Wow, amazing. Don’t know how I didn’t know about this place sooner. It’s SO cute, coffee is very good and the girl who did my nails, Bri was so sweet and patient. I will say - the multiflex gel chipped after 2 days so I’m a little disappointed in the product. It’s been a week and it’s chipped a lot. But still the place is so cute I’d go back.

Absolutely love this nail shop and the care they exhibit for their staff and customers by following COVID precautions.Additionally they have some of the best nail professionals in the business, big shoutout to Tina and Eliah!! If you have inspiration from Pinterest or Instagram, they can deliver.

The venue has great decor and offers a coffee shop, but the end product did not last. My nails chipped off a day or two after. Their business hours are not ideal and they direct you to their website to make an appointment but the website does not work and is not user friendly. They do not offer nail extensions, and their pedicures are not running water.

I really love this place. The people, the vibes, all of it. I’ve had manicures with several nail techs: Eliah, Sandra, Lan, and Victoria and every single one of them was AMAZING. Each one of them paid so much attention to detail, told me what to ask for at follow-up appointments, and answered my questions thoroughly, which I think is important as it shows they’re educated in the different techniques/services that Verbena offers. When getting my nails done for my engagement/party they paid special mins to how my nails looked. I also love that they use non-toxic products and only use products that are sanitary; this is probably the only nail salon that I’ve walked into and didn’t get hit in the face with that chemically smell from all the glues and such used in acrylics and dips. If anyone is looking for a sanitary alternative to dip polish, I recommend the Multi-flex. And if you’re wanting extensions, I suggest the Apres nail extensions. The fact that they sometimes serve Detour Donuts on the weekends is just a bonus!

I unfortunately was extremely late to my appointment but they were still so accomadating. I appreciate them still servicing me.My technician couldnt do certain steps included in the chosen service but my pedicure and manicure were still done extremely well.You do have to prepay so I would have lost a lot of money if I wasnt able to be seen.Now that Ive visited, Im hooked! I loved my dazzle dry manicure and Im looking forward to my next visit.

LOVE this place. Super clean, no chemical smells. Friendly gals. Great products - highly recommend the Dazzle Dry so you can walk out with tennis shoes on.

I just moved to Dallas, and found his absolutely wonderful gem. Walking the neighborhood, learning my surroundings and saw a cute cafe and walked into a peaceful and calming environment.The ambiance is matched with the superb owners/employees. They are professional and remember your name. I always want to support local companies and keep them open during this chaotic time.I literally am there every spare day and feel very welcomed. My secret place to go and get away, and feel special.Cannot say enough out the people, the cafe, and especially the oat milk hot chocolate. A true favorite of mine.

This place is so cute I can’t wait to come back! This is not your typical nails salon. First of all it doesn’t have the nail salon smell which was a pleasant surprise. Their tea/coffee shop is perfect and the drinks were so good I had the latte matcha and I loved it so much I had to get another! They were so nice in accommodating a large party in such a short notice. The decor is beautiful makes you feel so welcomed and cozy. The staff was the nicest (all of them). Just a perfect experience. Their nail designs are amazing too! Such a cool vibe here!

Ive been here a few times (Id go more but its 25 min from my apartment) and always leave extremely satisfied and feeling pampered. The technicians are educated and talented. Very friendly atmosphere and I love the coffee/tea bar.

I booked an appointment almost two weeks in advance, asking for a gel set with gold tipped french polish.This is a very busy spot. I drove 40 minutes and arrived early for my appointment. I follow the Instagram and love the artistry that you see in all the pics. This set was going to be special since I’m on vacation and it’s my only opportunity to get nails. My work doesn’t allow polish or nails, so I wanted to go to a special spot, not a local place.When I went back for my appointment, the whole energy was rushed. I showed my technician pictures of the look I was wanting. “We dont have gold”. While talking to her I felt like I was inconveniencing her and she was annoyed by questions because she was busy/flustered. I was extremely disappointed from the jump considering the Instagram worthy nails that the shop produces, but couldn’t do the simple thing I was asking for.When explaining more in detail, she said I was not booked for a set, just a polish. She didn’t have time to do what I wanted. I told her I asked for a set when I called. She said she would get the manager. Basically, the manager just came over to tell me again they didn’t have time to do a set.I was ready to drop $42 on a gold ring for sale that would’ve looked fire with the nails I thought I was getting. I was planning purchasing some Fitish product too. Sucks that they couldn’t make the moment right because they were too busy. I left feeling extremely bummed out and with no sympathy or suggestions from Verbana to do anything about it. My suggestion would be to confirm what someone is booking so this doesn’t happen again.

The who aesthetic is awesome, and the atmosphere is even better! I have come here before for a pedicure and now for a dip manicure. My dip manicure experience was wonderful, if you go ask for or schedule with Omolara. She is not only awesome at her job but, very fun to talk to. I will definitely come back just to get my nails done by her.

Cute cafe! Haven’t gotten any of the nail services but McKinney needed a coffee shop that wasn’t a Starbucks. Chai was excellent.

My wife needed a quick nail repair, which was fixed rapidly for free (she tipped). There was room to wait, and a nice selection of coffee to help me pass the time.

While the atmosphere and staff at Verbena were Amazing, the $120 price tag for my mani + pedi was definitely not worth it. My mani dip (no tip) nails was messy, bumpy & started falling off after day 3 and two completely fell off by day 6. My pedi is going strong tho.

Best nail salon in Dallas! Quick wait, perfect polish, always so sweet and I usually have the same technician. The space is inspiring in itself. A little pricey but I always walk away feeling like it was 100% worth it. I love you Verbena!

Okay I love this place. I don’t really require a cute aesthetic but this place is adorable. Darling atmosphere. I didn’t get any drinks but the cafe area is comfortable and attractive. All of the employees are super sweet, diverse, and down to earth. And babyyy Corrine got me TOGETHER. She showed extreme attention to detail for the entire dip powder manicure and made sure I was happy with everything. I’m dead not going anywhere else.

I’ve worked with many different techs at this salon and it is the BEST place for a manicure and pedicure. Everyone is so nice and I really enjoy the top notch service. It is also not overly crowded or cluttered which is a nice change from other salons.

I have been going to Verbena regularly since August 2019! This place has become my favorite “me time” spot. I have loved getting to know my nail tech Jennifer and growing together! She listens so well to me and always does the best job with my natural nails. If you’re lucky enough to score a session with Jenn you won’t regret it. It’s worth my time and money for the experience. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to nourish your nails and soul GO HERE!! The nail art is on point and so is the atmosphere. I’m never disappointed and have never loved a nail salon more.

Whether I pop in for a manicure or a cup of coffee, Verbena is welcoming and relaxing (not to mention this place feels like walking into a bright and sparkly Instagram filter). The nail-technicians are detailed oriented and the owner, Ashely, is such a delight - you can tell how much love she pours into her salon. I especially appriciate that this salon uses high-quality products that are non-toxic and fume-free. My new vacation go-to is their multi-flex gel manicure because it strengthens my nails and still looks just as fresh after two weeks. I also wanted to commend Verbena on their COVID precautions because they regularly test the staff, replace HVAC filters, and sanitize routinely. Love supporting this women-owned small business in Dallas!

This parlor is so cute!!! I loved the concept of being able to order a latte with my early mani/ pedi appointment. Their jewelry selection is great as well. Their Covid cleaning is great, the have panels between all of their pedi areas and use UV lighting to disinfect their salon.

I absolutely love Verbena! I have been coming here for almost a year and it is by far my favorite salon in Dallas.The only reason I rate 4 stars instead of 5 is there are times when the service is painfully slow. I appreciate good quality and attention to detail, however 2 hours should be plenty for a quick gel polish change.

I go here once every two weeks and, to be honest, this is the longest I’ve stuck with the same salon...like ever. All the girls here are my age and so much fun to talk to- each one is really stylish and they’ve helped get get me out of my comfort zone (aka solid colors) with my nails. Verbena has really become a place I can relax and unwind a little, I’m so glad it opened!

Best customer service, every girl that works there is amazing, and the atmosphere is great. They have an amazing ventilation system so it never smells like chemicals and their coffee is AMAZING. Let me start out by saying that this place is very cool. I love the fact that it is organic and serves a great cup of coffee. I booked three slots for my daughters and I. My eldest booked a manicure and for me a pedicure. I was not sure what my second daughter wanted so the lady said they would book her under a standard manicure and adjust the time when we arrived to pick out the service. When we arrived, my second daughter told them that she would want a dip manicure with a nail extension. The lady, who may I add is the owner, said that it would take too long and did not have the time to do it. She did not really try to reconcile the issue what so ever. The whole time there were several nail techs who had nothing to do the whole time we were there. So my second daughter was out of a manicure. A lady came in after us and requested the same thing and the owner accommodate her just fine. I would have given this place the full five stars due to the fact that the techs did a great job and were very sweet. Two for customer service on the owners part.

Love the atmosphere! It felt like a small cafe in Paris. The service was amazing and my manicure still looked great after a week. The little shop was very curated with a gorgeous selection of items that support women owned business. I did a little holiday shopping there. Will be back soon!

From decor, non toxic nail and beauty services, and from the overall experience.Service: I had the Let’s Celebrate Gel Pedicure done by Vanessa. She was awesome. From shaping, cuticle care, massage, callus treatment, etc. She was great. She will definitely be my go to tech the next time I come in.Overall: I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. The environment is relaxing and the service is great. Awesome place to catch up and relax and enjoy coffee after services.

Got a mani and pedi here on different days. The owner is super nice. Mani was okay. My nails looked great overall but the nail tech left gaps at the bases of my nail beds. A couple days later, I chipped one of my nails and when I went back for a fix and to get a pedi, the new nail technician even asked me, “when did you get these done?” My pedi was good and I like the cleanliness of the salon and the non toxic polish options.

My new favorite place - the owner greeted me the moment I walked in the door and couldnt have been sweeter. I love the cafe meets salon concept: the design and overall experience is so thoughtful and elevated. I scheduled a gel manicure with Karla, who did an incredible job and took her time making sure everything was perfect. Ive already scheduled another appointment to go back for a pedicure this weekend!

My sister and I visited this nail salon at around 1:30 pm on a Wednesday. My sister is on spring break and we decided to get out of the house. We came a little earlier than our appointment time so we were given the colors and asked to wait until or technicians were done setting up. A few moments later one of the girls at the counter started wildly spraying Lysol everywhere about the cafe portion. I don’t want to assume that she did it because of me and my sister but she only sprayed it once we walked in. Coupled with how unwelcoming the young women were it just seemed too coincidental. My nail technician was great but the reception area needs help.

This place is great. My girlfriends and I didnt have an appointment but they had no issues fitting us in. We had mimosas and coffee in the cafe while we waited. Its beautifully decorated and they have a little gift area, as well. Its one of the best manicures Ive had in Dallas, not to mention, the staff is insanely friendly...I will 100% be back here!!!

Great salon and I found an amazing nail tech. The ONLY thing missing is comfortable chairs! While the salon is cute, comfort was obviously not considered. I get very uncomfortable during my visit, but I can’t imagine what it’s like to sit in them all day.

This place is fantastic! The owner is super friendly and makes you feel so welcome and part of the family when youre there. Upon arrival youre always offered a free beverage- anything ranging from a hand-crafted coffee to a glass of Prosecco! The convenience of booking online with your artist is super easy. Ive seen other reviews on here complaining about the higher price, when in reality its not that much more expensive than your typical nail salon almost next door, but the service and ambiance is about 5 times better. Seriously so worth the money. Ive only been able to treat myself here a couple of times, but its going to be the only place I go from now on, thats for sure.

My nail tech Ayanna did a good job on my nails, and the owner Ashley made me feel welcome (even on a Sunday! wow). I appreciate visiting a clean, calm, and cozy establishment. I can also truly enjoy a nail salon that has more to offer than alcoholic beverages or soda. The flat white was poured into a cute, yellow mug and was very tasty. Ill likely have some version of coffee every time I come here. Thanks again, yall!

I like the vibe of the place but the services aren’t worth the cost. I decided to schedule a girls day at verbana and while it was fun and color options are awesome, the quality is lacking. My gel manicure completely came off in 3 days and my friends gel manicures chipped the same week as well. For my pedicure, my nails weren’t cleaned and shaped well and my pedicure chipped after a couple of days. I really liked the ambiance but I wouldn’t go back, it’s too expensive for low quality work and nails that won’t last.

I brought several girls here for my teenage daughter’s birthday and the ladies working here were amazing from the time we walked in. They were so nice to the girls, did a fantastic job on their nails and also served us yummy drinks. Can’t wait to go back!

Had the best experience at Verbena Parlor + Social House. Completely unique atmosphere you can’t find anywhere else in Dallas. Great staff... the owner is very involved. The various pastries, coffee and wine just tops it all off my friends and I love it!

I love this place mostly because of the atmosphere. I feel like most nail salons feel chaotic, but I was actually relaxed here. I didnt try the seasonal nail art, but I like that they have specific nail designs you can use.

This was definitely the best experience Ive ever had at a nail salon! I could hardly believe how easy it was to reserve online, and both the staff and the salon itself could not have been more relaxing and inviting. Past all this, I enjoyed a delicious cup of tea while getting the best Shellac manicure Ive ever had...looked great for 3 weeks!

Great space but nail quality not equal to other salons.I was really excited about visiting this salon after following them on Instagram for a while. The pictures definitely accurately show the vibe and environment of the space. Super cute and welcoming. Customer service is 💯! There is a large color selection and the nail art options are awesome. Unfortunately my Mani pedi just didnt last. The pedicure was still tacky hours after I left the salon and got smudged when I went out that night. My dip manicure didnt make it 24 hours before chipping. I went back and the tech graciously fixed it but the dip was very thick and uneven. Its been a week and my nails are chipped, cracked and broken. I really want to like this place but I just think the type of product doesnt work for my nails.

Went the other day and it was amazing my nails were gorgeous and the service was great! I went to Zanbria. She was lovely and did just what I asked for! The whole set up is really cute will come back.

I loved it best place I have been to that I dont feel choked by the fumes. The service was fantastic and so was the coffee!! My nails are still looking like I just got them done, most placed I have them done by the next day they are already chipping. Thank you to Alicia for a great job on both my toes and nails.

Not worth the price. I decided to go here a couple of weeks ago because of the good reviews and the Instagram pics. Cafe was cute and the latte was good. I got a dip manicure and pedicure. The person that did my pedi rushed through it and barely gave me a massage. When I mentioned that one toe nail was a bit longer then the other she kinda got an attitude with me!!! My nails looked great but the day after one chipped as as the days have gone by they have cracked and popped off!!! I went some where else and had to pay to hey them done over. Not to mention that its only been 2 weeks and my toe polish is almost all gone. I paid close to $140 them another $45 some where else. On the bright side I didnt have to pay for removal. Just not worth it!!! I did speak to someone abbr they said they could refund my money for my nails only but never heard back from anyone. Wouldnt recommend.

Really amazing space for a nail bar. Includes a bar with alcoholic and nonalcoholic options and light snacks. I think it’s overpriced however for the quality of work I received. I opted for a gel pedicure: I was nipped and poked too hard with the tech’s instruments 4x; she also filed too hard to where the file caught my skin and hurt; nail shape and paint job was nice but messy on the edges. I had nail polish on my toe cuticles and edges which I had to cut off later and scrub off. $70 for a gel pedi; I do not mind paying this but quality not worthwhile for me to return.

I got the “lets celebrate” dip mani + polish pedi with a complimentary matcha latte. Super cute coffee shop in the front, with a window wall that separates it from the nail shop. Quaintly decorated with a modern twist on the usual pedicure chair. No acetone-y, nail polish, chemically smells. Just smells like Verbena 👍🏼 a grassy lemon 🍋 scent 💗
