This is not Dallas County Nor are the police, or any other emergency department, apart of an actual county, “EMERGENCY SERVICES ARE CONTRACTED OUT”. Why? I would like transparency, knowledge of who is responsible for contractor behavior, as there is less accountability if the county may blame an outsourced department opposed to rightful culpability. It allows for too much finger pointing, and no accountability. Anyhow although the city says Dallas, illegal redistricting schemes allows territorial strategic man-ipulation, for this is actually “Collin” county, dressed with the Dallas clothing. I will not address the importance of territorial districting. These districts need to remain where they are (100 years from now, the districting should remain the same and uniform), before some of Texas districting, accidentally becomes part of Mexico. Can the public get county hired emergency services/ departments for accountability and conduct of these mandatory services. (I.e.there is no uniformity, in which the 911 services respond to call throughout the state. & U.S.) I was chased away from the complex by an (alleged) disturbed person and while attempting to dial 911, there was a weird sound as opposed to the typical 911 response, later found out it was an alteration for the deaf. At the time of my emergency, I hung up and kept running. The alteration is for Great cause, but “no” public service announcements? An emergency 911 service, with uniformity is essential & can be very unsafe in emergency situations. Just know this is not Dallas County, and watch for individual who insist on Lease agreement signature & “all” the verbiage & recent jurisdictional manipulative changes paid with through your tax dollars. Horrible visit. I will not go back, even if it is to help someone.

Kirsten is the best! She made the entire process seamless! She was very professional from the time I walked into the door and until I moved in. I would recommend Lincoln Crossing to everyone. Great apartment complex! Office and Maintenance staff are always helpful! The pools are super relaxing and I enjoy playing basketball on the courts. Our dogs love the dog park where they get to run around all that energy.

Simply the best place to live, it has been my home for almost two years and I cannot complaint anything at all. It is Super safe, common areas always clean, the people in the office and the maintenance people are always super friendly. It is the perfect place to live, 100% recommended. I absolutely love everything about here.

Chincy. Lacking in service and space. The valet trash is an absolute scam, they never pick up the trash. Pet waste everywhere. The dumpsters are always overflowing into the parking lot. Trash on the balconies. Nice

I moved into Lincoln Crossings in November 2018. I was a brand new resident to Texas and had actually found this apartment complex after a vigorous search online. I was away on a work contract in New England, and after reviewing numerous complexes online, I settled on this one. While away on a work contract, I was able to take care of all the paperwork and business both over the phone with the courteous staff and via email. The staff was even kind enough to send recent pics of the apartment I was moving into. When I arrived with my son, I was blown away at how lovely my apartment was!! My balcony is with the trees was simply beautiful, even for late fall. The trees still had leaves and I wasn’t expecting that considering I moved from up north. Since moving in, I’ve really come to LOVE my apartment🤩the staff is ON IT, with all the maintenance, pest control, and trash pick up. Until I am able to find a house, this will be my home!

Do NOT be cheated by their friendliness when you move in. They are trying to charge when you move out. Remember their attitude would change very very quickly after you sign the lease!!! Because they are in charge!!!The valet trash is 20 dollars per month, but it is not convenient at all, not available for three days per week. That means you have to put your smelly trash at home for three days. But you have to pay for that fee.The water bill for 1 bedroom is more than 30 dollars per month even though one person does not use that much water.The rent has been increased a lot but the service does not improve but even worse than previously. The apartment price is changing every day like a stock price! When you saw one price then called to them, they would tell you a even higher price because on their website there is a small note: * Pricing and availability are subject to change!!! Just Remember all these tricks they have!!!When I first moved in, the room is even not ready. Dirty carpet, broken dangerous lamps, even some trash in the apartment. I attach pictures as proof. They are not allowed you to take a look at the apartment before you sign the lease. Their argument is the apartment is not ready yet. After you signed the lease, you cannot do anything about the dirty and broken apartment they gave to you. When I moved out, I gave a even better clean apartment than I received. However, they still find some reasons to steal your deposit. There is nothing you can do.So so happy that I finally get out of this apartment! They solicit positive reviews. So DO NOT be fooled by all these positive ones.

Due to the coronavirus, its hard to send car parts off and get them back in a timely manner. I sent off two front wheels of my vehicle on a Wednesday and had the car on jack stands. 6 days go by, Tuesday, and I decided to change the oil on the car. There was no notice that vehicle may be towed. Wednesday morning the vehicle was towed and I decided to call LC. The apartment manager said, The vehicle is considered inoperable and if you notified us we couldve given you a sticker to not be towed. But how would I have known my car was at risk for being towed? Then I go to pick up the car to find out the tow truck service TOTALED my car. Because the first tow truck service dropped it off at a DIFFERENT tow truck service. Neither will take the blame for the damages. So Im left with a totaled vehicle because I shouldve told LC about me working on my car.Edit 9/15/20: There has been a blue van sitting here for weeks with significant damage done to the engine bay, looks like it caught fire. There’s also another vehicle that hasn’t moved since we moved here that is completely inoperable but is covered in a car cover. Flat tires, car is covered in dust and rust, and windows damaged. Leaves me wondering why these vehicles stay so long being in the condition they’re in but mine was picked.

People in the office are friendly and have the initiative to assist you with your needs. I talked to the assistant manager this morning and she offered to assist me above and beyond what I initially asked for. She is not the only one there like that, I must say, but she is the one who made a difference on my day today. Thank you, Kirsten. Great job!

This apartment complex is really amazing. It is SUPER quiet everywhere you go and you can almost never hear neighbors. There is a small dog park, tennis/basketball court outside, a small gym, a good size pool with hot tub, and two grills that we can use. The only reason it lost a star is because the management was a little unorganized and my door had one slight problem when I first moved in. I would highly recommend Lincoln Crossing, or at least checking it out. They show you actual units when you visit and not some perfect room no one ever stays in. I guarantee youll be impressed.

These apartments are a great deal! They are really nice for the price and the amenities that are included. We’ve found that maintenance requests are resolved the same day, if not a day later. Cecelia was great in helping us transfer units within the complex on a short notice and expedited the process so that we could move within roughly two weeks of notifying them (We were living on the third floor and wanted a first floor unit since we’re expecting a baby soon).

I love living here! The office staff is amazing and always makes me feel at home. The maintenance team is incredible!!! If I put in a work order the issue is always resolved in an efficient and timely manner. I cant recommend this property enough

Recently moved out. I was going to put a good review, but the fact that theyre non-responsive to my emails and phone calls for the last two weeks about my security deposit is making me furious. At this point, they are acting very sketchy.Why are you not replying back to me?

Great place to live. Not just for tenants but dog owners and their pets. Has amenities for children to play on as well. The office staff and managers are top notch and very approachable. Community spirit is alive and well at Lincoln Crossing and any maintenance required is taken care of quickly and throughly. My type of place to reside long term. Highly recommended to any perspective families or individuals. I feel at home and safe always. ☆☆☆☆☆

A great central spot for Dallas/Plano area, beautiful upgrades in our home, a dog park for my fur baby to run around in, nice quiet neighborhood, and the best part is having great neighbors and feeling comfortable and safe at home!

This my second time in these apartments, best about is the staff they are incredible and very helpful. Units are well maintained, they are quick to respond for maintenance. And they partner with lot of companies to be there to address many day to day needs

I lived at Lincoln Crossing for two years before I got married and highly recommend to anyone looking for an exceptionally well maintained community. We just recently moved to Lincoln Crossing from a complex we were very dissatisfied with but had lived at several years. Moving from there to here was truly like going from dark & dreary to very bright & cheery!! We truly love it here!! The apartment community is nice, quiet, friendly & we feel welcome & safe here. The grounds are pretty, well kept, relaxing, & we feel very comfortable here. All the office staff, maintenance & grounds keepers are very friendly, efficient & great!! We are close by to just about everything you could want or need but just far enough away from the hustle & bussle of big city life here at Lincoln Crossing. So happy we can now call Lincoln Crossing home! I would definitely recommend Lincoln Crossing to anyone looking for a nice apartment community to call home.

Lincoln Crossing is one of the best apartments I have lived in. They have excellent updated homes, located in a great area, and WONDERFUL affordable pricing. The management is super sweet and make you feel like youre at home. Definitely planning on renewing.

Lincoln Crossing is a quiet place to call home. Its close to everything yet far enough to keep those unwanted just stopping by at bay. I enjoy the amenities such as valet trash, parcel pending, gift wrapping center and I plan to use the home cleaning service for the holidays.

Maintenance is always there to fix things when you need something. I love how Lincoln sits back off Preston Road. I feel very safe here. The grounds always looks great and the pools are very nice. They keep Lincoln up very well. If you are looking for a new home please consider Lincoln crossing. Great apartments with reasonable prices. I would not want to live anywhere else.

Lived here in 2015 and Absolutely loved it! Staff is attentive and friendly. Kim and Holly were both amazing and Carlos was a super maintenance technician. Location is great and management strives to keep amenities and atmosphere in top notch state.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Ive lived here for 4 years now and have enjoyed every minute of it. The staff has always been extremely welcoming and helpful. Overall a great place and also a great place to raise your kids.

Lived here for about a year, despite paying all the move out balance, I was reported to collection agent and credit bureau for no payment. There was no emails or calls to inquire about the account. Now my credit is impacted for something I took care of in timely manner.

We love it here. Staff is wonderful and always helpful. Amenities are above the other apartments nearby and the areas are kept clean. The dog park is awesome. Right by GBT and plenty of places for shopping not far away. I would recommend living here to anyone!

Living here has been the best choice I ever made. The neighbors are nice, the staff is great, and maintenance solves problems as soon as they can. :) Highly recommend this is the place to live comfortably and affordably!!!! I wish to renew lease, but will move again. Never had much problem here.

Lincoln Crossing is a great place for anybody. It has 2 pool/1 Jacuzzi, a basketball court, tennis, a dog park, Free Laundry rooms, etc.Ive always enjoyed the ladies and gents in the leasing office. Theyre always helpful, outgoing, and you can grow great relationships with them if you stay at Lincoln Crossing.

Lincoln Crossings at great place. I love how the staff is very friendly and always willing to help you. The dog park is fantastic and theres always lots of friends there for your dog to play with. I like they have multiple pools to be at and the people that live there very friendly as well. So if youre looking for a place to live go speak to Madi in the front office she is a sweetheart.

This apartment has the most rude and inconsiderate management team ever. Maintenance barely fixes things the way they should. The outside of this apartment is kept in a trashy environment due to the trash piling up everywhere. The tenants can be loud and you can’t do anything about it until after 10 PM which is curfew so you have to deal with this. Management team is very condescending and rude. I figured this would be fixed with the previous manager leaving but the new management is just the same. I’ve also been given the runaround and been told one thing by one employee and then another employee tells me a different answer.

Best office staff ever! Madi always makes me feel taken care of and always has the biggest smile! Never have any issues and the ones I do are always resolved in a timely manner. This is truly a wonderful place to live!

It is like hitting your head in the wall.They try to find reasons to charge amount in move out. If they can not find any they will simply charge money saying there was smell in the apartment and we had to do treatment. :( :( I have lived in Lincoln crossing apartment for short term (3 months). I have no Pet, no Kids and i do not smoke. Apartment is Pet Free/ Smoke Free/ no stains. I left apartment in clean and shining status. When they could not find any reason to charge, they charged me $48 saying that there was some smell at home when they entered. Really SMELL.... thats a pathetic reason :( If any place is closed for few days and AC is turned off, there might be some smell, all a person may need is to leave the doors open for few minutes or a one dollar AirFreshener.$48 for SMELL...Thats simply too much. There are many more charges like that. But this one I simply do not understand.Please stay away from leasing in this apartment. They do not give any clear instructions/details while moving in and will try to find reasons to eat all your deposit when you move out.

I have been in and out of these apartments many times over the years and have always been impressed with nearly every aspect of them. Its a slightly older property but to me that just provides more character. The grounds are always well-maintained and the staff has always been super friendly and helpful. I see a few negative reviews but of course those are always just the sour grapes. You know people who did something wrong and this is their only way to get back at the property. My personal experience has been very very good. I would recommend these apartments to nearly anyone. I know that since I was last there, they have done upgrades to the apartments. My friend lived there in one of the upgraded apartments and it was pretty incredible.

Love our new home! Quiet complex with exquisite amenities. Madi was absolutely phenomenal in helping us pick the perfect apartment for our little family. I would recommend them 10/10 times and guarantee everyone will be satisfied with the service of the staff and the quality and space of the apartments!

Horrible experience living here. I was charged for random fees that weren’t accurate. The management here is super rude and condescending. They didn’t keep track of repairs being done and also caused me to pay for cleanup due to their carelessness. Funny because I moved out they charged me. Yet another friend changed units and had no charges with unit left in similar conditions. And yes I did clean the unit. It’s funny their charged just so happed. To exactly eat up my deposit amount to the T. Be warned rent elsewhere.

The first few times I visited the property were great and very friendly. I am an indecisive person and love to see all my options. I met with a very sweet person named Mattie and gentleman named Ozzie. They were great with me and how I wanted to view my options before placing a deposit.However, when I went to view the property that I thought was available to view I had to meet with their manager. She was incredibly rude and condescending.Maybe its because they were in the middle of an event. Not a huge dealCould have come back after it was over. But she did not give any options. I was ready to put down my deposit and was treated like an inconvenience. Not happy. And ended up finding a better place closer and less expensive. So thank you, for that.I had seen many reviews of the office crew being rude and thought it was silly. I understand completely now. I dont care how great everything is. A rude manager is all I need to make my decision.Thank you!

I have lived in the apartment for two years now.Nice place clean Safe and quiet good service i recommenced this community.

Filling out online application the prices went up by almost 50$ from the night before. I called. Nice lady said they have computer programs which change prices daily! She said “she has no control.” I am sure market prices have not changed between a Monday night and Tuesday morning in November. I dont really care about the price difference but dont like to be tricked by sneaky shell games. I canceled my application before finishing. If they mess with you like this at the start, it will only get worse. Also the previous reviews for 200+ units Lincoln Apartments, have somehow just disappeared. How do all the reviews just disappear on old apartment complex with this many units? Probably law suit or some other corporate trick. Funny how these computer glitches just happen. Be careful.

They charged my fiance several ridiculous fees upon moving out. I believe they are charging to update there apartments. She had lived there for two entire years. She is a very clean person.They charged her 199.00 to resurface tile and tub, 100.00 for odor control, 125.00 to replace carpet. These things were old. A landlord cannot charge a tenant for normal wear and tear. They will charge you to update the apartment when you move out.Update, they removed 199.00 tile resurface fee after several phone calls and complaints.

This apartment penalizes you if you turn loyal and keep staying with them. I am staying here for last 5 years bonded by company of some good friends who also rent different apartments in this complex. 1) The lease renew rates are decided by some automated process which is totally unaware of the market rates and will keep adding $100 - $200 to your rent, irrespective if other other units of same size are offered for $300-$400 cheaper in the same apartments. 2) The staff at front office is not courteous or understanding, They will not pick your phone and if they do, they are no less then machines, will keep reciting the restrictions of approvals and policies. 3) If you have maintenance request for appliances forget about it, they will never get replaced/repaired. 4) No walking trails, be careful or you will end up in front of some speeding car.

Has their own residents cars towed, even when parked in approved areas (not covered). Management flagged it as wrecked and inoperable even though its only two years old and works well enough to take me to work so I can pay them rent. Google orange sticker scam. Ive already filed a complaint through TDLR.Im also very tired of watching grown men urinate in the walkway bushes, but management must be too busy worrying about cars to do anything about it.

Beware of the move out expense they steal from you later! I lived there 7 months of which only 5 months I actually was there. Left the apartment the way I moved in except I forgot to clean the microwave and they charged me $88 for cleaning saying the carpet was heavily wore out and dirty. When I called to speak to the manager cause she is only available to walk the property Monday thru Friday which I moved out on Saturday she said well we walk it and then bring in a company to tell us what it cost to make ready. I’m a very clean person and 90% of the time I was the only one there. The manager is very rude! They will find anyway to take your deposit! Never would I recommend this apartment complex to anyone!

7/23/2020 update:Management seems to have improved, the lease renewal process was painless, and my previous neighbors had moved out so this place is pretty peaceful. The maintenance man here is one of the biggest perks, he comes out same day, wears a mask, answers any questions I have, and even educates me on common fixes I can do myself. I cant recommend him enough. All-in-all, life at Lincoln Crossing has been pretty good since my previous neighbors moved out, heres hoping it stays this nice in the next year.Decent prices and great accommodations, but the sound insulation between upper and lower unit apartments leaves a lot room for improvement. Hardwood floors and low ceilings on first floor apartments really bounces sound back up to upper units. So if you get some neighbors that are louder than the average bear, you are out of luck until you can move. If its worth the gamble to you, go for it.

Went & looked at an apartment on November 20th. Applied for the apartment right after the tour was complete. Move into my new home next week. Ozzie was very helpful in answering any questions I had. I look forward to living here.

The leasing officer is ridiculous. After I moved out, they charge me $100 for not smelling as the original one and they made it as a damage. They just want to charge you extra money and you put deposit. You can never get your deposit back and will pay much after moving out. Please dont live there any more.

We have been living here for a few years now. We have been paying for our parking spots. Since the first month someone parked at my spots all the time. I made a complain many times to the leasing office. I am seriously saying I made the same complain MANY TIMES!! Problem never solve like NEVER and EVER. The leasing office DID NOTHING and I called the Smith which the Leasing office told me to call but NOTHING ever happen at all. Seriously? Dont you do your job? I am really really at the point that I will not pay and I will park wherever I want from now since nobody gonna enforce the rules. I feel like a fool that I have been paying for the parking for my convenience but I never get what I pay for!!Update: after I moved out from Lincoln Crossing. I realized I should give them more stars. Why? I actually like their floor plans with the fire place. The location is convenient. The price is not that bad. I was upset about the parking spot that I paid for and a few times/year someone parked at my spot:-( they should really fix that problem.

Lincoln Crossing is such a nice community! The staff is really helpful, the landscaping always looks great and the prices are great considering the size of the apartments and features that are offered.

Kimmy is awesome, the most friendliest in the office maintaince. She makes you feel comfortable, listens and gets things done! So helpful.

Lincoln Crossing is definitely a Nice place to live in. Good location, in a quiet neighborhood; good price, infrastructure is ok too. The furnitures in the apartment could be newer though, but it’s not a big deal.

I normally don’t do reviews on businesses but my service from Madi was the best I have ever received while looking for an apartment. She answered every question quickly, she was very kind and attentive to all my needs as a customer. I would recommend her to any of my friends or family looking for a new apartment. Thanks Madi!

They really take care of the landscape and grounds. Its always clean.

I was told within 24 hours of my move in date my apartment would not be ready. No apology was given. I was told I could move in a week later and that was that.Front office promised me a new lease within the day. They did not have it ready for several days, and only sent one after I called back to request it. New lease still listed the old move in date and claimed I owed prorated rent as if I had move in on the old move in date. After pointing this out they sent me a new lease with the dates/dollar amount corrected in one place, but not in the rest of the document. Throughout this the front office was unapologetic and slow to return my calls.Despite having another week to get the apartment ready, the day I walked in the living room was littered with trash, there were old blankets in the middle of the floor and the bathrooms were disgusting. Called to have this taken care of, again no apology was given.Because I signed my lease during a special they were running in December, I was supposed to get $250 off my first full months rent. Well, when that comes around I get the amount due and surprise surprise, they charged me full price. I had to call the office and remind them of the deal they promised me.Cannot recommend enough that you stay away from this apartment. I cannot tell if they are incompetent or malicious, but either way they do not deserve your business. Stay away from this place!

Do not move here guys I repeat do not move here. Trash complex run by people who don’t care about you. Since day one my patio has stinked of dog piss and finally figured out my upstairs neighbor lets her dog go to the bathroom on her patio. Sent multiple complaints and it still happens everyday, yet I’ve been getting false complaints about my residents resulting in fines. I keep going to the office to complain as well as sending videos of literal pee dripping onto my patio and they just started ignoring me. Absolute trash people run this place.

Lincoln crossing was the first complex my wife and I ever lived in when getting married last year. The staff was super friendly, they even gave a discount for first responders and I really appreciated it. We were relocated to another unit after discovering a bug infestation in the building and the second unit was great. We relocated at the end of our lease because the rate was over priced and we needed to be closer to my job. Upon moving out we were charged with extra fees for “dirty toilet” and “stains on the floor”. The stain was already there when we moved in but for some reason I still was billed for it. If I could do over I still would have made the same decision to rent there. Lincoln crossing is top knotch!!!

This place has amazing qualities . I have yet to be let down from my apartment, to management, to maintence and scenery . Holly has been helping me along the way of my stay and she is absolutley outstanding and genuine, doing whatever she can to make it easier on me . Maintence requests are taken care of the day of, or the next day of the request . Ive only had 1 minor problem with my sink being clogged due to glass stuck in it and it was fixed ASAP . The pool areas are beautiful, valet trash, covered parking and a dog park . On top of that the location is everything you could want in a place . 5 stars, no doubt 100% satisfied .

The competition was close and I took a lot of things into consideration but what it boiled down to was my experience and how I was taken care of. Madi Zwernemann was by far the most welcoming outta all the leasing professional I came in contact with and because of her I gladly signed my year lease.
