Was told my insurance covered all of my dental work. A dental assistant called for an appointment to make sure I was coming and I asked if it was covered she reassured me and said it was all taken care of. I showed up and had the work done then immediately after was said that I owed them money. Would not recommend this dentist office they just want your money go somewhere else.

I had an appointment for two weeks ago, but was called in to work on that day. So I called to reschedule my dental visit, and was given another appointment for today. I just called to check on my appointment for today, and was told that I do not have an appointment! Just like everybody else, my time is pretty important. I had planned my day around this appointment. I’m very disappointed will be finding a different dentist’s office.

The most friendliest dentist place i have ever been too. From the front desk to all the other staff in the back. and willing to help to make sure you are always comfortable as possible. i highly recommend them to anyone.

I couldnt be more pleased with my experience at Aspen Dental, Twin Falls. The whole staff is friendly and caring about their patients and this is evident the moment you walk in the office. They made me feel welcome and confident in my choice for a new dentist. The quality of work is no exception. I am happy, happy, happy!!!

I called and made an appointment for a denture repair, explaining that I had new dentures and somehow a tiny hole developed in the top denture plate. When I arrived for my appointment for a denture repair they insisted upon doing a full mouth X-Ray. I refused, I explained that I have no teeth, I needed no treatment and all I needed was a small hole in my denture repaired. The office refused to see me.

I was very impressed with the whole staff. They were all very informative at their jobs. They all treated me with respect, and explained each detail in full. very greatful to all. A positive experience.

I had a small cavity filled; there was absolutely no pain during the procedure or even post procedure! I am very happy with the results! She gladly answered all of my questions! The staff is amazing 👏. I came in basically shaking because my last exam at a different facility was not pleasant. Aspen Dental did such a great job at making sure I was comfortable, and they were just so nice. Most importantly, they did fantastic work! I highly recommend.

Everyone was friendly, kind, and gentle. They make sure everything is done correctly.

I was first concerned about no Gas! However my anxiety was reduced once in the chair for my “Root Canal” Ms.T was gentle and patient. Awesome Team!!

I can’t speak for the actual dental services because I never used them- although I’ve heard good things from others. However, I am a little disappointed with their reception/ customer service/ response ability. I made an appointment online a few days ago, but ended up needing to cancel it over this weekend. I knew no one would be in the office, so I figured I’d just leave a voicemail asking them to cancel the appointment when they received it. Unfortunately, their answering machine never let me leave a voicemail. It would read me some info and then hang up on me instead of giving me a voicemail tone. I thought I’d try to reach them by email then instead, but there’s is no email address to be found for their office. It’s just very inconvenient, and I’m hoping I won’t get charged for a no call- no show fee for this appointment because I tried to cancel, but couldn’t.

Our insurance paid in full for the first visit. we paid part, sent bills for payment of the balance, we received an EOB from our insurance saying the bill had been paid. my husband called the twin falls office and spoke with a bookkeeper person who said she could see the payment and it would work through their system. we received another bill, made another phone call, we can see the insurance payment disregard any further bills. well we got a final notice bill and I got involved. there was some corporate person there at the office with terrible customer service skills. all she wanted was for me to pay the rest of the bill our insurance had already paid. she was totally unwilling to help resolve the issue, she just to me to call the corporate office which my husband did, I wouldnt have been very nice. the corporate people finally took care of it after three months. NOT VERY IMPRESSIVE.

Professional establishment. They took great care of me. They provided me a road map to get my teeth back to being healthy again. Thank you for your hard work.

Front desk seemed like it was an inconvenience to tell me they didnt take my insurance. This is something I already looked into and knew at the time of the appointment. The doctor came in and was just kind of rude all around, telling me things I already knew, and knew no personal space when it just came to talking to me. Its ine thing to be close when doing an exam but to be right in my face to talk to me is another. The only good experience I had was the dental assistant who did my x-rays. Other than that I got out of there as quickly as possible.

What a wonderful group of people there at the twin falls location. BIG big shout out to KENSY who made this experience go so good. She took time with me to ease all my fears of getting dentures. So professional and compassionate. Thx Aspen

The staff in twin falls Idaho are amazing and they always make you comfortable

They were very kind people but we went in for a checkup and was there 2 1/2 hours and didn’t even get a cleaning done. And at the end they told us what we needed done and how much it would be and it is very expensive. And we have relatively good insurance. I went to another place the next day and got a cleaning and another exam done and some of the stuff they said I needed done the other dentist couldn’t even find. And on my husbands bill they added 1700 dollars worth of antibiotics that weren’t necessary that we would have had to pay for our if pocket, and our yearly is 1500! It was ridiculous

So appreciated the thoroughness! They had many answers for me!!

They are very courteous and helpful. Didnt have to wait for very long. All in all a good experience.

Both appointments were messed up and had to come back twice. One was a work day that I took time off. Follow up was awful

Brought my wife in she came in with a broken denture fixed them right up did an awesome job. Had xrays and her teeth looked at had them cleaned new teeth made got them the same day very impressed . From front desk to dr and assistants the staff were awesome. I recommend Aspen dental. She was afraid of the dentist no shame here very through. I was impressed found our new dental office thanks again Aspen dental

The personnel at Aspen Dental are wonderful. ‘Dr. T’ Avasare was so thorough explaining the procedures and my options, and treated me with care and professionalism, as did her assistant Kensy. They were delightful. It was a pleasure dealing with them, as well as all the staff.

Staff was rude they did not fix the issue the main dentist in the office was rude.I sat in the room for a hour with no updates they just put you in a room and dont come to check on you.and when they do they are rude I would not refer anyone to them very disappointed in the treatment.and the work they did.so much for a better looking smile.

The staff that run the place from the front desk to billing, to the nurses and the Dr., Huge Rave to them all I had a squeeze in appointment and they took care of my needs. I believe I found my permanent dental office

My daughter was seen on an emergency, the staff was amazing with her. They were super friendly. They talked to her to reassure her and make sure she understood what was happening. They made sure to communicate every step of the way. And Dr. T was just amazing with my daughter.

Long wait- waited 45 minutes for our appointment. Hard to understand the dentist who speaks with an accent, harder to understand through a mask. The staff was very nice and explained treatment costs and insurance benefits clearly.

The staff was great and friendly Jessica was so nice my experience was overall great! I love that they are opened later than 5pm and that I was able to make payment arrangements to get my work done! I would recommend them to family and friends.

I can say I find my forever dental clinic, for the first time I feel good about going to the dentist, the staff is friendly they make sure you know and understand exactly what they are going to do.

I was so happy, and in so much pain at the same time. A walk in dentist office, thats pretty cool. Only four stars because there making me wait until monday to take the tooth out. It was 3:00 PM on a friday my dentist was closed like most others. I new all weekend with this tooth pounding was going to be a bad weekend. And it was, sorry people my dentist will be open monday morning. And probably would of come in on friday if I would have called him. Its a great Idea and staff was excellent . But you didnt win me over and the overall price quote for crowns and bridge was competitive at best.
