My experience was positive. They are in a terrible location. I was told almost no parking and you can see this on the map. Told to get there only 30 minutes early. Dead end road so you’re no turning around. If you need to burn off some time you can make a circle by going south on 423, left on 416 silver star, left on 441 orange blossom trail, left on shader, you can look down Pennington and see what it looks like or make another lap. Juan didn’t want to unload me but the front office straightened it out. I had made the appointment 3 days out which my paperwork said they required. I made a few laps around. If you haven’t been to Orlando, traffic and construction can be a nightmare.

I was late for appt due to a wreck. The receiving guy was very rude and took his time unloading me on purpose. The other guys in receiving were polite and professional.

Takes forever to get an order from here. Waited over 45 minutes for 1 item! Worst part is I even called in my order an hour before I got here. Absolutely absurd and it’s like this EVERY time we come. We’ve mentioned something but it’s never gotten any better. We will be switching supply companies.

We were searching for mineral wool insulation that is soundproof, fire-resistant, and free of formaldehyde. At both Lowes and Home Depot, they carry mostly fiberglass insulation and although they do have some mineral wool insulation products in the store, they only carry a few bags and customers need to order online and wait for weeks to arrive. We needed the product badly and immediately.I found Service Partners online and called them to see if they have enough bags for the mineral wool insulation. On the same day I called, we were able to get 18 Owens Corning Thermafiber SAFB Mineral Wool Insulation bags for us. Same-day pickup! This product is exactly what we were looking for, mineral wool batts designed to provide acoustical control and fire protection.ALAN was the person who we worked with. He was nothing but HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIVE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO ENSURE WE GOT ALL OF OUR BAGS. This has been the best insulation buying experience, couldnt have asked for a better person. Treats delivery drivers with contempt. Another year passed since my last visit, rude as ever. This company is an embarrassment.

They don’t care about your appointment they had they on appointment so bring your food you ll stack all day😡

The main guy here doesnt speak English very well. They ate really slow to unload. They dont really care about your appointment times. Hour ave a half past appointment now, just docked. Usually two plus hours to unload.
