I am beyond disappointed and upset with the service I received from these guys. I payed $154 for a full detail, wax and wash service to being handed back a even dirtier truck. They did not do a good job of drying nor washing the inside carpet and seats. The carpet instead of being grey like I brought it in, is brown orange now. So much for a interior detail! The carpet was still soaking wet and dripping dirty coffee colored water to the outside, even with the doors closed. The seats seem like they were just sprayed with straight up water and did not scrub them at all. I now have a horrible odor in my truck and the entire carpet and seats are way too wet. To top it off, this took them 5 hours, yeah 5 hours to screw around and not do their job right for the amount they charged me. Think twice if you ever want to bring your car in here and get robbed for your money! Stinks!

My cars battery died twice during the wash. So embarrassing. The staff was so nice and professional, jumped my car off twice as if it was no problem at all. They were so understanding. I drove straight to OReilly for a new battery afterwards.They did a great job cleaning, too! I would definitely return.

Horrible second visit here. I was waiting in line to get my car washed and detailed and one the car cleaners decided he was gonna take the next car behind me and told him no and asked for a manager. One man came up and then the actual manager Javier Torres (see photos) came up and introduced himself as manager. So I turned and began pointing out employees and telling him about the issue and when I turned back to he said please dont holler in my face. Mind you I was wearing a mask and it was very hot. I paused and said ......im not hollering in your face. So I turned around again and began pointing and explaining and then he yells I dont have to take this, you can leave and I said not until I get my photos. I took my time and walked inside and asked the counter clerk for the corporate number. As I turned around he walks in and says what number did she give you? and the clerk said 3416. Javier yelled, thats the wrong number! I said then give me the right number and he took off running....all this while people were waiting for me to move my car. I got back into my car but Javier was blocking me from reversing and I yelled MOVE YOUR FAT BUTT OUT THE WAY. I then drove to the front entrance, parked and got more pictures. I then went to E-Z Shine on Forest Lane and had an excellent experience.

Vacuum and detail very poor and fay extra $10 dollars for dashboard shine

Very disappointed. This was my second time visiting-- the first time, I had no complaints - they did a great job. This time, there was fur all over the backseats, on the cover, underneath the seats, even on my dashboard and in the cup holders. In addition, there were stains throughout the interior that were left and the windows had smudges all over. Thats not ok especially when youre paying for a premium wash/price. When I addressed this with the gentleman, the response received was - yea thats all we can do unless you want it conditioned... Mind you, this was in regard to the fur-festival happening in my backseat. Not ok.Funnily enough, I drove off - pulled over and took out the seat covers, shook them off and majority of the fur came off. Least the team couldve done was follow through with service and quality. Not sure whats going on with the service here - understand theyre low on staff so I respect the team working back to back in this heat but when it comes to management and customer response -- come on guys.

I have a monthly plan and I love the fact that I can pull up and have my barcode read and get quick access while staying in my air conditioned car and have the outside of my car washed with the multi colored suds and the liquid wax that makes my Cadillac shine as well as having my wheels shined by the wheel cleaner. You can also have the inside as well as the outside cleaned except you just go inside and you can watch your car being washed through the three large windows and then wait at the end for them to clean the inside of your car. They can also detail your car or hand wax your car.Dont forget to tip the employees at the end they have a little box.

If you don’t have enough people staffed don’t offer managers special, don’t take peoples money. My car was not polished and interior was barley wiped down. I had to clean it myself when I got home. Super disappointing.

I have to say that when I came I had very high hopes. I was greeted immediately and was told that they currently had a special for 20% off so I ended up going with their $14.99 special. Before I left to get my car washed I asked the man about vacuuming because I assumed it was self-serve as many other car wash places are doing. He told me that I wouldn’t need to vacuum because the workers do it for us. *I personally don’t mind vacuuming my own car because I know that when I do it it’s going to be done right, but I thought that this was great.*So I proceed to the washing area and when I was done I pulled back around to the same man and I told him I was ready to get my car vacuumed and he proceeds to tell me “oh you only got the wash not the vacuum, it’s not included In the price”. I was upset (internally) at this point because I was not told this initially. I then asked him how much extra it would be to vacuum..he said it is included with the wash and so I could not pay for it on the side.I want to make it clear that I am not upset at the way they choose to run their business. However I am upset that I was not given clear and concise information and therefore I was not able to make an informed decision. Secondly, after the man acknowledged that he failed to tell me this, good customer service would be to say “hey I know I was not clear In the beginning (thus causing confusion) so as a one time courtesy I will have your car vacuumed for free”. They should be clear with new clients on exactly what is included and not included in the pricing, I am giving it two stars because outside of this the wash experience was simply okay ( I still could see stains and such). In my opinion not worth the money, but I wouldn’t mind spending it if vacuum was included or at least the cleaning wasn’t mediocre.

I wish i can give this car wash a 0 out 0 stars. My elderly father went to get his car wash yesterday and used the vending machine in the waiting room which took his money. He asked the casher if they can refund him but they said there a phone number on the machine that he can call to make the request. Mind you there was no number on the machine so she called the manager to help him. The manager came out the office speed walking not wanting to help or provide any customer service. After the casher told the manager what was going on he literally said I DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY than got a dollar from his pocket and throw it in my fathers face. What kind of manager are you guys hiring to be so unprofessional, rude and unwilling to help his own customers. My father is a elder that comes to this car wash every three days to wash his car through his membership but after this day we will take our business elsewhere. DO NOT SPEAD YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION.. MANAGER IS RUDY AND DISRESPECTS ELDER PEOPLE.

Lovely people but I get home and noticed that the dash board oil was never applied and it seems they always forget something.

Brought my truck to get clean. There is alwayss an issue with these people...either they didnt vaccume good...or didnt bother to touch the inside. Today my whole driver side was scratch...talked to manager and like always..excuses and of course giving me the run arounds...it was like this...we didnt do it...i asked for cameras...NO CAMERAS!!! DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE.

I went to this location after another car wash provided no prompt service. This place did a great job. Was in and out in about 5 mins for non-detail wash. Car looked great and I was back on my way, definitely worth the price.

Car wash and detail were very good but im pretty sure whoever vacuums the cars stole my earpods. Spoke with the manager. He says hes been there 4 years and thats never happened. I guess the earpods grew legs and walked away when my car was at mi t fine.

Been going here for years and overall service is great. Sometimes I think they miss the writing on my window that says what I paid for, like $5 for the extra shine thing, which didnt come on as I watched it go through the line, or the tire dressing. But they did fix the problem immediately when I pointed it out.Overall I have been happy with the service for about 20 years.

Literally wasted $25 of my money with this place. Got the managers special, the wash itself and the inside detailing was subpar t best. My inside windows and windshield were never cleaned, and the car wash line itself did not wash my suv well at all. Still had dirty spots that it didn’t even touch. So with the 3day guarantee they promise I went back to get the service redone, but they said I had to pay again if I wanted it washed again because it’s not their fault. They offered to re wipe down the inside but the lack of customer service just made me drive off without any help at all. Will not be wasting my money at this place ever again.

This is what passes for clean at Mi-T-Fine after going through TWICE. Worse yet, the employees are absolute jerks when you complain. They used my 5 day guarantee, that I paid extra for, to put me through the second time. Worthless. Shoddy. Incompetent. Unpleasant people.

Mi-T-Fine car wash is just OK. $30 per month for unlimited car wash, but they don’t offer free vacuums. I canceled my membership for another car wash for $5 more per month with free self service vacuuming is more worth the value. Other than that, their service is nice. Mr. Kennedy always has my car shining bright!

Great price for a full clean car wash only 24 dollars its amazing compared to other places. They do a great job. I would recommend them highly

Go on and spend $30 of your money to get your vehicle detailed and sadly you get home and pull up the back seats and they don’t vacuum any of it looks like the just shoved everything under the seats if this is the type of quality they will be giving I should’ve done it myself not spending $30 I have pictures of the poor work and my receipt

Went to get a simple car wash (at the location on Alexis Dr) and ended up being upsold on a $27 wash. The exterior was okay but mirrors and windows dont look great. Interior was the worst with the vacuuming looking rushed and dash board was as dusty as it was when I came in. Wont be returning.

I was a monthly paying subscription customer for 2-3 years untill I bought something at the store that did not fit my car. Asked for an exhange but the manager there told me I have to talk to corporate. Talked to Kristi from corporate and recieved the worst customer service experience ever. Constantly talking down to me and it took her 5 months just to tell me they cant exchange $20 phone holder that wont fit in my car. Plenty of car washes in the area so I dont have to indure this horrible customer service. Taking my monthly subscription elsewhere

First of all hes covered up in tattoos, then after failing to address my concerns & instead of apologizing he lunges at me & threatens me. Are these the kind of people you hire to represent your establishment? Shame on him & shame on you MI T fine. As of the deteriorating car wash & lackluster archiver wasnt bad enough, now youre allowing your managers to harass paying customers? Corporate still hasnt responded to my concerns. . Ill be taking my business to Tommys Terrific car wash. Stay away from this business especially Javier who acts like he just got out of jail.

If your on the monthly plan they have a Fastlane for you to get in and get your exterior washed. Ive been going here for years and its between a 4 and a 5. Dont forget to tip the ladies who wipe down your car for you at the end

Some spots were still dirty, the wheels dont get cleaned all the way and if you buy the tire shine option you only get 25% of the shine and blotchy spots on your tire, they really need somebody there applying it by hand because the machine doesnt do it. From what I gathered, only come here if youre in a rush and need a quick wash but dont expect really shiny tires or a completely clean car. They do have a detailing station which is way more money, thatll be the only way to have your car completely cleaned.

I opted for the complete detail or managers special for 25.00. My vehicle was still covered with dry bug juice all over headlights and front bumper and grill. lots of missed areas around doors and handles. I paid for tire dressing but got none. interior cleaning still showed dust and debris all over the instrument panels. very rushed and very less than my expectations. I wont be back.

I had metal valve extenders on my tires and apparently they were too long so the track (that the car rides on) in the car wash broke the whole valve and caused 3 of my 4 tires to leak air. The manager on at the time and the guy with him (I think one of their names was JP) were very helpful and got my spare on and then took me to get the tires fixed. After all that made sure I got my car rewashed properly. I know it was not fully their fault that the tires were broken and it ended up being a 2 hour car washing ordeal rather than just the 20 minutes that I was expecting but they were very helpful and courteous the whole time. I will be going back! (but with out the metal valve extenders. Lol)

I dont think your car gets as clean in the self service drive-through as it does when you actually drop it off and have them do it, so be prepared to bring some towels and, and whatever you else you want to do to make your car look nice.

Great service and very accommodating. The waiting area is clean, has items to purchase for your vehicle ranging from deodorizers to wheel covers and floor mats. They have a coffee center as well. I have gone here for years and today I was TOTALLY UNSATISFIED. My car was dirty and when I showed the young lady she said its not going to be perfect. She said I should go somewhere else if i want it clean. After reporting to manager, Javier, he informed me I should have paid for a more expensive offer than the manager special. There was another lady who cleaned my car and apologized for their rudeness. Now she gets 5 STARS!! Now Im awaiting a call from their corporate headquarters.

I paid $24 and found a whole dog bone under the drivers seat and trash. The wash was ok. Under the tailgate is still dirty. I will think twice for paying that price again.

Had to ask them to dress the tires. They ask to see my receipt which I was happy to show them. Did a decent job considering it had been some time since it had seen a car wash.

The service is pretty decent for the price. I am on their top tier monthly package but might consider downgrading it. There arent many car washes around me that offer affordable monthly packages. They do a good job of wiping down the interior and vacuuming the car. Few caveats to note : the drying and wipe down after the wash isnt always immaculate. I occasionally have to wipe down a few things myself. But then their pricing is really good so Ill accept it. The other thing is that the tire dressing machine gets dressing on my wheels too which doesnt look great.

I haven’t been to this car wash since last fall. I came today on a Saturday and it was a little busy but not too bad. The quality of the wash, vacuum and wipe down was pitiful. I even asked the woman outside if she would wipe down my chrome bumper and sh looked at me like I was crazy and then partially wiped down half the bumper. I could go on but instead I will share this review, kiss my $30 goodby (spent $5 extra for extra dash cleaning). Needs management

I went in to get my car washed, and turns out my membership is terminated after they just charged my card. They had to call corporate and corporate said I would get a refund that I still have not received. Dont waste your time with these crooks. I wasted an hour driving there and back and the lady at the counter did not even say she was sorry.

I went in to get my car washed and purchased a $21 wash. That consists of the inside and outside vacuum and interior wipe down wash. When they pulled my car around I still had dirt crumbs and everything in the cup holder up under the seat it was crumbs the car was vacuumed very poorly. Spoke with the personnel and stated that they dont have the flat hose to get up under the seats like most places period so I asked him what about the cup holder if its in there, stated he was sorry about that in went on to clean the inside. Im very disappointed in the service and I dont think Ill ever go back there

Mi t fine on Greenville is the only place I go to get my car washed. To me great customer service is one of the most important strengths a business can possess. Ruben is Mi t fines first point of contact and he is consistently awesome! He is always a smiling and friendly face and he truly cares about his customers.Today I wasnt able to get over there until the very end of the day, and would not have time for more than a quick wash and wipe down. But, despite it being the end of a very long day, Ruben made sure a good job was done!I truly hope Mi t fine recognizes the asset they have! Thank you Ruben!

These people are rotten. They decided to hide my car key under my windshield wiper because I mentioned how they didn’t vacuum my car. Do not ever go here.

They never do a perfect job and charge way to much to wash your floor matts 19.00 where other car washes charge 3.00. And then never remove the matts to vacume they move them around. And they hire illegal people to work there. So there cannot hardly soeak english. Even the Africans are not legal.

They do a pretty good job if you keep your cat clean to begin with. Im a member and try to go once or twice a week.

I come here every two weeks and its a great experience every time. Ruben usually helps me and he is always so friendly and pleasant. He always has a smile on his face, while working hard at the same time. The staff always does a great job on my car and it looks fantastic each time. Ive used a couple other car washes in the area and Mi T Fine is by far the better choice. I go about once a week and they consistently do a great job of keeping my vehicle clean. Everyone is very friendly, especially Ruben, the gentleman who greets you upon entry. He always greets me with a big smile and is very courteous-- makes my day with his great, positive attitude. I highly recommend this place.

I have been going to this place for a couple of months now. I like the gentleman that comes to your car to see what you are having done he was always nice and polite. I never had any issues may be not a good cleaning in the car but not the type to complain.4 weeks ago and some days now I went to have my brand new truck still with dealer tags on it washed. When closing my doors to get in I noticed scratches in circular motion on my door. The scratches were not there when I gave them my truck. My problem here is when I addressed it to the manager he try to come up with every reason as to how they did not do it. Also I have been calling the store, the corporate office, and going to the location for a WHOLE MONTH and not one person has not yet to return my calls in reguards to this matter. When I call corporate Im just told that my number will be placed on the calling board. Yes I am very upset because you are suppose to be a corporation and NO ONE seems to care about a customers complaint or even reach out. Like I said I am not the type to complain but this is just ridiculous and may have to just go ahead and get my attorneys involved.

Good place to get your car washed at. if you buy the $14 wash, you can go back within 5 days and get a $7 wash for free. all you have to do is bring back your receipt. however, I wish they had vacuums that you could vacuum your car yourself.

Best car wash drive thru on the block and every other block. Basic wash is $7.99 and it does a great job. Plus they hand dry it also as it goes thru the blowers. Totally recommend!!

This place is great and getting better. I collect cars and have taken them to many in the Dallas area but this one is the best service and value for the best price. My last visit was on point from every aspect start to finish including the lovely cashier.

Stopped by this car wash because it was right up the street from where I was. I paid $17.99 (full service wash) which isn’t a lot but should at least wipe down my windows without streaks. However, once I got got home I noticed that my wheels had marks that looked like something with acid was soaked in to them. Tried to rewatch my car and the spots are stains!!! Now I have to get my wheels re-finished... $90 a wheel!!!🙃

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a car wash. My car was not cleaned well nor were the workers willing to clean it correctly. They did not have enough people to do the job so it takes forever to get your car done

Pretty good job but seems pricey ($25) for what you get. Didnt even clean windows very good or backup camera.

The wash was mediocre at best and had to request that the car be dried and remove dirt off of car when they said it was completed. ( Bought the 20.99 wash) Also, the staging area for pick up was infested with bees. They were flying in cars with doors open and made it very hard to wait outside for car. Obvious that the management needed to address the quality of the wash and the physical environment. Hope it gets better soon.

This place is horrible you buy the most expensive car wash and you still get dirt left on your car. You let the manager know he tells you to buy another car wash to get the dirt taken off. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time coming here!

Awful manager and assistant manager. Shame on you. They are rude, disrespectful, and incompetent. You get a Haphazard, lazy, and a bare wipe down of your vehicle after an $18 car wash. Horrible negative customer service changes from 3 and 4 years ago. Definitely recommend finding better car wash and you will get guaranteed better customer service for this amount of money. They just got $18 from me for the last time!
