Had a manicure and pedicure done here, was a wonderful experience. I got the dip done on my nails in an ombre color and very happy with the way it turned out and the dip lasts ages without chipping, I even went rock climbing and they didnt scratch. My pedicure was wonderful as well, a very relaxing experience. The owner is a little hard of hearing but once I spoke loud enough she was able to understand what I wanted and was very friendly! Will definitely come back again.

Okay pedicures HORRIBLE nails. Techs kept trying to get me to get more expensive services when I was already firm on what I wanted and my mom had made her choice also. It was absolutely annoying. The one nail tech that was there that could do nails did an awful job. I had to request she fix them, which she did a poor job of. It was supposed to be a special treat for my mom for being there for me after I had just got injections in my back and it completely ruined the experience. Worst $200+ I have ever spent in my life. Ill NEVER go back!

One of the WORST places to get your nails done. I go in during my lunch and asked her to please take off my nexgen nail and just put a gel coat of nail polish. not only did they not have the color that was on display. I chose a different color and Im guessing that color was expired bc how its starts of pink and goes into this clear orange and its splotchy and not even. The lady who did my nails cut me wanted to not do the job properly I had to tell her multiple times I said try to do it quickly not incorrectly. I didnt have much time to wait and have her redo them. Another lady there said come back later. i explained that i didnt have time that i would have to come back Monday she than said anytime and we will fix it. i go in there today and instead of getting me in and out they were like come back later. so I have wasted my time multiple times to come back again for them to fix their mistake. This places customer service is horrible. Its a waste of time if you want your nails done properly the first time.

HORRIBLE!! Yes I understand that Covid maybe affecting small businesses. But when it comes to a nail salon... there should be no excuses! Especially when Im the only customer in the salon during my visit! You would think a small business would pride themselves in providing excellent service in hopes to drum up business during these times! With that being said... my experience was very uncomfortable! First it was challenging to communicate with them. I ended up decided to try the chrome polish. My nail tech had no eye for detail at all! No one wants a splotchy/uneven polish job, so when I pointed out that she missed a spot, she fixed it, but Then I continued to notice more imperfections! Why is it that I can see missed polished areas but the professional nail tech couldnt!? I shouldnt have to keep pointing out that you missed a spot! On top of that I couldnt relax if I wanted too because an onlooking nail tech was blasting a speech or something from her phone in an asian language for the last hour of my visit. I dont speak the language, so to me it sounded like constant noise! With that being said, I had two technicians one for my hands and one for my feet and my service took 2hrs long!! I left with a headache, $108 down, and once my nails hit the daylight my Toe nails looked nice! But I was very disappointed in my finger nails because they were very splotchy and the chrome was far from a smooth paint job!! NEVER AGAIN!

I waited patiently to get my nails done and watched 2 people get serviced before me. When I mentioned something she acts as if it was a great surprise to her but yet she was the same one who greeted me. To make matters worse as they got closer to their closing time she asked me if I wanted to come back. SMH. I said no I have been patiently waiting. I should have left though. My nails came out hideous. I just want to cry. I am pregnant and spent 5 hours attending a nail salon only to received poor service and rushed ugly nails.And whomever the Owner is does nothing about it. So, I guess thir just leaving messages on here to appear their trying to rectified the issue. Its all for show. They will do nothing when you call in.

This is the second time I have been to this nail shop. The very first time the tech did an incredible job. This time however when I went I spent $65 to get my nails done. Which included pedicure and nexgen on my nails. Within hours of having them done the rhinestones that I had paid extra to have placed on my nails were just about gone. The top coat was also coming off on the nex-gen. They look bad 👎. The picture is my nails 2 days after they were done. Unfortunately I am headed out of town which is why I went ahead and had them done and dont have time to go back and get them done immediately.*Update: went back and the guy that originally did my nails with no longer working there. The manager however did redo my nails and take half off the price. I ended up having to trim my nails down substantially due to the quality before. I would consider returning.

The lady I believe the one managing the place did a terrible job on my nails. Asked for acrylics and she went and put clear acrylic then used gel on top of it. The shape of the nails was extremely terrible something you wouldn’t even present infront of anyone. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any of my friends. I highly regret going there. The color too was not right either. N we had spent over 4 hours just for her to keep worsening the it. But we still ended up paying for the labor she did.. she needs to go back to school and acquire more practice. She should be working at that place honestly

Seen them on Facebook and recognized they got very good deal Special package to get nails and toes done at the same time. I chose Relaxing Wonderland package for $55. For my nails, I chose gel nails and Lavender Signature Pedicure with 20 minutes foot massage. Mai did my nails that was awesome since my cuticle got trimming very clean and neat. Gel polish got painted very professional and clean. They have tons of colors to pick with a lot of matching colors. My Pedicure was great too by Heather. She is so sweet and patient. My feet was ugly and she did a good job in removing all calluses. Very good foot massage with Hot stone and oil . I got a great relaxing time there. All staffs are friendly. They also serve free Margarita . I cant complain anything. Will be back soon! Thank you!

For my business trip in Texas, I stop by at this salon first time to do my nails. Got the dip powder by Mary and it has been 5 days and still looks like I just did it. I knew it was busy so I went at 9:30 AM when they opened. The whole process took 40 minutes which was great as I thought it would take longer.I loved this place. Such a beautiful and clean shop w nice service. Everyone was so kind and Mary did such a good job w my nails. She took her time and def made sure everything was perfect before I left.

UPDATE: Went back to TL and asked Ty to fix my nails and he did an amazing job. Thank you!!Went in for NexGen set around 2 pm. They were busy so I had to wait 30 minutes for manicurist to get started, not a big deal. Manicurist got started and ground my cuticles down with the drill to the point that two of my fingers started to bleed. Then she proceeded to apply the dip to just the bottom half of my nail. She did this twice on each hand before dipping the whole nail. Each finger was dipped and covered in coating six times. We are about 45 minutes into the manicure at this point, not including wait time. Now Ty comes over to relieve the woman doing my nails and begins to grind down my nails to try to fix the goopy mess. He did a pretty good job trying to fix the mess; unfortunately, the dip didnt make it all the way to edges but did make it all over my hands (see photos). Need to go back tomorrow to get them fixed and probably wont go back after that.

Great price for everything I got. They were welcoming and very professional. I will be going back again. This is probably going to be my new nail salon! Thank you so much!

These have to be the UGLIEST NAILS I HAVE EVER GOTTEN. The shape. The thickness. And the fact that it took 2 hours actually boggles my mind. I promise. Don’t wait your time here. They are also under new management, and it shows. Used to love coming here. That’s gone forever.

There is new management here...within the last 5 months or so I would say. The quality of work has definitely declined. I dont think I will be returning as half of the time I leave disappointed. Just got my gel done and can tell it will start to lift within a few days. The color I picked out was shiny yet my nails are dull.

This is a nicest nail salon I ever been in my life(don’t laugh, I will be honest). Been here several times since my house is close there. The location is quite convenient for everybody since it is next to Ross and Super Target. All staffs here are professional and friendly, attention to details and always make sure that you are happy walking out the door. The salon is clean and cozy. They use sanitized bag every time customers, so I feel safe and clean. They also offer Free alcohol drinks as well. Tons of colors to pick from regular lacquers, gels and dipping powders. Prices are very reasonable and affordable compared with other nail salons in the area. I would highly recommend this salon if you need to get your nails and toes done perfectly! Tips: Ask for Ty ( nails) and Mai ( Pedi)

The absolute best nail place in Dallas. Superior service, calming atmosphere and tasty complimentary drinks. You wont find a better nail place.. I have been to this salon almost 3 years now but I got the worst services this time her name was Ruby, all my nails crack and Color not even looks so ugly, my services so fast I was there less then 20 mins, hopefully we wont get her the next time👌

Okay so last Tuesday I went to get my nails done and the lady did do a good job and I love them! But, within a week later my nails were coming off and I didn’t waste $55 dollars just to get my nails done and then the next week them coming off. The lady did it for free cuz it was one nail that came off but then the next few days another nail came off and it got me mad cuz I’m wasting my money for nothing. Guess I’ll need to find another nail salon.

The lady waxed my eyebrows and messed them completely up. Did not do what I asked.I patiently and politely asked for manager even though my eyebrows were jacked up n I wanted to cry. They lady walked off talking in her lanuage and it didnt seem as if she was saying anything nice. After finally not being ignored the manager approached me and was sypathetic after talking for quite awhile. She handled it well but the other workers seemed to have a problem wit me even though my eyebrows was demolished. And my eyebrows grow extremely slow. Like they literally look like pencil lines and I had very healthy eyebrows prior. What fiannaly upsetted me was when I requested to get something else done a worker that the manager asked to assist me refused in her language and sounded very nasty in her tone with it. Then said she was scared. I almost want to beat it have to do with my race. I was never yelling but was simply dissatisfied and sadden by my eyebrows. I didnt use profanity or disrespect the environment. But i was treated like a bad guy. That was a horrible experience. I wont return

Seriously one of the worst nails salons I’ve ever been to. Although the nail tech was nice, she did an awful job. I asked for soft pink gel nails which took an hour and a half. They were lumpy with particles in them and were so ugly. I came back the next day, and they were redone, but I started to notice multiple clients coming in from the previous day because of the bad job this salon did to their nails. My nails were switched to a different color, and started to chip within a day and were still very lumpy. Please avoid this salon, complete waste of money.

Not the best experience, which is disappointing given the good reviews. I went to have a pedicure and the lady who was doing it continuously kept asking me if I wanted gel and I kept telling her no. She insisted because of the shoes I was wearing, but I had asked her for disposable flipflops and she had no idea what I was talking about, yet they were on the cart. I then had my nails done and the lady who did my pedicure still did not give me flipflops. I had to walk barefoot across the room to sit for my nails. I was not satisfied with the end result, as the nail tech did not pay attention to detail and they do not fully cover my entire nail. Also, if you are looking for a nail design, this is not the place.

My nails look good, but I wasn’t pleased that I had to clean under my nails when I got home from the stuff sticking under my nail from the nexgen. Was too worried with my S.A.D. to ask them to clean them up, felt like they should have in first place. Girl that did my pedicure was sweet. :)

My mom and I went for my birthday and we had a groupon for the dip nails and a pedicure. We did not get a foot/leg massage at all. They didnt even act like they were going to do it. That is the best part of a pedicure so I was highly disappointed. I had saved for awhile to be able to do this for me and my mom for my birthday. We also were never offered any kind of a drink. With the groupon and the nails we had put on and the tip I spent a total of $140.00. To me that seems deserving of a massage during a pedicure.

I have been going to this nail salon for about 6 months now and used to love it! However when my mom and I went in on a Saturday morning (we were the only ones there) it took us an hour and a half for both of us to get manicures and pedicures and we had four different people working on us during the time we where there. Very disappointed and needless to say we will not be going back.

This place is the worse my mom went here and they charged my mom 100$ they were hurting my mom nails and they messed up her nails Too SO DONT GO HERE...... and they cant even speak ENGLISH properly too

Had pedicure done there few months ago and ended up getting fungal toenail infection. Tech used unsterilized tools which caused fungal infection within few days after going there. I have spent $200+ since then seeing different doctors and applying medications daily which is pain. Please don’t do this to people to save few bucks. It can have grave repercussions.

My experience was not good. The staff wasnt kind or attentive to details. After getting a pedicure one staff place different color paper sandals on my feet and the staff who did my manicure laughed. I felt so uncomfortable. After they finished the service, that was mediocre work, they just left me in the chair and didnt say anything about checking me out. When i thought my nails were dry enough, i just got up and gave my groupon. I will never go back. I havent felt that uncomfortable in a business. A true lack of professionalism.

Maybe they were trying to hurry because it started to get crowed but my french tip nails with the powder (Im a nail newb) were done poorly and didnt last four days.I got the cucumber pedicure and that was great because my feet look great but the nails were also done poorly.

I used to always go to this nail salon before I moved. Today I was close to this area and I decided to go with 3 of my other friends. I got a pedicure and dip nails. 2 of my friends got dip as well. And we didn’t really like it. It was all lumpy and didn’t look like the other times that we have gotten dip in other places. One of my friends and I got the same guy and he cut us both. She was cut by her cuticle and i was cut 3 times. It seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing because he kept adding and adding dipping pouder until he thought they were okay. They all looked un even and the top coat didn’t even dry. I stil have the glue dried on my skin and my nails aren’t even smooth. When he cut me I just wanted to leave. He apologized and I said it was fine. After I got done I went to the cashier and she told me that i could go whenever I wanted and she could give me a free set, but I said no because she forgot to charge me for my pedicure and I just said that I’ll just use that instead of coming back. I’m really disappointed in the service because it used to be really good. He had a hard time adding a tip to my nails and it took him about 5 mins to do that as well. My nails are all uneven, they aren’t even done right, and I was cut 3 times, and he added so much powder that the bottom part is really thick. They also feel like they have been on for weeks and I can feel them bend. Please ask if they know what they’re doing instead of wasting your money .

Wonderful nail jobs!Found this place on a Facebook Ad that they have 20% off all services for checking in their FB or Yelp Page. I need a set of nails for my friend’s wedding this weekend so I decided to give them a try. I am a super duper picky person and afraid of drilling machine so I am a bit worried. When I came, I was not sure what I want to get for my nails. The Receptionist patiently explained to me what are differences between gel/ acrylic and NexGen(ppl also called Dipping Powder). I feel so clear and picked an Ombre color. Ty was so gentle and funny. I did not feel hurt or burned at all like usual. I like doing my nails from now on. My Pedi was even more awesome. The girl who did my toes was super sweet and gentle as well. I just go with a Classic Spa Pedicure but it included everything I need : shaping, buffing, callus removing( no extra), light foot massage and polish. Nothing to complain, awesome nail place. Love it!

****READ IF YOU NEED A STUNNING NAIL SALON REALLY BAD****Been searching for Nail salon in my area for a while since I just moved here so IDK. I shopped at Ross & Target today and saw TL NAIL SPA is just few steps away from there. Came to try them. When I opened Yelp, the ratings are not so good. However, still give them a try. Yes, the Receptionist greeted me well. That is one plus, she started showing me the Dip colors and where to pick that. Wow, they had so many colors than I thought. I want to match toes and hands, yes the Receptionist also helped me to pick that and I started mani/pedi right after picking up the colors. They offered me a List of drinks (Free drinks), I picked Margarita which was awesome. I chose ESCAPE TO HEAVEN $65 package with Dip full set + Deluxe Pedi. I love the Jelly foot soak (not anywhere has that, smell so good ). 20 mins massage from the nail tech who did my foot was heavenly, best massage in a nail salon ever. My nails are even more better, they don’t charge for nail extension and coffin shape if medium length. Overall, pricing here is a reasonable and affordable to pamper yourself but don’t hurt your pocket( hahaha). Love here, will be back for sure!!!

They don’t charge extra for nail extension like other nail places and coffin shape. My nails look good, got cleaned up and pampered with cute bottle of Cuticle oil. Spa pedicure includes Paraffin wax is awesome with 15 mins foot massage. I love it. Super friendly staffs. They also offer me a Pina Coloda cocktail which was delicious. Super clean place! Will be back!

OMG best nail place Ive ever been to my life. I found this gem last week when I went shopping at Target and Ross .Came and check it out and found out they have really good deals in town. Only $52 for Combo Pedi with nexgen fullset or Gel Manicure. However, if you look at Special package, you will find even better deals, I picked $55 Relaxing Wonderland package which is only $3 extra but I get Parrafin and Hot Stone for my feet with 20 mins massage was awesome. This place is clean and staffs are friendly. Drinks are complimentary so feel free to ask for one. Happy feet and nails! Will be back for sure!

Recently changed owners, this has been my regular salon for the past 2 years. However, the last two times I’ve gone I have been displeased with the work. Each of my last 2 Nexgen manicures has had lumps in the top coat and polish. I commented on it so they could buff it out, but in the end it was still uneven. Very disappointed

Great nail technician, who told me she didnt work there. Nails IMMEDIATLEY broke. Loved the work that my lady did but it broke so fast, tried calling but they wouldd not take my call to figure out payment to fix this issue. Never been to a salon like this. They didnt even air condition the salon when I went in the hear of Dallas summer. Horrible experience.

Sum B.S.! The guy was nice and tried to keep my mind occupied with conversation but then I noticed he didnt even clean my cuticles! The guy said they charge $5 for cleaning cuticles but didnt ask if I wanted them cleaned. B.S.! Then to make it worse, he piled thick layers of powder on my nails..ugh! I asked that he thin it out to make it less thick on the tips..which he did but by then the damage had already been done.Then my toenail color doesnt match my nails at all. They didnt even really try to match the colors closely🤦🏾‍♀️Then the guy just said sorry, go wash and walked away..smdh I only got a 10% discountThey will never see my face, nails, toes, and especially my money ever again.Save your money and go elsewhere!!

Atmosphere: The store is very clean and had an european feel to it. The new owner is very nice and friendly. They serve free wine and drinks. My calves were so tense after my work out and now I dont even feel any tensionPrice: decent price. They offer discount for students and like on facebook. Got my nails done paid 55.00 got home had different shapes some coffin stelleto and square and they were horrible had ro go to another shop and.get.them soaked off horrible place

I bought a groupon, but every time I try and make an appointment the man says they are booked. Then when I call and dont mention a groupon they suddenly arent booked.

This place is very unprofessional my card wa used their by someone and they refused to refund my money back. Never go there

I went on Saturday and ask for an ombre and first of all they didnt make even my right hand was okay but the left one is awful the nails looks uneven they look way shorter and she didnt make sure they where the same size from the other hand and today one nail felt they look so bad and they charged me $55 for uneven nails and awful work 👎🏻
