My guy was booked and I got impatient so I decided to try this place, and boy was that a big mistake. I will never cheat on my nail guy again!

I had an amazing experience at Upt Nails. I’m in town visiting Dallas and I needed my nails done last minute. As a walk-in, I did have to wait about 30 mins, but they offered me water and let me sit upstairs. As soon as they were able to get to me, their service was super quick, and they were very kind. After a rough night the day before, getting a pedicure and massage here was heavenly. Will definitely return if I’m ever in Dallas again!

When I went in, Id never been there before and I was in desperate need of help. I recently got my nails done by another merchant and they were horrible. I met Lan-Tiffany and my nails have NEVER looked to good. I get compliments all of the time. Nothing special, just a dip and color. They are so classy. Lan-Tiffany will forever do my nails.

Sam was the best. I broke a nail really badly she was so gentle when taking care of it. Everyone was funny. Great atmosphere and very affordable prices. If you looking for a good time, homey atmosphere and care look no further

It is definitely in a great location, but I definitely felt rushed, and my friend felt uncomfortable. My nails are shaped fine but look tired and dull. We even paid extra for a longer massage but it was rather lackluster. The hot stones were not very hot, and there were no drinks offered. Im hoping it was just an off day, but I wont be back.

Lan at uptown nails is the best nail technician Ive ever had! She is so friendly and does such an incredible job each time. I havent seen another nail technician since I started going to her about a year ago. If you have time, let her do both you manicure and pedicure!
