After reading other reviews I’m surprised. I came in for a pedicure. It was extremely rushed I didn’t get my full pedi. I was over charged if I pay I expect to get my full service. They were really busy so I didn’t see a point in even going back and forth with them. I’ve gone to other salons that may not look as nice, but in my personal opinion do a much better job! Oh and my color lasted less than a week! Ridiculous.

This place is not all its hyped up to be. Small selection of nail tips that are already designed. Staff was nice. Unfortunately the lady that did my nails did a bad job. My nails were crooked and not all the same length or shape.

The people here are so nice but my dip nails are terrible. I came in on a Monday by Wed. one nail had chipped and by Thurs. my thumb had chipped. I went in to get my thumb fixed and it chipped off the next day. I was able to file my other nail down. It is Saturday and they are both completely off. The dip came off like a turtle shell. They were not done like I normally get them done. The nail was formed with acetone and the dip powder. I am not sure if that is why they did not stay on. I spent 45.00 on terrible nails. I see everyone loves Tiffany I wish I had her do my nails.

First time here and it was great! I picked this place because of the great reviews and they were 100% true. The staff were very friendly and gentle. The man who did my nails was funny and nice. Very reasonable prices and did not take too long, would definitely return if I lived here!

Been going here got almost a year...Tiffany never disappoints this was my first time getting this design and I love it.

I used to come all the time! Tiffany and Simon are great, awesome customer service and technique, but I feel like their other employees could use more training. I switched to dip and the nail tech would not file them correctly and they looked all bulgy towards the cuticles. I gave them a few more tries but eventually One of the guys was way too rough on my pedicures I left the salon with burning feet. After that day I never went back again.

Tammy did a great job with my gel nails and eyebrow waxing. Very friendly, and very pretty work! The prices were also very reasonable

My toes have always been a major disappointment. Between military education in high school and the too-tight, shiny black shoes I wore, until someone sort of approved pedicures for guys like me, Id lived through periods of distinct anguish. Four years of stuffing the size 11(army issued) shoes with my size 13 feet really did a job. Yesterday, it seemed salvation had arrived in a little strip center on Lakeland, where the anchor store is apparently the laundromat. Its called Kims Solar Nails, sort of next door. They open at 10 a.m. on weekdays and I was there at 10:01. Nearly an hour later I emerged, after a nearly painless, and very skilled procedure, blissfully unburdened of my ingrown toenails. For now, Im good. Real good. From now on, and for $20, Im going to let the experts handle this.

The staff is so nice and treats you like family, they remember EVERY client. I always come here for my pedicures which are only $20 and it comes with a hot stone massage! They seriously take their time with their work and I never leave unhappy. Its not that pretty inside and dont expect to be offered drinks or anything but I still highly recommend.

First time going here I love this place! The guy who did my nails was so patient and precise. He took his time getting my nails perfect and the end result I love! Definitely will make this my go to nail place from now on.

I am pleased with my pedicure. I went on a Monday. I was told Mondays and Tuesdays are slower. No appointment was needed. Employees and long-time clients were very nice. Pedicure was $20. I would go back again.

They guy that did my nails was so rough with my feet. Plus since it was really busy, he rushed through my pedicure. I told him I’m prone to getting ingrown toes nails on one of my toes & he cut the nail so short. Now I have an ingrown toenail.I realize these techs are there wanting to make money, but taking a little more time and doing things right will get you a bigger tip.

I had surgery recently & have been unable to paint my own toenails, & decided to get a pedicure. I found this shop online, read a few reviews and decided to give it a try. I REGRET I even walked in the door. My 1st issue was the excessively HOT water. It was so unbearably hot I immediately yanked my foot back out as a natural response. The man 2 chairs down seemed more concerned that my foot touched the side of the chair when I pulled my foot out than he was about my foot (which was ironic since the Caucasian woman next to me came & sat with her bare feet in an empty tub & no one seemed bothered. Unlike the other Caucasian patrons who I watched received gentle, slow massages/pedicures, my pedicure was rough & the tech treated me like I had the plague. I had no problem with him wearing gloves & a mask, because he’s supposed to; what I did find ironic was that none of the other techs were wearing them & they didn’t treat their clients like I was being treated. Fast forward, and they began also working on my neighbors full set while she got her pedicure, which was also ironic considering I’d arrived before her & was also supposed to be getting my nails done. They were very talkative & kind to her, and her experience was the total opposite of mine. The tech took a break to wash his tools in the same water he’d done my pedicure in. I’m sure that’s probably how he washed them with his last customer which is just unsanitary! I decided I’d had enough, & paid him $20 for the half-completed pedicure as I did not even bother to get polish since my toenails were poorly cut/filed after he was done. The nail tech who hadn’t bothered to say 2 words to me during the pedicure suddenly felt talkative & couldn’t understand why I didn’t want my toes painted. Waste of money, waste of time.

My experience went very well and I had no problem tipping accordingly.I feel terrible that I didnt get my techs name. Went in for a normal mani pedi(no polish) initially the water was scorching hot but that was corrected immediately!! Comfy chair and atmosphere. Everyone was kind. The older woman that worked on my mani pedi was so sweet and took her time. She knew I work a lot so she put a lot into rubbing my feet and legs and did the same by massaging my hands and fingers. Thanks a ton! I will be back soon. Overall my experience was 10 stars and I feel so wonderful after that. ❤❤❤

Some nail techs are mean, rough, and rude. Quality wad questionable.And management allowed employee to continue being rude and manager said she could here what was going on with my issue. Maybe this is a new management technique.

They are so rushed to get you out that they dont try to do a good job on your nails. First time and not pleased at all. Nails are uneven, sloppy, & incredibly too thin. Pedicure was okay, but I did see they washed the tools in the water I had my feet in..disgusting.
