My nails are always on point. I love Marie. Sometimes they are extremely busy and they may go a little fast on your nails and miss a few spots. The lady that does my pedicure is awesome! Prices are reasonable. These are my real nails so I just get an overlay. Overall its been an awesome experience dont want to go anywhere else.

I have been coming to them for 10 years and today is the day they lost my business! I called Tweet the owner today at 2:45pm today to set an appointment for my daughter and I! I specifically told Tweet to put my daughter with Marie the nail tech and myself with Juana the pedicurist at 6pm and she said okay. I even tried to tell her that I say her spouse at Sams Club yesterday and she rushed me of the phone before I could confirmed that she wrote everything down correctly. I arrived 10 minutes to 6pm waiting patiently and another customer walked in and Tweet had her sit in Juanas chair at 6:05pm to be exact. I asked Tweet Was my appointment at 6pm and she said yes but you said be you needed a fill and pedicure from Marie! I told her she wrote everything down wrong, because number 1 I never do nails because of my job and I only let Juana do my pedicures and she talked rudley to me in front of my daughter and other customers which was very unprofessional and I told my daughter lets go and I called Tweet when I got on the car on my daughters phone and told her how disappointed I was and my 11 year old was hurt and she was trying to explain but never admitted that she was in the wrong nor did she apologize. I did tell Tweet I love her death but not enough to be treated unfairly and I am taking my business somewhere else. I literally left work 30 min early to get home and drive 45min to get my daughters nails done and my feet. Im very upset. I will not return.

Ive been going to Marie for almost 2years now.. I just love her work and her positive attitude. She keeps me laughing.

Now I go to this shop and this shop only. Marie does my nails she is very good. Ive been going here so long I have stories to tell about each visit but I dont have time to write a book. Sometimes the owner wife she act all stuck up and sometimes she ok. You never know with her. But this last time Marie and her co-worker girl that sit next to her got into a verbal altercation over who was going to do my daughter nails who she has been coming with me for a year getting her nails done. They were cursing in front of her making us feel very uncomfortable. I had to remind them they are at a place of business and they should conduct themselves better. They were out of line that day. The others are good as well. If you want a good pedi let the young guy Patrick do it. He is a good guy and he has alot of patience. Overall they ok. I maybe looking for something different though due to the time it takes to get in and out. Hopefully they will hire more techs and expand the place cus God forbid if someone has to pass gas everyone will smell it. Small ass shop.

Love the place, Marie is my favorite, her attitude is always the same she talks to you and makes you laugh. Shes pregnant and still has a nice attitude. Cant say the same for the owner sometimes, shes nice and sometimes she acts like she doesnt want to talk to you. She should be the one with the nice attitude at all times, but she does good eyebrows...IJS

I use to go here bout 10 years ago.Yesterday I went to get a fill.The owner Tweet tells me she only do her regular customers nails.I started to say I was a regular customer but you cant do nails right thats why I left.Im glad I waited the lady in the back was good but she talk to much.They dont have a place to go and sit and dry your nails.OMG you have to sit in front of a fan.All the money they make and wont invest in a nail dryer station for their customers.They care about the money not customers.

I was referred here by a long time customer of Tweets. Tweet started off doing my nails, and we never had any problems or anything. She eventually pushed me off on Maria, which was cool the first time because it worked better for my scheduling and hers because she was able to do nails while I was getting a pedicure. Ive never seen Tweet stand up to do nails while back person is getting a pedi. Plus Maria did a good job. Then, the next time about two to three weeks later, I returned for a fill. Tweet told me that Maria was going to do my nails again. I understand some techs do not want to go behind others, but dont have me sitting in a nail shop for nearly 3 hours waiting to get my nails done when Im REALLY YOUR customer. She did about 4 walk in full sets while I was there....waiting. I had to wait because Maria had two customers ahead of me both with full sets AND pedicures she had to do. Then Maria said she had another appointment that was coming.. meaning I would be sitting there an additional hour or so. I think as the owner of the shop Tweet shouldnt have had a lady who is 6 months pregnant sit in a shop just because she doesnt want to go behind someone elses work. I lost a lot of respect for her. Oh, and to make matters much worse, I had bragged on the shop and invited my coworker and her daughter that day. So, thats two more full sets and two more pedicures that I had brought them that day. They wont be returning either just seeing how I was treated as a customer of nearly a year. Then, Tweet and Maria had an argument because I said I wouldnt come back the following day. And after Marias appointment no-showed I wouldnt let ANYONE do my nails. I WAS OVER IT! I just waited on my coworker to finish and left. The only reason I would visit again would be to get the older lady to do my pedicure. Shes amazing and takes her time. Unprofessional and poor customer service at its finest.

Got a mani and pedi and also my brows done and they did amazing! I believe the one who did my nails and brows was Tweet? Her husbands family owns the place. Anyways, she did a great job. It was my first time getting my brows done and she made me feel comfortable and she was quick!! There was a young boy who did my pedi and he did really good as well! This will be my salon from now on.

I used to love this place, I started coming here when I was 17 years old. And to this day I still go here and I am 25 now!! So thats 9 years when none of the people was there only Tweety! I would travel hours away just to come here and spend $50+ dollars every visit! Now when I go prices went up and the workers tell me I complain to much! First of all Im spending my money that I worked for to come here, dont tell me I complain to much. Just do my nails and feet how I want them done because again I AM PAYING YOU TO DO IT, SO I HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO COMPLAIN! IM NOT PAYING YOU TO DO MY NAILS AND FEET HOW YOU WANT TO DO THEM SO PLEASE DONT BE RUDE AND SO WHAT I ASK!! ITS NOT A PROBLEM WHEN I TIP FOR MY SERVICE THAT TECHNICALLY I DONT HAVE TO TIP AT ALL! I do it out of appreciation, but yall dont appreciate the customers that travel from other cities just to come here! I am currently looking for a new place to go, because I have had it with the LAZY WORKERS HERE!! Tweety is awesome but she needs a new group of workers that doesnt mind doing what they are told and are getting paid to do!! Thats why I am giving 1 star! I used to tell everyone to come here but not anymore! You want a tip but dont want to do my nails the way I ask you to! Thats not how it works in America! We pay for what we want and we want it done our way not your way!

Go to D Crown Nails in Garland........ I use to love this shop. Since I was 16 years old I stayed loyal to Twees business for 9 years. During that time prices started going up and quality went down drastically. Nails were to thick, shape not right, not many colors to choose from and literally was reminding them to do my massage when I got pedi. And they get mad and say your difficult to please when you complain.. One time they forgot my massage and I reminded them and they was like Just get your nails done and well do it after cuz were busy. Never got my massage and they still made me pay full price.. So I stopped coming for about 2 years after that... I went there was about a 6-9 months ago to get a full set and pedi and nothing has changed. They were busy and the lady that did my pedicure was literally done in 10 minutes and my nails was not to my liking and they cut me... I was completely done after that.... Ive been going to D Crown Nails in Garland for about 3 years now and Ive never been disappointed. Even if they are busy you still get a good 20-30 minute pedi with a good 10 minute massage and they never rush your nails or your feet. If they are busy they are honest about the possible wait time and they serve you drinks and wine during your stay. Prices are higher but the quality is high too.

Worst nail experience Ive ever had! this place is blood thirst money hungry! if you just want a reg nice nail art they will treat you like trash! And give you a sloppy rushed job! if you want a powder gel set or you are spending 50 or more they will treat you good and take their time and do a good job! I got a reg. full set and she was done it 10 mins! I was cut several times with the drill to where I was bleeding and my nails looked like I had them on 2wks already I told her I was displeased with the outcome can she fix them. she said no! pay and leave. i was blew away by how non shalant! And rude she was. I told her I am not about to just pay and leave she needs to do my nails the correct way. I was then called the police on and locked in shop over a hour! when the police came they advised her to take my nails off for me like I asked. she refused then the nice officer offered to pay for me. i told him NO! they dont deserve a dime and they are not getting your money or mines! she then cut the top of my nails off. so Im walking around with acrylic just stuck to my nails beds! I am livid and i am reporting this place to TDLR!!!! A CUSTOMER SHOULD NEVER BE HANDLED IN THAT MANNER!! ha!! you called the police but they ended up being in my favor!! lol how that work?!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!! YOU WILL BE BLESSED BY GOD IF YOU STILL WORK HERE WHEN IM DONE!!

I have been sitting since 2 hours and they allowed someone to skip me and the guy told me he will be working in the next person for 3 hours. They didnt want to do my nails but allowed me to sit there and wait. Very rude people and the last time the nails cracked after 2 days. I return to see was there something wrong with the acrylic or did he just do a poor job. Another patron confirmed he did the same poor job on her bc he didnt really want to do her nails either. I really hate their service is so rude bc Tweet is the best brow lady around but their nail jobs are getting horrible. Irritated with their service and have been coming here since 2012... Hurt customer!!!

It was my first time there it was really crowded and a lot of the customers had their kids there didnt like that part but my nail tech is awesome and I will continue to go and just not go on the weekend anymore the prices are awesome and the work is impeccable

They argue with you and when they hurt or cut u they tell u that it didnt hurt or its ur fault also they will randomly refuse to do certain services on people simply because they dont feel like it

The nail tech named Lee did my nails on a Saturday. The following Friday at work my nail came off. I want back to show him my nail came off, I ended up going to another spot to fix my nail. I will not be returning to the place.
