I have dear friends that live at The Katy and I was always Impressed with the lovely units and common spaces. When I was displaced from my home because of a water leak I knew exactly where I wanted to stay. My lease was very complicated because of all of the moving parts with the insurance company involved however, Becca Wheeler went up and beyond to make sure I was always taken care of! Her professionalism and commitment to her tenants is admirable. She is responsible, trustworthy, and a wonderful role model for her team. This happy work place is apparent and appreciated as all of the staff are friendly and accommodating. Five star all the way***** with a super shout out to Becca!

We have lived at The Katy for three years now - even while construction was finishing and we love it! The manager, Becca Wheeler, is very responsive to our needs - always friendly even under these crazy times. She has handled all of our requests in the most professional manner. The entire management team and the maintenance team are very responsive and make living at the Katy a true luxury experience. Also the Concierge team adds to the making of The Katy as a great place to live.

I just moved here in November and Im absolutely loving it! Thank you so much to Alycia for all her help in getting me situated! Samantha at the front desk is so amazing and helpful. She genuinely wants to help everyone and is always so friendly. This place is so responsive with anything needed, especially maintenance. Roger with maintenance was so respectful and does his job efficiently and quickly. Cant say greater things about this place. The appliances are top notch. Never had a better shower. Layouts are all open and have lots of natural light. Love this place!! You definitely get what you pay for here.

We have lived at The Katy for almost three years while building a new home in the area. We have enjoyed getting to know the staff on both a personal level as well as a professional one.Natalie James, the Assistant Property Manager, has been particularly helpful during our various lease renewals and most recently our move out process.

I have been here since May and love The Katy. I recently moved to a larger unit and Natalie James was a great help! The quality, environment, and location of the Katy is outstanding. Javiers, Toulouse, Taverna, and so many other great restaurants nearby!

We have made The Katy our home in Dallas for the past several years. Not only is it a great location, but our apartment building staff and services are EXCELLENT! We especially recognize the management, Becca Wheeler, Natalie James, the terrific concierge team, and on-the-spot maintenance for making it our home as comfortable as possible.

The building itself is absolutely stunning. A boutique style luxury living experience. I love that the property is on the Katy Tail making it so walkable. The location near KnoxHenderson with shopping and restaurants within walking distant is amazing. I love that the Katy is in the city, but in the perfect spot to avoid all the traffic and congestion that you would experience downtown. At the Katy, you are comfortable - and that’s what a home should be. I, Alycia, work in the leasing office and out of all the properties I’ve worked with, the team at the katy is by far the most hard working and kind group. Becca has a heart of gold and truly wants to help our residents as much as she can, she works hard and manages to juggle so much, wear many hats when she’s pulled in every direction yet she manages to still smile and bring fun and laughter to the team.Natalie the assistant, is reliable and took on a lot before Becca and I joined the team in January 2020. She’s taught me a lot.Our maintenance team is a true dream team! Roger always brings a smile to residents faces and works hard. Pascual is always making someone laugh, Carlos has the sweetest soul, even when he has to deal with some pretty nasty stuff, he never complains. Monica keeps the property just as beautiful as her heart.When you come to the Katy the first faces you see is concierge, and I am thankful for Mark, Samantha and Nushrat to be the ones to greet everyone with beautiful smiles and warmth. Every single dog loves them! And Samantha loves every single one of them back, probably more! Her laugh could make anyone’s bad day immediately turn into a good one.I truly believe we have a 5 star team and a group of team players who are willing to work together to tackle anything and everything thrown our way. (Even if it’s all at once - which is often)We love our residents, we love our building. Just because we do not personally live there, it’s our baby and we take pride in it. We love hearing from our residents and welcome any and all feedback.A team that roots for their residents is a team you need.

Alycia has been a great support through the leasing process, always going above and beyond to help. She helped us get a lot of details on the internal apartment specifications and was very professional in all her dealings.

The service was slow and took an hour for me to actually get my food but the staff there was absolutely the nicest most caring and considerate people that Ive ever met that I will definitely be back in the food was delicious

I have lived at The Katy for several months know and really love living here. The amenities are first class and the staff is extremely professional. Great access to the trail and shopping! I highly recommend this apartment building and management company!

When we first moved in it was great. Now there has been a change in management and its gone south fast. Its not cleaned properly. Rules are not followed and management do not take your concerns seriously. Things need to improve fast.

My wife and I love it here! We just renewed our lease and will be here for a while. The events they have, the great staff and the maintenance of the building really elevates The Katy as a great place to live. Two Thumbs Up!!

I love the Katy, the view is great, the people are friendly, but my only problem is that I work from home and the signal from this whole building is very poor... I thought it was just my phone but my girlfriend and neighbor 1 door down also has the same problem.

Moved in 2 months ago and cannot speak highly enough about the building, its amenities (Katy Trail access & heated pool under construction!), and the incredibly friendly, helpful guys at the concierge desk. Loving it so far!

Incredible location on the Katy Trail. Exceptional service. We cannot wait for this place to open and move in!
