The staff is not very friendly but I didnt go to make friends. I got a fill and pedicure. My nails look great but they dont scrap your heels during a pedicure. They scrub with a sponge and if you want your heels scrapped its an extra $5. So I basically paid $29 to get the polish changed on my toes! Now what kinda bull corn is that??? I wont go back!!

I waited an hour and a half and was not seated. I just wanted a full set. The entire time people were coming in and they were waiting on them first. Then about an hour in an employee told me I would have to wait on another nail tech to finish and then Id be seated. I waited. Im a pretty patient person. The nail tech finishes with hers and proceeds to wait on someone else (mind you I got there before them). After an hour and a half of just sitting j decided to leave. Terrible.

The first time I went it was great. I was in love with my set. I was so excited to go back. When I wnt back my nails where ok. I wasnt satisfied and I payed more for reg polish it wasnt evan gel. It was a v cut on my nails amd he didnt evzn use the acrylic cutter. The guy upped the prices due to Corona virus 🙄 the quality went down and the prices went up. Like really. I felt unsatisfied then I was like well he shapes them well ill go back. It got worse. He upped the price more and still used the same regular polish. Idk if its just the young guy who cant get his pricing right or its the whole place. It was really bad and at that I always tip well. That was the last time I ever went. Im done with them.

Good about taking you in fast, but didn’t take their time focusing on you’re nails. Didn’t trim my real nails or cut cuticles. Went straight to glueing tips on. Didn’t worry about shaping or applying powder to your skin. Also, didn’t sanitize material during this pandemic. Products burned my real nails, felt a burning sensation while applying the products. Workers laughed and talked about your nails while getting it done. Kept changing your price after they told you an amount, did it to other customers to. Nails came off after 4 days. Honestly looked forward to this place, was really disappointed.

Refuse to listen to any requests and left so much acrylic Gunk under my nail tip it is fused with my skin and almost a full centimeter thick.my toes and acrylics are completely uneven Im completely dissatisfied I paid in full and tipped but I will not be returning

This was my second time coming here and its my favorite nail salon Ive been to! They are very thorough and do an amazing job! My last few gel manicures have peeled within a couple days, the last one I got here lasted over two weeks! It could have gone longer but I was ready for a change. I highly recommend this salon/spa.

Not clean at all. After she finished my manicure she used the same tools and clean them with alchol and the precious towel she just used on my hands to wipe the tools off. I got my eyebrows wax and when i got to my car I noticed my forehead was really red. Comes to find out, she burnt me with the wax. I wish i knew how to add a picture of it however i am and will never go to this place ever again.

I love visiting the gals at least every 2 weeks! They are so personable and are also very sweet . They go above and beyond with all the services they provide, and the massages are fantastic. I love to be pampered and they spoil me every time!

It was OK. The man did my toes pretty but the place is very small and the water doesnt get hot if youre getting a pedicure and 5 other people are getting one at the same time. I told the man I wanted the water hot and he said too many people are using the water.

Lai is the best nail tech there. His shape and designs are great! I have been coming for years and wouldnt change nail tech! By far the best of them all! The only problem is that the salon needs renovation and nail tech like Lai.

Tina did my lashes they lasted 2weeks and I got compliments. I wear my nails long & she stacks them to make sure they dont break. Sometimes she rushes but just be polite she does good job.
