Never again would I come here in my life, brought my mom for a pedicure and I wanted a simple gel French manicure. Well I had to sit for 3 hours and the lady that was doing my French cut a lot of my nails. She left one hand larger than the other. She didn’t even know what she was doing. She basically f@$:?( up my nails. And the funny part is that I had to pay 20 dollars for this nasty work, had to stop her from messing up my nails any longer. Save your money and go to other place. There was another girl that got charge $75 dollars for regular tip and the nails where also horrible.

I’ve been coming to princess nails for a while now . Ever since 2009 back in high school . I love how Kim is such a nice person . Also I always do my nails with either Kim or Nancy . They do such a great job . All the employees from here always do a great job . I recommend it here 1000% 💕☺️

Love getting my nails done at Princess Nails. It can be a long wait but Daniel is worth it. Dont expect champagne or any of that stuff...just skilled techs doing their work super well. Dont sleep on this place!

Went here to get some acrylics done, and the lady was very nice and did exactly what i wanted, it didn’t even hurt at all! Will return soon.

NEVER get your feet done here they don’t use brand new equipment on ur feet they use same tools over and over again just wash them with soap n water(seen with my own eyes) then the old big lady with glasses rushes through ur feet so fast and she cannot do acrylic on feet at all!!!!

PLEASE GO TO ANY OTHER PLACE IN DALLAS, PRINCESS NAILS HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST🥴 . I always came here for pedicures or if I needed a last minute set 5 minutes from me. Didn’t mind the small place, or the nasty customer service from Kim the owner. But today was my last time I will ever go. If you ever do want to come here, (i don’t see why you would waste money or time here anyway) but keep in mind, they do not sanitize their supplies SOME they do but if you look closely they really don’t. Also, they do what they want on you, not what you ask them. I should’ve taken pictures of the place. Plenty of other nicer places around with better service and quality!

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always a long wait every time, can’t make appointments and when asked how long is the wait it’s always a lie add about 20 more minutes to it. Never coming back not worth the time I’m wasting when I could be doing something else! It’s not even clean, it’s old and understaffed.

I have been coming here about 12-13 years!!! Everyone is always so friendly and professional. Don’t expect any fancy drinks or wine. But expect awesome customer service. Usually there is a little wait but they move pretty fast. I always wait on Moon, she does a awesome pedicure!!

I will never go back here. I spent 100 plus dollars to go in this place and come out looking like I did my nails myself. I honestly wanted to cry because I dont get a break much. The customer service was awful, my feet felt like they were never done and were painted awful. My nails looked like I needed a fill when they were done. All thet are worried about is payment. I wasted my money and hate I did. The I went with my fiance and he got his feet done as well. They put us in spa chairs separate from each other and got upset when I told then I wanted to sit by him. They didnt even offer a bottled water. I had to go next door to get something to drink. I mean this place was so off the scale. I wish i never had gone in here and spent a dime at all. My hands and feet have never looked so bad. Just awful. I hate for anyone to even ask me who did my nails IRS embarrassing and I got my toes done to have to put tennis shoes on because there job was so awful. To be in quarantine for weeks and not able to get your nails done rite is a major upset. Do unto others as you would want others to do unto you. Do others hands and feet like you would want yours done. Dont just take our money and do whatever. Take more pride in your customers like your customers care about you. The experience I had with them just upset me like please care more about your customers. Even if we arent your regulars. These nail shops gave really gotten to the point where they just come off oh well pay me.

My technician was very well experienced Im 100-percent pleased and I believe that anyone that goes there will also be pleased it was a long wait but thats expected with it being such a popular place!!!

I sat in a hard plastic chair for close to two hours while my fiancee got her nails done. They look incredible, 10/10 would visit again, but please get more comfy chairs.

Love the work and the prices found Tony on IG and fell in love with Yancy their work is awesome and I have yet to find another shop that offers the colored acrylic

This was the WORST pedicure I’ve ever had in life. A preschooler could have done better. From the way that my toe nails were filed to the paint job: A MILLION THUMBS DOWN.

Loved my nails! I had gone to another shop and it was horrible my nails came off in days, so I decided to come here and my nails are very nice and well done! I will be coming back!!!

Ive been coming here for the past 12 years. Kim the manager is wonderful and shes very professional. I dont really let anybody else touch my eyebrows except for her. If you want a manicure expect to wait around 1.5 -2 hours. Thats the only downside. The place is always packed and they dont do appointments. If you wanna stop by its best to go in the afternoon after 2pm. Its extremely busy in the AM. I usually go around 6.

This was my first time here and I came because I was told it was close, affordable, and provided good service. All of that was true!! Nancy did my nails so good, and my nails are hard to work with since they’re virtually non existent. I walked in without an appointment and they got me seated within 15 minutes, with two people in front of me. I got a full powder set and Nancy was so friendly the whole time. I was in and out within an hour and they had a packed salon. I will DEFINITELY be back!!

I absolutely LOVE coming here. I have NEVER been to a nail shop where everyone who worked in the salon had GREAT customer services. A friend of mine told me about this place 2 years ago and Ive been coming every since. Even though its 30 minutes away from my house and I pass many nail shops on my way here its worth every mile I drive.!

I had been going there for 6 years, the guy Tony that did my nails left so Kim started doing my nails she come in one day and was just in a bad mood. She kept jumping up to do other stuff while she was doing my nails, and when she did sit down to do my nails she was doing a rush job so when I tell her 2 nails wasn’t straight she got mad and said I don’t have to come anymore and I don’t have to pay. Wow, I told he this how you treat someone that’s been coming here for 6 years? She just said ok bye and wouldn’t say anything else. I didn’t get no attitude I just left I couldn’t believe she would treat someone like that that’s been coming to their shop for 6 years.wow

This is my go to spot! Everyone is nothing short of AMAZZZZING. Nancys mom & Kim are the go to for BROW wax, while Tony & Nancy go hard on finger/toe nails. It is super packed FRI, SAT & SUN. best bet is to go early weekday. Love them!

I have been coming here for several years and I love it. The salon isnt the fanciest looking place, I will admit. But I get compliments on my nails every time I go out. Kim, the owner, does an amazing job and I wont be going anywhere else for as long as she is around. Moon does amazing pedicures and I swear has helped me prevent an ingrown toenail. Her designs are gorgeous too.I get a colored acrylic powder, covered in a UV gel, and I only have to go once a month or so because my nails grow slowly and the UV is so durable. I came here for my wedding pampering and it was perfect.Dont let looks deceive you. Ask for Kim for nails, or Moon for a pedicure, and you wont be sorry.

I went in there in the morning and in 15 minutes I was getting my nails done the one lady in there she took her time on my nails and it came out so pretty I love it and I will always make my choice going back there

I’ve been going here for 3 years and I love them! I usually walk right in and have my favorite Tony do my nails. I would advise to go doing the weekdays tho when it’s less busy. But other than the wait, I have nothing negative to say!

If you want to get your nails done right without paying a ridiculous amount of money, this is the place to go. Only reason why I dont give 5 stars is because its not a fancy place, it is small but they always do great work and like I said cant beat the prices.

Stumbled upon this place on Google a year ago & I havent allowed any other nail place to give me a full set!! From the shaping of the nail tips, to the acrylic, they do an amazing job! The nails last long as well. They have many different powders to chose from but I am very particular about the way I like my nails to look so I typically just bring my own.

Before Covid, 2 hr Wait. No appointments. Great Job Tho. Guess You Cant Rush Greatness, cause these Nails LASSSTTT!

This salon is Great! Went on my 30min lunch break on a Friday, had a Shellac paint, and back to work on time...and it looked PERFECT. The staff was nice, and it was a clean, pleasant environment. Ive found my new nail hot spot!

This place was fast, clean, and my nails look great. Got a great massage and exfoliation on my pedicure. I dont like a million options for a pedicure.. princess nails gets the job done. Could use more polish colors.

Its a good place to get your nails done, long wait as expected, only reason its not a 5 star is because my little sister got her eye brows waxed and the after that she got a really bad reaction or rash from it, she always gets them done and that never happens. Just wont be getting that done anymore.

I got my nails done Sunday and Monday a nail broke so Tuesday I come in and get it fixed, Tuesday night another nail breaks so I have to go BACK in to get another nail fixed and they don’t even acknowledge me when I walk in and have me waiting a long time. It’s awkward in this nail shop no music, everyone is quiet and it’s hot in there.

I was charged $82 and I was at the right place lmao. Ive been coming here since 2015 and literary live 5min away. I have never had a bad experience here. I dont mind paying $82. my problem is my nails did not last more than 2 weeks and the owner did them. Would yall keep going if you had the same experience?

I went in before work only* to have my nails removed. The woman continually tried to sell me another service even after I explained that I didnt have the time. She then went on a 5min rant in her native language and proceeded to completely mangle my cuticles.I tried to make conversation but she was cold and seemingly annoyed? I will not be back.

I won’t be back!!! I just had the worst service! The lady drilled my nail- it started to burn a bit and the lady didn’t apologize...She continued to talk on the phone! On top of that she was rough and rude to me the whole time and tried to sing to me happy Birthday after she noticed I was uncomfortable! Do not go here!

I go every 2 weeks and have the solar gel powder done on my nails. I love coming here. The service is winderful my nails look awesome everytime and they last through everything. I work as a Lead Busser at my job so I need polish that will take the beating and still look fresh. I have absolutley no complaints, my nails continue to look great even after 2 weeks of my work and everyday life. I definitely recommend coming here but you have to come early because they only take walkins.

Probably the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. I walked into the salon and its absolutely disgusting and dirty. There is nail residue and dirt everywhere. I ask them if they do SNS or powder gel nails and they say yes. I later found out they actually put acrylic powder on your nails, put a gel coat on top, and call it gel powder or sns nails. They charge twice the cost of acrylic nails for this. Save your money and go somewhere clean and reputable. This place just isnt worth it
