I really enjoyed getting my nails done here! Both the staff that were working with me (Chi and Steven) were both super sweet. Steven seemed like he rushed a little bit which is understandable because he is often requested. Chi was darling and chatted with me a little bit! Super sweet girl and did an awesome job on my toes. Steven is great at manicures! I loved the way my nails turned out after showing him a photo of my friends nail design that I wanted. He kept checking in to make sure I liked them and wanted to make sure he did it right. Really appreciate that attitude. Many nail salons want to get you in and out and get their money. I didnt feel that way when I went to Rose Couture.I got dip nails with a design and one nail needed a tip.I did find the girl at the front desk to be kind of harsh when I was checking in because I didnt know where to sign in. Turns out its at an Ipad my the table with nail options. No hard feelings just nice to be patient with people π
I donβt like to leave reviews like this but I use my nail days as a special treat to myself and happily spend $120-$140 on my nails every 2 to 3 weeks, that being double what Rose Couture charges, not including tip and I tip very generously in cash every time but my regular, wonderful, trusted nail tech unfortunately caught covid so I gave this place a chance after hearing great things. My nails are not even the same length nor the same width, Kevin treated me like an inconvenience the entire time I was there, not once did he ever look at me the few times he spoke to me and I changed what I wanted multiple times just to make it easier on him so he got out sooner as soon as I knew he would have to stay past close to get me finished, he cut me four times 3 times with a file and once with the drill because he was rushing, he also made my nails too thin with no apex because he was rushing which means theyβre weak and going to break very soon due to the length and shape that I get my nails done at. I am beyond distraught and left Rose Couture bawling my eyes out and all they did for me was take 30% off, no real apology whatsoever. I paid the $50 it still cost me after the 30% was taken off but I am not okay right now and I will absolutely never be back.
I normally donβt give negative review to any business, but in this circumstances I feel obligated to let everyone know what kind of service these people are running. Today my wife and I checked into this salon to do our pedicure. I felt kind of anxious about getting my nail done bc this is my first time getting a pedicure. The lady that did my nail turned out to be extremely rude. Not only she hurt my toes, she almost burn my feet for turned on the hot water. As soon she heard my wife talking in Vietnamese, the nail technician left during the middle of the service without telling me. She immediately called her manager and told her that we are nail technicians, and she didnβt feel comfortable doing our nails. While we was in the middle of getting our toes dip in the water, the manager came and said she refused their service to us. We feel very embarrassed and immediately left the salon. I will never come back to this horrible place. These people are racially profile us base on where we are from. First of all, I am not a nail tech and I work in the hospital. They donβt even care to apologize to us. Please take your service to somewhere where they provide much better quality service.
Wont go anywhere else! Always fantastic service, always love my nails, always a good time. When their bar is open they serve complimentary cocktails with every service. My happy place!
Ive been going to Katie for over a year now and she always gives me exactly what I want! She takes her time and her attention to detail is exceptional. My nails always come out looking 10/10. Highly recommend booking with Katie!
Some of the worst customer service Ive had at a nail salon. The experience was nowhere near relaxing. I honestly dont see how they have so many good reviews.I had to pay a $20 deposit for services to set an appointment. When I got there, the hostess said she had me down for a pedicure and dip. I never get dip and told her I told the person I wanted acrylic extensions. She had to find someone who was available to do them. I also think its weird I paid a deposit but when I went to check out, the deposit had not been applied to my total. They wouldve let me pay in full and kept my deposit if I didnt say anything. They nick and dime for everything, so be prepared. I had to pay for my manicure and acrylics separately, plus $5 for almond shaped nails, plus $10 for matte on my nails and toes. It wouldve been an extra $5 if I wanted longer nails. They tried to seat me in the back right by the hall where they keep supplies. I asked if I could sit somewhere else because I didnt want to be in a high-traffic area. I told the lady doing my manicure I was fine sitting in one of the other seats on the row but not one right by the hallway. She moved me to the front. Shortly after that, the guy doing my pedicure came over, they started speaking a foreign language, then he sassily asked me why I didnt want to sit in the back. I told him like I told her I was fine sitting in the back but didnt want to sit right by the hallway. Then they started speaking a language I couldnt understand again. The guy doing my pedicure was all around bad. I guess being gay is his personality type, so he felt the need to get smart with me every time I asked a question. I asked him how he thought the color I picked would look matte and he replied, like matte. Anyone with even the slightest sense of customer service wouldve given feedback on whether or not it would look better matte or glossy. The pedicure he gave me was so sorry. Very little effort and my feet still feel rough. One of my toes does not have full coverage (I didnt notice until hours later), and when I asked if another coat could be put on my big toe, he told me he couldnt. One coat on one toe and he couldnt do that??My nails look good but the service was so poor Ill never return. I usually tip very well but honestly didnt even want to tip at this salon. The only reason I did is because Im sure my service was so terrible because they assume Black people dont tip.I will NOT be returning
I used to love this place and went to this place every time but my few last visits they didnβt do my nails properly.
This salon was absolutely gorgeous and relaxing. Followed Steven here and happy I did. He has been doing my nails since I moved to Dallas and his work is EVERYTHING! Beautiful art I can wear each day. I get compliments everywhere I go.. Although I love his work, its his kindness to his clients that keeps me coming back.
This was my first time getting a design on my nails - I usually just do a solid color. I had an appointment with Steven but Iβm not sure if thatβs actually who did my nails bc there are no name tags and he didnβt introduce himself. I feel like I overpaid for the design I got, but I donβt know how much designs should cost. I paid an extra $40 for design on top of the manicure. The whole process just seemed kind of rushed and I left with a few bumpy parts on my nails which i saw him feel and then decide to ignore bc he had to go work on a different client. Overall the nails arenβt bad, but for the price I expected the experience to be better.
Nice atmosphere..took my brother for his bdayThe ladies up front were SUPER NICE..not many instructions on what to do when u get there thoughregarding signing in...the tech forgot his drink..I had to alert the nice lady up front...she had her get it.the tech didnt seem happy..seemed.lile she wasnt having a good day..I hope they recorded.it bc if I go, I wouldnt want her
My crew and I will be coming back here for good. We love our nails, treatment and I accidentally smashed my finger but my name stayed perfect. Absolutely amazing work.
My first thought was that the place was much smaller than expected and it looked better online. Nonetheless, I really went for nails and donβt care too much for aesthetic. My first experience went great. I appreciate that they make you wash your hands prior, I always believed this should be required even prior to Covid. The waiting area is very tight and it gets busy in there. So despite it being pretty far for me, I decided I would keep returning since I like to have the same nail person consistently. Despite having an appointment, that had to be made two and half weeks in advance because she only opens her slots periodically and gets booked up pretty fast, I had to wait 55 minutes to actually be seated. Iβm pretty considerate and patient. Iβve worked in many customer service related positions and some things are just out of your control.I learned that someone earlier had been running late... understandable but a grace period should be set since you have appointments later that will all get backed up and thatβs not great customer service. This could have been forgiven if she had worked on my nails with the same care she gave everyone else prior. But being her last appointment, and her out of town boyfriend being in town (who kept calling her), she had now gone way past the end of her schedule and rushed through my set. I paid the ridiculous price that seemed to have gone up since the last time. It looked horrible. There was SPACE between my tips and the dip. Significant space where I would have to constantly clean and probably separate the dip and cause them to lift. I took them off 5 days later cause I couldnβt look at them anymore.I never returned and thatβs too bad because it does look like other artists there are great, but I did hear from other people that they are always too booked up and their prices have really gone up now that get a bit more popular. I wonβt risk it again.
Was recommended to go here by a friend! Absolutely am in love with my nails and the service they provided. Beautiful design, fast and gentle and great price! I live in FW but will travel here just to have my nails done. ππ₯°
The staff was super while helping me pick out my nails for my photo shoot. They had great conversations with me and was able to get me out quickly. I felt very pampered!
I made an appointment last minute on a whim and the whole experience was wonderful! Jay gave me a dip manicure and patiently answered my questions (Iβd only had a dip manicure once before). This manicure is so much better than the last one I had and all of the staff that I interacted with was so sweet.
Ive been going to this place for over a year now and Ive had an amazing experience every single time. Ive had several techs work on my nails and I have to say that Steven is the best! Steven is very communicative, creative and fast, all while making my nails look unique every time and without making me feel rushed. All I have to do when I walk in is show him my inspo pic and he will suggest ideas to make the nails look even better and unique. Steven makes sure throughout the process that I am happy with how my nails look.If you want long unique nails with designs, I definitely recommend Steven!
I went here on a Friday after work and business was booming! There was a little bit of a wait even though I had made an appointment, but it gave me plenty of time to choose my regular color for my toes and gel color for my fingers. Kim did my gel manicure and Ken did my pedicure. Both were great and I will definitely be back!
This was my first time coming to this nail bar, my daughter state to me I would love this place. When I arrived I was loving the interior design but that is all my love quickly went to regret, I felt like a number even though I made an appointment. They sat me in my pedicure chair and I sat there for 18 mins past my appointment time before someone even came over and started running the water fir my feet to soak. Then the lady doing my pedicure seemed as though she was in such a rush she didnβt even get the dead skin off my feet. I explained to the lady at the register and she solved it by giving me a 15% discount. I came there to receive a pedicure not a discount. Drove all the way from McKinney, it was a waste of my money and time. And itβs only a few hours and my paint is chipped on one of my toes. I will not be returning.
I came here because it was close to an appointment that I had in Dallas & I needed my nails removed. I got my dip powder nails removed & had clear dip powder with no tips added on.They didnβt file down my previous existing dip nails all the way before added the clear, so there is the previous dip color still visible under the clear. These are also SO thin and poor quality, I went to work the next day and 5 nails cracked and broke.Overpriced & overhyped, do not go here.$40 before tip for cheap, THIN clear dip with no tips.Just because the decor is nice doesnβt mean you should waste your money here.It seems like they are only interested in getting people in and out as fast as possible and are lazy/rushed.
Absolutely love rose couture nail bar! I see Chris and he takes care of my nails every time. Itβs a beautiful establishment and the customer service is great!
Visited on a Sunday with my sister for a self care Sunday. The place was really beautiful. They had this bathtub in the front with flowers. There was also a tree filled with flowers in the middle. Now although it was pretty, I think it was poorly placed bc you have to duck to get to the sink.We had a pedicure reservation at 1pm. When we entered they checked our temps, had us wash our hands, then check in on the iPad before being taken to the pedicure station. When checking in, you have the option to choose a beverage. I opted for champagne with my cucumber sensation pedicure. The furniture was different than anything Ive ever seen and it made my pedicure feel regal. The pedicure was felt relaxing and refreshing. They also used real cucumbers for the cucumber sensation pedicure. My pedicurist was really sweet and did a good job with my pedicure. At some points during my service, I zoned out because I was just that relaxed.I will definitely keep them on my list.
I have been to a lot of different nail salons in the Dallas area and this place is the best!! Donna did an amazing job with my nails! I asked for a fairly intricate design and she took her time with my nails!! I will definitely be coming back here for my nails in the future!
Steven was amazing!! Not only was he extremely kind and personable but he continued to check in with me during the entire service to ensure I got the exact nails I came in for. I will definitely be coming back to see him! π₯° Jenni was also amazing, she did a great job on my pedicure and got me out of the salon within an hour. Love this salon and will definitely be back soon!
Donna is absolutely amazing at what she does. Sheβs so amazing, I drive far away just to have her do my nails. I donβt trust anyone but her! Sheβs sweet, professional, and does such a thorough job. Love her! I highly recommend Donnaπ€π€π€π€
Wonderful experience as always, I am so glad that I found this salon. It is in a great location with plenty of parking. The inside of the salon is well kept, very nice and clean. You will see workers disinfecting stations between each client which definitely gives you peace of mind. I get my nails and lashes done here and am always satisfied with their services. Keep up the great work! Some of my favorites are Ken for pedicure and Kate for nails, the owner Julie is very sweet as well she does the lash services.
I had this place recommended to me by several friends and I can see why! My technician was Steven and it was truly one of the most enjoyable nail experiences Iβve had. Itβs obvious he takes great pride in his work and strives to please his clients. I will be a returning a client!
π€’π€’π€’The worst experience I ever had! Come to here if you want to ruin your day. The technician late for 30 mins with my appointment. And after 14 mins she been sent to another client. Very good services. π here is bad for design, any picture I showed, here cant make it work.
Give credits when its due - My nail tech Mimi was actually very professional and attentive - hence the one star for her. Aside from that, they seem to manage a very tight schedule so most nail techs need to rush through things and leave customers no room for any kind of communication.I went with my friend for her birthday. Arrived on time for our appointment. Our nail tech were 20-25 mins late - not helpful since we were put on a tight schedule. I was later told they had built a 15- min buffer for appointments. Emm β¦ for this? They kept on telling my friend she didnβt know what she wanted - she DID & had pictures ready. Mimi (my nail tech) even understood what we were talking about and was able to explain to Donna (her nail tech). How else would you explain to a nail tech the design/look you were trying to achieve? We used pictures - not descriptive enough? They also asked us to understand sometimes nail tech didnβt know how to do a particular design - I checked before booking the appointment and was pretty confident she could do it. I specifically requested Mimi and Donna based on pictures on their Instagram - coz what could go wrong right?HONEST - The design was NOT very complicated anyway. If a nail tech / nail salon canβt do simple design - who can? Let me back up a little bit - IF she cant do it - how about making a recommendation for adjustments? Weβre not the expert here. Also, the manager asked us to use the color they have - which nail salon doesnβt have WHITE (OKAY, I know there are all kinds of white - we werent trying to get a particular one anyway)? Again, can we just talk it through?Another nail tech was brought in because Donna had another personal request - Well, we also requested to work with her, so that didnβt count as a request. They also told us my friend needed to go with Gel because she DIDNT know what she wanted and now we ran out of time. Hmm .. I have never seen anyone who can do Gel in 30 minutes (I booked Gel + Manicure for her so at least 45mins -1 hour should be allocated, or am I wrong here?)Bottom line - of course we want to be sympathetic and understanding, but I donβt know how to answer your questions to be βfairβ? Who is not being fair?We were just a couple of girls came in for nail appointments and left with a terrible and quiet frankly, confusing experience. Are we asking too much for a professional to be on time? To make recommendations based on what we want? And at least provide a gesture to show youβre willing to help us figure this out? ANYTHING HELPS!!!Please continue to use their service if you have been treated with respect and enjoy their services. We just werenβt good enough for them.UPDATE: this is what I found on Donnaβs Instagram. This was the design we wanted. SHE KNOWS HOW TO DO IT.
Best dip mani Iβve gotten! I was so happy with how they came out.
So impressed. Nails looked amazing. Great attention to detail. Katie did exactly what I asked & they are perfect. My mom had the same awesome experience with Jay
This is the nicest nail salon I have ever been to. The interior was beautiful! I got a rose manicure and pedicure and I have to say it was worth every single bit. I was very relaxed. My nails look flawless. I will be going back when its time to fill my nails.
I asked for a very specific design on my first visit here and they are stunning. Jenny did a fantastic job and are exactly what I wanted! Will definitely be coming back to this cute spot and asking for Jenny again.
Love it here! Kevin is great with nail designs. My pedi was awesome!
This place is amazing if you want quality nails/nail design. Chris was awesome and so sweet!
The best nail shop experience Ive ever had. Definitely returning in 2 weeks!
Went here with my sister a few days ago. The atmosphere is cute & workers are nice. However, the man who did my pedicure (I got the $45 with callous removal + gel + tip = $85) didnt remove callouses or properly soften my feet with a file/pumice stone. They look dry because he did it wrong & I use lotion everyday. The nail tech my sister had definitely took more time with her & her feet look great. I would go back one more time to have a woman do my pedicure.
Nice, clean and large open space. My mail tech was great! He took his time and was super friendly.
I was attended by a boy named Jackson T # 003, he gave me a very good service, very very kind, he tried to understand everything I asked for my nails, very understanding and sincerely I loved my nails, I asked for some roses with black stars, Excellent person, very kind ππ
First off, this place is ADORABLE. I love the decor and vibe - the music is nice, the drinks are delicious, and most importantly the nail service is top notch. Location is great because we had a bunch of choices for lunch and then walked over. The manager Julie is very welcoming and the staff are very nice and attentive. Everything is very clean. My little one and I both got the classic mani/pedi and Kim did my brows - great spot for our lady day!
I went in for a wax & pedicure. Total price $75 with Tip. My wax was for underarms, with that being said. I left with bruises/ blood marks under my arms. I am very sore frm the pain. Susan was my tech. She kept hurting me ( pinching my skin ) & when she apologized for hurting me MULTIPLE times she giggled after every time. When it came time for my pedicure, she seemed to be in such a rush! My polish smudged on my big toe. This experience was very unpleasant. Oh & BTW this was my first time going there. & they charge A LOT more for Gel. Smh!
Today was my first time coming to Rose Couture and Steven did not disappoint!!! He was very thorough and made sure my nails were perfect. You can really tell he cares about his work. Besides that, he was very easy to talk to and made my visit awesome. Definitely coming back here!!
If i can rate 0 star i would . I came with an appointment and still have to wait for 30 mins without any offer of beverages, the customer service was so poor . Manager the lady with the ipad rude as hell . Way too overpriced. Charged me for a dip set with some designs for $100 . You can have half of the price elsewhere and they still do a good job for you . Look out for the ticket when you check out they will overcharge you when they can . so do yourself a favor and get your business elsewhere if you donβt want to get overcharge .
Great location and super cute storefront. A little bit on the pricey side but normal for that area. This is my normal place
Such an amazing nail salon! Itβs evident they spent time on each and every detail. The salon is very clean, classy and chic! They use disposable plastic covers for their pedicures and all tools are sanitized...which a germaphobe like me appreciates :) I would highly recommend Rose Couture Nail Bar. Great prices and service...and did I mention complimentary drinks!
EDIT - Had a visit with Steven today (2/4/21) .. omg MADE MY #DREAMNAILS A REALITY!Today was my 2nd visit and Nina did not disappoint! Nina nailed it!! My last visit was 4 WEEKS AGO with Juju, who also did a phenomenal job! If my dip manis keep lasting 3-4 weeks, I found my new nail salon! π₯π₯π₯
I got my nails done (DIP) on 5/15 and by 5/22 3 of my nails had came off. I was so sad and disappointed. I am not sure who was my nail artist because this is not my regular nail salon but from pictures I believed their work was great.
The reception (young, dark hair & wears a part down the middle) has no customer service skills and a terrible attitude. I got my nails done Saturday by Kevin who was kept stopping to text, change the house music track he was playing on his phone and messing with his apple watch. I noticed a few minor things initially but by Monday my nails looked worn and the gel started peeling off. I called right when they opened and explained and also submitted photos. When I came the reception stated only the gel would be covered and when I asked to speak to the manager she kept repeating the same thing. After asking multiple times she finally called Julie who stated that some people dont like the color and want to come back and get things redone. WTH? I was offended, probably assumed that because Im African American. Not sure Ill go back, no need to feel like Im trying to con someone into doing the quality of work you would expect for a $55 fill & gel polish. On a good note Nany was so sweet and assured me shed fix my nails and she did a wonderful job. To be fair most of the other staff and friendly and accommodating.
My nails did not last a week!! I paid 175 nails done late Saturday evening. The very next day one lifted, he gave me a hard time about wanting to fix it. I love Steven donβt get me wrong however itβs ridiculous itβs Tuesday 5 nails have came completely off!! What a rip off I reached out to see if he would make it right. The only thing he could say βIβm sorry I donβt know what to tell youβ I previously went to a different nails salon to see if it was me. They lasted perfectly no problem. What a complete waste of money and time. Spoke with the mgr she said nothing about making it right. You good tip you pay the ridiculous price just to have your nails come off in less than 2 weeks. I wouldnβt recommend this place if your getting acrylic nails. Definitely plan on filling a dispute on my CC
With its rose dΓ©cor, exquisite lighting and comfortable seating, this is probably one of the most beautiful nail salons Ive ever been to and the service was second to none. The manicurists/pedicurists were very kind and wanted to make sure that we were comfortable and pleased with the services...and we most certainly were! Highly recommend!
Rose Couture is my FAVORITE nail shop in Dallas! I recently moved to Dallas and was very hesitant with a lot of shops because Iβm very picky lol. Steven is the my favorite tech but they isnβt a shortage of talent here like most places (ie: only one tech that can do designs). Booking appointments is always quick and easy even on same days!
Absolutely love going to Rose Couture Nail Bar! Everyone is so friendly and professional. My favorite nail tech is Steven! He always does my nails perfectly. He is so detailed in the shape and designs every time.
The staff was so sweet and understanding. My daughter had her car stolen that morning and it threw us all off track. It was my two daughters, grand daughter myself and a friend and we were getting ready for her wedding the next day. They went above and beyond to comfort us and bring us out of our stressful state of mind. They also did amazing work. We are grateful that we were there instead of somewhere else that would have just wanted us to get done and get out. We left happy and at peace. I donβt live close but I will be coming back. And I hope others get to experience what we did. Thank you Rose Coutureπ
This was my first time visiting Rose Couture and from researching the website, I was looking forward to it. Upon my arrival and following my check-in, I was told to wait in the back for my waxing services. I waited for about 10-15 min just to be told by the person providing the services, Julie aka JuJu Nguyen, to wait by the bar area because no one told her that she had an appointment scheduled at that time. After waiting by the bar area for about 5 more minutes, JuJu called me to the back. Then I had to wait longer because she still was not fully prepared. She complained about the front area staff not letting her know that she had an appointment. Iβve never experienced such an experience while getting a Brazilian. It was very painful. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
I just had the most unprofessional interview i have ever had with Julie, the owner. After 20 minutes of waiting, Julie came up to me and asked me 5 questions, one of them being Do you have kids (which is illegal). Then told me they would be in touch and to have a good day. She did not tell me anything about the position. No indication of pay, what my duties would be, what i could bring to the table, etc. After looking through the time stamp on my texts, I realized the interview had lasted about 3 minutes. I also spent 20 minutes watching the nail techs work. As a nail tech myself, I know they do not clean the pedicure basins correctly or sanitize the impliments between uses. Dont go here
I have been the the Rose Couture Nail bar twice now and am blown away by their professionalism and quality of service. I always get dip for my nails and they last an entire month with no chips or cracks which is the longest I have had a dip manicure last. Itβs also a really beautiful space so I feel relaxed when I go there. I would highly recommend it !
My favorite nail salon in Dallas & Iβve tried A LOT. Every technician (seriously) has been personable, professional & has great attention to detail!
One of my favorite nail salons in Dallas. Live the decor! Service is very consistent, everyone is great so no need to worry about booking with one person. Easy to book appointments online. If you do want to book with a person, make sure to call.
I made a scheduled appointment with May Nguyen. She removed the nail polish on my nails. After that, she said she has another appointment and had someone else do my nails. So unprofessional.Whatβs the point of making an appointment if you canβt stick with it. No one offered me a drink.Overpriced. Not worth half the price.
They are appointment only now but I got lucky as a walk in. I got the couture pedicure and it was amazing, scrubbed all the dead skin off my Heels and thatβs always a plus for me. Then I got a full set from Steven and he was so quick but such good quality work. This is like my 4th time there but my first time getting a full set & eye brow wax. Everyone has on a mask unless theyβre drinking their complimentary cocktails. Very clean the manager and a designed cleaning person were cleaning up & disinfecting constantly super safe
I love Nina! Sheβs been doing my nails since they opened and she is THE BEST!
Wow wow wow professionalism clean they are so perfect
Made an appointment at 4 pm, confirmed twice, arrived at 4:01 and was told they were βbacked up.β Waited until 4:52 and was not seen once - only was given a cup of water. saw the person I was supposed to have an appointment with see 2 different people within that time period and not once check on me. This was my first time at this nail salon and it was a terrible experience - no remorse from the staff either except for another nail artist who tried to ask the front desk what was going on.Will not be returning
Lovely place with very nice and friendly staff
Great service, atmosphere and prices!
Great price, service and application of gel polish for nails. Option to do manicure or just gel polish.
Got a mani pedi first time since last year. They took amazing care of my annoying cuticles and and rough skin. My paws and claws look fabulous and i feel like a new me! So thankful! Great atmosphere definitely my favorite nail shop in dallas!!!
Great find! Plan to return. They performed tempature checks & had each person coming in wash their hands. Called in and they got my daughter in right away to remove acrylic nails
Super instagramable, very nice staff, amazing techs, see May and Juju. Safety protocols in place, temperature checks, wash hands next, and social distancing parties and mask required!
Juju did amazing! My nails lasted so long!
Today, what should have been relaxing experience because of the color of my skin became the most uncomfortable thing ever. My money and credit cards have the same value possibly more than other patrons but today I was embarrassed and has security called on me because I demanded to be treated with the same respect as everyone else. Do NOT spend your money here
May is has been my nail tech for over 8 years. Service is efficient, work quality is pristine, and she is delightfully professional. Book her!
Pricing is way off as it is listed online. Please call and ask before you even make it to your appointment, so you wonβt be surprised. I had an appointment today & my total should be $45 (as listed online), but I decided to call to double check and the lady said $85. Hell No! I canceled my appointment.
This place has the absolute worst service Iβve ever seen. The owner is disrespectful to customers. Itβs horrible. Take your coins where you are celebrated.
It was a beautiful facility. The staff is really friendly. We were there til they closed finishing up services which allowed me to witness them actually disinfecting and cleaning the stations. Our nails look great, my toes are too my satisfaction, but my technician didnt work to smooth my soles. For the base price and tip I expected my feet to be smooth. I love the ambiance and the products didnt feel cheap. The massage was nice, but when I pay $60 for a pedicure with callus treatment I expect smooth heels. As far as social distancing and Covid-19 precautions, the staff ESPECIALLY the 2 men working do NOT keep their masks on. Staff members hovered to watch the technician do our custom nail designs and 2 people were wearing their masks like a chin strap. My daughter needed her phone out of her purse for the tech to look at the design pic again and the tech asked one of the male employees to dig in her purse. My daughter had to stop him and told him she could do it herself. They took liberties that showed they are too loose with Covid-19 precautions. As far as the pricing, there are a lot of surprises at the end. They require a deposit to book and almost forgot to apply the credit to the total. Felt kind of shady. They couldnt give me a price for a basic flower design for a kids pedicure. Then my oldest daughter was nickle and dimed about shape style and design. It was interesting the price was double by the end of the visit. Its a beautiful facility, but Idk if Id return.
