Just recently got a letter from this company saying they were our new Property Managers from SC and we are in Memphis TN. There was a number to call to set up home evaluation before first rent payment and I called left two voicemails no answer. I text, and then began checking to see if they were legit. My sink pipe is off and im throwing water out my back door, im not paying rent to a company i have heard nothing of. the email address that was listed, i sent an email and it sent back-no avail.
