Joe was very helpful in helping us solve an issue that happened when the insurance company carrying our homeowners dropped the ball. Without Joes help we may have been on the hook for spending about 6 times as much on our 2021 homeowners policy due to the fact the insurance company never contacted Mesi about an issue with processing payment of the current policy. Joe listed out all of our options clearly so that we were sure we were getting to the one that left us the most comfortable, and made sure we had all the information we needed.

Switched insurance companies called three times to see what I needed to do and got a different answer every time. At one point three people were screaming at the same time. Wouldn’t let me speak to explain what I was told in a previous call. They told me canceling the policy with their company “wasn’t their problem” disrespectful, unprofessional group of people will never do business here again

I had insurance with this company and i called to cancel my policy 3 times. I received a bill months later so I called again to explain my concerns and they were extremely unprofessional using vulgar language and threatening me for a policy I canceled in April! I would not recommend anyone to use this company as you can see Im not the only negative review.

I went in there to cancel my car insurance on a vehicle today there employee in there that took care of me was a nice I guy!! I wish I could say the same about the owner I didnt see the little sign they have up saying stand behind the line and no one said anything until the owner came out... he came out vary rude and yelling not be professional at all so I stepped back still not seeing the sign he got louder I told him i didnt see the little sign and that he didnt need to talk to me like that and to calm down and thats were he started to cuss and telling me to get out before I even cancel the insurance I will not ever be suggesting any of my friends or family to go here like I used to because of this incident and if you are reading I would suggest that you go somewhere else!!! I called to get a quote from here a few days ago and they said they would call me back with one and they never did what was upsetting so I went to statefarm now I will be suggesting statefarm to all my friends and family and I would suggest that you get a quote there before you go to mesi

Rued staff, I was helping my elderly mother and had to wait one and a half hours at a car dealership for a insurance card, after we received it the effective date and expiration date was for 2018 instead of 2019, I called and told them we have been waiting a long time and she said it’s not our fault, I stated it certainly was not mine, instead of apologizing she told me and emailed the dealership and said that humans make mistakes and hung up the phone. I have two relatives that used to use this company and they both found another agent, my mom will also be finding another agent, I guess their customers don’t matter and your just another number to them, two words bye bye

Friendly, professional service and they always come back with the best rates. My rates with them have only ever gone down, but I do pay my insurance on time and I dont get tickets. Huge factors. If they ever did go up, I know Mesi agency would just find a better carrier for me anyways. Thanks guys for all of your hard work!

Worst insurance agency ever. My rate kept going up and when I finally called to cancel he refused to send out the cancelation form for me and told me good luck my policy will go into collections and he doesnt care then hung up. I have never heard worse customer service in my life
