By far the best salon in dallas!!! Victoria is amazing with my nails and lashes. Highly recommended!The salon is so clean and decorated so classy. Everyone is very friendly!!!

Visiting the area got a full set yesterday he didnt use enough acrylic at all the nails were bending had to tell him to apply more to two that were really thin.. got back to my hotel room went to the restroom and BROKE A NAIL Im sooooo disappointed ☹️

Reply to your response: if this is the case then why when I brought it to the attention of the cashier at checkout, the SAME day of service, before I left the appointment did he not make it right and charge the correct amount then? All they offered was to do hot stone (that I paid for and did not actually recieve) on my wet, freshly pedicure toes which makes absolutely NO sense! If you really are serious about good customer service, then I would have only been charged for the basic pedicure since that is the service that I actually received that day. I did alert the workers in a very kind and polite way, but Im not about to make a big scene and argue and disrespect my reputation over this. Maybe thats whats expected to actually get whats right these days...Buyer beware! Today was a pretty big rip off! I paid $8 extra for the deluxe pedicure service and only received the house (regular/basic) pedicure service. The menu specifically states that deluxe pedicure comes with hot stones and 2 additional amenities but I received none of these. My nail tech actually did a rushed basic pedicure and when I brought it to their attention at the registrar they offered nothing to make it right. My nail tech told me he could still do the hot stones but my toes were still wet so that would have ruined the nail color. The host was trying to get me to buy a more expensive pedicure when I came in and kept saying we have a 20% discount so itll be the same price. I sure am glad I didnt bc it would have likely been the same basic pedicure service, upcharged. This was my 2nd time here. There will not be a 3rd. I prefer places that actually render the services that are promised when I make my purchase.. the least they could have done was charged me for the basic pedicure since that is what I actually received.

They did amazing job on my nails, and the massage I received with my pedicure is probably the best I’ve ever received.

I really don’t understand how this place has 3 stars. I went in today at 1pm with my mom for our appointment. We were both treated great! I got the signature combo and she got dipped nails and a pedicure. We will definitely be repeat customers! Amazing service, thank you! I would like to add that we came here because we saw how they were sanitizing their business on Instagram. I appreciate the extra precautions that are being executed!

Asked the hotel concierge for a local nail salon for manicure. Service was fast and accommodating. I had a broken finger that they handled with care and still were able to paint all 10. Staff was great and offered beverages while there. Would recommend for a quick nail fix or some time to you self.

The guy was rough on my pedicure. Even though my toe hurt the next 2 days, its a clean salon and I will try it again with a different nail tech.

I bought a set of gel dipped nails and I accidentally hit them on my car door. Two tips completely broke off. I have never had nails break on me with a light touch. I am very sad because these are my birthday nails. I had them done Saturday and they broke Saturday. They looked great but the quality was poor/very thin.

I just walked in since I didn’t have an appointment. Got my toes and nails done, the people were very nice and informative. Relaxing and well worth it.

I thought the young lady who greeted us was very friendly and helpful bringing us drinks. She really made my friends and I feel comfortable. The three of us came for basic manicures and my friends were happy with the service.Jessica was my nail technician and she made me super uncomfortable. She took an extra 20 minutes because she randomly left me with me with my hands in hot water for 10 minutes. She nipped me once and she was rude. I was asked to pay pay before the service so I tipped 20% expecting the service to be good. She misplaced her copy of the receipt and started opening my purse and taking my phone out to open the wallet compartment. It was bizarre. She did not speak any English but she could have at least motioned towards my purse before going for it. Thankfully, the kind lady at the front desk found the receipt on the floor. It just wasn’t a relaxing experience at all so please try to avoid Jessica.

EXCEPTIONAL service. CLEAN. Timely. Efficient. Diverse staff and clientele. I loved my time at Posh Nail Spa today. Everyone was extremely nice and provided the best customer service I’ve experienced in a nail spa in quite some time. I will definitely tell all my friends, AND I’ll be returning sooner than later. ☺️

Had a terrible experience at this nail place yesterday. Went in to have my dip powder removed and to have my nails cut shorter and painted with regular polish to give my nails a break. The person who greeted me at the desk was friendly and got me to sit down whilst she got someone to assist, I thought ok first impressions good as it was a new salon for me as my regular was busy. The next person who came to do my nails, was not friendly and generally seemed annoyed to be having to do my nails. I dont know if its because he wasnt going to get as much money for the service or because he didnt want to assist me. He painted my nails which look an absolute mess and didnt even put a top coat on which I didnt realize he hadnt done until I got home. On top of this before he even painted my nails he asked me to pay for the service so being polite I regretfully tipped 20% and paid for my service upfront. Once he had painted my nails instead of letting me sit and dry he told me to go and sit by the door for them to dry (even though the place was quiet and there was no need to move me) and then sat and joked around with his co-worker. He never came to check my nails to see if they were dry like other places usually do, I was never offered a drink (like most nail places in Dallas), or even said goodbye or thank you when I left. I got home and looked at my nails and they look awful and were not painted well. They are chipped already and I noticed he hadnt painted one of my nails on one side fully. I am now going to have to go to another salon and pay again to get my nails re-done after one day. Appalling customer service.

I came here for my prom nails and I loved them and I also got my toes done but no manicure just nails and it came out to be almost $200. I have never paid so much money they hurt my toes and I think he kept adding more and more thing to my nails and it didn’t look bad it was a lot. Too much money don’t recommend there are places that do the same service just as nice and for way cheaper.

The service is fine, but the prices don’t match up. It’s more expensive and a bit of a downgrade compared to other nail places. Most nail places have massage chairs, offer drinks, and more options on the menu. The pedicure itself was great however and it was very clean. But I think the price for the service is not worth it at all.

Got my nails done here this past weekend (1st time ever), two nails cracked by Saturday evening within two hours of being done and one nail just completely broke today; Monday! I will not be back. Priced way TOO high for the terrible product they are offering. The location is pretty and decor is on point. Perhaps we can now invest in better products for your consumers to justify the price?? I had my nails filled and it cost me $60. INSANE!

I went to another, cheap but well rated, salon to get acrylics with tips for a wedding I was in that weekend. The woman doing my nails spoke very little English but she informed me that she was going to use some new form of acrylic. When I asked her if it was going to look the same she said it would be better and more natural. Not only did it look chalky and thick, but she didnt even put tips on! The color was supposed to be a white-pink and it came out the color of my skin so it looked like I had no fingernails. When I asked her to at least paint over them (which Ive done with acrylic before), she said couldnt do it cause of the material. I left crying with 13 cuts on my hands.Found Posh a few minutes away and walked in without an appointment. They were pretty busy but I explained my what had happened and they seated my immediately. Wayne took care of me and got me some water. He noticed all of my cuts and was VERY careful to not get too much alcohol on them. He was constantly asking about my comfort level and how I liked his work. He removed the chalk acrylic and replaced them with tips and a beautifully natural acrylic that he painted white-pink. I was in and out just shy of an hour and a half and I left with BEAUTIFUL nails, a smile on my face, and one of Waynes cards.I will definitely be going here from now on!

I was here yesterday getting my nails done. Ryan Nguyen was the person who did my set of acrylics. We had 6 people in our group, and called ahead to let them know we were coming and what services we were going to have done. Upon arrival they were ready to get started, which was great. Ryan seemed really nice at first, and very quickly became less upbeat and more rude. I told him specifically that I wanted my real nails cut down, and I wanted tips glued on, because when my real nails are long they hurt and I would rather have fake tips. I also have to worry about them chipping away much quicker when theyre my real nails vs fake tips. He had a very hard time getting tips to stay on my first hand, and upon starting my 2nd hand commented on how he thought I should use my real nail instead of tips. I again explained I wanted my real nails short with tips. He ignored my request and did my last hand on my real nails. So I have one hand done one way and the other done another way. He cut my hands in multiple places, and was extremely rude through the remainder of my time there. I will NEVER EVER return to posh nail spa, and would recommend that nobody EVER use Ryan!!! Its not worth your money!!!

I have been getting my nails done consistently for the past 4 years. I have been going to Posh since I moved to Dallas, and I am obsessed. The associates at this location are very kind and always tending to me while I am there. Jessica is my fave! Highly recommend

I was wowed with my first impression of this place, (the salon itself is very elegant) but that quickly changed after I began receiving my service. For starters this place is way overpriced $20 more than it would be had I gone anywhere else. Secondly, the lady that did my nails did not listen to anything I said about how I wanted them shaped not to mention she filed away and damaged all of my cuticles AND my skin and my nail bed now looks very nasty and is peeling HORRENDOUSLY!! I told her that I was not satisfied with my nails and she replied with “I don’t know what to say” she was very nonchalant and didn’t seem to want to correct her mistake. Last but not least, she didn’t apply the powder close to my cuticle, so a couple of days later it looked as if my nails had grown out and been on for a couple of weeks (as if I had gotten acrylic nails). I am so disappointed that I wasted $60 at this place to leave so dissatisfied and to, only one week later be needing another set of nails due to her lack of applying the powder at my cuticles. I do not recommend you go here and I will not be returning. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolutely awful experience, still had to pay. My appointment was booked with the technician Ryan. At first, my impression of the salon was that it is upscale and professional.Quickly, Ryan altered that impression for me.He was short with his response, rude, and could not accomplish the quality of nail I expected from this place.After complaining, the hostess tried to direct me to his Instagram.It seems this salon makes a point to accommodate this employees actions, as I was offered an array of excuses as to why we hadn’t “hit it off.”I stopped the services, and simply asked them to finish removing my previous nails. They didn’t even fully get them removed before I left.Spent an hour and $31 for a horrible experience.

Best mani pedi experience of my life. Got a wonderful massage, excellent job on the nails, and everyone was so kind and helpful.

We were looking at Marilyn Monroe videos when a staff told us toKeep the volume down. We werent listening to rap or anything disrupted. Very stupid! The work is not good. I came in for French white tip and they did something way different. Its a joke. If I could upload a picture yall would laugh. Its not always true that you pay for what you get. I couldve gotten some thing way better in Garland for less money and better quality than this. Its embarrassing

DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME!! This is the worst managed nail salon I have ever been to. The customer service is terrible. We set up an appointment a week in advance to enjoy some much needed pampering. We arrived and 5 guys were standing behind the counter arguing with each other. I let them know we were there, and one guy mentioned to the other, that we needed chairs together, no one else said anything, I assumed we were checked in and good. We waited 35 minutes and when I inquired about the status, I was told that I was third on the list. I reminded the guy that we had an appointment, and he said, ya, it will be a few minutes, as we are discussing this, another customer came in and was immediately taken to a chair for her pedicure. I was told, it was because she had an appointment with an specific person and I did not, after a few minutes they called us and told us we needed to sit apart. I walked out, and currently writing this review while getting a pedicure own he street. Will never ever go back..

Convenient location and parking. Disappointed there are no massage chairs with the pedicure. Thats half of the experience for me! Also the person who did my eyebrow wax was rushed and didnt even pluck the stray hairs. They werent even busy so that was surprising considering how much they charge.

They did a good job but one weird thing was I had 2 people doing my mani and pedi at the same time and neither one would talk to me. They would answer a question then immediately go back to talking to each other in their language. I know allot of time people want to tune out but I was trying to initiate conversation and it was not happening. Kinda uncomfortable.

This is the most racist establishment I have ever been to in my entire life. I came in with a friend, and told the front desk girl what I wanted which was just a removal of the shellac and a new set. Well my friend that is caucasian was taken right away so I decided to sit next to her and wait. Another older caucasian lady came in for the exact same service was taken before me. When I asked why was she taken before I was..I was told that she was not getting the same service. She literally sit right next me and I watched her shellac get removed and the tech started on her new set. It was the most humiliating experience I have ever had in my life. I would never return back to this place. My best friend wanted to leave but I told her dont worry just finish and we wont come back. She was unhappy with her nails anyway.

Love this place! They get my gels off quickly and my Polish lasts forever. Not to mention they are always very nice.

Being from another state, I needed to get a mani/pedi. Found Posh and decided to stop on a whim to see if I can get these services done. I was seated right away and my nails (hands and feet) look terrific (and my hand nails were terrible to begin with)! Thank you Posh you both did an amazing job!

So I went back today and yay!!!! My nails are back to beautiful perfection!!!! (Refer to Frances Green review) my gray ombré nails are exactly what I wanted!!! Even got a different shape to be less conservative. Kenneth as always is an artist when doing nails- I might have been overly emotional but they are my nails. ❤️❤️❤️Posh Nails!!!!

Terrible nail service. Went in to get one nail fixed and instead of soaking the damaged nail (which takes 5 mins) he decided to put powder over the damaged nail which ended up thick, messy and unpolished. And the staff wasnt very apologetic, offering a haphazard apology and reluctantly offered for me not to pay the $5. Will not be back. Way overpriced for the hype.

This place has high prices for terrible service.... I got a full set on my nails and one cracked 2 days later...the techs attitude was horrible... I asked for a certain color and a week later they look nothing that I asked for!!! Dont waste your money!!!!

Yesterday I made a visit to the McKinney St location and was a bit disappointed. First I set my appointment time for 6:30-when calling to confirm this time the day of the appointment, mind you I called-I was told that my time was actually 30 minutes earlier which it was not. However I rearranged my schedule to make it there closer to 6 than 6:30. Upon my arrival I was greeted warmly and was put at ease when meeting Victoria as she assured me she could perform the service I requested. I wanted two aquarium nails with a nexgen set. Once we started however she stated that my hands would look better with acrylic. I wasnt sure what that meant but I went along with it. I then asked her if she had performed this service on anyone. At first she said no-then she quickly changed it and said she had with her colleagues. She failed twice when she attempted to complete the service. At this point I was an hour late to my other engagements and told her I would do an easier design. She started on one nail and I noticed it was very plain but didnt want to complain. I gave her a recommendation for the next nail however she did the exact opposite. I asked for a diagnol line she gave me vertical. Im irate at this point because I HATE vertical lines on my nails. She had spent so much time on my nails I didnt want anything more but to leave. I drove an hour out of my way on my BIRTHDAY to not get what I wanted. I feel this should have been on the house and I would have gladly returned in the future. However since she acted as nothing was wrong I am sure they will never see me again. She did a wonderful job on the rest of my nails and clearly knows whats she is doing but not for aquarium nails. Practice makes perfect Victoria. No shade but you didnt geter done ya know.

Ive tried this nail spa 3 times, because it is the closest place to where I live. It got worse with every visit.This place is VERY expensive. You would think that paying $75 for a pedicure that it would be enjoyable and clean, but it was very perfunctory, rushed and sloppy. That I had to ask them to clean the bowl before expecting me to use it was icing on a very nasty cake.

My friend and I decided to do a spa day and we went to this place. My massage room was not ready when we arrived I had to wait 30 minutes while they prepared the room. We made our appointment well in advance. The message was fine, the facial was fine and the manicure was fine but TJ did my pedicure and he did an awful job. He rushed and didnt put on a bottom coat before he started and my manicure looked like a child did it. I asked them to fix it and they appeared reluctant because it was the end of the day but I just paid them $225 + $ 30 gratuity they added and I still left an extra $20tip, at that point I figured I should leave happy. These people are a joke and the manager had the attitude ofwell we have your money now. I will not be returning. I will stick to Avanti Spa.

I would like to begin by saying I have been going to this salon for almost a year and in the past they have done amazing beautiful work. But recently (to be exact Nov 3) i went in for my regular ombre nails. My regular nail tech Kenneth was unavailable but suggested another tech.Fast Forward 2 hour and 53 mins later Im finally done for what appears to be the work of a child playing with her mothers nail polishes. I was not please with the finish product to be polite. I paid and walked out and started to bit the nails off. I walk back in and request they soak nails off ASAP. They apologize because they knew the nails were AWFUL, poorly done. I spent another 28 mins to have them soak the nails off.Long story shortened they stated I should have never paid for the poorly done nails and when i come back in they would do my nails at no additional cost, in turn I made an appointment for today 11/16/2017.11/15/2017I was called by the receptionist Shelby the night before stating they needed to change my 10am appointment to 3pm for my nail tech Kenneth which was going to be impossible, I asked for Ryan (another amazing nail tech, I should use the words nail artist because Kenneth and Ryan are talented artist when doing nails) which they accommodated for 12, which still was doable for myself since i had late meetings at work and dinner party plans this evening.11/16/2017I get to salon at 11:53am and waited patiently until 12:07pm when Ryan appears and i advise him what I needed; Gary ombre nails. He stated that oh they said it was a fill (how the hell do I need a fill when i MADE you take off my nails after you did them.) I smiled he advised me what he could do which was going to be unacceptable.I told him to soak off the nails that i had someone quickly do for myself (I paid for a nail tech to come to my home and do my nails, for an absurd amount) and call it a day.Paid the $12.00 for the nail soak, and still made another appointment for 11/22/2017 and advised the receptionist, do you have it in the books correctly, she advised YES.At this point this will be the FINAL chance i give this salon, if i pay good money; which they keep charging me and taking my money, than I should receive good quality work. If I stop paying than they would have a problem with me walking out after they provide terrible service and or quality of work.Currently the customer service at Posh is lacking. I keep asking myself why do i want to be punished by this establishment so much.Ive made my piece, we will see what happens on the 22th...............

My (now) husband and I went to get mani/pedis before our rehearsal dinner. It was a way to be relaxed and have my nails done before the wedding. Both of our manicures were horrifingly bad. My nail beds literally stung from the cuticle cutting. His and my cuticles were in bad shape the next day (overdried and not at all moisturized). My gel manicure bubbled on the edges within 2 days. When I run my fingers through my hair, my hair gets caught in the lifted edges of the gels. When I called to ask for a refund or a repair, they told me they only guarantee it for 7 days. So calling the day after (despite being otherwise consumed with an important life event) was insufficient. Ive never had such a bad manicure in my life. Anyone who looked at the gels would be appalled. Do not go to Posh. It is over priced, they do a bad job, and their management has horrible customer service.

Its a glam place with good service but I dont think their product is strong. The shellac they do doesnt even last you a full week and Ive had shellac done that lasts up to 3 weeks in a Wal-Mart. Your basic pedicure doesnt include all the things that you would get at any other place with lots of wine and TLC like the Hawaiian Nail Bar for example and they have to upsale you so that you get what you want instead of just give you what you need. The for $ more you can get X gets a little old after a while and the constant interruption to sell you an addition doesnt really let you relax. Also, everytime you walk in you have to give them your personal information on paper, name, phone number, email, service requested etc. when they should keep an electronic database of clients. The final product, very well done at first sight but it doesnt last so what is the point of spending so much money if its gonna go to waste! I have been their client for mani/pedi/wax and they do an inferior job compared to any other place. They have a LOT to learn.

Dont bother. Cut my nails too short - going to find a place and pay for a new set. Not happy - been going there for a while. When they get in a hurry, they do poor work.
