This will be my fourth time going and each experience is so amazing. The ladies remember me since when they do my feet I am always giggling and they giggle at me. I have yet to have a bad experience here and I will continuously keep going back.P.S. Ignore my chubby lil feet.

I was in awe the first time I walked in to the Nail Spa, I thought I had walked into some Royal Palace Place with all of these Beautiful Women walking around. Everything in the place looked so Beautiful, I was sat down for my pedicure and Pampered for the rest of the time I was there. I noticed a bar area that women were getting their nails done at and I was in envy. After my toes were done this Wonderful, Beautiful Lady named Linda calls me over to the bar to her and asked me if I wanted my nails done. I said yes and sat down, smiling and very impressed with her work and dedication. Linda is, now what I call a new friend of mine and I would refer her to The First Lady and The Vice President to get their nails done!!! Thank you so much. I will be back

My nails are beautiful. And the staff are wonderful. Just got them done today.

I came in last Friday June 18, 2021 with my two girlfriends who are regulars at this shop. When I arrived they already had a pedicure station set up for me, my two friends came in a few minutes before and were already seated and just beginning service. I was a few minutes later because I picked us up some McDonald’s a block a way. As I took my seat they asked me to pick a color and I responded white. That was the only interaction an employee had with me. I waited over an hour for service and NEVER received it; meanwhile my friend had someone working on her hands and nails simultaneously. We were speaking amongst ourselves and wondering what’s going on and I was passed not once, not twice but three times before I had enough and left. The experience was very frustrating especially since they spoke yo my friend and not me, they kept telling her that someone was coming and no one ever did. There was zero communication about wait times to me and that was even more disrespectful. I had high hopes for this establishment but I will never visit again, nor will I refer anyone here.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. I have been coming to this place for over 4 yrs., and wouldnt go anywhere else...the staff (ALL OF THEM) are amazing, they take the time to learn your name, what you like, etc.. make you feel at home, and comfortable. They always do their best to make sure your happy when you leave. Sometimes there is a wait. However, thats because they are so great, that it would be best to make an appt if you think you might be on a time crunch... thats really the only time theres a wait!!! If you want somewhere to go that will go above and beyond for you, its here!!! Dont take my word... go see for yourself!!!💜💜💜

I went last week for a pedi, the lady at the desk is so rude and disrespectful, she loves to laugh about costumers in her language. She deserves a a putisa, almost all or theme are the same 💩never ever going back to that place

Dont get my wrong i love this place the atmosphere and service is great. But... theyve gone way up on their prices and I dont think I can continue to pay 100 for a basic pedi and full set. Then they dont even tell u the new prices they just have a handwritten sign on the wall then surprise you at the register.

This was my first time and was attended to quickly. Had a dip with a manicure. Super fast and very pretty. Will definitely return to do my pedicure and my dipped manicure.

I used to come here and recommended tons of people here as well but things have definitely changed. Sat for a little over an hour waiting for 2 pedicures and 2 eyebrow waxes and never once was offered water as they normally would if they were performing their service. I also observed a white couple walk in way after me (40 mins) and bam they got started on them very quickly. At this point they lost track of all of the people who were patiently waiting to get service. I dont think I was asking for free service here. I mean everytime I walk out of there I almost come out spending $200 because their prices have gone up but if this is the way they treat their customers then I will take my business elsewhere. The owner Sandy shouldnt even take appointments at this point if they cannot keep up with who is all waiting in line. This place is over rated and understaffed and my drive from the other side of the world isnt even worth it anymore.

I love this place. Never had a bad experience. I usually get there super early, as soon as they open because it gets super packed. Love that I get to support my local neighborhood.

Got gel nails done. Rushed job and they peeled off in 3 days. Never had gel nails come off so fast. Pretty sad since it was done for a bday trip.

I’ve been here a few times now and the service is super inconsistent. I booked an appointment days before coming in on a Saturday afternoon (granted one of their busiest times) but they don’t seem to prioritize appointments and aren’t well staffed. Spent about 30 mins waiting past my appointment time and still didn’t even get much of an acknowledgement or eta. I ended up calling another nail salon to request an appointment and don’t plan on coming back here because clearly the time commitment we make as customers doesn’t mean anything to them.

The environment was welcoming. The place was clean and they used bag sanitized equipment. Lee did gel nails and Lou did pedicure. I will be back.

The upgrade is looking amazing! Im so happy for Cindy and her husband. I used to bite my nails so I got acrylic but the dip has made a world of a difference. I have been going here since I moved to Dallas 2 years ago and I love Cindy & Linda!! The pedicures are so relaxing with a glass of complimentary wine. A must 😉😋💅💕

I have been coming here since I was 20 years on and off. We moved and it can be a hassle of the drive but I absolutely love this place. As a frequent customer I recommend calling and making an appointment prior to coming because it very busy at times. From a customer experience level they do a great job when people are rude to them (hence the comment below). There are ways to approach a worker and being rude and bashful isn’t one of them. I love D Nail Spa and enjoy the atmosphere.FYI- they did go up a little on their prices but they are running a business and if you’re a business owner you understand. Thank you D nails for always doing amazing work. 🙌🏽❤️

Linda did a great job on my nexgen nails. Im a hairstylist, my hands are in water constantly, so I can very rarely have polish. Also, I didnt want to have tips or extensions added, I just wanted to protect my natural nails and make my hands look beautiful. She was very friendly, and accommodating. The D Nail Spa is beautifully decorated, clean, and inviting. I will definitely be back!

It was my 1st time visiting this nail salon. Where do I start? Well they have rap music playing so loud you can barely hear. I listen to rap but it was a new experience. They use toliet paper for the acrylic service instead of paper towels. The tables was gritty from previous nail services. They dont put towels or anything on the table. The lady did a rush job on my acrylic and polish. Just some advice, listen to what the customers want and maybe you will be tipped better. I definitely wont be back here!

I moved to the neighborhood a few months ago and was looking for a nail salon. Well today I tried them and Cindy did a wonderful job on my nails (tip dip) My pedicure was great and I even got my brows waxed and I normally thread. I will be back. The prices was normal for what I paid in STL. Definitely going back.

Normally my pedicure takes 45 min and this lady did it in 15 min.she wasnt haveing no small talk and very rude like mannerism. Didnt even give a 5 min leg massage nothing tht i paid for. I used to come here alot before covid but i always got the same girl who was very good. Needless to say i will not return my business.

Sandy and her team always offer exceptional service and tailor my nails for what I have coming up. This week it was headshots, and a meeting with a State Agency. I don’t ever have to have a suggestion in that I can tell them what I’ll be doing and they nail it (💅🏽) They have also done artistic and glittery fun for my weeks of femininity! 💕👩🏼‍🎤 Ask for Sandy’s suggestion! They are family to me. I have referred my friends and they are regulars. Even my husband is loyal for his mani/pedi.

What I love about this place is how EVERYONE is good at what they do. Im not constantly hunting down 1 person like in other salons. Their prices are the best Ive seen too. I just stopped by and got a shellac and pedi that are sooo nice!! The customer service is great; the atmosphere is pretty and newly renovated. Above all, the work they do is attentive and fantastic. I will definitely be coming back again :)

I came here today with my mother had one peddi and I was getting my nails done the lady who is in charge of the place was been rude I told her I wanted a regular nails and not dip nails this time she said if I wanted just regular nails I would have to wait more longer but if I get dip nails she will do it now wich it made no sense why couldnt she do my regular nails maybe because dip nails are more pricy thats why it was not convenient for her. Then my mother got her feet done wanted a design and wanted to add some diamonds to the design and the girl said she will not put diamonds to the design because the diamonds dont last they come off quickly wich didnt make any sense for her to say that at the end is what the customer wants maybe they dont want to waste there supplies . I would not be coming back here again after this experience

Vee was eminently professional, and very tender with my fungus encrusted toenails. She assiduously attacked every little problem with my feet. And, she was very attentive at all times to matters of cleanliness and hygiene. I was extremely pleased with the results. Still clear that I had a fungus problem on my BEAUTIFUL TOENAILS!

I absolutely love this place. It’s only my second time going but they truly do not disappoint & they do an amazing job! They are so friendly and pay attention to detail when doing your nails. I am so happy with how my nails turned out, the exact color I was going for and I just showed her a picture of the color I wanted!

I can only give 2 stars because the customer service is bad unless the techs know you. I visited the location at least 6 times and the workers were still very rude to me. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here and do not see why they were always so dry and rude. There are some very good nail techs here who do nails really good. Don’t think it comes without a high price. Overall I had to stop going as my nails were ruined over time due to my nail beds becoming so thin that they would always break and bleed. The techs would only glue them back together and work on top of the problem instead of advising me to allow my nails to heal and missing the money.

Can sometimes be a long wait but generally good work. Linda works fast and provides lasting quality

They actually helped me with my 6 month old son they went above and beyond to make sure i received a great service. With my daughters painted their nails also they loved the way the ladies treated them!!!

They do OK, just OK. MY last dip set was horrible, thick, and shaped ugly and whats worse, way to expensive for a short dip manicure. I find them overpriced. Wont be going back.

I moved to Dallas May 2018, and Ive been to several different shops before staying with this one. The ladies are nice, and its clean. I get a basic pedi which is $25, and my eyebrows waxed which is $10. Not expensive at all, depending on what you want. Highly recommend.

The walk in the door is Warm, Welcoming, wait is never long!!!Its clean always!!!!!And the Ladies are respectful and they listen to their customers!!!

This was my 2nd visit to this salon and I honestly believe that I have found my new nail salon. Each visit I had my services provided by someone different and I have loved the end results. These ladies do a fabulous job on your 💅, toes and eyebrows. Would definitely recommend this salon.

Someone please let me know what language they are speaking I need to use my translator app . Only cause something happened. You pay your money so its about what U want.. speak up for it ladies . I know i stress my lady out but I def. Tip 10-15 ea.time Plus she does my nails amazingly right... nice shaped not so thick . Absolutely love this place. I drive from Mesquite to come here because their quality of work and customer service is way better than the local nail shops in my area. I have been coming here for almost 2 years now. The wait time to get your nails and or feet done (as a walk in) is no longer than 5 to 10 mins. Thats huge for me because I dont like waiting for an extended amount of time. They play relaxing music as well. I definitely recommend this place.

Came to this nail shop highly recommended by someone. It was a super bad experience. The person doing my nails left them uneven and extremely thick . She was on the phone texting the whole time, not only that she started talking on the phone . Thats not really good customer service. Then the person that helped my at the desk wasnt too friendly either . I will never come to this place again, so much for the high recommendation.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE.. Very unprofessional. I was at another shop being helped by Cindy she advised that she was leaving the shop and wanted my number to give me her new location address and information .. I was hesitant because I had heard some not so nice things about Cindy plus her work was just okay.. But I gave her my number anyway.. After going to her NEW location with NEW pricing each time, I found myself asking the price. Well I received a call from a Linda that was calling on behalf of Cindy that they no longer wanted my business, reasonbecause I am always asking the price each time I come.. Very shocked because Cindy sought me out for my number... Thought I would share this experience for someone looking for a professional establishment.. This is definitely NOT the place.

The staff were rude and unfriendly, and were very obviously saying mean things about me and the other clients in their own language, and laughing at us. The young girl doing my nails made it as evident as possible that she didn’t want to be there and it showed in the quality of the manicure. Flicking through their reviews, I see other people have had similar experiences with them. I would never go again and I would discourage anyone else from spending their money there.

They were nice, but the tech scraped my foot with the grater and skinned my upper heel. The nail polish didnt set well on one finger. I think it was too think. It sort of wrinkled.

The salon is beautiful and everyone there from the reception to checkout are warm and friendly. Thumbs up!

The salon its self has been newly renovated so its very nice inside but this is the only positive note I have. The price list is way too high for the basic services they provide. Every little thing is an extra cost. If you want coffin shape nails, thats an extra fee. They hand you a tub of different styles and later tell you each wheel has a different price. They charge extra for tips on your nails, they charge extra to take paint off your nails. If youre interested in spending upwards of $50-60 then this place is great for you. But the service youll get will be $30/35 at any other place.

Not wheelchair accessible! I wheeled my husband in on Saturday to get a pedicure. They were booked so we scheduled an appointment for a pedicure for him today (Monday). The receptionist was looking at him - in a wheelchair. When we arrived today (Monday), we had to leave after D Nails was unable to accommodate him. They should have told us that on Saturday. It takes a lot of work to get someone who is wheelchair bound out and about!

I went in to get my nails done and was told they could do my nails so I sat and picked a color. After 20 minutes someone came and asked if I wanted to come back, I said no the lady at the front said they could be done. I wasted 20 minutes for nothing. Also, another time I went in and was charged extra for shaping my real nails from square to almond. I have NEVER been charged for reshaping here or anywhere. This business needs to understand consumers can go elsewhere and spend their money.

Even though many high class people come here and like tuh look pretty. Well, Im not high class. But the women are nice, they are patient with the customers designs and choices for their nails. They do a WONDERFUL job on my nails every time. I mostly go to Christina. But they all do wonderful work on my little toes, my nails, and my eye brows.

I used to love coming here. But will not be coming back anymore.I have a soft nail issue that one of their nail technicians there is pro at getting without hurting me. Her name is Lou I believe.Well tonight, I was greeted by my regular technician, then passed off to young man who has done my nails 1 other time. Here was my experience with him in the past -- when I asked him to cut the soft nail out, he told me oh I cant do that, Ill cut your nail off. THIS IS LITERALLY THE ONLY REASON I GET PEDICURES. So then my regular lady had to stop doing someone elses pedicure, to do this for me. THAT IS EMBARRASSING! People must have thought that I had jacked up feet and let me assure you -- I DO NOT.So tonight, when I brought that up to the young man,and told him I would rather just have 1 person do my pedicure all the way through as last time was embarrassing for me. He ignored me and continues starting the pedicure only to have to hand me off to Lou (who complained the whole time). So screw yall! Your massage chairs suck, you lack custome service, & you should have technicians who know how to do a full pedicure!

Tried this place after moving downtown and they are my go to place now. They do a wonderful job every time and they are very warm and personable too. I took my mom there one time while she was visiting from out of town and now they remember to ask about her. Prices are very reasonable.

I highly recommend D Nails. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. I love it. Will not even try another place.

I use to love coming here but ever since they remodeled this place they hired new asians working here that suck . One in particular who is new short hair very petite sucks on doing nails she is very aggressive with your nails and all she does is laugh around with the owner there in her asian language or be texting on her phone while doing ur nails thats why she hurts my nails for not been concentrated! My nail color didnt even last more then 3 days and the color started to change i had to go and get a change of color somewhere else. This place was better before they remodeled and got rid of the good people now they have new people that are training and suck. I also had came to get a peddi and the girl couldnt take out my ingrown nail thats was hurting me . She made me bleed and didnt take out nothing that was the only reason why i got my peddi done shes new too by the way waste of my time and money . Not coming back here till they get rid of all does new people get them trained correctly unprepared on doing your nails very unporofessional to just let them new people do ur feet when u can get hurt very bad like i did today with my feet!!
