My husband and I stopped in on Sunday. We asked for him to receive a pedicure and manicure. After we were sat down I decided to get a pedicure also. We picked our gel colors. Then we were given the menu to pick our pedicure. Theres always a small amount of miscommunication due to the language barriers but we have always managed. After spending way too long on my husbands pedicure the lady used the wrong product and couldnt get the paint to dry while she also layed the light on the nails. So then she had to remove the paint and start over. Soon after another woman took over and finished the paint and drying process. The man that did my pedicure was very nice and did a good job. I left satisfied but a bit taken aback with the price. Today however I noticed that the polish was painted up on the cuticle and just started to peel right off. For $130.00 plus whatever my husband tipped them, it wasnt worth the price. Just because a salon offers 2 complimentary drinks doesnt make them a better salon or worthy of larger amounts of money. They took so long my husband didnt even get his manicure but since the result for what we had done turned out like it did, its probably best.

There was only one choice available off the menu. Our nail tech was very nice and thorough, but she was the only one available, so we had to wait for each other as she did one of us at a time. It is nice that they open so late into the night. In the end we did loved that we could get our pedicure!

Best nail techs I have had in years. So glad I stumbled across this place. Bar tender/cashier is so friendly and sweet, great customer service, cant believe I gave her her first tip tonight, she totally deserves it. Me my husband and my little sister received Mani and pedis, waxing, etc. And what we paid was totally worth it. We will definitely be returning

I go here on a regular basis. Austin does my nails and toes and he always does a fire job!!!!! I definitely recommend him to anyone.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks available, open till midnight and plenty of staff available to meet your needs, my only complaint is they are a little over priced, other than that I highly recommend!

This is the 5th place in the DFW area that I’ve visited for gel nails. Hands down they do them the best. Most other places make them extra thick. This place makes them thin looking and natural. They get you in an out. And they’re reasonably price. They’re my go to spot for gel nails now.

My Best friend and I went in pretty late around 9pm. And we waited a good 45+ minutes to be seated.When we finally sat down they brought over two of their workers. One of them looked extremely tired. (She was limping around and her eyes & face where red and she was blinking a lot) When we asked one of the workers how long she had been working for she got an an attitude with us and told us that the girl was perfectly capable of continuing to work.My best friend told them that she wasn’t going to be attended by her since she clearly looked tired. And instead of offering someone else, they all started talking among each other and laughed…. The experience was extremely uncomfortable

Seriously sick of it . I never make reviews but because I have time waste and wouldn’t want anyone else to waste there time here . This is the 3rd time I come and there service is horrible . I always call before to make sure they have availability and when I get there I end up waiting like an hour or so it’s ridiculous. Today I drove all the way over here JUST because they open late not because of their work and I CALLED BEFOREEEEEE TO ask if they could do a full set dip and pedicure. Once I get here they said they have 3 people waiting in front of me and they couldn’t do my full set . It’s so annoying . They always mess up . They have lack of staff . They are rude and the owner her self is rude . Don’t come waste your time here ! Ps Amber and all of you need to do a better job .

Absolutely loved how my nails came out! Great location if you happen to be staying at one of the nearby hotels. Kenny did a fabulous job! I really appreciated that he took his time & paid attention to details. All of the staff seemed friendly. Its too bad that I live 3 states away, otherwise make this my go-to salon! But Ill definitely be back next time Im in town.

This place needs to be shut down. They hygiene here is extremely poor, they don’t even put sanitizing powder in the water for your feet to be clean. They just dunk your feet in still water. The chairs are dirty, the tables are dirty. Everything in here is dirty and they are EXTREMELY over priced and they always thinking somebody bout to tip them. CHILD PLEASE! I will never go back here they are a waste of money and a Healy inspector needs to be called IMMEDIATELY on this place.

Would but cant give a Ero. Three times I have called and been told yes we can service and have open chairs. To be told at the door / or parking they wont be able to services. Do you not having a booking system or a appointment person? And even when I make an appointment to be told they over booked. A disappointment!

After asking for my nails to be fixed because they were uneven, not one color, and misshaped I was told they would be fixed. They didn’t fix them so I asked for my money back. Two employees agreed they were poor quality and didn’t want to give me a refund even after I offered to get the nails taken off. The intoxicated Cuban guy ended up going to the ATM and giving me a cash refund. After I told them I wouldn’t be coming back the girl at the desk said please don’t in a condescending tone. Girl bye. I’ve gotten my nails done here so many times and brought my mom here about bragging about them and at this point I wouldn’t recommend them unless you want to leave with misshaped nails with bubbles that need a fill. Pedicure was great though!

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! I have never been treated so poorly. I waiting about 30 minutes for someone to speak to me. When they sat me down the male was very in personal, no greeting. He just got straight to it. VERY ROUGH with me! I showed him a photo. 1 hour into the service I told him it was not correct. He said you don’t like this is pretty, you should keep this . After I refused he keep going anyways.The staff kept coming by talking and starring at me and my friend. Which made us super uncomfortable.Finally I told him to just stop. He started yelling, a lady came to see what the issue was and she started yelling as well. I politely asked them both to reason with ME the customer.. I did not yet ask for a refund or free service I wanted it fix by other person, they refused . I got up and the first thing she said was call the police ( I am no threat ) then goes on to lock us inside. I was completely attacked! Please don’t spend money here. 0 stars !!!

They did not even clean under my nails, she did a very fast and sloppy job. Over charged me and got an attitude because I only left her a $5 tip, she tried asking me to leave her more. I shouldve of even tipped her at all. The service was horrible. Never coming back.

The attitude of one two of the staff members was very unprofessional as they were initially asked of they were able to apply a design for a pedicure. The staff member was upset when we asked about getting two pedicures with designs and they didnt have an available member on shift at the time we were at the establishment. My sister and I decided to leave and drive all way out to downtown Dallass Fab Nail Bar for a late night relaxing pedicure experience!

I got my nails done on July 2nd.On July 4th one of the nails had broke and then another the day after that.I called on the 5th so someone could fix them.I was told that the nail tech that did them would be the one to fix them.I ask when would she be in.I was told any time after 8pm.I came in on July 7th at 7:40.I told the receptionist what I needed done and who service me.She said shell be in at 8pm.I waiting over an hour.She did show up and someone else did my nails mess up.My nails dont match the rest.Im disappointed in the service and quality.

Hey this place is in the heart of addison texas surrounded by many restaurants and bars and four liquor stores and a comedy improve ..this place stays open to midnight and they have a bar inside with tvs everywhere and the chairs are to die for ...hey they may seem like they dont understand English .but they do lol...

This is my third time there and a guy named Peter did my nails. I HATE them. They charge an extra $5 for stilleto shape but they don’t look anything like that. I went in there with better nails than I came out with. He just was in a hurry to be over and done with and didn’t seem to really care about the outcome. I mean I had to remove my own nail polish because it’s easier for him. What am I paying the service for if I’m going to do it myself? I got powder deep and from the years that I’ve had them done, never once have they deeped one finger in the deep powder 3 times and shape with their hands. You put first coat then let it dry a little bit. Very disappointed. Will not be going back. And if you do go, get a different nail tech. Clearly he doesn’t know how to shape nails.

Horrible don’t even waste your time on a weekend night. Me and my sis was approached by a man who was clearly already drunk and asked if we wanted a drink. He was clingy and disrespectful. Made disrespectful remarks about our body shapes as well. The manager was there this night she said he doesn’t work there but he was in there helping. She didn’t apologize or anything she just kept shaking her head. You shouldn’t have anyone in there helping running away the customers.

Came from out of town to have some girl time with my sisters and just got my nails done yesterday and they are already discolored. I got Chrome and the lady didnt put a top coat or anything to prevent it from fading off. They are turning black from the base color because the chrome is coming off so easily. Over priced for something so simple and they didnt even do a good job. They were not friendly and were arguing amongst themselves. First and last time going there!!!

The guy I got was very rough. My friend was waiting patiently to get her nails done too. He was on the phone talking when he cut my finger. I told him and he didn’t care. Then when she sat down said he needed to go home. He demanded payment and took my card. Didn’t tell me how much it was but it was way overpriced. My friend was about to leave until I asked three times if someone could do her nails since she was supposed to be helped. When they realized we were leaving they came helped. They upped the price on her when she was halfway done with her nails. They never offered us a drink unlike the other customer I saw who wasn’t waiting very long. They picked favorites and are very rude. Never coming back! Worst nail salon I ever went to.

The star is only because the older man who did my feet did an okay job but overall the service wasn’t good and they spent a great deal of time gossiping. The chairs didn’t work and half of their supplies weren’t clean. The water didn’t work in all the slots and they had to get water from other stations. I won’t be coming back to this location I’ll stick with the one in southlake.

This place is by far the most ghetto-est nail salon I have ever been too, they change the price on demand, not very customer service oriented. Horrible!!! I had a cut on my toe and she applied and acid based cuticle removal, she then said, its burning because you have a cut.... How smart was that? NEVER again!!!

Walked in and asked for a fill. They said they do fills so Im sat down and they soak my hands. I dont think anything of it. It was acetone. So my existing nails that were just fine are ruined.Oh, we dont do fills for the type of nails you haveI was mad but I was already there so I decide Ill just get a fresh set. Matte black with a short tip please. Im told $35. K.I was on my phone for a good while before I noticed he didnt add a tip so its just powder on my natural nails. I cant find a pricing guide anywhere but Im already this far in.Checking out they tell me its $40.Matte is $5 extraYou said 35 after I said matte. And I didnt get tips.Matte is $5 extra but Ill give it for free this time since its your first time here.Never coming back.Also, my nails are terrible.

I got my nails done a week ago and already broke one and there lifting so bad. the man was already cutting me and rushing on nail but i come back today and she tells me an hour wait and i say ok i’ll be back. i come back in exactly a hour maybe a few minutes before and gave up my spot.

I got a pedicure done and a week after i started noticing a fungus on my toe, it got very bad that it got infected and had to get my nail removed. They do not sanitize their utensils. Please becareful because this can happen to anyone else. They get so busy that they don’t even have enough time to sanitize they keep getting people one after the other and do not care about sanitizing.I have been thru a lot of pain due to my nail being removed. Please everyone be aware of the risk of getting nail fungus in this place.

Never been here and actually been serviced everytime I come here there is an excuse as to why I cannot be serviced I just left out and was told there were 8 ppl waiting when there were barely 8 ppl in the building very weird establishment and for some reason are selective on who they service

They did a horrible job! I will never go back to this shop again. The workers were rude and they scrubbed my feet so hard it hurt to walk on them. I asked for a drink that was never received. I told the man doing my feet twice not to cut my nails and he did anyway! The man that did my nails filed them unevenly and again filed them down to low. I was so upset about the job done on my feet that I asked for overlays to be put in them to make up for the error. I was charged full price for their mistake and they only put polish on just the big toe! I could have done this myself. If there was a no star option they would get it!

I took my daughter to have our feet and nails done. The price tag was 300 dollars!!! Nothing fancy and the nails look awful they arent smooth they are bumpy and uneven. With creases in them and we felt rushed the entire time from start to finish.....DO BETTER!!

I arrived at 10pm & left 1220 😪 The filers are too hard. My hands are hurting & I just sat at a table to dry. No air or light. I assume because it was late & busy they didnt care much about service. Best pedicure ive ever gotten . She was massaging pressure points and everything (tiffany) .I thought maybe it was just her but I heard another customer exclaim how good the pedicure was with another nail tech as well so try your luck !😊I got the cheapest option which was the $30 pedicure. Will be back for pedicures for sure! As for acrylics meh. But I just got a simple design. (I prefer smaller businesses for acrylics as they dont charge 10 extra for french and do not nitpick on designs) Also a good selection of free alcohol options available

Wow rudest staff in the history of public businesses. Walked in no greeting at all, told by some lady doing someone elses nail we are really busy it will be over an hour, you probably should just leave. They are busy fine, would just come back another time but the way she was talking and the complete unprofessionalism means they will never get me to come back in a second time. Dont even walk through the doors, cant imagine how awful the nails would have looked if the staffs attitude is any indication.

Worst experience ever. There is no pride in their work and seems like they let people without experience to do your nails. The staff is so rude and have no consideration or professionalism. I was supposed to leave here feeling relaxed and happy, and instead feel angry, frustrated, and dissatisfied with my nails.

We tried 2xs to get pedis here. We called first, and they told us to come down, and then when we got there, no one would talk to us, or explain what was happening, but they couldnt do the pedi.The only plus was that its open late, but it seems like they dont have anyone working those hours.

I work long crazy hours and the fact they are willing to work so late on Fridays and Saturdays makes me thankful. The shop is in need of some TLC and the loud music was not the best but Katie did my gel manicure and Kimmy my pedicure and did fantastic. We called ahead to make sure they would take us an hour before close and up until 11:40 there were women running in trying to get full sets and pedicures and I watched how accommodating this staff was. Not the most posh place I’ve been to but all the staff is sweet and works hard to get everyone taken care.

Ive given this place way more chances than I should have.Was there Sunday 11/19 late in the evening around 5pm. Not knowing they close at 6pm even though theres a huge neon dign that says open til midnight!So of course they are rushing!No one like to be rushed during a service thats suppose to be realaxing. And that your paying for!I ask for a pedi an full set. I asked for stiletto nails. But of course with a full set. I picked my polish which was a gel color.Thr lady ask me would I like dip powder because it last longer. I specifically asked her can I have dip powder on top a full det she said yes. The guy starts my nails he glues the tips on an applied no acrillic at all an put on tbe dip powder. I told him I asked gor a full set how is this a full set with no acrillic. This is going to look crazy thin. He was like thats how they do the dip powder. I said I asked if I vould get this on a full set. She said yes. Why recommend something to me thats going to completely change what I asked for. Because your rushing an just want yo do what will be done faster!. I hate them! They are so tbin. The powder has lumps an bumps in it! Its terrible. Im goung to have to soak these off an get them redone! Went because they said there was a 10 minute wait. One of my daughters got sat in about 40 minutes. They had difficulty finding the dip colors she selected so she had to find an alternate. My other daughter was overlooked and other walkins were seated ahead of her (she just wanted a polish change). I notified staff that she was waiting and was told, tell the other lady (this would be the 3rd person). After 2 hours we Left. 2 days later my daughters $35 dips are chipped on multiple nails. While I don’t live here, I would never recommend or return. Nice facility but that’s all.

The guy was friendly, he took his time and then two other lady showed up and all the sudden he started rushing through my manicure and I was his first customer I’m not sure why he was in a rush. Over coated my nails they’re not even for fortunate there’s bumps all over them got them done at 11 this morning it is now 230 and my nails already have the nail polish ruined.

My first time going to this nail salon was with a friend to get pampered. There was no wait time and they have many color options to select from.However, this salon reminds me of why I rather go to a smaller shop. This experience was not at all relaxing. They offered me a drink but I couldn’t really enjoy it because both my hands and feet were being worked on at the same time! This takes away from what was supposed to be a relaxing afternoon at the salon. Both the techs that worked on my mani/pedi were subpar.I barely felt the massage portion, water was too cold even after I asked to make it warmer and the products they use are cheap. Massage should be done with oil or lotion that has more slip. The oil they used was cuticle oil and felt sticky.

Waited 3hrs and ended up leaving not being seen. Only to be told theyre sorry, that a man that was not on the payroll wasnt doing his job correctly? After speaking to the manager, she just said whatever about 1t times, and went on about apps and how someone almost beat her up last week. The buisiness she is running, and the way she is running it, I can see why. Manager should be immediately terminated, and whoever the guy is that is working there, but not on the payroll? He needs to be terminated.

Never come here unless you want a nail infection. I got a manicure while she was finishing the top coat my finger started to turn red, the next day I went to my doctor and was prescribed antibiotics. The doctor had to cut my nail off and drain the fluids out from my Infection.

Horrible experience. A group of us walked in, and the guy sitting by the front was so rude and not welcoming at all. So, just my luck, he was the guy who was going to do my nails. Since it was a group of us, I wanted to sit next to my little niece, so I asked nicely if I could move to the chair next to her and his reply “whatever, sit where you want”. Later to come to find out we were getting charged $40 for a FULL ACRYLIC SET???? My friend brought the price menu out and it said the price was $25 for a full set. We asked where the rest is coming from and they wouldn’t answer. Their excuse was “I don’t know, that’s what is in the system”The guy was then trying to hurry up with me & take his next appointment, so he cuts me pretty bad, and rushed through the nail polish, in which looks bad.I looked at my friends nails, and same thing, nail polish was a mess.Nothing looks sanitized!Bad customer service, overpriced, poor work. Never coming back.

Horrific experience. On vacation and got my nails destroyed here. Came for full set and he mistakenly used dip powder and it never bonded so my nails fell off in a day. He didn’t show for appt to fix my nails two days later. One of the ladies offered to do them and cut my cuticles and used super glue to stop bleeding. The next day all my nail beds were inflamed and now my nails are separating from the skin with red blotches around them. Terrible service! Unclean tools, illegal chemicals used

Fav nail shop to go to not only are all the nail techs super talented which is plus when they are busy but they are one of the only nail shops in north dallas that stay open until midnight or later with an appointment. If you havent been yet try them out!!! ☺️

Came to relax. Terrible service. Nail drill started burning my nail bed And hurt. Got the cucumber pedi and she didn’t even massage my legs not to mention I walk. A lot. And my legs hurt. Bad. So I was looking forward to it. My nail tech was terrible. Was not gentle at all. Johnny Didn’t ask me one question about what I wanted. Was in no hurry aka no sense of urgency when I had somewhere to be after they finished. He also took a glove off while doing my nails which I thought was extremely unsanitary. Will not be returning.

Definitely deserves 0 stars!! They are completely unsanitary and do not follow state regulations. They made me wait over 30 min because I chose to do acrylic set instead of dip. The nail tech that initially was going to do my nails refused to because I had changed my mind, so she made me sit and wait until someone decided to come help me. During that time, I asked the guy (a few times) who was doing my friend’s nails if anyone was going to help me and he ignored my question.Then, they go and tell my friends they’re going to be charged $40 for an FULL ACRYLIC set!! I brought over their brochure, which clearly states $25, he said the computer marks it differently. I asked him to explain the breakdown of the charges and he insisted it was $25 for the set, $5 for the shape, $5 for the tip, and $5 for length (medium). He went on to gossip with the surrounding nail techs which led to an argument amongst them. Because of this, he was upset and was a bit rough with my friends nails to the point where he cut her and made her bleed a bit. He didn’t apologize and decided it was okay to just put more acrylic over the cut. The 3 nail techs attending my friends proceeded with a sloppy job and continued with their negative attitude.After all this, someone finally came to offer me help yet I refused because I had to leave soon (after 45min+ of waiting). Needles to say, DO NOT waste your money or your time!

I walked in at this nail salon January 20, 2020 at 3:23pm to get my nails done today on my off day. Soon as I walked in NO ONE greeted me or even acknowledge that I just walked in, and there were two employees at the door with clients as I walked in. I walked to the other side and as I did that no one still greeted me or asked if I needed service today. I went to the nail polish wall look for the color I wanted and didn’t see anything I liked. As the manager stood in the corner on his cell phone having a conversation. So I left.

Do not go here and spend your money go somewhere else. I went today, the guy that did my nails did a horrible job he cut me 3 times you can see my real nail on the side of 7 of my nails like he didnt have enough material to cover my whole nail and they look stupid plus after he finished he asked no complaints? This place is a hit or miss type of spot. Gave it 4 chances thats enough. Good luck to everyone else!

Nail tech is rude, pushy and tells me what I want instead of doing what I ask and paying for so I declined on the manicure since she was already working on my feet and I stopped her in the middle of leg massage with no polish. Someone different is doing my husbands fingers

Their pedicures are amazing! Nice friendly atmosphere, and they really cater to you to make you feel good. I cant wait to bring my mom the next time she comes and visit.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. I tried to give this shop a chance because they are so close to my office, but I will never return nor would I recommend this establishment to anyone. When I entered, two ladies sitting at the front on their phones said nothing to me. I then proceeded to pick a color and finally someone asked me what I needed. 15 minutes later, I finally get up and decide to leave because no one has come back to start soaking off my nails although there were multiple people available. After seeing my frustration, a guy finally came and started on me. Let’s just say that 7 days later, my nails are horrible! Looks like I’ve had them for weeks!!! Poor quality. There’s no reason my nails should look this bad after ONE WEEK! Don’t waste your time or money. Horrible customer service and poor quality.Update 8/16/2021 - gave them another chance, hoping they’d changed - HORRIBLE!

I LOVE my nails!! I wish I had gotten the man’s name that did them because I would definitely go back! He cut my cuticles perfectly, shaped them so well and painted them beautifully. I will definitely go back and seek him out when I do!

Bebe did my nails. I like her alot. Shes friendly and warm. I liked listening to her talk about her kids and her life. She really took her time with my nails and made sure they were cute. I would recommend her.

I came in asking for a take off and a full set. The receptionist looked at my nails and suggested a refill. I usually don’t get refills because I like to have the old nails replaced with new ones but she insisted on the refill which I got. When it was time to pay they charged me for a full set but I never got new nails nor was the old powder completely removed before the new powder was put on . They insisted that I pay $30 for a refill. My nails are super short with just a normal square shape. That is insanity!!!This place is only useful because they’re open late otherwise there would be absolutely no reason to come here. There are better quality nail shops in the area with better pricing.

Wait time is horrible. they are understaffed but have enough employees to tend to customers

I have been going here for a couple years. At first it was perfect. Sue did my nails for years then she left due to getting bullied at the location by the Salon Manager. Every time I go someone different does my nails and they are not even good. They rush due to being busy. I need someone to take their time because I’m paying and it’s not the most reasonable price. The last time I got my nails done 4 days ago. 4 nails has broke. I’ll be be back today I need a new set and for free. This doesn’t make sense.

I am very disappointed. I got my nails done today and the nail tech did a good job. I like the nails a lot, but he cut me on three different fingers with the nail file! At one point when he used acetone on my fingernails, I pulled my hand back and was shaking it because it was burning so bad from the acetone getting into one of the areas he cracked. The one finger actually broke skin and was bleeding on him! He apologized and put liquid band-aid on it. I know accidents happen, so I was nice about it, but when I went to pay, he still wanted to charge me the original price. That was upsetting considering I had dried blood on my finger and it was burning like hell.On another note- this morning I received a text from them saying I get 20% off of my next visit because of the rewards program I am a part of. When I showed him this, he tried to tell me no. You can only use them on Monday’s (because that is when their happy hour is), but the text clearly said AT YOUR NEXT VISIT.I ended up getting the 20% off, but I still came home with cut and burning fingers.

The lady that did my nails is very good at her job. I have no complaints about how my nails turned out. The man, Don that greated me was pretty rude. He made it very obvious he was supposed to be off and did not want to be helping me. Before he left I asked for a drink and he got such an attitude about having to make it. The drink was awesome though, Ill give him that.

Went in with my sister and niece and we received pedicures and a set of acrylic nails. Was very pleased. Best nail salon we have ever been in. And I have lived in NY. Kudos to Brian and Mona. They were so awesome and we will be back next time we come back to Dallas. We will also ask for Brian and Mona again. Very pleased. Thank you!
